Food is usually good at this location except for today chicken and fries weren’t as hot as usual. First time getting dirty rice and it’s actually great and spicy. Mari is a very nice and gets the order right.

Just went to grab our food of 20 chicken tenders, Mac & cheese, fries and delicious hot rolls. Everything was fresh and delicious. The GM and manager Edgar are freaking awesome. And they both have the best customer service. They made us laugh and they just have such fun vibes. It was so worth the visit today and thank you all for our delicious food. Trust me we sure did enjoy it. Will definitely be back soon.

Ms Marry was so helpful nd made sure all my needs and food was as I requested. Ms Sara also made sure my other order was fresh and I got very thing I wanted my meal. Asking about interaction with Sara nd Mary I couldn't have asked for a polite and exceptional communication. I will set the bar high due to great communication and understanding. The 2 or 3 piece fried chicken or chicken tenders meal is my preference. W/ macaroni & cheese. French fries, fried okra, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, and more. I like them all 😋.

I ONLY eat the chicken sandwich, nothing else is worth my time. Pray you get someone who speaks and understands English.... he's super kind and sweet but repeatedly saying no pickles is crazy when that's ALL you're saying.

The food is good (minus a couple times the rolls were raw in the middle) and the order is usually correct but you think I would learn by now to check. They rarely give plastic wear. I guess they expect you to eat your green beans or mashed potatoes like a caveman with your fingers or perhaps a stick. I question their competence,, update I kid you not went last week missed my order, received a free one next day, went today and they forgot my roll,,, done done and done! Obviously the owner could care less to find competent ppl, ignorance at it's finest

Now I have eaten food here several times, but the last two times i have notice that my chicken fried rice had other meats cook in with it. Which upsets my tummy. Not sure why that is, but it's inexcusable. If I wanted mix meat I would have order mix meats. Since I don't and have NOT EATEN PORK OR BEEF IN OVER 35+ YEARS Now I won't be eating here anymore. Since they cook everything in one pan. Smh 😬

I went to the drive thru at this location around 3:30 p.m. today(Sunday). I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders combo with 2 sides (fried okra and dirty rice) instead of a drink w/no gravy but add ranch. The total was $10.81. When I got home and opened my meal, there were 3 baby tenders, NO RANCH, cool okra, and overcooked, mushed up dirty rice, and a roll. I live maybe a mile from there. I came straight home. The food was a total disappointment. I did not have the energy to go back there to return the food. I will just go back to NOT eating there. I was hopeful that things had changed with the food quality. I spent my money on old cold food. This is not the expectation when I am paying my money no matter how much the cost.

We were hesitant to go to golden chick at all. Almost every experience we have at any location ends up messed up in one way or another. I don’t know if we got food poisoning or if one of their sauces had gone bad or what, but we all got sick eating here. Add onto the fact that we had ordered half fried half roasted and they gave us all fried. We live in garland it would’ve been a 20 minute drive for us to go back and get it fixed. Be better yall. Made an already bad evening a disappointing disaster.

I'm so done! I ordered a 5 piece catfish dinner. Look at this! It looks like fish Nuggets. What the world! Now I did order the chicken tortilla soup, it was delicious! I'll definitely go back and get that again. But that catfish they will never get another dime out of me. Shame on you Golden Chick!

Awful. We received tenders that were still raw on both our meals. We took them back apologetically explaining the issue they promised to have us a fresh batch right out. Should be to us in five minutes! 15 min later we were done eating our sides and we still had no chicken. We went back to the counter and the same employee finally handed me a box of tenders and said do you want to try these? I smiled and said we'll, we're already done with everything else.... I didn't want to cause a scene, everyone has hard days, so I told him I would take them to go hoping they were actually done... But you're a CHICKEN restaurant! You should know how to cook chicken! I feel bad for all the ppl going through the drive thru who would be getting home and then finding out their chicken was raw 😬. We won't be going back here...

The food was not fresh at all! The jalapeno poppers were missing jalapenos and were cold. Cole slaw didn't taste like Cole slaw. Will not be back. EVER!

Dont go through the drive thru!!! They ALWAYS mess stuff up. I paid 15 dollars for a 4piece tender combo and extra fries. I only got 3 tenders and a tiny portion of exactly 8 fries and a drink that was fully iced, and they forgot the 1 tender missing, bread that comes in the combo, AND they forgot the extra fries I PAID for. This is horrible and when I called to get my missing food or a refund no one answered. Who wants to be in their car having to open up their food and hope their order is finally correct?? If you buy from here, make sure you check the bag if these people bagged it correctly or you'll be disappointed. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Ordered from Golden Chick on 11/5. The order was wrong, and when I came back calmly with proof, I was treated like a criminal. Staff threatened police over a meal I paid for. I’ve got bank proof and screenshots. Disappointed in the lack of respect and customer care. I don’t want to eat from this location ever again the Older Latin woman was beyond rude and the Latin guy with the gold hair couldn’t speak any English and was not caring about my situation.
