We all know the secret to world peace is Chilaquiles and these are some of the best I've had. The chips were crisp and full of flavor, the sauce was perfect. Topped with over easy eggs and cheese. I'm so lucky I found this place.
This restaurant has a lot of mixed reviews. I decided to try it anyways. I went for breakfast around 8:30 am on a Sunday morning. There were not many people in the restaurant and it took a while before anyone came to take my order. I ordered a Mexican Omelette with Chorizo and Jalapenos. The Jalapenos were virtually tasteless. The potatoes were not hot and the toast came dry with no butter. I had to ask for additional water even though my seat was where all servers passed by. Overall, the food was not that great and I cannot recommend this place. Other potential customers should read the previous reviews.
Absolutely EVERYTHING was delicious!😋 Definitely a hidden gem 💎Will recommend whether you want authentic Mexican food. They use quality ingredients
LOVED this place! From the decorations right down to the food! Customer service was great. I loved their iced mocha and Mexican hot chocolate and their chilaquiles were delicious. Love that they use real eggs to make scrambled eggs. Other places use liquid egg base. The price is very fair and affordable. We paid $55 for 3 main courses, 2 hot chocolates, 1 mimosa and 1 iced mocha. Highly recommend!
We will be back! The service, the staff, the food, the drinks. Amazing! I can not recommend this family owned restaurant enough. Incredible! First time here and had an amazing experience. Thank you to all of you! You have a beautiful thing going.
This cafe is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican breakfast! I went with my girlfriends and ordered the machaca breakfast, and it was absolutely amazing. The machaca tasted like real, authentic dried beef from Mexico, so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The beans served on the side were outstanding, and the warm tortillas, which tasted freshly made, tied the whole meal together. It was such a great experience, and I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their menu.
This is one of our favorite regular spots for breakfast/brunch. This place has hand made tortillas with delicious options from traditional Mexican dishes good old fashion waffles/pancakes. They have amazing coffee hot or iced! They also have fresh fruit drinks or mimosas ;) It can get busy so you might be waiting but no too long. They always have excellent customer service and friendly staff. I’ve also brought my dog in the past they let you sit outside :) overall I highly recommend this place.
Fantastic service, fantastic food. You must try the fresh squeezed juice, it's like biting into an orange. The server was delightful and so friendly. We are so happy we stumbled on to this charming spot!
### Review for S&J Cafe Everything was soooo amazingly good, from my kids' French toast order to my Huevos Rancheros. For drinks, everything was also delicious, from the café de olla to the orange juices. They have homemade tortillas, and the lady making them is super nice with the best attitude, even though she's working outside in the hot weather. It was so good I didn’t get to take pictures of everything!

This is a chill, laid-back Sunday's vibe brunch extraordinaire! Not only is everything tasty, but the have bottomless mimosas and house made tortillas. They have a wide range of options too so there's a dish for everyone. It's my ritual whenever I go to disney, I grab my pineapple spinach fresca!
Grabbed an order for pickup, upon arriving, staff was very welcoming, had my order hot and ready to go, the atmosphere if very nice, very warm and welcoming. I personally grabbed a, "A la Mexicana Burrito" it was delicious with avocado, and I also grabbed a side of asada to throw in it. 🤌🤌🤌🤌
This is the best breakfast I have had! Everything was delicious and very well seasoned and flavored, everything was fresh including the tortillas. They make the tortillas fresh for every order. The service was equally amazing. It was just a great experience all around and I highly recommend going here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ S&J has hands down the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had. The flavor was authentic, the salsa had the perfect kick, and the portions were generous. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and you can tell a lot of care goes into their food. If you’re looking for a real, satisfying plate of chilaquiles, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
Drove 2 hours to check out this restaurant. Food was good, tortillas were made by hand. I wish they would make flour tortillas by hand too, that would be a major plus. The Music had my lady singing lol. Very clean and nice facility. Agua and Zapata iced latte with hazelnut was 🔥🔥😮💨. We enjoyed this shopping center. They had a cool very affordable Arcade business next door and Japanese Home hood store with lots of really cool imported goods from Japan.
Overall a cute spot for breakfast or brunch. The bacon and eggs were your run of the mill breakfast but their sourdough toast was top notch. My only complaint is that when asked for specific modifications (asked for the bacon to be well done & Splenda with coffee instead of sugar), the requests were ignored. Still, it was a reasonable price and the food was out quick.

Place was moderately busy but they had plenty of staff to cover. I ordered the French toast with eggs and sausage and side of hash brown and coke (can). Hubby got the carne asada chilaquiles side of beans and rice with Dr. Pepper (can). Server came to the table asked our drink order and another server literally started talking to her and she walked away. Came back, got our drink order and left. Came back to get our order, left. We had to ask her for our drinks twice. Dropped off drinks, left. Came back with food and the person that dropped it all off asked if I needed syrup or anything. Umm yes please, I have French toast. My breakfast was bland and the French toast was bad. Worse than my kids made on mothers day when they were 10. It was hard to cut and I couldn't bite it. It was almost like stale toast was used. Hubby said his carne asada was tender and good. Wouldn't make it a point to go back.
I've been coming here for years and have always appreciated the food, but lately, the consistency in flavor and pricing has been disappointing. I was surprised to be charged nearly $10 for a simple side of eggs, and unfortunately, the response from the owners lacked the courtesy and empathy I hoped for. I really would want to keep supporting this place, there should be consistency in food flavor and portions and price control.
The food is good the service needs attention. Our waiter was passively agressive. I wish I wouldn't have left a tip. Whoever is running the kitchen is keeping this place afloat. Anyways best wishes!

I've visited this place a few times over the years, and it’s always a bit of a hit or miss, depending on your server. The food is consistently delicious, and it’s a great spot for large gatherings with family and friends. It's convenient, but the service could be more attentive. On a few occasions, I had to remind the staff for simple requests, like lemons for my tacos or even an item that was missed entirely from my order. While the quality of the food often justifies the price, the service doesn’t always match up to the cost. That being said, it’s still a solid choice overall, especially for group outings. Just be prepared for occasional bumps in service.
Went on Monday at 11am. Moderately busy, but not slammed. Waiter came by and took my order, Chiliquiles and a water. Waiter says okay and walks off. Server later drops off the food. I ask him for a water. Server says okay and walks off. Waiter later comes by to close out the tab, takes my dirty dishes and I pay -- walks off. Still no water. Not even the realization that I never even received water. I believe I received silverware strictly because it was already on the table when I got there. Food is good, prices are decent (in 2023 standards), but the service is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS.

I had high hopes for this establishment after seeing how good the food looked online, but my first visit was absolutely terrible, and I will never return. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Our server was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My food, while made fresh, was not up to par. The waffles were decent, but the eggs were clearly from a liquid mix from their bright yellow color, despite their claims of using fresh ingredients. To top it off, the server messed up my order and charged me an extra $3.99 for eggs that should’ve been included. This was beyond frustrating. My mother, who is 75, ordered a simple cheese quesadilla. Despite confirming it would be made fresh, she was served a stale, cold quesadilla that had clearly been prepared earlier in the day. When she kindly asked for a fresh one, the server became argumentative, sarcastically implying my mother didn’t know what she was talking about. When we asked to have it removed from the bill, the server outright refused and rudely stated, “That’s what you ordered.” What made this worse was the lack of accountability. Instead of making things right, the server doubled down and insisted we had to pay for something my mother couldn’t even eat. When we asked for a manager, the server dismissively claimed they would say the same thing. It wasn’t until another staff member intervened that the quesadilla was magically removed from our bill. As someone with over five years of hospitality experience, I found this treatment unacceptable and appalling. Respect and professionalism should be standard, especially toward elders. The server’s behavior and lack of training reflect poorly on the entire establishment. Avoid this place at all costs. Management needs to train their staff better or risk losing more customers. I certainly won’t be returning.

Very disappointed, the food was very high-priced, kids small waffle, one slice of bacon and small amount of eggs was $15.00 dollars, small chocolate milk was $5.00. The server asked if the kids would like mixed fruit than charge a dollar for each fruit without being told its extra charge. I'm a business owner and fully understand the cost of owning and running a business however if your going to charge $15.00 dollars for a kids meal make sure it's with the $15.00 dollars The kid meal with drink, meal and fruit was $22.00 in total for one kids meal just not worth it
