In my never ending search for my favorite sandwich, Schlotzsky’s definitely has a solid hold on a top 5 spot. Never misses. There’s always an old woman sitting in a booth looking at me come into pick up my order like she’s offended by me wearing my sunglasses indoors, I’m sure she’s sweet otherwise.

A mixed experience. Original Sandwich was tasty and well-made. Regarding the "Fresh-cut Fruit Cup with grapes, strawberries, and blueberries", I'll let others decide if it was worth it. See photo for what was ordered and what was delivered. I title the photo "Sad Cup".

Called in an order, just a sandwich, so we wouldn't have to wait once we arrived for pick up. Well, let me tell you, after taking 15 minutes to get there, we still waited an additional 15 minutes. Didn't notice a line, nor more than 4 customers already seated and eating. On top of that, the sandwich price reached nearly 20 dollars. Tap water for a beverage. Nope! That's the last 20 Schlotzkies gets from me. I can make a sandwich larger with a better product for half the price.

Most of the time poor management will drive a business into the ground. Many years ago, Schlotzskys was located on Maplewood, thats when everything was 100 percent perfection. Every since Schlotzskys relocated to its current location, and when they hired Sue its been anything but perfection. Starting with the Buns, they are not supposed to be flat, re-learn how to make the Sourdough buns since its been forgotten. Every employee seems intimidated by the manager. The owner actually works hard and keeps things clean when he's there. Jennifer is nice and hard working as well, and a few whose names i dont know. Most of the employees dont wash their hands. Schlotzskys in the DFW area would never have flat buns, missing items, sloppily made sandwiches, and poor customer service.

This is the first and last time I will order at this location. Ordering online was easy, the food was ready at pickup, and the drive through was fast, but the sandwich I ordered was poorly made. It did have potential because the ingredients were good and tasted fresh, but I highly suggest the sandwich makers receive a retrain on how to make a proper sandwich. It was sopping wet with too much dressing, two tiny shreds of lettuce, and one tiny tomato. I did not receive napkins to clean my soggy hands or a spoon for my soup. I was also missing a pickle spear. If the sandwich were made like intended and I got all the missing items, this would have been a great lunch.

Went 2x and had a bad experience both times. First time I didn't get all the food I ordered & paid for. Second time I was given a sandwich smaller than ordered & no pickel. The food is great when done right which is why I tried a second time.

Most current *** I've ordered pizza twice here & twice it's been wrong, I pay for a $7 meat pizza & get a $5 pepperoni ! This place is not what it once was. The service is always friendly & the food is fresh & good but getting the orders correct seems to be an on going issue, maybe reading the order is the problem?? IDK but it's a waste of money & my time. *****Always a great meal when we stop here!

I went twice and both times they were so very RUDE this place sucks and I just wanted my food I payed for a lot and didn't even get half of it. They turned around and gave me dirty looks. No reason to be so rude. Absolutely terrible and will NEVER be going again.

I went to Schlotzsky’s today for the advertised $5 sandwich deal, and the whole experience was beyond frustrating. The app said the location was “temporarily closed,” and the website said the same thing. I called to double-check, and the employee told me they were open and I could place my order over the phone. I did exactly that. When I arrived to pick up my food, they tried to charge me full price. When I mentioned the $5 deal and showed that the app and website were down, they refused to honor it and acted like I was making it up. They wouldn’t even look at the app or verify the issue. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving — and took my business to Jersey Mike’s, where the staff were polite and the prices were exactly what they advertised. Really disappointing experience. I won’t be back to this location.

It seems as if who ever is the owner of this franchise needs to sell it to someone, or even hire better employees. The service for the price has gone downhill . As some who was raised in Texas and knows this is a Texas company, there needs to be a better representation for it here in Wichita Falls . Don’t even get me started on how rude the drive thru person was the times I went there what a joke .

Took 40 minutes to get a sandwich. At 30 minutes I went to ask about mine. They just checked it and said it will be right out. They will get to it. I watched several others get theirs and then after another 10 minutes I get mine. It was a deluxe original and had zero mustard. Very bland and no taste either only two little onion slices and one tomatoes with barely any lettuce. This place use to be good. I was told by others that their service is lacking and it damn sure is. Won’t be going back to this one. Not even an apology and the owner was the one that I talked with. $16 plus for one is way too high also.
