First and last time! Ordered 4 pizzas and a kebab for 8:00 PM, they arrived at 8:55 PM!! I called twice, they answered in 5 minutes and it arrived! Pizzas arrived, two of which were wrong! My partner had to go back to work, she couldn't even eat because she was late.

After a year, not much has changed. The girl at the register touches the money 💰 And then she helps topping the pizzas with the same hand ✋.......... I hope it helps to point this out, otherwise I'll go elsewhere.

Ordered 2 four-cheese calzones, they delivered 2 pizzas, the total was 19.00 EURO at the time of payment they asked me 20 euros, I asked for delivery at 12.00 because then I have to go to work and for the second week in a row they delivered 20 minutes late, STOP, CLOSED, NEVER AGAIN FROM THEM, THEIR SERIOUSNESS IS ZERO!!!!

Ordered at 6 PM, opening time. Pizzas are finished at 9 PM. One of the pizzas is burnt, the others are cold and raw. I'm speechless. Run away!

Ordered three pizzas, one of which was a mini pizza. Ordered for delivery at 7:30 PM. I called at 7:50 PM and they told me it would be there in 10 minutes. At 8:00 PM, I made dinner for my son, called and canceled the mini pizza. At 8:30 PM, I called and canceled the two remaining pizzas. Dinner was skipped, and I hate to review it, but it's not the first time this has happened. In fact, I never called again, another lost customer.

I called at 7:00 PM and ordered two pizzas for delivery at 8:00 PM. When no one showed up, I called back at 8:15 PM and was told the pizzas hadn't been made yet. They told me they'd be there in 20 minutes (so at 8:35 PM). At 8:50 PM, still nothing. I called again and was told I still had to wait because the pizzas hadn't been made. When asked "Do you still want them?" I obviously said no. Outrageous! Their professionalism and respect were next to zero. NEVER AGAIN!

4 kebabs ordered for 7:30 PM from Robbiano in Verano At 7:40 PM we called to ask how long it would take... "Madam, they'll be here in 10 minutes." At 8:00 PM, still nothing. I called and they told me they'd lost the order slip. So, since that can happen, I politely asked if we could still get the kebabs, and they rudely told me no, that it would be impossible, and therefore they wouldn't deliver the order. Never again.

October 26, 2024, 7:00 PM. Ordered 4 kebab sandwiches for home delivery at 7:30 PM. It's 2 km from my house. At 7:40 PM, I called because it was late. They told me it would arrive in 10 minutes. At 8:00 PM, I called back and they told me they lost my ticket and that if I wanted the sandwiches, I'd have to wait another half hour. I canceled everything. It's getting worse and worse. They don't respect the schedule, and often the delivery is almost cold. They've lost me as a customer, and I hope they close down.

We ordered at 8:30 PM, saying they'd deliver at 9:00 PM. We're 5 minutes from the pizzeria, we call back at 9:10 PM and he says, "The guy's there in 5 minutes." We call back at 9:35 PM and he says, "Do you want it? I'll send it to you." 9:42 PM and he probably hasn't even prepared the pizzas. At 9:53 PM he calls back to ask for the delivery address and says, "I'm coming." If you don't want to work, tell them so, don't waste people's time, who certainly don't have all evening to wait for you! I've never had an experience like this, but there's a serious problem here with disrespect for the customer who isn't ordering an item, but food! Can I eat at 10:00 PM? IF YOU ARRIVE!
