The food was good and they’re getting close to that old school taste. The atmosphere was absolutely magical. Details were locked in to exact memory. Also staff was amazing. Talked me through the process of the place and the joy the memories brought them. It was an absolute blast to experience. Would absolutely return. My favorite part was that it wasn’t slammed with tourists.

This is what a Pizza Hut should be! Red cups, patterned table cloths, pan pizza served in the pan! Ignore all the bad reviews, stop here, go inside, get some pizza like you did in the 1980’s.

I'm giving it 5 stars because the personal pizza was good like it always is with it buttery greasy crust. The time warp location was awesome! BUT if you're going to keep the vibe, please sell pitchers of pop. I'm a 70s kid & remember how liberating it was to be able to refill my own Pepsi from a pitcher. I wanted my kids to have the same experience. Also, what happened to the actual pan for the personal pan pizza? Ours was served on a plastic plate. I know it's too much to ask, but an old stand-up video game would be pretty cool for the vide.

We were out doing a little road trip into the farmlands of Illinois and saw that there was a classic Pizza Hut nearby. Hubs got overwhelmed with nostalgia and so we had to check it out. I will give it to the atmosphere, it looked like what you imagine Pizza Hut looked like back in the day. Staff were friendly. The food, was ok. Best I can say. We did order the weird “taco pizza” which was an oddity with lettuce and mine meat and chips on it…odd. The pizza itself was fine. Not bad, not excellent.

I'd seen a few images of this Pizza Hut Classic. I have memories of going to Pizza Hut with my family in the 70s and truly looked forward to being transported back in time. The actual experience did not live up to my expectations. The Pizza is standard offering as expected and I enjoyed it. The service was good. I think they a missing out on the experience. Aside from a few pics on the walls, checkered table covering, and the iconic hanging lamps, it doesn't feel like a classic experience. The outside sign should be an original sign or replica of one. Why not add a PacMan game in the corner? Other nostalgic touches would be nice and feel necessary to draw in nostalgia seekers like myself. Enjoyed the Pizza but unlikely to go back because I'm very far away and the experience didn't make it worth going again.

Love the Pizza Hut Classic embrace of nostalgia, but at our visit we had to put our order in at the front area and had to wait and ask at the front for a refill. The atmosphere would be better if they put in a high-traffic carpet to make it less "echo-y." More booths versus tables would be good. Also, nix the TVs and put in a modern jukebox for a better "back in the day" Pizza Hut vibe. Add a couple old-school arcade games to finish it off. Lots of potential here, but still some work to be done. The Pan Pizza is the way to go for dine in and the mozzarella sticks were really good; soft cheese that stayed hot.

When you order carry out, add 20 plus minutes to the timer it gives u. Otherwise u wait in the parking lot for 20 plus more minutes!

they gave us a pizza with a slice missing, then tried to charge us $5 to get a different pizza??

I haven't been in a Pizza Hut since 2010 because I thought the pizza was just a little too greasy. I did go recently and it was down right inedible because every bit was a grease soaking nightmare. I bough 2 different kids the spinach pizza and that was a grease fest as well. I just don't get why it has to be this bad. I feel bad the waitress was super awesome and she was super helpful. I don't recommend Pizza Hut to anybody.
