I find the treatment of the employee currently making the pizzas disgraceful. I ordered two medium-sized pizzas, and on one I put double the toppings, and that double was missing. I called to complain politely and received a rude response from her, consisting of laughter and teasing. If this continues, no one else will buy from the restaurant.

There are much better pizzas in Gavà, let's say! It's cheaper than a regular pizzeria. Ordering a family pizza deal comes to around twenty euros, but the quality doesn't reflect its success, and I really don't think we'll be ordering from Telepizza again in the future.

Terrible service. I imagine the manager tonight was a girl with a long braid and a somewhat "low-class" demeanor. She was speaking very rudely to the staff, and when I asked her to cut my pizza, I overheard her saying to a colleague, "What's wrong, don't they have a pizza cutter at home or what?" It's appalling that they have people like that in customer service. Without a doubt, the worst Telepizza I've ever been to. Nevertheless, they had to remake my pizza because they had made it wrong, and I had to wait another 40 minutes. I hope action is taken against this manager because someone like that is not fit for that position.

I'm very disappointed with an employee named Ainhoa ​​at this Telepizza. We went to order something to pick up, and while we were waiting, we heard some very loud shouting at a coworker, which was completely out of place. We weren't the only ones in the restaurant. I think if you have to correct a coworker, it should be done calmly and, above all, in private. It's very rude and reflects badly on the restaurant. Honestly, I don't understand the harassment this employee has endured. I hope action is taken.

After being a customer for as long as they were open on St. Luis de Gava Street, I went with my 13 year old nephew last Thursday for a tasting of a slice of pizza. It is not legitimate for Telepizza to tell you that they are having a promotion and it does not happen, since I had a different perspective on them. The point is to spread the word, talk about them for free, especially among kids, and then they tell you that they did not do the promotion, but when you are there, very bad. I was thinking of placing an order, but thought better of it and did not. For my part, very bad. I did not like what was done.

We arrived at 10:45 PM (I know they close at 11:00 PM). It would have been so easy for them to tell me they weren't cooking anymore, and I would have left. But the cashier was very kind and wanted to serve us. However, the woman in the kitchen was shouting comments about how they need to put up a sign saying they don't serve dinner, always at the last minute, etc. I understand I arrived late and they were eager to close (I've worked in customer service and I know what I'm talking about), but those comments were out of line, in my opinion. If you don't like people coming in late, change jobs, it's that simple. And if you don't like it, you should have had the courage to tell me to my face, or at least look me in the eye while you were saying it.

We are regular customers and have generally always received excellent service and been satisfied, but lately, we haven't been happy with our orders. I don't know if it's because they hire very young and inexperienced people or for some other reason. In this last order, the pizzas weren't good; you could tell the dough wasn't properly made/fermented. In the previous order, it took almost two hours to arrive. We complained an hour later, and when they finally arrived, they were cold. Because they were so late, I didn't want to ask for another one. We need solutions because the service leaves much to be desired.
