The best crusty pizza in town, fresh ingredients, the ovens bake them just right. This pizza feeds big guys with less pizza, that's the first sign of good ingredients, real ingredients, not fillers. This is a great family party spot or eat in pizza restaurant. On top of this the staff is great and knowledgeable!

Great family place with good pizza. I loved the ambiance of kids playing arcade games, families eating pizza, grown ups enjoying good priced beer, and I especially loved that everyone was talking to one another, not a single cell phone was out, and no tech bros in sight. I will definitely be coming from across the bridge to enjoy this place more often. I think I found my new Oasis.

Shakers Pizza 🍕 is in my opinion the best pizza around. Its the only pizza I'll eat 😋 . The toppings are always fresh and the sauce is also made fresh, not out of a can. My family and I get together there often . The staff is friendly and polite. It is an older place but its clean and comfortable. I didn't grow up in Fremont and have tried all the 'highly rated' pizza places between San Jose and San Leandro. For the style of pizza, it's definitely the best around. Otherwise, ownership is engaged and the service is on point. Local place, so you'll find craft beers on tap that you can't get for miles. If you're in the area, stop by. Avoid bronco Billy's and if mission pizza is closer, it's at the same level. Local family place. Recommended. Been dozens of times, shakers is consistent.

One thing about shakers is amazing salad bar it's got everything you could possibly think of to put on a salad bar quite delicious quite satisfying that also makes a good meal in and of itself staff is friendly and same manager for quite a few years which is a good sign. I have to say that I really love their pizza crust! I had a mini pizza and it wad a great deal! 5 dollars did three toppings... and it was plenty good one person. I've tried every pizza place in the area and Shakers is the best! I used to work there when it was Pizza Hut ( I was 16 then, I'm 50 now ) Pizza Hut was delicious, especially making my own pizza, but Shakers is way better! Call ahead to save time, it will be ready when you get there if your taking out. You wont be disappointed!!!

The kids had a blast after a Travel Ball tournament at the Fremont fields. Arcade games for the kids, an Ice Cream parlor, a full salad bar, and numerous other vittles make this place a must visit for the whole team.

This is our go-to place whenever we want pizza. I usually order ahead of time especially when I'm stuck in traffic, and by the time I get to their place - my order's ready. Check out their deals online cause they are pretty good deals. We usually get large pizza/garlic knots and a drink. We've only dine in here once, but it's good for big groups and definitely need some upgrade inside. However, it has that rustic feeling that it's a mom/pop kind of a pizza joint. Definitely recommend ordering your pizza here.

If you choose to dine in, there's a little bar with friendly bartenders, plenty of TVs to watch the game, and a handful of arcade games to entertain the kids. I loved the pizza it has very good flavor I tried the chipotle pizza meat pizza and chicken garlic pizza from the first bite to the last was very good the salad bar is very fresh got the all you can eat with the 5 dollars more the cranberry and fried wonton strips were so good i was amazing I usually don't put that on my salad I was in love after the first bite they have good games for the kids so pizza and games salad and beer it's a winner all the way so you differently gotta eat here I came from San Jose and I wasn't disappointed it reminded me of Shakey's I for sure would come back.

Shakers Pizza is by far the best pizza parlor in Fremont. They don't only sell pizza but they also make great sandwiches too. Thier pizzas are so good that you will be asking for more. Give them a try. The taste will tantalize your taste buds.

This place is pretty good. Has a variety of pizzas. Salad bar, which is good. A bar a jukebox and a few video games. Has several outside tables in front. There are plenty of tables, but at times the parking can be sparse. There isnt much to view while eatting but it is reasonable and I am sure to be back. The employees as well as the owner seemed very helpful and friendly.

I have been here only once, but had a good experience. I got the vegetarian pizza and garlic bread. The pizza was good, as well as the service. They were more than willing to clean the slicer before slicing my pizza order too.

I went because I had not been to one since the 90s. I got a small combo with all my favorite toppings. The pizza was a little burnt. I could tell because others around me were not as dark as mine. I would have said something, but I needed to go pick up my dog from surgery. I would like to try again, but it will be awhile. Oh well.

We went to Shakers after our son and his team won a travel baseball tournament. There were over 20 of us and we came in with no reservations. Despite this, shakers was able to accommodate our group size and served hot and delicious pizza very promptly. The staff was polite, professional and very friendly. We are often invited here for birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. "Pizza Joint" type atmosphere. They have a few arcade games, a couple "claw machine" games, an air hockey table, that sort of thing. There's a lot of tables/room, if you have a large group, the pizza is good, there's a decent serve yourself salad bar, and they serve alcohol from a bar. We always have a good time there.

Parking was a joke. We had to park across the street and walk. Not cool with little babies on that busy street. Atm didn't work, food took forever to come out. I'm talking an hour and a half + Then games kept eating quarters. Plus it was very messy inside no one on top of table cleaning as parties were coming and going. Food was good though, that's why we keep going back....

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The building has this old 80s/90s style, a bar, TVs, and arcade games. The place is spacious and can accommodate large parties. Customer service was great despite it being a very busy Friday night. The pizza was solid and made fresh to order. Nothing flashy or gimmicky like alot of these new joints. And the ingredients are high quality. One "negative" was their house dipping sauce. Was expecting something "unique" but it was just marinara. But for $0.25 who cares.

The best pizza still and I’ve given 5 stars a year ago have been a faithful patron my whole life but I ordered a pizza on Friday for pickup and these young teenagers running the front especially the Asian girl (who was also was rude on the phone when I placed my order)were the rudest,unprofessional, attitude filled workers I have encountered don’t know why they are still employed it reflects on your business when your workers behave this way I will continue to order from here when I’m in town because of family tradition my kids and wife love it and the pizza is the best but I wish customer service would improve

Authentic pizza place ambience with good varieties of arcade games. We ordered a BYO veggies pizza and added shakers special sauce which is nothing but housemade marinara sauce, which was really good. The worst part of pizza was the base, it was very hard and chewy. Would prefer dominos pan pizza any time compared to this, just for the base.

First time here, came in for pizza and a milkshake,cashier told me that they didn't have enough staff to make me a milkshake. disappointed on the cashier answer..she could of told me it would be a while before someone make me a milkshake I would of waited since I was waiting for my pizza and ate it at their establishment, pizza was really good tho. might go back again for the pizza alone..maybe to go this time

Well as we were all eating a older women with long blonde hair and glasses approached our tables telling my friend she needed to pay for another all you can eat salad. Note my friend already did and had only gotten a fresh plate. Same person eating it. Nobody was getting over. They both went round and around about it, until the blonde lady gestered to my family memeber who I had bought a all you can eat salad for. I clarified it was on my tab. So whatever reason this lady ASSUMED the clean plate my friend asked for was giving to my family member. Instead of checking with her Co workers or register to verify the purchase she came at us acussing. She apologized, but made the rest experience uncomfortable and kept watching us like we were criminals. Then when asked for a to go cup for our soda we got attuide from another worker. So disappointed in the customer service here.

They have the best salad bar in town. Well tended to, fresh. Today's pizza was not as good as last week's pizza. Too much sauce and skimpy on the cheese. Pizza was "toasty". Pricing for Pizza Lunch Meal is spot-on. Well be asking for extra cheese on next visit.

The pizza is great! But take it to go. It's not air conditioned and it got really uncomfortable. Food was dropped off but we had no plates. I know it's mostly self-service, but you have to go up to get everything. Waited at the bar for several mins just to ask for water. Also, make sure to get all of your food; we never got our wings even though it was the first thing on our ticket! Kind of regret leaving a 20% tip.

We absolutely LOVE Shakers! The old school pizza parlor atmosphere is nostalgic and their party room areas make having bug events VERY easy. However, since the pandemic especially... the quality of customer service has gone down significantly and the quality of the entire place needs a good "makeover". There are stains everywhere on the carpet, the building is never dusted or actually clean and the new younger hires have very little customer service training. I understand that saving bills for energy is a huge thing, but serving your guests ice cream in the dark is a little but much. We've had over 5 parties here and consistently ear there and the ice cream area is never properly attended for and is always relieved as a hassle by the employees to go and serve ice cream. The food is taking longer to make and quantity and quality have steadily decreased. My family and I love Shakers but it needs some serious attention, love and care addressed to its current operations.

Shakers used to be great now it's mediocre. My last order they didn't let me do half and half toppings because of computer issues, the pizza was overcooked, and they forgot the extra cheese I paid for. The online ordering has been broken for months and there seems to be no intention of fixing it.

Pizza is okay. Service is horrible. We went for a party and gave them lots of money and business and they treated us like an inconvenience! Near the bathroom , there is a moldy smell that they can't seem to get rid of. Next time, I'll go to roundtable

Made the mistake of coming when a ufc fight was playing. It was super loud and service was very very slow. Took 2 hours total and they forgot our soda. Very pricey as well for small portions . Not a good atmosphere for children or disabled . Also never got refil for water. So we were all thirsty

Nice spot for lunch , however if your in hurry or only have 30 minutes for lunch , this is not the spot for you , ordered pizza and a salad 10 minutes before I arrived, and my pizza took an Additional 20 plus minutes, I had enough time to swallow down one slice and had to leave . The single size serving of salad came in a miniature sized bowl . When my pizza was ready it sat on the counter until I asked for it . Hopefully service will improve because it was a good pizza .

Salad bar was ok, pizza was gross. I literally left 3/4 of an XL"All Meat" on the table when I was done. Yuck. To be fair, the place was packed and everyone else seemed to be enjoying their food. TBH... the ham was just lunch meat instead of baked and chopped ham. It was floppy and thin. That did creep me out for some reason.

I read all the fantastic reviews and thought this place was a must try and I was absolutely wrong The restaurant is ran by 15 year olds and extremely old ladies but I figured the reviewers couldn’t be wrong the pizza must be fantastic I ordered just a pepperoni and salami I couldn’t have made it simpler for them and after 40 minutes and the people that came in after me getting their orders first I knew something was wrong The servers and kids in the back literally just mess around the entire time it’s extremely unprofessional. That’s why after 40 minutes of waiting they brought out the completely wrong order and then took turns playing the blame game looking bewildered at each other. I got my refund and left. Never again

The young kids that run the place are very RUDE! My family always gathered for birthdays here however the last time we went we were greeted by a very Rude young girl with piercings all over her face. We walked out and went to another pizza place to celebrate.

Myself and 20 others received THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced this past weekend with a manager named Ryan. This past Saturday we had reservations for an 11 year old’s birthday party. Our reservation was made for 5-7 pm. We had previously discussed the type of dessert we were to bring in as well as the types of pizza we would like (as they require a minimum of 4 XL pizzas when reserving for parties). We (about 20 guests) arrived Saturday at 5 pm and decorated one of the 4 tables that they had reserved with our name written on a paper plate with the time slot “5-7” also written. At about 5:20 we went to purchase sodas and beer. At the bar counter we requested a tube dispensered beer, as we have ordered in the past, we were told that they no longer sold the tubes. No problem, we proceeded to buy pitchers which are a little pricier than the tube. Well the gentleman behind us went right ahead and ordered a tube dispensing beer.. when we asked the bartender why the gentleman was served one and we were not, she replied with “oh he (Ryan/manager) doesn’t like to give them out, it depends on who you get” I don’t think this is a good procedure for business, but fine we accepted her answer. At this point, our party of 20 is sitting in the middle of Shakers having our drinks and socializing when we realize it’s 6:15 and the pizzas have not been delivered. We proceeded to go up to the counter and inquire about our reserved/previously discussed order, here is where we were met with shockingly horrible customer service… Ryan, instead of apologizing, blamed us and told us that we did not check in “at the counter” therefore our pizzas were not available. Despite the fact that I checked in twice with a staff member working the floor in which he assured twice that the pizza was coming out. I explained how a large RESERVED group has been sitting there for over an hour and your blaming us for not checking in “at the counter” He kept saying “you don’t know our procedure here, you don’t know how it works and in order to get our pizza we had to go to the counter” the problem with his response is as the customer it is not my job to implement your establishments procedure. I would also think as the manager he would inquire if such a large party would be ordering food after occupying half of their establishment for over an hour.. all in all he decided to make the decision to CANCEL our party and kick us out.. when this probably could have been fixed with a simple apology and an explanation of their standard procedure for parties. We have lived locally and ordered from Shakers for YEARS, it is very unfortunate to see how this establishment has gone down. I am HIGHLY disappointed in the staff and management of this place and I nor anyone I know will ever spend money at Shakers Pizza again. We took our business to Bronco Billy’s in Irvington where we were met with OUTSTANDING customer service for our party, without even a reservation.

If you want to feel sweaty and grimy go to shakers no AC and horrible customer service I felt like I was in the movie insidious with the amount of stares I was getting. Food was mediocre at best dont spend your money at this knock off shakeys.

The pizza place was not good. My family came to have a nice quick meal but got the opposite.First off it’s hard to enjoy pizza when they have no AC running. Secondly the costumer service was horrible. The employees are just waking Around and talking to costumers they know while cooking out pizza in the kitchen. I do not recommend this pizza for anyone. Save yourself time and choose different

Doesn't close at 10 came in at 9 and was told they were closed.

Unbelievably rude woman that works there. Every time you ask for a condiment she would look at you as if you were bothering her. It is hot and everyone is sweating. Me and my family were the only ones in there for a while and couldn’t get anyone to serve us. Overall this place stinks and is a waste of time and money. If you want to feel miserable like the staff then go and eat here.

I would strongly advise to eat pizza at another place. The pizza was okay but the customer service was horrible. If you go here don’t ask for ketchup because they only have one bottle for the whole place. Seriously, the service is horrible and this place should rethink about getting new management.

My 2nd time calling and they keep saying there closed even tho they have an hour or twos left until they closed. Just sad, this business needs better management and operation

What a disappointment... very bad customer service. Honestly, I never write reviews but I definitely think people should save their money. I came with my family and the restaurant was very quiet, we were basically the only people there besides a couple. We ordered a lot of food for my family and spent a lot of money. The whole time, the workers in the back were staring at us, the servers kept making comments whenever we asked for simple things like extra ranch, plates, to-go boxes... literally anything that is not out of the norm for someone to ask for during a meal. But they definitely made it seem like we were bothering them or something. The food is alright, but unfortunately the service honestly ruins the experience! In addition, the place was hot in temperature!Not very comfortable to enjoy a meal in at all.

Called around 8:30 for a takeout order but was told they were closed even tho they close at 10:00 on there Website? If you want to close at 8:30 then change your hours so people aren’t wasting their time driving there being mislead. Food has always been great but service and staff need work.

Very disappointing experience and very poor service. From the moment we walked in, the staff had an attitude and were unwelcoming. We placed an order for two pizzas (one veggie and one chicken veggie) along with two drinks. A few minutes later, we were told they were out of tomatoes. Given the attitude we had already experienced, we decided to cancel the order entirely. They agreed to refund the pizzas but refused to refund the drinks, even though no food was going to be served. The drinks were already made, but we had no use for them without the food. I explained that the issue was not just the missing ingredient but the poor treatment from the start, but they didn’t seem to care. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the person I was speaking with was the manager. They handed us the drinks to go, but we left them there — the issue wasn’t the drinks or the missing ingredients, it was the service. Overall, very unprofessional behavior and zero effort to resolve the situation or show basic customer care. We won’t be returning.

I would love to comment on the food but I can't. I walked in, and was told "no orders for thirty minutes" not a "hi" or anything like that. I call back in thirty minutes and the girl on the phone says "I'm not taking any more orders today!" And hung up without a "bye". I get it, it's Christmas eve but they should've been honest at the beginning and less rude. I've actually served food on Christmas day and was never that rude or blunt. You shouldn't be open if you're going to treat customers like a burden. Some of us have really rough holidays too and your attitude really made it worse for me so thank you for that. I was nothing but polite and your employee just took out their frustrations on me, I'm glad I was able to be a source of stress relief for your paid employees. You should get out of the customer service business if you don't like serving customers. Oh I also came in over an hour before closing too.

Came here with my mother, wife and six kids and the pizza was good. Only Conn's would be that their air conditioning was broken and only had ceiling fans which didn't work very well and the whole time I was sweating my face off. Also they had small arcade for kids. If they fix the AC I would probably return.
