Quick, convenient, open late, very tasty and priced right.

Spanish staff with Spanish TV but food quality was amazing. Loved the pan pizzas.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service and delivery was much faster than I expected.

I love this place because the pizza is made with the best ingredients + last fresh for hours!

They've never messed up my order and its always ready on time.

This location has a drive-thru and it is very convenient for on the go customers. Placed the order of pizzas after a Walmart run and picked up the pizzas at the drive-thru before driving back down fo Watsonville 👍🏼👍🏼

First time at a P.H. location in years. Nothing available in Salinas, CA. Ordered through the app, set a pickup time and was ready when I arrived. Pizza was extremely hot and tasty. I ordered a Detroit and Thin Crust. The Detroit was a bit "bready" but was satisfying. The thin crust was on point, very hot but the crust could've been a tad softer but that's be objective. Much better overall than Domino's or Little Ceasars imho.

Pizza Hut is our go to pizza place because you get a good value for the price you pay on the pizza. And they make it nearly perfect every time and it tastes very good. I highly recommend the pizza hut for take out.

This was a nice quick stop for yummy pizza! The young man at the register was excellent at his customer service. My boys enjoyed the whole experience while I had to do some quick laptop work.

I placed an order for my grandma who lives out of town , unfortunately I gave them the wrong address. The driver called and politely waited on the phone while I got the correct address. He could have said forget it but thankfully he didn't, my grandma was very pleased with her cinnabon Valentine's day gift . She as well said he was very kind and helpful. It sucks that they got rid of the 2 location in Seaside and Salinas hopefully this one is here to stay

I drive from Aromas to go to this particular Pizza Hut because the pizza is always piping hot and ready within 10-15 minutes. The staff is always pleasant and the store is clean. It could use some updating in the dining room, but other than that, this is a great location.

I called in for a take out on their medium pizza special. It was good, a little light on the toppings in my opinion. Other than that it was good. Service was fast and they were nice.

There’s no visible menu inside instead there is code that you scan to get to the menu. I also had to get my drinks myself which was strange. I suggest the flatbread it was perfect. The soda is expensive guess Pizza Hut is not eating the cost of his illegal tariffs (like our old president lied to us and said)

DO NOT like the fact that they don't have the option to call in your order. you have to go into order or do it yourself online

Reasonably priced specialty pizzas meal combos various dessert sides delivery time is standard hour to an hour and a half like all the other pizza guys in town nothing a microwave can't heat up real quick although ordering through one of the delivery services may cut down the time

It was ok went with my kid and wife but decided totake it home.

I was shocked at the price of a vegetarian personal pan pizza!! It was almost $12.00.

The boy receiving my order was not all there. I had to tell him several time what my simple order was, then he turned and started searching through the delivery bags and announced it was not ready yet?? Preoccupied would be an understatement. I told him I would wait outside, he promised to bring it out to me. I finally went back in, they had just placed my order into a warming bag. POOR SERVICE!! Frustrating.

They charge 10% tax, 10% service fee and 15% tip. So overall it increases cost by 35% or so.

Should have gotten little ceasars, the taste was not the same as before. Blah....

I have orderd chicken wings and Pizza. Both of them burnt. The Topping on the pizza are burnt to charcoal. It was very disappointing.

Pizza was far from a combination. Very skimpy on toppings.

The pick up time was inaccurate and the pizza was not hot when I picked it up. The order confirmation recommended I pick up the pizza in 30 minutes. It was clearly done much earlier.

I did not know our store had closed in our town and the app re directed my order to a town 25 miles from me without any notice.

Pizza was not fresh and tasted stale in the middle - like it was over cooked and then reheated in a microwave.

Awful just awful...Buffalo wings got me messed up .... I ate pizza hut last night with wings ...they delivered the wrong wings (Buffalo) next day (today) I woke up 4am throwing up and I still am right now (3pm) thats 11 hours anyways I can't chill I keep throwing up

Terrible:( Got the $5 line up deal and all the pizzas were thin even though we weren’t asked how the dough was gonna be made and the pizza was dry and didn’t look fresh.

Apologies for the harsh review. Place stinks. Bathrooms locked. No garbage facility inside, no garbage can easily visible outside. Staff car parked near entrance, blocking entry in the building, and driveway as well. Property needs attention and good management.

Giving me my correct order. I ordered to pizzas, one pan and one hand tossed. I received two hand tossed and both were vegetarian....the pan was supposed to have pepperoni, ham, olives, tomatoes and mushrooms :(

Check the Pizza before you leave the store. I pay 25 dollars for a stuff crust that didn’t have no tomato sauce, burnt and I mean customer service just ain’t right. I try talking to the manager (Ignacio) but no management skills... Hope I can load this pictures.

I was ordering two medium pizzas online for 10.49 each. Somehow the first pizza was dropped and I was charged $27 for one pizza. The Pizza Hut would not fix and were very rude. I will never order pizza from them again.

IT WAS AWFUL!! The food is great in all, but the manger of pizza hut her name is Maria was just the worst. I had called to ask a question. But she was just being rude to me. She was just ignoring me and then hung up. I went to the place and i wanted to talk to a manger to bring up a complaint abt her, but it was the same lady she ignored me once again and just walked away. I saw a other employee and he was so polite to me. That lady Maria should be fired so that problem wont happen again to someone.

By far the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. Very slow to take my order even though I was the only customer in the shop. They wouldn't let me sit down and eat once the pizza was ready even though employees are sitting down at the tables on their phones. They wouldn't let me use the bathroom because of "covid rules". The managers name is Maria and is one of the rudest managers I've ever seen in a restaurant period. Would not recommend at all.

When I called to say something the manager just told me that’s weird, she made me feel like I was lying about it. It’s Pizza Hut, it’s not worth it to lie about! I told her I could send a video if she liked. Her reaction honestly made me more upset and is the biggest reason I’m writing this review. When I called I said I hate to do this, I felt I was being nice about it but the pizza was inedible. She said I could come exchange it. I live out of the way, it’s not worth it for me to drive there to exchange it.

Otherwise stay far away. Plenty of better honest pizza places in the area.

I said I did not want a cold pizza and he got a huge attitude with me and told me that I had to wait. His body language was horrible. He rolled his eyes and then shrugged his shoulders at me again. I said that I just want a refund. He raised his voice to me and said "fine, it's canceled" and he angrily grabbed the pizza off of the counter and tossed it like a Frisbee on the wire racks. I said I wanted a refund again, and he yelled at me that the order is canceled. I said will my card still be charged, he yelled again that the order is canceled. I tried to ask for his name and he ignored me until I finally became frustrated and raised my voice asking if they were just ignoring me now. I asked if he was the manager and what his name was. He snapped at me with yes and he said his name was Oscar, then said "have a nice day sir" in the most condescending tone I have ever heard. When I called the corporate number to complain, I got another call center. They took down my complaint and said they will have someone look into it, and that they hope to have me back as a customer again soon. By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
