PET FRIENDLY 🐶 Trendy spot with a nice decor. Great for both breakfast and lunch. Reservations are recommended for lunch as it gets very busy. The menus are varied but change weekly. There are always two courses to choose from: starter/main/dessert/bread and a drink for €14.50. You can also order a half-menu (one course, starter OR main course + dessert, bread, and a drink) for €10. On weekends, the menu is €21 with no half-menu option. Besides the daily specials, they have excellent hamburgers with quality meat and lots of creativity. They use local products, aged beef, and regional cheeses. Excellent!

The place is clean, nice, and the restrooms are clean. What I noticed was that the service was a little slow but very pleasant. The burgers were delicious. Prices range from average to higher, and it's also located in the center, which makes sense. Overall, it's very good.

EDIT! THEY'VE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. September 22, 2025; We ordered delivery. Totally disappointed. The order took a long time to arrive. The food we ordered wasn't delivered, and several dishes were changed. The meat was not cooked as indicated in the order (medium-rare meat and it arrived bleeding). The containers for food and some desserts were completely broken (they threw them away for fear of eating a piece of plastic). The dishes that arrived in good condition weren't bad, but the quality (very greasy dishes) didn't match the price, in our opinion. Unfortunately, we won't be returning as we expected better results given their reputation. I don't know if it was the restaurant's fault, the delivery person's fault, or a bit of both. But our experience wasn't good. September 23, 2025: They called us very attentively and concerned about the inconvenience. They offered us an acceptable solution. September 30, 2025: We decided to try it again and give them a vote of confidence. We were pleasantly surprised, and because of this, we changed our opinion of the establishment. The food arrived promptly this time, well prepared, and the meat was cooked to perfection as requested. The food was good. Thank you for taking the time to provide good service and providing a solution to what we saw as a one-off error, as can happen with any restaurant. This time, I would definitely recommend eating here. 😉

I went to this place for dinner a couple of times since it was close to the hotel where I stayed during my time in Gijón. The first night I ordered a beer with a tapa and a cheese and chicken breast sandwich. Although the chicken wasn't freshly made, it wasn't too dry, but the bread was clearly not very fresh. Even so, the quality was acceptable for the price. The second night I ordered another beer, this time without a tapa; I don't know if it was an oversight or if it's not really their custom, but it's something they should improve if they actually offer them. I also had a chicken salad with mustard. It was large, but it was more lettuce than chicken breast; however, the presentation was fine. I don't think I'll go back next time I'm in Gijón because, although the waiters were very friendly, I think there must be better places.

I always recommended the burgers at 12+1, they were spectacular on my previous visits, except today, which was awful! I'm used to crispy, beautifully presented fries in the fryer basket, and today, from what I see now... well, this is what it is! They were just thrown haphazardly on the tray, and the worst part wasn't even that, but I bet they were fried a second time and soaking in oil! We told the waiter and he replaced them with others that were practically the same! They all stayed there! And not only us, but the people next to us left theirs too! Now I'm going to talk about the burger! Mine, which was the Barbara, seemed different from other times, and the worst part is that it tasted rancid! The flavor came in chunks, so I understand it wasn't the meat, but it must have been some ingredient in it. My companion's burger was amazing, and although it seemed better presented, the moment we picked it up it was completely soggy and impossible to handle, something that had never happened to us before! Most of the bun was left there too! Therefore, seeing how much the quality has dropped, I'll think twice about going back to this place when I want a burger, because paying 43 euros for two burgers, some fries, and two beers and having them be worse than the ones at a... Burger King is a real shame! It's a shame, honestly! Because they used to be amazing! But today they leave a lot to be desired!
