Very good to go food. $10 for 5 tacos with plenty of whole food ingredients. Will be back here regularly when I visit the nearby stores in this shopping center.

I have to admit the chicken at this place is absolutely off the chain. Actually everything I have ever eaten here whether dining in or taking out has been. very good to excellent. On a scale of one to ten (1 - 10) nothing has been less than a seven (7). The atmosphere of the restaurant is definitely low key family style. Nothing fancy but there are some coin operated rides and video games/claw machines for the little ones. Even an old fashioned gumball machine. There is a huge selection of salsas and hot salsas. Most look to be homemade. ( Be careful when tasting some can be extremely hot! A side note for take out orders... (If you are ordering the take out while roasted chicken order some extra tortillas. The tortillas are corn and kind of small. But they are hot and delicious. Overall I rate Pollo Regio and 8 out of 10. Thanks for reading.

Sauces are good. Chicken is well cooked and tastes awesome. Loved the style & spice level of chicken. Tacos are also damn good. Friendly staff.

Not a big fan of the Charro beans, but the chicken smoky grilled flavor is a 10 out of 10 really enjoy coming out here for the chicken and rice , w their tortillas on side , been here twice now && haven’t had any issues on the drive-through. Great customer service every time/ great food

I ordered the half chicken meal and didn’t like it. You all have changed the recipes and the way you prepare the chicken and beans; it’s not good to me anymore. You used to use wood to cook it and it tastes so much better. I can tell you do not anymore. It tasted like rotisserie chicken which I can get a whole one for half the price of what I spent that tastes better from Sam’s . The tacos were pretty good. We had good service just disappointed in the changes for the chicken.

We came to pick up dinner tonight and our chicken came out raw, this is so disgusting, the only thing that was cooked was the beef patty on the burger .
