Yeah, this is the place! On my last visit, I probably should have grabbed the fries too, but the burger hit the spot!

Customer service is adequate; not amazing, but not bad either. Food is usually good, but pricey. A Bacon Burger and Regular-Sized French Fries costs over $20 here, which is about 8-bucks higher than it should be. Pick up area needed wiped down, but kitchen appeared clean otherwise. This is a mall location, so seating can be a challenge, and there’s often a long line. This location could certainly use a few extra staffers.

The hamburger & the fries looks tasty. However I never tried it before. It’s ok I don’t order & eat fast food these days prefer to eat food at home. The service looks great as busy as usual. The cooking looks great to me. I normally eat IN-N-Out burger & fries outside Brand Blvd. Five Guys is great that’s all I have to say.

The cooking looks great to me. I normally eat IN-N-Out burger & fries outside Brand Blvd. Five Guys is great that’s all I have to say.

I've never had Five Guys before, but I'm slightly disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger with all the toppings, and it tasted fairly average. It doesn't exactly justify the price, which was almost $13 before tax! The beef felt underseasoned, but the beefy taste was present. The bad part is that the burgers were pretty oily. Service was quick, and our food was ready just as quickly. Considering its place in the mall, I'd give it a pass on atmosphere. Overall, I don't believe it lived up to the hype.

Ordered a shake - took over 25 minutes to prepare and it didn’t even taste that good. No communication from the staff on how long the wait would be for 1 shake! No atmosphere. Forgotten about service with a smile!

The fries were just trown in the bag. It was also too expensive. We paid 34 bucks for just 2 burgers and 1 fries, 1 drink. The best thing was a lot of napkins. ~

I love the franchise in general but this was far and away my worse experience at any location. Rude, inattentive staff and the burger was terrible : Super thin patty, cold, doughy bun, not seasoned. Didn't taste like any 5 Guys Burger I've ever had in addition to not having all the condiments I asked for. Very disappointing

This is my awful experience in my life. Why does he want to fight with customer? After I order burger he keeps making a dirty look. One thing I really worried which is cooked by that guy. He drop tool and makes uncomfortable sounds. I’m not coming back in this store anymore.

Low quality, bad attitude, unprofessional customer service. Nastiest burgers I ever got in my life for me and my family. High price and all junk. Go learn from other places.

When placing my order, I requested “all the way” toppings but asked to exclude certain condiments, specifically saying “no relish,” mistakenly thinking that relish referred to pickles. Once I received my burger and sat down to eat, I realized there were 6–7 pickles on it, which is quite a lot for a small burger, and it hit me that I had confused relish with pickles. Recognizing the mistake was mine, I approached the staff member at the front counter to explain and asked if there was any way to get a replacement. He asked for my receipt, to which I responded by explaining that the error was on my part, not the staff’s. Despite my honest admission, the employee offered no apology or understanding. Instead, he simply said, “You made the error, not us, so there’s nothing I can do.” I asked to speak to a supervisor, only to be told that he was the supervisor and still could not help since the error wasn’t theirs. I left the restaurant disappointed, having lost both food and money, but more importantly, feeling let down by the lack of empathy and customer service.

It took me about 25 minutes at least for a burger combo. Three really slow staffs were working there like dead zombies. The lady took my order arrogantly. The guy who delivered my order did not even say sorry to me after 25 minutes. There were only 5 customers waiting at that moment. One of them gave up and made his decision to get his refund. REALLY? Come on, Five Guys, you are serving FAST food like that? In n out can easily beat you at half of your price within 10 minutes.
