Great, friendly customer service. Really nicely decorated interior and it was clean - including restrooms. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Tasty fried chicken and cane’s sauce as always. Glad this location is open - super convenient stop

As someone who's been enjoying Cane's for a very long time, I am very disappointed on how they run this location. Here is a summary of my past 3 visits. - Most employees at the drive-thru have no basic customer service skill. They use foul language with each other in front of customer - No greeting at the drive-thru window. Even after me saying "Hello How are you" their response usually is "What's the name on the order?" and when I say "Thank you" after they hand me my food, they just look away to talk to their coworkers - Over-dispensed drinks were handed to me without , which resulted in drink dripping all over car and clothes I have too much for Canes, and this is the closest place from my new apartment so I will probably continue going here, but I really hope they step up their game and go back to how great they used to be.

Slow drive through!! 6 cars in line .. almost 20 minutes to get through it. The order taker sounded rude and spoke over me.

I usually come here but lately the quality of the food has gone down the bread isnt buttered or crispy like it’s always been they don’t even care about it the bread is literally supposed to be the best part the fries will be soggy sometimes as well

Our frequency canes often is only seven minutes from where I live. I ordered a kids meal. I understand it’s a kid meal, but the french fry portion size was a lot less than what I normally get. They were also cold as well as my chicken strips. They were very dry. I called to speak with the manager. And when the manager got on the phone, it was immediately attitude. I said I’ll just write a review and hung up. Very disappointed. Food was wasted.

Eating the "chicken" here made me more sick than I've ever been from eating something. I will definitely not be eating or buying any of this crap again. They need to be investigated by the health department.

Not all my food arrived I was missing three chicken tenders And when I called to get a refund one was not provided Even though I literally shown my receipt And I only have the one meal on there But on DoorDash, it says I have three chicken tenders and then a meal Very dissatisfied with customer service
