Characteristic brewery near the center of Ghedi. Very welcoming and hospitable environment, with wood as the main feature. Good selection of dishes, ranging from quick sandwiches, to fried foods, to complete dishes and first courses cooked on the spot. Great variety of beers. Very friendly and helpful staff. On weekends they often have live music.

The draft beer selection is decent. Without going for the highly sought-after ones, the ones they have are well-tasted. There's a rotating selection every month, if I remember correctly. The whiskey selection is limited but good. I wouldn't eat meat here—it's not great at that—but the sandwiches, focaccia, and fried foods go very well with a drink. There's a big screen for sports and ample outdoor space, both covered and uncovered. The decor might be a bit Gardaland-esque, but hey, it's a place called the Saloon.
