Only one time ever has my food ever been a bit dry. Other than that it’s always excellent service here by more than just your waitress too! They really take the time to check on you. Melissa waits on my daughter and I often and she’s so wonderful. She’s personable and always refills our drinks before we ask and always checks on us. Came in after 10 pm for desserts with our group. We ordered 3 desserts from the menu and were happy with each of the items. I highly recommend the caramel skillet cookie which was amazing!!!! Adding on a side (one scoop of vanilla ice cream was 4.99). Our server seemed a little disappointed that we only got desserts, but we were done is about 20 mins or so, so it should have been an easy table with a quick turnover. We felt a little unappreciated at that point.

Good experience. We went on Saturday, for lunch. Parking is in the back of the building. It was not that busy so we got seated right away. The classic bread was served as soon as we got seated, very good as always! We even asked for another one as it was super fresh. Later on, we got the ribeye with rice and fresh veggies, and the chimichurri steak, that comes with fried onion + we asked for fresh veggies. The veggies was basically brocoli, which was okey. Rice was also okey. The fried onion, very good. Ribeye was delicious, but a lot of fat compared to my other experience in Outback and the competition. Chimichurri steak also very good but a little bit small. Overall, good lunch experience but could be a little better.

Update: Changing to 4 stars for customer service. The manager reached out to me about our experience. Thank you! Original review: Not the friendliest servers, but the food was good. I ordered the meatloaf - sorry, no pics, but it was really good! I like that they use real bacon and fresh chives on the loaded baked potato. Always recommend the bloomin' onion for an appetizer and always too full for dessert!

We grew up loving Outback. Sadly, it’s been going down hill fast. Our most recent experience proved why we’ll never return. The tables are super sticky, which is quite disgusting when you’re trying to eat. The feeling like soda & alcohol is all over is growse. The waitress explained a lot of people complain about it & that they’re waiting to get them refinished. So why sit people there when the restaurant is 90% empty? Not a good look. The food was also super expensive and tasted like it was microwaved. What used to cost $12.99 is now $25+ & they give you so much less. The servers were nice but it’s not enough to get us to return. Unfortunately the Outback brand is chasing the $ & abandoning the customer like most other restaurants are (higher prices + lower quality - customer focus = collapse) & it seems doomed to soon go under. It’s an end of an era.

Spontaneous date night! I had a gift card, so why not put it to use now? We decided to visit last min. Parking: There's a large parking lot. Depending on the night, finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: We visited on a Thursday night, thinking it would be slower. Nope! We were absolutely wrong lol. There was a huge conference that week, so the place was packed. Wait time was approximately 20 min to be seated. Service: She didn't introduce herself, but our server was courteous and efficient. Since it was busy, throughput was not as quick. We waited about 10-15 min between each dish: bread, appetizers, and main dish. She did fill our waters and checked on us a few times. Food: I really wanted their prime rib, but our server mentioned that they ran out of rare, medium rare, and medium prime ribs. Not sure how a supply chain restaurant can "run out" of rare cooked steaks .. I guess they don't cook them fresh? 1) New York Steak, med rare - I ordered this with the steakhouse mac & cheese and baked potato soup. The steak was seasoned well and perfectly cooked medium rare. The Mac & cheese and soup were sooo delicious. 2) Bloomin’ Chicken Sandwich - My bf ordered this with 4x patties total. As you can tell, this man eats too much lol. It took a while for his order bc our server mentioned the chefs were confused about the order and concerned he wouldn’t be able to eat the burger. Best believe he ate majority of it lol. The chicken was lightly seasoned coated with breading and seasoned well. The fries tasted as expected. Pricing: It’s what you’d expect from a supply chain restaurant $$. Just don’t visit during a conference week.

The portion were big and quite tasty but the service is super slow, and with two young kids it may be a problem to wait for so long.

I came in expecting the Outback signature charbroiled ribeye, but what I received was completely different from what I ordered. Instead of a properly charbroiled ribeye steak, it seemed more like a cheap NY Strip that is quickly seared, undercooked cut with a burnt exterior. It did not reflect the quality I experienced here before. To be clear, our server was excellent, attentive, professional, and got everything right on his end. This issue was clearly from the kitchen. When you are paying premium steakhouse prices, you expect consistency and proper execution. Unfortunately, the meal missed the mark in both preparation and quality. I dont enjoy leaving negative reviews, but its frustrating to be charged top dollar for food that doesnt meet expectations. I hope this was just an off night and not a reflection of a broader decline in standards.

While my first visit was good and the ribeye steak was cooked right, my second visit was awful. What I find odd is that they seem to have everything ready within minutes. Is it possible to cook steak (well done), in less than 5 minutes after ordering? First, during the second visit, the salad tasted terrible like something kind of chemical was sprayed on it, with a taste of wasabi-like and really bitter. Second, despite not being busy, the baked potato was even worse and tasted like mashed potato and really soft. The steak was brought with 5 minutes of ordering and filled with a lot of bloody juice, even though I had asked for well-done. It was a though they made me prime rib with a lot of fat. And the worst was the disgusting condition of A1 steak sauce bottle. While all of staff were joking around and chatting, someone forgot to tell them to properly wipe the A1 steak sauce bottle(s). See the pictures. Fair to say, I won't be going there again.

Used to come to this outback when my daughter was smaller she loves the pasta, let me say first to get a hole of togo took 5 tries. Best of luck to the togo person but they didn’t know the menu. After all that to see the portions that you guys give. Unless they changed it I thought chicken came with 2 sizes asked for double broccoli clearly in the photo you can see it’s one , and if that is 2 sizes then dang. The entree chicken ceases salad that is $21 dollars is literally a side ceaser. So disappointed, will definitely not come back anytime soon. Good luck 👍 . Not worth the price or the hassle

Our server (the guy with a mohawk) at the bar as also rude when we had questions about the steak and was annoyed when we asked him about the food. even when we showed him the raw steak, he proceeded to give us attitude. we wouldn’t have minded to wait for the steak to be cooked longer, If it wasn't for our server who was gossiping with two of the customers also at the bar. It was overall bad, this is one of the worst experiences we have had and it’s a waste of $86 also the guy had the audacity to expect a tip.
