Came into the N Garland Store today and came across barista named Phoebee (sp?) and she's a gem. She went out of her way to accommodate me after I had a grueling day at work. Thanks Phoebee! Good job! This store is a great place to stop whenever I'm in Garland.
Best baristas at this location! Maria and Katelyn always have a smile and a friendly greeting. Highly recommend this location if you want to start your day off right.

This location has great customer service. The shift manager tonight was terribly nice and very accommodating. Every customer cannot help but feel welcome because of her. As someone comes here almost every day, they have the best service so far, except today. About 8pm, I came here to get a drink as a little joy for my bad day. However, the barista seems a little mad or she had a bad day, too. Her attitude when I ordered and got the drink made me feel like I was doin sth wrong. I ended up not enjoying my drink and was really down. The first time, I wanted to get out of this place right away. I still give it a 5 start since they’re amazing in everything most of time. I just want to say please, always be kind !
Customer service was impeccable. He made a difficult "tik tok" drink with ease and it turned out great. Store was empty at 0700 on a Sunday... so customer service was personalized to cater to us before heading out to save some lives!
Hands down my favorite Starbucks in the area! I frequent the store in the afternoons and the service is always amazing! Especially when a girl named Erica makes my drinks, they’re always super good and she’s always super nice and friendly! I’d recommend coming to this store over others in the area any day of the week!

I was celebrating a personal goal this one afternoon and asked for something new, sugar free with almond milk. The woman gave me a couple options, gave me nutritional facts and showed me how to order the same thing next. Outstanding customer service!!! She made my morning and helped me stay on my no sugar diet with ease!
I love coming to this Starbucks. Everyone is always extremely friendly and goes above and beyond for their customers here. I moved to the area and started going back to school, so this location has become my go-to for studying and schoolwork. Yes, the new one on Arapaho is much bigger, a little bit closer to me and has a drive-thru, but I still would much rather come to this one due to the experience and friendliness of the employees.

It was probably my mistake for not asking for iced rather than regular, however they quickly re made it for me without question and were very pleasant about it. Even offered me the original, but it's 110 degrees outside so I politely declined.
I went at 5:20 on 6/3 I got a super nice barista im not sure what her name was but she 100% needs to be recognized for her amazing job! She was super nice super amazing and reccomended the most delicious white mocha shaken expresso with cold foam!
I usually go to the location by my house which is Shiloh & Aprapho. Today they messed up my coffee. I was upset.. it took over 30 minutes at that location. Went to this location fast and correct 👌 Most starbucks forget what goes in a Iced Shaken Espresso just the regular one! They got it 👏👏👏 The before and after I shared it all together 💚💚 the perfect coffee color 💚💚💚

Customer service is on point at this location! My husband and I came in not sure what we were wanting, and Tom gave up excellent recommendations, was extremely friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our choices. We decided to stay and enjoy our coffee and Tom greeted everyone as soon as they walked in. I know ordering online is convenient but if you have the time, go in and say hi! The staff makes it such a warm, welcoming environment and makes you day 100% better!
In the times when it seems like everybody is on edge, especially in the morning, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated, Tom’s upbeat, personality, and just genuine, kind service. Learn from Tom ya’ll.
Stopped by here for a coffee and to work on some things from my laptop. The workers were friendly and service was quick. Coffee was good which is typical of Starbucks. The only experience I had that wasn't great was that I sat down to work in the back corner at first that had an outlet next to the chair. The problem was that this outlet wasn't working. It may be tied to a GFCI which would have been easy to fix, but I just moved to one of the tables by the window and used the outlet there with no problem, so this is something to be aware of if you are bringing a laptop that needs to be charged. Otherwise, my experience with this place was top notch.
Barista misheard my drink order size. So she immediately offered to make me another. Which is very sweet. The cafe was already busy on a rainy weekend day. So the fact she went out of her to take the time was greatly appreciated. I believe her name was Kathryn. Thank you!
I normally use a different Starbucks that’s slightly closer to home. I went in to this location to pick up a donation of pastries for our club and am extremely happy I bought my drinks here today. I will now switch over to this location permanently because they are open to helping the community and because they made my drinks perfect. The store is immaculately clean and spacious! 😊
My favorite Starbucks to go to everyone is always so nice, polite and have a nice attitude. This morning the girl at the window was amazing i had made my online order but accidentally drop it at the window when she handed it to me I feel horrible about it but she was so professional and took care of it so quick for me, on top of that never got upset. I wish I would’ve catch her name she was amazing.
My order has never been wrong at this store. Even when the line is huge it is never made so far in advance to you getting to the window that your hot coffee and hot foods are starting to cool. The blended drinks are also still completely frozen/blended and not melting at the bottom.
We had the best experience passing through on a road trip. The cafe was somewhat full, and we were one chair short for the people we were meeting. They handled the busy cafe and multiple orders so well. Our drinks were delicious and we received them quickly. A few minutes into our visit, an employee walked out with an extra chair and said, “Here’s a chair for you, queen.” It was such an amazing example of hospitality and made our experience so positive and welcoming. Thank you!
Everyone here is amazing. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but today I had to stop in and jump on a meeting. The staff here went above and beyond to help me out. It sounds small, but it's a big deal. Great service, I can't say it enough!

The atmosphere and customer connection is super exceptional. Justin and Josephine went above and beyond making sure our food and coffee was served timely. They meet the customers needs and know how to connect and strike up a good conversation. Despite being a busy store, they take the time to treat every guest amazingly. My fiancé and I got off to a rough morning start and the baristas definitely made our day. We will be returning again soon :)

The Baristas and manager are great at this starbucks! Weather you get coffee to go or sit and use WiFi for a bit, youre sure to love it!
This location is busy in the mornings. It is best to use the app to order ahead. If you don't you'll be waiting... And waiting.... And waiting.... The people are nice they are just busy. I like the chairs and lounge area set up.
This store seems small and crowded and it can be noisy due to the number of customers. Despite being there on a noisy weekend, we received our order relatively quickly. It was a standard coffee and a chai latte.
Better than other locations. The staff is quick and always gets your name horribly wrong 'Beary'? Really? But seriously, nice staff, steady business, so they are on point. A little smaller than most.
This is the location to visit and no other. You can go nearby to the Arapaho location and be disappointed or drive a little further and get out for coffee that actually tastes more than drinkable and how it’s supposed to be made.
OK nothing new here is just another Starbucks which I love. The reason to give four stars is because Scott keeps asking everyone if they want an extra shot of expreso, he's the only barista across the US that asks this every time. And guess what, last time I said no and still he charged it and got my extra shot which messed up my sweet white latte :(
This is my *home* store, and I'm in 4-5 times a week. Things had slipped for a while, but returned to *top notch* with a management change. It's a pleasure to pop in and see who's on duty now, and it's always clean again (counters, tables, condiment area, and restrooms). It's my favorite Starbucks in the area... and there are several from which to select.
I love this place. The service is fantastic and the drinks are perfect, but there’s always a guy sitting at the same place every day from morning to night, talking and laughing a lot. His laugh is loud and don’t know why it makes me scared a little bit, so I have to always put the headphones on.
Today I went to this Location as I normally do. I placed an order on the Starbucks mobile app for an iced gingerbread chai. Usually when items are out of stock, it will say so on the app. The item was not available as told to me by the cashier. I then had to decide on the spot a new drink and I picked the wrong drink. I explained to them that it allowed me to order it on the app. The either manager or another cashier, then gave me attitude about ordering a seasonal item stating that I should have thought it was already out of stock. I usually have good experiences at this store, but after this I won’t be back.
06/04/22: This location has been recently remodeled. It’s typically busy, but service is always nice. I typically don’t go do the drive thru and go inside to make an order/pick up my mobile order. Friendly staff and fast service is what happens at this Starbucks location. My drinks are made right and food is good for what it is. Location is typically always busy in the mornings, so expect to wait in the drive thru if you choose that option. Mobile and in person ordering is much faster when this location is busy.
Espresso Frappacino was great. A little too much water in the oatmeal... And the bathrooms seem to always need cleaning and both were out of toilet paper...
Since they displayed questionable intelligence in dropping ALL of their "no sugar" baked goods, I no longer have a reason to go there unless I am meeting someone who insists on one of these locations.
It's kinda small and the tables and chairs are small and uncomfortable for long periods of time. The coffee itself are normal for Starbucks though.

The label on my mobile order was correct. But it did not taste like my usual order. So a little disappointed. If I had more time I would have asked to remake it.
My coffee was not hot as I asked for. I specifically asked for Extra Hot because it's cold and I love hot coffee.
This location is ok. It is normally crowded and the door and cashier spot seem to be oddly close to one another. The people are generally friendly but it never seems to me that they take that extra step that you can find at other locations. An example, yesterday I ordered two different coffees and one hot chocolate. They were nice enough to ask if I needed the tray, but when they were ready it was a guessing game to figure out which cup was which. When I asked them which one was which, the batista was just as confused. I eventually figured it out. My drink didn't seem as good as it could have been, and it turns out the other two drinks seemed rushed as well. I hope the next time I visit this location that they step up the quality because that's something they can control more so than the entrance.
Not sure on the name of the cashier checking in my app order at the order screen as well as the pickup window but she immediately had a rude tone and didn’t respond when I said thanks. Made me feel very awkward next to my partner who was in the car with me and also believed it was odd

Despite providing the barrister with written down ingredients to the coffee my girlfriend asked me to pick up, he still got it incorrect. I arrived home with her drink only to have to turn back around, drive another 15 minutes to Starbucks (and another 15 minutes back - for a total waste of a hour out of my life) in order to ask that the coffee I initially ordered be made again correctly. I can understand if I was verbally listing the ingredients, but to have written them down, provided them to the barrister, and still have him fail to make the coffee correctly....really? Made me wish that I could have taken back the $6 tip I gave him when I thought he had made the coffee drink correctly the first time I was there.
Came here for coffee/tea this morning. Coffee was warmt but not hot. Staff was preoccupied and does not greet customers as they arrive or leave. Very transactional. No cream or napkins at self serve area so you have to go back and ask for them and wait another 3-5 minutes to get them because they are "busy". Thought this was the reason for the self serve station in the first place. They also don't understand their coffee/tea refill policy. It took 3 people to figure out that you can get a free refill. Seems odd considering it's their policy. With other Starbucks and coffee shop choices so close, I won't be coming back to this one.

Staff seem to be overwhelmed. Appears to need more confidence and possibly more training. Charged me for an item before checking inventory, had to settle for something else. Of course the biggest blunder They don't have Netro cold brew.
This Starbucks was the most disappointing one I've been. No hello when entering, waiting for someone to greet me and take my order for a long time. It seemed like the employees were moving in slow motion. The drink I ordered was NOT made correctly, but the person making it wanted to argue with me so I took it and ran. It was very early morning and it could of ruined my day if I'd let it. My experience at this Starbucks was definitely Not what I'm accustomed to having. I order this drink several times a week/month. I should know what it looks like and tastes like, she blended this drink and it's not supposed to be blended. For over $5, I want what I order and not some version of it with a lot of SAS to go. Is that too much to ask? I've never said or written (in this case), one bad word about my favorite coffee shop. I'm not too happy about this one shop and although it's the closest to my home, I doubt I'll be visiting it again. My 1st and last time at this shop. It wasn't until the lady who checked me out saw that I picked up the card with the General Mgr.'s phone number on it even bothered saying " Have a nice day."
Barista at this location seriously needs to work on his customer service skills. Whilewaiting for my order in a mostly empty store I asked what a "pour-over" was - and was told "You know what - it's a lot of words. It's too complicated to explain, it would be simpler for you if you just Googled it." Um, buddy, I may have been dressed in gardening clothes and looked like a rube to you - but I have a doctoral degree and I am fairly sure I would have understood even if it was "a lot of words."
Staff is extremely friendly and always gets my order correct. They remember almost every customer's name when they come in the next time and even some people's orders. They are always smiling and are social but dont let it hender their job. The atmosphere is wonderful and they make you feel like you are their friends. I love going and will continue to as long as i can. Management is different and none of the staff are the same as when I did this review 4 years ago, this used to be my go to but the experiences and service and just the sense of friendship and community is gone, now it's just like any old business/coffee shop, and they decided to start doing the deposit before they close to leave father making it to where you can't use any cash at all 30 min before close, it's freezing and I was hoping to enjoy an old favorite a peppermint hot chocolate, and now I can't because all I have on me is cash. I'll continue to go to the other Starbucks, they have that service I love and aren't more worried about going home than doing their jobs.
The reason for the low stars is: I place a Mobile order. They put your order on the counter, UNCOVERED, other people put their hands on your lid trying to read the names which is UNHYGIENIC!! As well as they don’t put the stirrer to cover the hole so that’s another germ issue! In the last month I have lost $30 bucks just throwing them away versus having them make a new one. I’ll just drive to another location that’s more hygienic!

Staff wasn't so friendly, caught one of the staff looking at one of my family members in a disgusting way. There is now a guy that stays there (assuming homeless) and it stinks up the atmosphere.

This unfortunately, is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location however, this most recent visit was enough for me to determine it’s not worth returning. Wednesday I came in and ordered 2 drinks & 2 pastries. At the time I had walked in and already placed my order there were only 3 customers other than myself in the shop. And at minimum 4 baristas behind bar not including the cashier. It took 15 minutes for me to receive my first drink and pastry with an additional 10 minutes of waiting only to be handed my second pastry without my 2nd drink. When I noticed many customers that had come in after me had been attended to and were given their completed orders before mine I went and spoke to a barista explaining I had already been waiting 30 minutes to receive my order can I please get my drink. She said “we’ll get to it but it will be an additional 5-7 minutes” (mind you most of the baristas behind the bar were on their phones talking while I saw only one person actually working on drinks) cut to 15 minutes later - I had already been in the shop for nearly 45 minutes I was never given my 2nd drink while other customers that came AFTER me had already been attended to and left. I demanded a refund for the inconvenience and walked out. HORRIBLE SERVICE. CRAZY WAIT TIMES.
Will never be back to this location for sure. Been here twice and both times not a good experience. First time they got my order wrong and refused to fix it. Today I go in and they are mopping the floors and moving stuff around while customers are in there sitting area. The lady who help me said 2 words and that was the price for my drink. When she gave me my frape I told her I asked for extra caramel. She grabbed my cup with some kind of attitude and remade my drink. Perhaps she was having a bad day who knows. As for the manager cleaning like they are closing during business hours not cool at all especially when someone can bust their butt on the floor. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Starbucks
Iv been in here a few times. They are fairly busy for a smaller staffed cafe location and get the drinks out quickly. The last time I went there I stood at the register for a minute or so while the barista in front of me was distracted with what was happening behind her with no acknowledgement of my presence. The cafe itself seems a bit dingy, it’s not unsanitary but it’s not a comfortable or welcoming spot to drink coffee and read or do work.
I ordered 3 drinks and a sandwhich, the easiest drink took so long to come out and they didn't even put it out until I finally got tired of waiting and asked for it. Which makes me think it was sitting there for a while. There were people arguing while making the drinks. One guy was so stressed he couldn't even function.
Andrew was a walking L, just horrible. He told me you don't do pumps of Cream Base syrup .... which was confusing considering you use it for most drinks! Then, they finished my drink and still didn't add cream base . Just added creme base to a cup and poured it into that cup. Didn't shake it or stir. Dez was awesome as usual!!!!!
Awful awful awful service. Came in at 10:40 a.m. and it was the only customer ordering , waited 20 minutes for a caramel brulee. The Baristas were too busy chit-chatting with another customer that they obviously knew to announce that my coffee is ready so they just put it up on the bar without saying anything. All this while the manager is walking back and forth in front of me while putting up ONE cup at a time up on a display. Once I noticed that three other customers receive their order I got up and requested a refund and that's when they figured out they had put my coffee on the bar which was already cold. Lack of professionalism, work ethic, customer service, and managerial skills.
No greeting upon entering, no greeting when ordering, and no thank you after ordering, no smile ... this place needs to calibrate their employees on morning customer service. No one likes going to a dead place ... also, sensing a hint of racism, as I am Asian and the look of shock when I spoke English was a giveaway.
Two girls need train again . I usually order here But today with the same usually drink. They want to charge over. Target store next to it. Staff are very nice and always do right order. I will never come here.
I asked for a Vanilla latte and I got hot milk with whipped cream. I didn’t went back because I waited 25 minutes for my drink and I was already home when i noticed . It was my first time at this location and sure the last . They didn’t know what they were doing. Not organized at all.
I ordered 2 venti drinks. One was an iced latte, and the other was my rewards drink of a hot brewed coffee. The barista did not ask if I wanted cream or not. (I went to another store who happily gave me some cream.). When I got close to the bottom (an inch from the bottom), the sips were filled with grounds. I saved them, and you will be getting them back.
This location is a joke! Baristas are so distracted and never gave me my order until i saw all the people behind me got theirs. I came up to them and ask for my coffee. Take your job serious and stop being playful amongst your coworkers maybe you get it done right!
The negative reviews here about the snarky employees here is very accurate. I'm hearing disabled but I can usually hear from a Starbucks drive thru speaker. This store is next to a toll road so extremely loud. When I asked a question about a drink they couldn't hear me, when I pulled up they were rude and wouldn't take my order, instead asking me to go back thru the drive thru. When I went inside I was lectured about drive thrus and they're convenient for them.....smh. Kaitlin needs to go back to training and figure life out.
My boyfriend got down to buy my starbucks, by far the worst location. Ive been getting the same drink for years with light ice and never has my drink looked like this. I feel like the barista was just being petty at that point and filled the drink almost half way because the “ice makes the whole drink”.
Ordered a cinnamon dolce latte. They made it bland. No whip cream, no cinnamon dolce sprinkles.
I keep trying to give this location a try because it’s closer to my house. The first time I went, my strawberry matcha strato tasted bitter. The 2nd time, same order but she came back with a pink frappe with whipped cream on top. Obviously not what I ordered. They apologized, remade the order. Tasted more milk than anything. Super disappointed. I know what the drink should look/taste like and this location just isn’t it. The Renner location gets it right everytime.

I'm a regular and I'm not quick to complain but when I ask where an item in my order is and you say "I'll get right on that" and then 10 minutes later I ask another associate where it is at in the queue and you come over and say you forgot to tell them? I had two of my items and already waited 5 minutes initially giving them some space for error. They weren't overly busy. I thought about giving two stars because the cashier and other barista that came off break helped me immediately but the service prior just really was that poor given they looked at me a few times and still didn't connect the dots. order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:49 i didn't get my egg bites until 9:04 while having the rest of my order at 8:47. Needless to say my other food was cold and my nitro was starting to warm up. Drive the extra five minutes to another location unless they change.
Staff was very distracted by their own conversation with one another. No interest in prompt service or desire to even seem interested a guest was in line to order. Food was ordered and was cold after the brief hearing the staff member provided. Didn't ask for name to call out once drink was made. Couldn't even remember what I had ordered. Sad cause every other Starbucks delivers 100 percent better service and experience. Not recommending this location ever.
Purchased an iced brown shaken espresso and it had no taste at all , went back to get it re made and they gave me the same thing , no flavor , had to throw my drink away … and I also purchased a frappe a few weeks ago and same thing , no flavor, I honestly think they do not make the drinks correctly.
I went there to order my usual caramel Frappuccino, but today I ordered the large size and they gave me a small one. I asked to exchange it for the large, and they gave me a cup with completely different caramel toppings than the first one. I couldn't even hold it, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused.
This review is to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your store during the Hello Kitty collaboration release. The night before the launch, I called the store to confirm the availability of a specific item. I was assured that it would be available, and I arrived first in line on the release day. However, when I got to the store, the item available did not match the number I had been given over the phone. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, I was informed that "that's all we got." I mentioned my prior call for clarification, but unfortunately, my concerns were brushed off without further explanation
Bacon on sandwich barely cooked, then I notice straw has a Crack up top, so I turn it over. At work, I notice the now top of straw is mangled, after sucking up a plastic shard. Now numerous pieces of straw in bottom of cup just waiting to choke me. Straw was never jammed into cup and original wrapping was not damaged. Seems the straw company is cutting corners with weak plastic or old straws that crumble. NOT COOL.
Went to Starbucks yesterday at around 8:20 pm July 20th drive thru service was horrible lady was rude didn’t t greet and when she handed coffee to me notice all my caramel Frappuccino’s looked messy even the caramel looked messy never had my coffee this messy and horrible service been coming here every week spend 25.00+ not coming back !!!
Came in there asking for one of the new mocha protein drinks and did not get what I asked for! The gentleman was telling me this is what I order and I told him I wanted the new protein drinks and what I got was not it! Very disappointed in the service and the product I was given! And the drink I was given had more ice than drink! Spent nearly $20 for two drinks!
I just left the cashier had a very bad attuide she argued me down about my hot white mocha latte because I requested whipped cream & told her this location always forgets to add whipped cream when I ask for it she said “it always comes with whipped cream” she handed me my money back with no receipt , I waited 15 minutes on her to make and iced mocha white chocolate & I responed “ma’am I wanted it hot” she ignored me & then had an very attuide and said “I can’t remake it” I had my uber outside waiting for me I couldn’t just Cancel it ! I am very dissatisfied my drink is heavily iced & too much whipped cream I needed a warm drink for my throat I called the location & nobody answered I will be back tomorrow to talk to a manager about my experience I am so disappointed
Came in for a mobile pickup and the guy said that they were still working on my order. When I told him my name it had been 8 minutes since I placed the order so I figured maybe they were busy or something . But when finally someone asks him what drink I'm waiting for. Turns out my drink has just been sitting there this whole time. Received my drink watered down from the ice . So much for the extra shot of espresso.
Got 2 grande drinks form here both of them watered down like???? Please save your money and don’t come to this crappy location I wasted 20 bucks!!!!
I will never visit this location ever again. The guy dropped my cup lid on the floor and put it back on top of my drink. When I mentioned to him I seen what he done he said no this is a new liid. I told him I have been watching him make my drink from start to finish. The entire staff need additional training about health and safety.. The health department needs to visit the facility.
I used to love coming to this location but there’s this specific guy on the drive thru window everytime he takes my order its when I have problems with my drink just this specific worker. I always ask for a matcha and everytime he gives it to me there’s huge clumps of matcha in my drink and its not enjoyable also he takes 30 minutes to give me my drink compared to anyone else. Not sure if he does it on purpose never had this problem with any other worker but him.
Waited 40 minutes in line for Mcdonalds quality coffee. Ordered with a "light splash" of milk. Coffee here is ALWAYS watered down and just tastes like milk flavored water. The parking lot is a nightmare. Once you're in line there's no room to escape. You're better off going down the road to Dutch Bros or Scooters.
Plenty of times and I've always loved my service, but I just went and I have this dude named Alfred and I was trying to make sure my drink was sugar-free and he told me that I could customize it with a whole bunch of stuff and then at the end, he said actually no actually I don't think any of it sugar-free sorry and he's like but you could still do it and I said no because I'm on a diet And I need to be sugar-free but like what if I wasn't on a diet what if I was diabetic and then we asked for straws at the end and he said that we didn't need any straws because the phone is like we need to stick the phone and I said OK but that's not how I wanna drink it. I want a straw and he was very rude. Very disturbing very condescending His name was Alfred. Alfred should be fired. I feel uncomfy with his attitude and there was matcha powder clumps not mixed :( I am extremely dissapointed
I had gone a day before I had order 2 drinks and one of them had a hair I called when I got home they said they were going to make a remake on both the next day. I went the next day an olderly black lady was taking my order and I told her I had a remake and she was being very rude and said “which one had a hair” with an attitude. She left me to go make another drink in the middle of me trying to place the order and then she was asking me what else but I wasn’t sure if she was talking until she told another girl to take my order.
