Good vibes and crisp chicken fingers that were tasty and fresh. Music was playing - but not too loudly - and there were three (3) mirrored balls twinkling lights all over. I personally didn't like the Cane's sauce, but the food didn't need it. Service was quick and I observed employees sanitizing table surfaces frequently in between customers. Not just a water wipedown either, but real sanitizing solution. Staffed even welcomed people who walked in... Overall, I had a great experience here and I'm not at all surprised that this chain has won so many awards. I'll be back for sure 😄

I stopped by this Raising Cane's location to pick up my tailgate order and also got some lunch here as well. I placed my tailgate order ahead of time so I got the chicken tenders, fries and toast. Since I came early, I decided to also pick up lunch here as well. When I came, the drive thru was not busy so I placed my order through there. The lady working the drive thru for whatever reason was having issues or just taking forever on putting in people order so we had to wait longer. The guy on the other lane came to help her to speed things up. I got two box combos and customized them by taking out the coleslaw. I asked for ketchup which they forgot. I asked if I could pick up my catering order at the drive thru but they said I had to go inside to get it. Finding parking can be difficult here and also exiting since it's in a busy area where you enter and leave the plaza. The pickup process for the catering was simple inside. Everyone loved the food and it was gone quick.

We were told that Canes was a must eat and we were not disappointed. Chicken pack was great, you can also sub the slaw for my fries if you want and that came in handy, we could basically feed 2 of us on one box. The only reason for atmosphere score was due to the tables being quite dirty and not getting cleaned after people leave

Kansas is pretty consistent in terms of quality and flavor. However, the chicken tenders have gotten a lot smaller over the years for obvious reasons higher profit margins so that keeps me away from going on a regular basis but when I’m hungry and there’s nowhere else to go, I’ll come here. This location was clean. Service was good.

My first time at Raising canes and it was pretty good overall. I ordered their three piece, fries and toast. The chicken fingers were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was pretty descent. Fries were nice and crispy and the garlic toast was excellent. Their dipping sauce is really good and a must have for this meal. Their sweet tea was also descent & overall the dining experience was good. I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu options.

Got there on a Friday evening and it was pretty packed with customers so the chicken was all freshly fried and was hot and crispy. Fries were just warm but overall still decent. Drive thru was a pretty long queue but there were servers outside attending to the cars. Decent amount of seating available if you choose to dine in.

Stopped by for a very late dinner after Disneyland and ordered 5 meal combos for our family. Got our order, got it home…. And realized two of the meals were missing!!! My husband had to go back out to get the other two paid for meals and wait for them. The employee did apologize and give us a free meal but it was very frustrating to have to do. Food wise rating: 3-4 was the overall rating from everyone. Food was warm when we got it home, tasty, but a little short in the fries in the meal.

I went through the drive through and they forget a chicken finger in my partners box. In addition to that it seeks canes has slipped in quality because the chicken is smaller, they give less fries, and the ice tea just tastes a bit wrong. Sauce which is their only saving grace is still good.

Ordered mobile food for pickup. The fries were undercooked and bland. The chicken was way more greasy than I’ve had at other locations. Kids meal underwhelming. Overall, a disappointing experience and certainly not a cheap disappointment. Cashiers were friendly and service was quick, so there’s that.

Good was solid but the staff in the drive thru forgot to ask condiments and extra canes sauce after paying for it. Don’t let them rush you out of the drive thru without checking first. We now have to do fast food restaurants’ job as well I guess.

ordered here multiple times and the same girl in the drive thru messes up our order. this is the third time. to the point we pulled up and saw her and had to rearrange our order because she doesn’t get it right. this time was the worst because we ended up with a large coke zero when the words large coke zero were never said . when i worked in customer service i’d get a complaint for not smiling and giving enough napkins. so i get not liking work but it’s also not an insane ask for teenagers to drop the “idk what you’re talking about “ attitude they think is cool at school and to be adults because they’re at work.

I’m really disappointed with this Raising Cane’s location on Harbor/Chapman, next to Target. This is the second time I’ve come here and they forgot to include the Cane’s sauce with our meals. The sauce is literally the signature part of the meal, so it feels like a huge oversight. This time, I had already driven home and was about to eat with my daughter when I realized the sauce was missing, so I had to get back in the car and drive all the way back!!! What made it worse was that no one even offered a simple apology. On top of that, when I got home, I also realized they gave me the wrong drinks. I ordered Hi-C and Sprite and instead received Dr Pepper. It’s frustrating when basic order accuracy isn’t being met. Whoever the manager is at this location really needs to focus on training and attention to detail—especially whoever is responsible for packing orders. If employees are being paid well—often more than some retail jobs—they should appreciate the opportunity and take pride in doing their job correctly. At the very least, customers deserve accuracy and basic courtesy. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check everything or make extra trips because of repeated mistakes. I’m upset and disappointed because this has now happened more than once. I hope they take feedback seriously and make improvements.

This is by far the worst canes I have ever been to. I love this restaurant in general but this location is not it rude staff, poor quality food and over all we only got half my meal because they said they were out of everything and didn’t refund me or offer anything. I don’t know why they didn’t tell us before hand vs after getting our food and wondering where the rest of it was.

OILY FINGERS Recently the restaurant performance is down The finger are not well fried so they absorbing a lot of oil. BAD OIL QUALITY You can notice the color of the finger which is darker and indicates the oil is old and not being changed

worst canes i have ever gotten. taste burnt like gas flavored ? not sure how to explain this disgusting taste, paid extra for sauces that were not full, asked to replace items and they did not matter of fact the forgot my toast on a 3 finger combo. very upset

I placed an online order, no wait time, but the fountain drinks were down they only had water and lemonade which the lemonade had no taste so basically water. That was okay but then I open up the container of food and saw how messy it was (after it was being thrown around by what I think was the manager) as he was handing it to me. The food inside was so messy, and on top of that there was a very little amount of food, three small chicken tenders which is okay but very little amount of fries. I would’ve appreciated a refund or something for my drinks and wanted to get my order re-done but I didn’t have time. Will never go again and I’m going to tell everyone I know about my experience and influence into not coming here either.

I had an absolutely terrible customer service experience at this location. My order, which included only two items, was missing the sandwich. The two girls at the drive-thru window were incredibly rude and engaged in idle conversation and laughter. They failed to apologize for the missing item and even had the audacity to repeatedly ask me to move forward so they could serve other customers behind me. I would give them ZERO stars for their customer service skills. They clearly need more training!
