Entered for the first time and I must say that I found myself really well. Friendly and prepared staff. The dishes are abundant with excellent products. I was very satisfied with the brancacujon, a well-balanced and warm dish. Quiet place, air conditioned and very clean. Excellent also the parking which is nearby and for 2 hours it is free. Average prices
Great experience w food and service. Our server was super nice and accommodating to our baby (not sure what the issue is with the negative reviews of service as our experience was very good). Food was great! Got the octopus burger, some fries, and their daily special stock fish. Stock fish needed some salt which we added easily. Price is just! Also we ran into this by chance and needed a place asap for our kiddo to eat lunch. Didn’t plan to eat here but we wouldn’t mind returning.
DON'T BAS YOURSELF JUST ON NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Some people are too demanding; politeness is the foundation of everything. As for us, we had an excellent experience at this place: high-quality food and generous quantities, well-crafted cocktails, a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, all accompanied by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. We especially highlight Dil, who stood out for his politeness and kindness, always attentive to us. We had two rounds each, taking advantage of the €12 mixed aperitif offer, adding an extra plate of delicious fries. My partner and I are a couple who order more than one cocktail for an aperitif; for a total of €50.80, I'd say it's not bad.
A wonderful discovery in the new market on Corso Sardegna! This small-to-medium sized restaurant also features outdoor seating, specializing, naturally, in seafood. The decor is reminiscent of the sea, with reimagined fishing nets, chandeliers, and walls painted a soothing sky blue. Raw or cooked, from appetizers to first courses, including delicious (and plentiful) seafood sandwiches and salads. Desserts are also available (mostly cheesecakes and similar) and some standard children's menus are available. You can complete a menu by writing down your preferences and your order will be placed immediately. Waiting times are moderate, but that's understandable given that everything is freshly prepared. Excellent quality and freshness of the ingredients, sourced directly from local fishermen, good prices, and friendly service. We'd love to return!
What a wonderful discovery! I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and I have to say I'll definitely be back. We tried two first courses, one second course, and an appetizer... Everything was delicious and exceptionally good value. You can order directly from the menu on your table, and the service is incredibly fast. It's lovely to eat both inside and outside. They also serve aperitifs!
A very elegant and welcoming restaurant. The dishes are beautifully crafted, beautifully presented, with top-quality ingredients and a very warm, friendly, and welcoming service. Thanks to the fact that much of the service is provided by the customer, the quality/price ratio is incredible! Highly recommended!
Un bistrot di pesce non è un locale molto comune... anche in una città di mare, ma in questa novità mi sono davvero trovato bene. Preparazioni e piatti interessanti, alcuni tradizionali ed altri inve…
A great, easy option for eating fish. I don't know if it's the season, but there's little choice of main courses. Only fried fish or fish sandwiches. There were no main course options. I remembered the tartare, but nothing. Furthermore, yesterday they were missing both tuna and salmon, which, given the lack of other fish options, is a slight omission... but I attribute it to the season, so I don't discount them. I hope for better next time.
The place is very cute and the atmosphere is pleasant. I really appreciated the idea of fresh fish sandwiches, which I found really tasty and excellent value. I highly recommend them. The mixed fried fish, on the other hand, didn't particularly impress me; I found it a bit bland. The spaghetti with clams and bottarga was average, a standard dish with no particular praise or criticism. The service was standard, with no particular peaks or valleys. Overall, "Pesce Evoluto" is a place with good potential, especially for its fish sandwiches. I would gladly return to try other items on the menu.
Excellent quality fish and really friendly staff, the very kind and helpful owner explained everything to us well and the "particular" way of ordering (in my personal opinion a little "complicated" but we had no problems)... You sit down, the menu is given and you write down what you want and the quantities then you go to the cashier, pay and go back to your seat, the waiters bring the food and at the end of the meal the customer has to clear the table... The dishes are very good and the quality/price ratio seems not bad to me. I will definitely go back and I recommend eating there at least once but I also recommend going early (7-7:30 pm) because then you risk having to queue for a long time. The desserts are not bad either
Nice environment food is good 👍🙂
We had a mixed fried food and fried calamari, accompanied by fries: the portions were generous and well-served. We had thought about ordering a salmon tartare, but ended up with a burger, which was also good. A few negatives: to order, you have to write your order down on a piece of paper with a pencil and pay before eating, which is a bit surprising. There are no finger bowls, which is a shame when you're eating fried food and fries or a burger. The sauces are industrial, presented in small plastic containers, with a 20-cent surcharge per sauce, which I find a bit excessive. We would have preferred homemade sauces or a more attractive presentation. The price-quality ratio remains reasonable, and the waitresses are decent 👍🏼.
Food is good and it will satisfy you, but service is kind of disorganized and the order system is quite dispersive. When I was there I had the impression that it was mostly due to inexperienced staff, so I'd give them time and room for improvement.
Let's start with the assumption that I will definitely return. This restaurant is located inside the new market on Corso Sardegna. Clean and with an eye for ecology. I don't like the method. Ordering and paying immediately isn't appropriate for a restaurant with such imperfect service. The food, however, isn't bad. The dishes are well-prepared and plentiful. We had an octopus salad (rich and delicious), three first courses (plentiful and good), the sea bream fillet with vegetables and Venere rice (aside from the almost uncooked rice, it was a good dish), the fried food was decent, and the desserts (I'd say industrial, but passable). A special mention goes to the young man at the cashier, who was very smart and kind. It's a shame the waitress made a mistake and brought me the wrong dessert, which lowers the service average. Having already paid, the utmost attention must be paid, and if I make a mistake, I expect to be immediately offered the other dessert. However, faced with only the girl's apologies and embarrassment, I let it go. Experience would have made the difference. Am I wrong? I'll correct that. Should I miss out on dessert? No worries. The average is 3 stars. But I repeat, I'll be back with the desire to give more. I've been back and can't add any stars. I can confirm that the guy is smart and kind. But he's the only good one amidst truly poor service. I can confirm that the food is decent. There were 4 adults and 2 children. We ordered 2 kids' menus (bad burgers, but whatever) and 4 entrees. Two of them arrived on time, and the other two took 15-20 minutes... which was unacceptable because we were on the verge of leaving. At this point, I don't know if I'll be back.
The spaghetti with clams and bottarga was quite good; there were plenty of clams, but the quality wasn't exceptional. The anchovy focaccia, on the other hand, was inedible... way too many anchovies and no balance between the various flavors. The person I was with couldn't finish his dish and felt nauseous (he usually loves anchovies). Finally, the water tasted too much like tap water... not exactly the best pairing for fish. The service was pretty good: nothing to complain about the staff, they were kind; but to order, you have to fill out a form, go to the counter inside, pay, and then they bring you your food... I don't know, it doesn't convince me; after all, it's a restaurant, not a fast food joint or a pokeria, so they don't encourage you to order dessert or coffee. Finally, the €2 cover charge consists of a paper placemat and cutlery, not even a piece of bread...
Nothing special, crispy fried food, frozen fries, and barely passable panissa. There's a limited selection of cocktails, and little attention to ingredients and presentation (when making a spritz, it's essential to make sure the prosecco is still sparkling and that you use a suitable glass). The service is better, with friendly and helpful staff. Prices are expensive for the quality.
There's room for improvement. We ordered two glasses of sparkling wine and they arrived flat and lukewarm (they had all the wines in the case open without corks and the ice had melted). We ordered two small boats of fried food and they arrived 30 minutes after we placed our order: the problem is, it wasn't even hot! The fried fish dish only had calamari and shrimp, no anchovies or vegetables as I'd been told. I won't be back!

I arrived at 2:25 PM (the restaurant was listed as open until 3:00 PM) and was told it wasn't possible to order a first course. I'd understand refusing at 2:50 PM, but this seemed more like a sign of a lack of desire to work than a real organizational necessity. I was offered a second course or a fried dish, which makes the whole thing even more absurd: if the kitchen is open for frying or preparing fish dishes, then it's unclear why they can't make a first course.
This is the first time I've given a restaurant a one-star rating. After looking at the menu outside, my family and I decided to go in. I should point out that it's a Sunday, around 1:30 PM. Once inside, we asked the waitress if there was a table available for four, specifying that we wanted an aperitif. She showed us a seat, and in the meantime, we looked at the menu. After five minutes, she asked us if we knew how to place an order. We said no, and she explained how. Then she remembered that we wanted an aperitif, so she sent us straight to the cashier to order. Once we arrived, the cashier told us that we couldn't order anything, as the table was available for dining at that time. The best part is that the menu clearly states that classic aperitifs are served until late afternoon. So, we turned around and left. What a shame.
Service is zero. Plates and forks and knifes are in compostable and plastic materials, with the excuse that they are eco friendly. i didn't know that a millions times reusable glass plate can pollute, ironic! Not recommended
