This is the only tk in Gilroy so i can't complain too much. The food is good, but service and atmosphere aren't the greatest.

Basic but fine for the price. Had the vermicelli noodle combination #12 would have been better with the customary side of bean sprouts, cilantro, lemon etc but still good and fast service.

We walked-in, place was not crowded on Wed around 6pm, and lady took my order, and requested we sit at the sofa seat. Payment is at counter after meal. Note that they charge 40cents for every 10dollars if pay by credit card. We paid cash. The #9 combination soup noodles was nicer than expected. $12.50 a bowl. Soup was rich in taste though noodles a ted bit more on the hard side. Pork was good too. Prawn is very fresh. To add, the toilet is very clean and spacious.

Soup wise this place Is compareable to to the New Tung Kee Noodle that was in The Gilroy Crossing Shoping Center across from target. The customer service here isn't very good. Their stingy with the take out sacuees. Your better off dinning in. I do miss the other place.

Sort of old and divey but the service is good, the food comes out fast and hot, and the food hits the spot. The won ton soup was good. Fairly sized won tons in a nice clear broth. Combination noodle soup also good though nothing to rave about. The egg fried taro root is a dish we have eaten at TK Noodle years ago. Not as good as I remember but came out blazing hot so I think it was fresh.

The food was delicious but, they don’t have water, you need to buy bottled water if you are thirsty, I have never been to restaurants that didn’t offer water, this will be my first! Pay with cash otherwise they add surcharge on the credit sale.

Service was good. I ordered the chicken chow mein and got the crispy chicken Instead. The chicken had bone in it, which was kind of a turn off. I added soy sauce and plum sauce and then I was able to eat it. I think because it was my first time I did. Ot know how this restaurant worked. The local seemed to know what's up. They didn't seem to have any problems.

There is a very cafeteria or food court ambiance to the restaurant which is not necessarily a bad thing. There is table service although you go to the register to pay. The selection was less than I was expecting and the presentation bland. Having said that their service was brisk and the the food certainly edible. A little expensive for what you are getting.

No frills, reliable spot to get your noodle fix. Is it gourmet? No. Would I go again? Probably. Would be 4 stars but price increases has made TK less of a bargain.

Had lunch here no major issues when I asked for water she said bottle water I said tap is fine she again said bottle water..no tap is fine..food was good and large portions..no other complaints

They close at 7pm and already power washing at 6:30Pm. The were washing the hoods and cooking area, that mist flew around the kitchen and into my soup. I still ate it though. Broth was okay, wontons were hard and dry. The chicken seems to be from rotisserie chicken. The photos looked good but really the quality of the ingredients are really low. Maybe they used to be good but right now, it’s changed.

I love this place, i come from Hollister just to get food from here. But lately is always dirty, restrooms are ugly, the lady is always nice, they work in fast phase, they open at 11:00am and closed at 7:00pm dining area big, location right at the outlets

Covid update. 4/10/21. Indoor dining but have to order at register first. Canteene style. Person taking order got distracted and never submitted our order. Waited 25 minutes to find out because there is no table service. Recommend to check after 10 minutes of not receiving food. Food is ok. Mostly cook to order. Place seems a bit run down. Bathrooms have a sewer stench but usable. Plenty of parking in plaza. Indoor seating only. They accept credit cards. Depressed atmosphere from staff and place.

Hello everyone I would like to give my opinion on the establishment. It is clean and doesn’t smell bad. What this establishment lack is customer service the lady is very rude and stingy. I bought a soup and she only wanted to give me one tiny container of green chile. She gave me a dirty look when I wanted two more. I have no trouble paying for more if she would have asked me too. The Wong tons taste a bit old other then that it’s ok. Would only come back because it’s the only one near by. Please do better we are customers who support your business………

First and last time coming to TK noodle we order fried rice, #27 and #9 and the fried rice smelled burned and tasted too. We got it replaced with a new one. My mother in law was enjoying her soup when she noticed something on her soup she took it out and knew right away it was a finger nail we told the lady on the register about it and she took it and gave us a new one. Instead of giving us a discount or anything for those mistakes we get charged full price. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!! 🤢🤮

I’ve been coming to the TK for many years. Today I spent nearly $100 and asked for extra Chile. They gave us 2 of each: oil Chile, the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and the sriracha. I kindly asked for more of the oil Chile and sriracha. She handed me two small containers and was bothered when I asked for two more (kindly with “please”). She got mad and said “I gave you eight already!” I was shocked! Never again.

Unsanitary and overpriced. Asked for chilies and instead of fresh I watched the lady pour them out of previously used containers dirty containers and then she brought them to me this is sick 🤢 lost my business forever nasty . read the comments they are not to be trusted with food I will call the health department

Hello, I ordered through door dash for myself and my family (2 girls under 3). I specifically ordered #27 for my girls (shows as fried rice in the pic). The lady I spoke to stated she put fried rice in there…I was so furious because I was telling her what I had and the fried rice wasn’t with my order…So, she said she would call the dasher and send me the fried rice in exchange that I gave the incorrect order back (which was a soup) at that time I agreed with the switch. I called back an hour later to check on my order…it was never sent. The lady had the nerve to have me report the dasher for the incorrect order. WRONG!!! Take responsibility for your mistakes. You the “Company” packed the incorrect order NOT the dasher! . I will no longer support this business. RUDE AND LIKES TO BLAME OTHERS FOR THEIR MISTAKES! Poor poor customer service.
