Thanh Son Tofu offers the best homemade tofu in town! Their menu is packed with delicious options, and you'll find lots of other tasty dishes too. Just be aware that the parking lot is on the smaller side, so plan accordingly."
Best tofu in town. There are a lot of kind of tofu here. It is cheaper to buy their products here than supermarket.
I got their tofu banh cuon cuon spring rolls and I can not express how much I enjoyed the absolutely super soft and flavorful creation. You have a ban cuon in the spring roll along with super fresh and soft tofu with some fresh lettuce and fried shallots ALL in one single roll. You get 3 for only $4.50!! OMG....these rolls are AMAZING!!! This is my new favorite spot for rolls. Wow...
Clean and bright tofu store. They have fried tofus in different cooking styles. Highly recommended
Clean eats, healthy eating, vegetarian love. We go to this place so much I think they need to have some point of reward system for regulars like me. Our favorites from Thanh Son Tofu: Thai tea (best and cheapest in town),Pandan tofu pudding, soy jello, and fried mushroom onion tofu. Ăn ngon, ăn sạch và ăn thanh đạm nha. Trying their new matcha milk tea. One of the beat if not the best $ per value
Great prices for a variety of tofu. I like the tofu pudding with Che ba mau. I recently went to San Jose and visited Soyful desserts and was looking for something similar. For $2.50 here compared to $5 is definitely worth it. They have different flavors here such as soymilk, pandan, mango, and taro. I really like their soy jello desserts also!
Good place for tofu.. Parking not good.

Good place for tofu.. Parking not good.
Goof Quality Tofu and quick service. Really good for restaurant owners.
The tofu here is very fresh! Probably the best on in OC!
Flat noodles, fried onion-tofu, and all the other treats are amazing.
Fresh tofu, I will drive all the way from San Diego just to get their tofu.
Warm, fresh tofu. It has jackfruit deserts.
Fast service and friendly staff. Wide choice of vietnamese dry food.
Love the place. Delicious food. Food always fresh
Lemongrass fried tofu is the bomb...we drive from Corona to get a fix once a month...
Nice people working here and the best tofu.
The best fried tofu for us, always!!!
Lemongrass Tofu it’s a must
Not a lot of parking
Parking is hard to find, food is good.
Delicious tofu. I usually buy the mushroom tofu and some kind of dessert in a cup with lots of yummy fruit and jelly. This time, I also had a fried banana. I loved it.
I like to buy tofu at this store. It has all kinds of fry tofu, lemon, mushroom tofu... it also provides soybeans milk with sugar or no sugar. It you are veggies, come to taste all different kind of tofu and veggies food here 👍😀
Very good place for all things tofu. They also have soy milk along with other drinks and desserts, along with a lot of other things. Very friendly service also!
People there are Friendly, Good Service and Good Foods
Vietnamese prepared dishes. If you’re a vegetarian or are trying to cut back on meat, gout, then this is the store for you. To-go, take out kinna store.
OG Viet spot. Pretty much the place in OC for fresh soybean products. Fresh soy milk, tofu, anything. Some are fried and prepared. Probably a good place for vegetarians. The stuff here gets old quickly, they probably don't use preservatives. Also has a bunch of to-go food items like fried bananas.
Really inexpensive, quality tofu, been going for years. They’ve also got fried bananas, sesame balls.
I love this place. They sell variety of tofu. I don't have to fry it. It's ready to eat toffu. Fresh and super tasy.
Delicious tofu! Have a variety of other vegetarian food too. One of their tofu skewers tastes like… amazing delicious spam
My family and I have been going here for years. Love the freshness and the variety of tofu, soymilks, and selection of foods here.
I wanted to buy the Pandan flavored tofu pudding, but my house host couldn't stand its smell.
Good tofu with good price, they have the soybean milk with topping so tasty. I will come back to try more
Has very good selections. Very helpful and friendly staff. Reminded me of going shopping with my mom when I was little, except this place was clean and spotless.
They better accept both methods of payment: card or cash, NOT l cash only. Or else we gonna submit a proposal to the state govt to ban it.
great place for tofu, vegetarian and fruits
Delicious tofu and spring rolls - great store for vegans. Very good prices!
You can find all of Vietnamese food here. All are very good taste. Number one Vietnamese Tofu cake.
Clean and tofu soy bean desserts made fresh daily. Very good
I don't know why people are saying this place is dirty and has bad customer service, when I went, it was spotless and the ladies there were very nice. The food is also really good.
The best tofu product near my home.great fried banana and mung bean sesame ball. Go try it.
Very good & flavorful tofu. Staffs are nice & helpful.
Great tasting French Vietnamese restaurant, also has food to go. A hidden Gem on Westminster Ave and bushard.
Great food stuffs particularly about tofu. Quick and courteous services.
Simply delicious tofu curd like reams of soft silk.
this is ultimately my go to place for vegetarian ingredients and products for decades. their tofus are better quality than the others. they recently constantly expanding their specialties. i highly recommend banh khuc, a rice ball popular in the north vietnam, which are hard to make it … right and traditional. here they are just the best in little saigon in my opinion. love this place.
Has all of my childhood favorites. The fresh tofu is cheap, hot, and oh so satisfying with a bit of ginger syrup. Fried tofu is good and works great for an easy meal at home with rice, over a salad, or with porridge. Soybean milk is also great. As with any other place like this, you can find your typical Vietnamese “fast/cheat foods.” Everything here is fresh and affordable.
I've been going here over 20 years. I will always be a loyal customer to this place❤ The Tofu is excellent and so is everything else they sell. Very friendly environment place. Over 20 years ago I stopped by this place in the evening. After picking out a bunch of items I realized I didn't have my wallet with me when the lady told me my total roughly around $20. The lady told me that's okay you don't have to put it back. You can pay me the next time you stop by. I said to her I won't be down here until next week. I told her I don't feel right doing that. She said," that's fine. You stop by whenever you able to as long as you remember. If you don't pay then you will answer to God. I just don't want you to go home without food". I took her offered and left with the food. I stop by to pay her in 2 days instead. The lady who helped me today was the same lady who helped me over 20 years ago❤
In addition to the best fresh tofu pudding (both the regular with light syrup and pandan flavor with light syrup and lightly sweetened coconut milk) and different types of fried tofu (plain, lemongrass or with mushrooms) in SoCal, there are other tofu-based snacks, refreshing drinks and desserts, and fresh fruits that are also readily available. Parking can be sometimes difficult, but when you find a parking spot, you'll be treated to one of the healthiest snacks around! If there is a queue of customers waiting for their turn, please remain patient as the line does move fairly efficiently and quickly, which gives you additional insight on what else is good based on what the other customers in front of the queue are ordering.
Don't go here for service or smile from the cashier/worker. Go here for soy milk (unsweetened, sweetened, and pandan) and other tofu related stuff. For what you pay for all the yummy stuff, don't expect anything more, like an English speaking clerk or fancy kowtow. If you must insist on a 5 star service, go elsewhere where you have to pay a lot more for mediocre soy products. I laughed so much when I came out because the service was incredibly bad from a non-English speaking cashier. Hahahaha, I am still laughing about it as I write this review. But I went back again immediately after I tasted the warm unsweetened soy milk by the kitchen door. I bought both Pandan and sweetened soy milk, too. They were worth all the horrendous service because they were so tasty and unbelievably cheap, the cheapest of anything out there. So if you don't like the service, go elsewhere. I plan to come back for more! Hahahaha
I highly recommend getting the steal of a deal, Soybean drink with Mung Bean. For only $2.50, you get this wonderful drink. I already really enjoy soybean, but with the addition of mung bean it makes it all the more heavenly. If you ever get the chance to check this place out, get their drink. Well worth the price and packed full of flavor!
Favorite place for me to get aome delicious tofu and variety of it. There is toffu that firend and mix with chilli, lemon grass and fish sauce. The other is tofu with wood ear fungus. They also sell the basic tofu block and soymilk. Cant go wrong with this either and they straight from the kitchen. Fresh and steaming hot.
Always stop by this place whenever we went to Westminster to get tofu, tofu puding, deep fried banana, springrolls and rice rolls. Not only they are delicious, perfect for a meal, snacks and desserts but also good price. It's a must stop for us.
Best tofu around, all forms. We go once a weekend to get food for the week.
One of the 2 best place to buy fresh tofu and soy milk in Little Saigon
I come here specifically for their soy pudding and pandan pudding...literally melts in your mouth. I'll also find other misc finds like fried bananas, sticky rice, or fresh jackfruit that's already portioned.
Anything tofu can be had here. Fresh homemade tofu. Fried tofu and soy milk Fresh made here. Very good and tasty. Only place I have ever found that has Fresh homemade tofu. Reasonable prices. Parking can be difficult and there is usually a line.
Their soy bean products are always fresh and delicious. The tofu pudding is made with traditional way, not gelatin, and super soft. They have many different flavors of fried tofu. I usually get the one with onion and wood ear fungus.
Fresh, trustworthy tofu & coconut milk (Thanh Son Tofu) I had a great experience with Thanh Son Tofu. Their tofu and coconut milk taste fresh and delicious, and I truly trust the quality of their products. What I really appreciate is that the tofu and coconut milk can last about 5 days in the refrigerator and still stay good, which shows how fresh and properly made it is. At other places I’ve tried, the same items sometimes go bad after just 1 day, so this difference is huge. I’m very happy I found Thanh Son Tofu, and I will definitely be coming back again.
This is the best tofu place, I buy a bunch of food every time I go there. Can put some in the freezer for later. It’s take out so don’t expect services. Try their lemongrass tofu, you will be addicted.

Get your tofu fix! I've basically only gone here as a kid when my mom took me but finally came back as an adult because their tofu is so good. Only 5 dollars for a take out box of yummy yummy cubes of protein. Now that I'm moving in the area I just might come here way too much.... During the busy times, parking in this small lot is a nightmare. Better off parking in the surrounding neighborhood and just walking a couple minutes

They take credit card and their food are pretty good
Reasonable prices for various Vietnamese food, tofu is good
Nice place for most tofu soybean related products
Tofu maker here - you want it fresh
Tasty food, good place to bring the family
Long line but good dessert.
Decent Vietnamese food. Sometimes they carry some rare vegetables like Rau Ngot, Rau Can Nuoc, Trai Gac... They also carry seasonal fruits. Their best stuffs: Fried tofu (regular, stuffed, and the best best - mushroom). Cha chien (meat cake) is not bad. Their Banh Cuon (rice crepe) is okay, they sell in combination with tofu, meat cake, fish sauce, veggie or you can buy in lbs. Nem Chua (fermented pork and pork skin) is also acceptable. It's a good "one stop" shop for your Viet street food craving.
Tofu in many varieties done from scratch. If all you've known are Whole Foods fakeries, drop in here from some of the real thing. Come early mornings when it's just been prepped. Try the soy milk. That too is something that'll put shame to supermarket bottles of the same.
Love the prices of the tofu here and the tofu tastes soo good! This place is a must when I'm in town.
Pick your tofu to go, i counted 6 different types of fu...And they all tastes great. I def found my fu shop, nice folks too.
This is America and u come here and u must adopt the American way of line. That means to accept payment by card with no fee. So sick of businesses run by greedy Asians who only prefer cash payment to avoid paying fee.
I love food here but no parking is a big problem.
Best spot to get Tofu, fried banana and sasame ball.
Great tofu and soybean milk. Price is reasonable and cheap.
Very fresh tofu, including various types of fried tofu, and bean based products...
A great place for homemade tofu and steam buns. I would love to go back there again! See you next time 😊 love the cashier lady's personality.
Thanh Sơn Tofu is a longtime Garden Grove favorite with excellent fried tofu (especially onion, mushroom & lemongrass) and smooth, flavorful soy pudding. A true vegetarian gem in Little Saigon. However, billing transparency is a serious issue. Receipts often show only a lump-sum total with no itemized breakdown. In 2026, this is outdated and unacceptable. Clear pricing and itemized receipts should be standard practice. I love the food and want to keep supporting this business, but clearer and professional billing is needed.

Ok place. Tight parking. Good selection of soy milk
Customer service is bad… long face no smile. They need to change
Good food. No parking. Bad customer service.
Parking lot problem! Food is just ok.
Good place for take out Vietnamese snack
The tofu here is of better quality than others. However, it's advisable to purchase their products during the daytime; buying in the afternoon requires caution.
We go to their other store in Virginia. I was surprised to find this one while visiting socal but I was disappointed. The fried tofu was cold and hard. The fried banana was oily and soggy… not crispy.
I have been buying tofu, sweet tofu pudding and soy milk from this place for over a year, everything was good until a few month ago. Recently I got bad soy milk 2 out of my last 3 or 4 trips. The soy milk would appear fine in their frig, but it would turn gluey in a short time. The first time it happened a few days after I bought the soy milk, there were gluey chunks in the container when I poured it out, but it didn't smell spoiled, I threw the remaining half bottle away. Last week the entire carton of soy milk turned gluey the next day, I wouldn't dare to pour it down the drain, had to throw the whole bottle away. I always go home right after I bought the milk and use freezer bag to keep it fresh, I don't know what caused the problem, but after two bad experiences, I don't think I will buy soy milk from this place anymore, need to go to another tofu factory for more reliable tofu and soy milk.

Sanitation is below average. Tofu products are average.
Very dirty inside anf bad customer service
Parking horrible, foods not that hot.
Per infection control, all employee needed to wear masks whenever contact with food products and during the time to work with the customers. Thanks
This has been a favorite takeout for a long time until recently. Tofu 4/5 (need to eat them within a few days otherwise they'll go rancid) Customer service 1/5 (very salesy and pushy for cash payments) Price transparency 2/5 (receipts are not itemized and difficult to find prices on food items). I ordered about $33 worth of food and I had asked the older woman at checkout for soy milk. She didn't fill the order and I didn't check my 2 bags of food before paying with credit card. The whole time at checkout she asked me 3 times if I wanted to order more. Quite salesy! I paid and went out to the car only to realize I forgot to buy soy milk. I came back to buy soy milk and the older woman asked for cash and not credit card. Obviously I didn't carry cash and she said I should be more considerate paying cash since her shop gets charged $0.50 per credit card transaction. I reminded her that she forgot to fill my order. It was quite annoying because I ordered $33 worth of food when other customers usually less than $10. She didn't want me to buy soy milk and proceeded to help other customers. I finally told her to charge an extra $0.50 to my soy milk and she reluctantly did. It was petty to nickel and dime a long time customer who makes large orders.
This place is hit or miss but looks like it's mostly miss. I think they do sell food left over from the day before, so it can taste a bit spoiled/sour since tofu has short shelf life. Same seems to be true for their soy milk which tends to taste a bit sour. You probably need to finish it the same day you bought it so keep that in mind. BTW, parking is pretty bad here so don't bother coming by on weekends.

The soy pudding I bought from 99 range has been spoiled or spoil within 2 days !!! They don't put date on the packaging so there is no way to know which one is new or old. Very disappointing and waste a lot of money buying spoiled food. I bought the soy drink 1 times before. Taste spoiled immediatelyout the bottle, never buy their brand since, I tried their pudding like 8 months ago for the first time, it was great, but the following few purchase after that were all bad. If the company is reading this, please put date on your food packaging.
I have always bought Thanh Son soy milk for years. Recently, their soy milk got spoiled so fast. I bought their big jug of soy milk on Sunday evening. It was untouched until Tuesday. The soy milk became thick consistency like tofu. Their soy milk used to last 3-4 days. I called the store, and the lady said they stopped adding preservatives and kept saying "bye" without letting me ask anything else. There is no point in buying a big jug for me anymore. It is a waste of money.
⚠️ Buyer Beware – Overpriced & Poor Quality Product ⚠️ I want to share my recent experience at Thanh Son Tofu (9688 Westminster Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92844) so others can avoid the same mistake. On Tuesday this week , I purchased a whole jackfruit here for over $40—a fruit that normally costs around under $30 at most grocery stores. The jackfruit looked fine from the outside, but when I opened it the next morning, I was shocked: • The core and meat were old, bruised, and discolored • The taste was bland and sour, nothing like the sweet jackfruit flavor it should have • It even made me wonder if something was used to preserve its appearance I politely called the shop to explain and asked if I could exchange it to another one that I could eat. I paid over $40 of my hard-earned money for something inedible, which is simply unfair. Unfortunately, the owner refused to help, told me to “go ahead and put a review online,” and showed no care or integrity about customer service. This kind of attitude shows they are not concerned about long-term customers or the quality of what they sell. Please be careful with your money and avoid doing business here.

Fine a parking space is really hard , people parked wherever they liked, blocked the drive way is terrible, for the service is excellent !
Terrible place to buy food here. They always very rude, dirty, foods are always boil , always careful with my purse because they have robbing behavior and crazy.
Crampy parking lot, rude service workers that don’t update the POS price screen!
