Very good customer service

I ordered a large Pizzz this morning for pickup. They realized a mistake on the add ons and preparations by themselves. She made good the correction and appropriately compensated . We appreciate the honesty in service and recommend to encourage such business attitudes.

I ordered the Melt, the person named Nirali took care of the order, she was polite professional and courteous. The order came before the estimated timing also, the food was delicious as always with this store. To be honest this is one of my favourite Pizza Hutt store among all.

Great Service Great Pizza !!!! I ordered 3 large and 9 medium pizza's to be delivered for a back yard get together we were hosting. I had requested a 7:30pm delivery time on Friday evening. The pizza were delivered at exactly 7:30pm. The pizza's arrived hot and fresh. Thank you Pizza Hut Georgetown.

Pizza was prepared based on what exactly was requested for and it was ready for pick up what was stated on the online tracking which was great. Service was great! Definitely recommended

First time here. Hands down the best pizza in a 50km radius! Acton, Erin and Georgetown are full of pizze joints and I've tried many of them. This place is worth every penny. The dough was nice and soft, the toppings were evenly distributed and everything tasted amazing!

I opted for create your own pizza with grilled chicken, mushrooms, red onions & green pepper from Georgetown Pizza Hut...it was Delicious, so Yummy...I called back to compliment and found out Raman made my delicious pizza...she is always charming, friendly, professional and makes the best pizza in town.

During my recent visit to Pizza Hut, I was having some trouble putting my order at the counter. Rajveer, a service member, came over and offered suggestions on how to make my order look the best; she was really polite and spontaneous in receiving and getting the order prepared. The handcrafted veggie pizza that she recommended to me was incredibly excellent. The flavour was enhanced by the combination of the vegetables and sauce, as well as the dough. I will definitely order it again.

Delicious New York-style veggie pizza! The thin crust was perfectly crisp, and the fresh veggies were loaded with flavor. The balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings was spot on. Highly recommend for a classic yet satisfying slice!

We love Pizza Hut. I wish they delivered to a wider area or were on the delivery apps but when we do eat there, it’s great. Make sure to order online as it’s significantly cheaper than calling in or going in-store but still one of my favourite pizzas in Georgetown.

Yesterday i tried fajita chicken pizza With good amount of toppings and great service by gagan, she helped me with choice of pizza- to decide Store has nice grey interior which looks amazing, store was super clean and they kept hygiene as their first priority.

Best Pizza Hut store in GTA by far. I tried Pizza Hut in different locations around GTA but this store makes the best. The staff are nice and friendly, and are expert at what they are doing. We had the best experience dealing with the staff at Georgetown Pizza Hut. I accidentally ordered the wrong topping on one of the pizzas we ordered. When I called, thinking they had made a mistake, the girl I talked to was so understanding and even offered to make us the pizza I meant to order in the first place…free of charge. My mistake and they fixed it for free. Thanks so much for the amazing service.

The food is good, but not the best staff. On a few occasions my order has been wrong to the point where I sent it back twice. I had to tell an employee that something was offered on the website so why not in store... no response to that but that all of a sudden I could get that. They did give me a credit at least thanks to the manager. If it wasn't the oy pizza hut in Georgetown, I wouldnt go back.

The food is good . What you'd expect from pizza hut. Just be very clear on contactless delivery instructions to tell them to ring the doorbell, knock, something. No notification is sent when it gets delivered, and when I went to get my pizza after the 50 min the email said to expect, it was ice cold. Clearly it got delivered after 20 minute not the hour given to me.but no one let me know it was there.

Ordered for delivery on Oct 31st. Said it would be delivered between 4:50 - 5pm. It was 5:20pm tried calling the store. Phone was busy or the left phone off the hook. Order didn't show up until 5:40pm . I ordered thin crust was over cooked. Wings had very little sauce. Driver didn't even apologize for order being late. I understand it isn't his fault. No call from the store to say the order was going to be late.

I ordered 3 grilled chicken toppings medium pizza but when I got home it was does not looked like 3 toppings of chicken! Slices were also not cut evenly. Overall it was not tasty, may be expectation was more!

Pizza had very few toppings. The employees were arguing and the pizza was made very poorly. The pizza that had tomatoes contained huge pieces of tomatoes that were cut in the wrong way. NOT a good experience.

I admit Pizza Hut has to be my favorite pizza. I miss the Georgetown Pizza Hut and the all you can eat lunch buffet. If i had to pick my choices of Pizza in Georgetown, they'd be as follows... 1. Pizza Hut.....expensive but worth it 2.Boston Pizza ..... way 2 expensive 3.Toppers ...Good Pizza Good Price 3.Royal Pizza More Traditional Pizza Fairprice 4.Pizza Pizza. You get what you pay for 5.Domino's . Same as Pizza Pizza I have ordered from this Pizza Hut twice, a simple order Original Pan Pizza with 3 topping. Both times thr orders were messed up and both times we had to wait for them to remake the pizza. The 1st time all we got was an apology the 2nd time we got 6 free pops. Both times there was no where to sit while we waited as all the seats were occupied by the delivery staff, they loitered around the front of the store, both inside and out. I'm not sure if I will be back again. Might stick with Toppers and Royal.

Bought 2 medium pizzas and both had very stingy tomato sauce, tasted like no sauce at all!!!

Food was great, the problem was how it was packaged and deliverd. I had ordered two pasta that came with side bread. When I recieved my order at my door, the pizza box it had came in was wide open. I assumed it was the wind. But not only did they not put a sticky label on it to keep the box sealed there was no metal pasta lids on either one of my pasta. So I literly just came outside to my fully exposed food no lids and box wide open.. Pretty annoyed for something that cost over $30! i would of liked it to be packaged a little better then that !???

Way over priced and very weak on the toppings. Last time we ordered we said we didn't care for it much but like we always do, give another chance. We won't go back.

We are very disappointed with the service we received tonight from Pizza Hut, Georgetown. We placed our order online. When my husband arrived to pick our order up, he was told that our order had been given to someone else. He was then told that they called the person they had given our order to and that they were on their way back to the restaurant with our order. My husband refused to take the food that was being brought back and had to ask them to make our order from scratch again. He waited for our order to be done. He was never offered any compensation or even apologized to. Very disappointing! We will think twice about giving them business again!

Loved this place, foods usually very good. Unfortunately always been appalled at the cleanliness, I understand that they may not wear gloves during making the pizza but if the worker is going to put their whole hand in the tin foil or box before putting the food in said place, you should really wear gloves especially after working with the cash register. No beard net either and it’s really unfortunate. I’ve seen the same eyelash or beard hair on the counter for two weeks when I went separate times. Bought my food and couldn’t even eat after seeing that. Worker is always smoking on break, I just hope she washes her hands well enough before preparing.

Just ordered a simple pep pizza from Unit #12 378 Mountainview Road S. Georgetown, ON L7G 0L5.. the pizza barely had any cheese, hardly had any sauce so the pizza was dry ... should've gone to dominos who never disappoints.. not posting this out of hate but just posting a review

Tried to order a large Meat Lovers with extra anchovies. No one there knew what an anchovy was! Until Pizza Hut puts anchovies back in their toppings menu, I'll never order from them again!

Ordered delivery - crusts mixed up between my 2 large pizzas and ordered a deal with pull apart cheesy bread which did not arrive with the order. Called to set it straight and at least get the bread delivered - the kids were okay with the crust mix up. Was told we could come to the store to exchange the pizzas (what were they going to do with the pizza's we returned??!!) was told they no longer had the pull apart cheesy bread and did not offer to resolve. I will be reporting to the head office especially as it relates to returning pizzas...gross.

I ordered a Margherita pizza, and when I received it, there was no basil on it. The menu at the store and online said that it would have this topping. When I asked about this, the person behind the counter said that they do not have basil. I asked for my money back, and the person behind the counter, Nirmala, insisted that she has never had this problem before. She looked at me incredulously when I asked for my money and was surprised that I did not want the pizza. She provided me with my refund in cash, but did not include the tax. When I asked her about this, she told me to tell her what the tax amount should be. I said that they should have the amount since I am the customer. When I inquired about her name and who I was speaking to, her colleague that he "didn't know her name" and that it was against "protocol" to give her name. She then came to the counter and told me her name, and was incredibly rude about the whole situation. I am shocked that this was not handled more appropriately. I am extremely disappointed!!

Came here years ago when it frist opened not what I expected. My family order 2 XL pizzas for a good price, when we had it, it was not even cooked or done it tasted cold and bland. we were not satisfied. Never coming back here again!

I tried to order delivery online, when I saw the email that said it was for pick up I called to cancel. They told me there was nothing they could do and charged my card. A man came on the phone after the first woman I spoke to and said "you will receive a refund in 1-2 weeks, theres nothing else I can do theres a different fee for delivery". Its been past 2 weeks and no word no refund nothing. Scammers, get your pizza from someone who wont steal from you

Ordered a pizza for pick up at 3:15. I come in at 3:15 behind another customer, little do I know the girl is giving this person my order without asking him for his name or phone number (but wants the same order). Before she tells me about her mistake, she goes ahead and charges me and then tell me I have to wait for my order. People make mistakes but I just had a long day at work and a miserable drive home in rush hour traffic only to find out my pregnant wife’s dinner is now also going to be late because my order was handed to someone else without verification. I don’t know how you mess that up.

Seriously! This place is terrible. Every single item delivered on a $50 order was burnt. There are too many other good pizza places in Georgetown to even consider this garbage. The website is also a disaster. Be sure to check your CC if you tried to use it for an order. Ended up having to pay cash. If a zero star rating was possible, this place would get it.

I called this store to ask if they accept gift cards for delivery. I couldn't really understand the person on the phone, really strong accent but that's fine, I asked my question again and now it seemed like the person was bothered or offended, I just got a stern "No" and the guy didn't say anything else, literally before I could say anything he just hung up the phone... spend your money elsewhere to a business that actually cares for you!

I ordered food from here while in the hospital. Worse than hospital food! The chicken was undercooked, garlic bread burnt on one side , and stale waffle fries. I called and the lady was very rude. She asked me to file a complain on Uber which I was more than willing to do but asked for her name or ID just in case I got push back from Uber as this was not a delivery issue but a food quality issue. This has happened before with Uber, Im not from the area, and so I wanted to make sure I could follow up in case I got push back from UBER. She insisted she could not and no ID is printed on the receipt, and HUNG UP ON ME. I found my receipt and it clearly states the agent AGGREGAT ext ID D4364. I was not insisting on any personal information but what is usually provided. Horrible service. Thankfully I got my refund but I wouldn't trust them with my food or money. Customer service is dead here.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I made a large order to feed my staff on this Black Friday, and not only was it over an hour late but each of the FOUR pizzas were burnt. Never again. The “manager” claimed they were too busy to reach out to me to let me know they would be late, yet they were the ones who dropped off the flier at my mall promising delivery within +/-15 minutes of timing.

This location and their service is very very very poor. They advertise a special and say they don't have it. They r lazy and didn't want to make it. Don't advertise something you will not honor. Customer service at this location is extremely bad. First and last time here..

Placed an order through Skip. Order was CONFIRMED by Pizza Hut staff. Was never delivered. I called them and they put me on hold for forever and then came back and told me they never got my order. I clearly have all the receipts and proof they confirmed, and even tipped the driver when I paid. Think twice about ordering online from here.

We called the store to ask about the “Tooie Tuesday” $2 pizza deal and were told it was out of stock. When we asked why, the staff explained that they had been making it since the morning and didn’t want to make any more. This was disappointing to hear, as it felt like they were unwilling to continue the promotion rather than actually running out of ingredients. If there’s a limit or cut-off time, it would be more fair to clearly mention that in advance.

I ordered vegetarian pasta online around 10:00pm. But they gave me chicken pasta. When I called them and ask them they told me that they will give me refund. It’s not matter of $11 it’s matter of vegetarianism. At last, I can will never come back at this location. WORST PLACE I EVER VISITED.
