Went through the drive thru change my mind twice and the gentleman was so patient and nice... When I got to the window he asked if I wanted a lime in my ice tea etc......My fish taco was so good ... Best simple 1/2lb Bean and Cheese Burrito with Red sauce for $1.... its good size for the price...all the tacos are good... and the mini cheddar & bacon quesadilla for $0.69, cant beat it such a tasty snack! I was served the wrong burrito for breakfast. I discovered this after a few bites. The manager let me keep it, had the correct one made for me, and threw in a cup of coffee. I'd say they went the extra mile for customer service!

Servers are all very nice at this location. Love the fries almost always Hot. I would recommend this place if you need a quick inexpensive meal.

Stopped by street midnight after a long flight to pick up food for a carful of hungry kids. Drive through service was quick, accurate, friendly. Everybody was happy.

This location in specific is really really good because it is conveniently located for me because I work at the Toyota dealership next door. Most importantly I like the fact that their prices that they advertise are more than on point and stay priced as advertised the food is great the staff here is great and attentive to the customers needs and best of all my favorite is their queso chicken roller you can never go wrong with that for $1 dollar. For breakfast get the breakfiesta you can never go wrong with that for $2.50

DEL YEAH! DEL never disappoints. I always get the snack pack, 6 hard or soft tacos with 6 bean & cheese burritos. I like how you can choose green or red sauce for your burritos. This pack is the best bang for your buck. Tried there epic burrito 🌯 which hit great too. Surprisingly, their burgers are tasty too - always ask for extra burger sauce & thank me later - I'll Be Back!

When you go to Del Taco, you know exactly what you can expect in terms of food, every single time. It's consistent and inexpensive. If my order is correct, then I'm good. I think there have been maybe 5 times in the past 10 years where an item was wrong, but not to the point where the meal was ruined or someone went hungry. There aren't many other places where I can feed five people for under $20 on the nights when nobody wants to cook, and everyone is both happy and full.

I have eaten at many different Del Tacos for the past 40+ years. Sometimes 7 days a week, sometimes just a couple days a week. This one has become my favorite. The food proportions are always about what their menu states them to be. Many other Del Tacos have been skimping, for example, Seal Beach Blvd Del Taco 1/2 lb bean and cheese burritos weighing under 5oz, that’s with 2 scoops of guacamole added. Multiple times. Other locations doing the same. This location on Western does not skimp. The food is always fresh and the fries are USUALLY hot, sometimes warm, but USUALLY hot. Every staff member I’ve interacted with actually listens while your are placing your order and also at the window. When I answer ‘no’ to the sauce question, they don’t ask 3 or 4 times, they ask once. And they don’t dump a huge handful of sauces and ketchup in the bag like so many of the other locations do even after I answered no multiple times. It is refreshing to go to a business where the people actually care about serving the customer. FYI, I only go to this location before noon, so I haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with the night staff.

I tend to visit this Del Taco in the wee hours of let's say 3am and the food is always made fresh and to order! The team members are always courteous and friendly... even at that hour! They always ask if you need condiments before they hand you your order. I appreciate the reminder!

Plenty of parking spaces for dine in. Seemed like the drive thru orders were prioritized way before dine in costumers so expect a little wait.

The workers remember you from previous visits which is nice. I get a freshly made meal in less than 15 minutes.

Del Taco, Americanized Mexican food. It's good enough when you want a quick bite but want something better than Taco Bell. Great variety, nice dessert choices and shakes, even some burger choices. This location is usually pretty good in terms of service and food quality. Popular in this area because there aren't too many in this poor south central area expect a line in the drive thru when you arrive.

Okay. It's Del Taco. It's fast food. That being said, this one is clean. They always get my order right. The staff is courteous. Most importantly, it is quick. The breakfast burritos are real good. Don't get the cheap ones. Get the $4 ones. You won't be hungry afterwards.

I love the value menu! I got my regular mini bean and cheese burrito and I tried ranch Chicken roll. I added lettuce to the chicken roll with gave it a better taste. The drive thru service was good and friendly.

Same reliable menu that you've known for years. The Mexican items beat their burgers but the deluxe fries come with chili, onions, tomatoes, sour cream and will hit the spot. Dining room tends to be neglected with tables not wiped and trash cans filled up -drive thru is recommended at this location.

Years ago, Del Taco used to make the best fast food nachos , The Macho Nachos. They are no longer on the menu, but I asked while in the drive thru if they still made them on special request and the order person said, "Yes, but they have 'white cheese' now". Well, it turns out the 'white cheese" isn't cheese at all, but some nasty cheese-like goop that is obviously easy to pour on( like Taco Bell's) . These Nachos are worse then Taco Bells' Nacho BellGrande. Now I know why they are no longer on the menu, as they obviously take too long to prepare the traditional way with real melted cheese and probably tie up the drive thru. I still like Del Tacos Burgers, Fries, Burritos and Tacos.

Actually 1/2 stars I tried the Beyond Avacado Taco. The texture and taste was excellent! The plant-based filling taste like Turkey meat to me! However, the seasoning was overwhelming but, that is a personal taste issue. I have added Beyond Avacado Tacos into my pallet rotation!

This is a good place to go to for late night binge eating. You'll feel disgusting afterward (just as Allah intended), but it tastes yummy in muh tummy. You may want antidiarrhea medicine for the day after.

I love del taco as my fast food place to go. However, I'm dissapointed with this location. Their drive through is slow and at times I wait over 10 minutes to get my order. At that point I might as well have just gone inside. Also they reduced the size of their real strawberry lemonade at this location.

I used to really like any Del Taco but this one in particular uses WAY too much salt on the fries. The tacos also were very salty. Went to feed an urge, left remembering why I shouldn't go back. The staff is polite and attentive. The dining area as well as the drink station and visible kitchen area are super clean.

Their food has gotten a little better over the years I have been visiting. I have been to Del Taco restaurants where the food is more fresh. I give it 2 stars because the food is not terrible anymore but edible.

Interesting Place I will align them with Taco Bell some of their foods are OK. But if your really hungry what you eat won't matter for a few of us. Some of the burger meat is meduim rare here too. Their tacos are filled with a little meat, a little more lettuce a helluva lot of cheese and 3 to 4 tomatoes that are wrap in the paper for the tacos that fall out when you open the wrapperto eat this finely made Taco.. Since I was craving Del Taco and this was the nearest location I stopped in the drive through. The food was good, but the customer service was mediocre at best. If management is reading this, please advise your cashiers that they are at work and at least make the customer's feel that they are appreciated. There were no customers in line and I felt like I was bothering the rep - and no I am far from being a Karen (I work in customer service too)

The "management" knows about his behavior and does nothing For example, taking your order and leaving you at the order board until he feels like telling you to pull forward, telling you to go park and he'll bring the order to you while he plays with the other customers behind you and then when he had someone else bring out your order, the order is "accidentally" missing something so that you have to go back, again, and attempt to get what you ordered and already paid for and the food you have gets cold

This was the worst del taco experience that I have had. Not the employees. The food. First they took a good amount of time to get the food out. Then the food was very under weight. All the tortillas were cold,stiff,and breaking apart. The chicken was all cold. The sour cream was put on a corner of one taco ,instead of across the whole thing. I dont understand why there lids on their coffee cups dont stay on the cup. You'd think they would check and make sure the lid is on right before handing you a hot cup of coffee?? No matter what the lid would not stay on after I added cream and sugar. Spilled the coffee on myself twice, because they dont work right. Regular Tacos were TINY, Burritos had hardly anything in them. The quality, or lack thereof, really went DOWNHILL!!!! WON'T be returning any time soon, that's for sure.

I asked for french fries without salt and they seemed to give me a much smaller portion than what's usually given to me. My turkey tacos were cold, because they were prepared well before the fries were finally finished.

Went to the drive thru at this location for a quick bite. I had an easy order #4 double Dell cheese burger combo no onions and an extra plain double dell cheese burger. Got back home open box they gave me 2 hard shell chicken tacos and instead of plain cheese burger they put all the condiments on the other burger. Charged me $12 for two tacos and a burger and they want minimum wage of $15 an hour. How hard is it to make sure you're giving people the right orders. I wish I could give zero stars.

10:20 PM February 7th 2026: I had to repeat my order six times through the drive through because the kitchen was being super loud I could hear them all talking over the guy taking the order. He told me that I was breaking up and couldn't hear me but clearly it was because of whatever was going on in the kitchen. I told them forget it and I drive through the drive through to see a guy on a motorcycle shaking all their hands and having a good time. Go ahead and check the cameras. Just went to Taco Bell with no issues. Kids can have fun but just tell me to wait one minute instead of making me repeat myself six times. Thanks.

I always been a decent customer. Throwing away my trash and cleaning my own table. But last night during the night shift one of their male employees in the back kept on looking at me and giving me weird looks and vibes. I try to say Hi or What's up? You know like Hey how's it going. He doesn't say a thing but continues looking at me in weird ways. I go back to my seat and continue to eat my food. Then he continues to look at me in weird ways after I just tried to say Hi to break the ice. but I continue to eat. Then him and his co-worker start to laugh and he pulls out a phone and takes a picture of me while I was eating. I get up and try to confront him and ask the supervisor for a phone number to call to complain because their employee just took his phone out and took a picture of a customer(me) while I was eating and I was being dismissed and they acted like they didn't know English. Then the guy starts doing sexually explicit things with his tongue and starts calling me out my name. Trying to entice a fight. All while I'm calm and not saying a thing. The supervisors acted like they didn't even see, hear a thing from him. I didn't get a number to complain about or nothing. About something very serious in somes eyes and I doubt the manger does anything if I could get in touch with them. That's the sad part. Poor service and poor life choices. I hope someone reads this and looks into their night shift management. They need to be fired. All of them. The crazy thing is other customers walked in and both of the workers who took a picture of me and the supervisor switched up so quick. They went from not knowing English to acting like they were the calm ones. Lol. After enticing a fight. No lie. I feel ashamed to have eaten their.

On 10/2/23 around 5:30pm My family decided to eat at del. A choice we have regretted since then. We ordered al 3 new menu items, the BBQ burrito, fries and quesadilla. Me and my wife ate the fries and shared the quesadilla. The food tasted good we liked it. We saved the burrito in the fridge,we were to full. Later that night, we started to get a upset stomach so took medicine and went to bed. Next day are stomachs were still not feeling well. That's when it all started. I won't go into details, but it is food poisoning. Either it was poor food handling or not cooking to temperature. Either way it goes without saying: We will not Eat at Del Taco.

It was late and everything was closed. I drove to Del Taco and was happy to see it was open. I drove up to order and the lady on the intercom said, " we are only taking cash right now. " I said, "you've got to be kidding." Well that's a first. I said, you can't take a debit card? She said, well you will have to wait. I asked how long? She said, a few minutes. I told her fine. I turned the ignition off and sat there for about ten minutes. She finally said, Okay. What do you want to order? I told her and then pulled up to the window. I ordered a double Dell combo and two del beef burritos and drinks. It was $26.00! W. T. H.? I was so hungry and so tired of driving around, I didn't bother to check the receipt. The food was terrible. I will not go there ever again. Maybe she wanted cash for her own pocket and she made me pay for not getting it by waiting! Rude, Crude, & I dissaprove!

This Del Taco has very bad management and staff- Today, we there to order to go- taco a carbon chicken, been/cheese burrito and chipolte crispy chicken taco- I noticed that they were taking care of all the drive thru cars as I and other customers waited for a long time. In fact, I was going to cancel and get my money back after waiting for over 20 minutes- Then the manager said ok will give you my money but then the order was ready- His attitude- lack of customer care is very distasteful and now will think twice before going back to that location. This type of lack of customer service skill from the manager shows that Del Taco really needs to do a better job of training their staff otherwise will definitely lose business! Also while we were waiting, I heard him tell customers that the wrong items were given to some customers as well so in summary a really bad job. Hope the upper management will pay more attention to training their staff or get better qualified personnel.

I am writing in behalf of my wife we went to Del Taco at 11 PM and my wife has a allergy to jalapeños and the first time they sent out our order it had jalapeños all over it so we requested it to be returned and changed and they did but when I went home just in case I tasted the nachos before I gave it to her and it had a taste of jalapeños on the cheese and on the chips were the first set of jalapeños were set and it could have sent her to the hospital thank God I checked

Loved del taco, but this location not so great. Bought a Bacon double CB got a burger made with no sesame seed top. Really cold. Nobody at the dine area. Slow sevice, where are the bacon strips. Got only bacon bits. Whats...??
