Their kababs are delicious I love their chicken kebab it's juicy and delicious, their beef kabobs are very tasty the food is always fresh I've been going there for the past 30 years I highly recommend Shiraz for birthdays or just casual dining.

Delicious lamb shank and lovely atmosphere, too. I really enjoyed the quality of food and entertainment at this restaurant. And, the waitresses there were extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended to those who enjoy Persian food.

Came here for the first time and boy did I love it here! I ended up leaking my plate!! I got the Khoresht Bademjam ( eggplant stew) and it was out of this world! It was the closest to the authentic taste I've ever had in USA. The ambiance is very nice; super cozy. Also quick and courteous service!

I love this place. Good people and great food. These negative reviews are crazy. I'm looking forward to going back and am definitely going for the shirin pollo. 👑♥️ Shiraz is the best persian restaurant in the los angeles area that I know. It's not nostalgia. It's really a place to go for a good meal with a cool vibe to go along with it. Take a date, go alone, bring your mom... or stay at home. The people at Shiraz are very sweet and good at what they do. Shame on these bad reviews. I mean read them. They sound like twits. Trust me here, go get some shirin pollo lol.

Yummy food, the beef barg, chicken kebob, and beef lule kebob are amazing. Great service, beautiful restaurant. I have been here a regular for years. Appetizers are amazing. Mast mousir, mast o Khiar, eggplant dog yummy. Love this place

The restaurant offers fresh meditteranian ( Persian mostly) food .They offer live music Thursday through Sunday. They have a large free parking behind the restaurant which is wheelchair accessible. They have a large patio for sitting and also large private rooms for parties. It is a family run restaurant with a second branch in Ventura. Kid and family friendly environment makes it comfortable for private parties or New Year'' Eve. Though you need advance booking. You have to bring your own alcohol with you as they don't serve alcoholic drinks.

I'm not Middle Eastern, but the my friends who are tell me the food is very authentic. All I know is the service is very good and the food seems fresh and very tasty. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant and the restaurants appearance is nice and clean.

Its absurd that this place isnt always packed. The food is amazing. The decor is all new, comfy and very nice ambiance outside. The service is great. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to Americana. If you are looking for Armenian or Persian cuisine in Los Angeles/Glendale area. This is the BEST.

Rodrigo was our waiter, he gave phenomenal service. He is very welcoming, prompt and warm hospitality. The food is delicious, had a orange peel, pistachio, almond rice dish with chicken kabob. Also shared a stew with walnuts and pomegranate ( can't remember the names, but these were key words in the description). The ambiance inside is beautiful, large and not noisy. Will gladly go there frequently.

We always patronize Shiraz restaurant when we have guests or for a special treat. We love the stews. Kebabs are delicious. We always take the extra food home to enjoy later as portions are large. We appreciate that the food is not too salty. The restaurant is quiet and relaxing with lovely chandeliers and linen napkins and table cloths. There is a huge patio for dining el fresco. Plenty of parking, even when busy.

I don't think I ever left a review for this place, but we liked the food and staff here so much that years ago we had our pre-wedding groomsmen/bridesmaids and family dinner here. The food, service, and music was awesome. The management was also easy to work with on arrangements.

This place is amazing for dinner. The brown sauce they cook the chicken in ( fesenjan) with some crispy rice is absolutely delicious and the orange peel rice ( shirin polo) is to die for. I went once for lunch and it wasn’t as great as dinner but still pretty delicious.

S

Beautiful place, great service, nice relaxing music coming in, and later live, serving portions huge and delicious, menu not very extensive, but enough to satisfy most people, main dishes include: lamb, salmon, beef, chicken. A little pricey but worth it. Do not offer alcoholic beverages, but customers are allowed to bring their own, highly recommended!!!

We filled the upstairs banquet room last night with 60+ friends and family. Both food and service were top-notch from the moment we arrived. Professional, ultra-courteous, and anticipating guests needs for refills or special requests. In short, awesome!

I have been coming here since I was born. Baptisms, after funeral services, parties, this restaurant is great for any occasion, even for just stopping by to have a quick lunch. The food here is always on point. The meat is never cooked too much it's nice & most. Prices of dishes aren't too easy out crazy expensive either. You could come here for a formal dinner or even just a casual dinner with a few of your friends. Staff is friendly & helpful. They do a good job to make the time you spend here a good one regardless of the occasion.

What a gem!!! The food was excellent, and the portion was significant. We loved what we ordered. I can not remember the names of the dishes as we don't frequent Persian restaurants, but I will try to go to more Persian restaurants. Btw, there a patio is fantastic. We took loads of pictures. Great food and service!

I had a wonderful time with my friends. We loved our server because he was fun and made our evening enjoyable. We ordered family style for our first time and we had six in our group. We will return and we would love to dine at the outside patio. Not to mention our food was delicious and you have to try the dessert...

This is by far my favorite middle eastern/persian restaurant. If you love boneless chicken kabob, this is the place for you. I use to come all the time when I worked in Glendale. I don't work there anymore, so whenever I am in the area, I will definitely go to Shiraz. If you can make it for lunch, then that's a plus cause they serve dinner portions at lunch prices. I always order the boneless chicken kabob lunch plate. It comes with soup or salad. I always get the ash mast soup (cilantro yogurt soup). It's so good. Then comes the plate, it will filled with juicy tender boneless chicken kabob with a large portion of price, grilled tomatoes, onions and green peppers. I add a little butter to the rice. Oh don't forget the complimentary pita bread, butter and radish, mint leaves and raw onions. Service is usually good. They might be a lacking on a busy day but that's reasonable. There is parking up front and a large parking lot in the back.

Great atmosphere. If you like outdoor dining, you're in luck. Indoor dining as well as a nice patio for dining in fresh air. Food is great and they have a great menu. Service is very good and the employees are very helpful. All in all, a great persian culinary experience. And by the way, plenty of parking in back of the restaurant.

I love this restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and tastes great. I have had a lot of parties upstairs also, you can rent the upstairs hall for parties over 70 people and they have a few halls downstairs as well for smaller events. The restaurant part also is nice for regular dining. Service staff is knowledgeable food tastes amazing minus all the crowds at other kabob places. The parking lot always has space it's never overcrowded like other restaurants in Glendale, much better food not as greasy in my opinion more quality food.

I had the pleasure of dining at this Iranian restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The service was warm and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. The food is absolutely delicious and the restaurant Ambience is fantastic. Very romantic place but before a dinner date go there for lunch and try it out. The lunch specials are fantastic , including a rice dish with pistachios, orange peels, almonds and a taste that is out of this world. Soup or Salad? Try the lentil soup. It's to die for. Parking is convenient and at lunch there's no wait at all. This is my favorite Glendale spot

We had an amazing time at Shiraz . The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, perfect for both a casual meal or a special occasion. Tonight 🌝 🌌 was my very first time dining 🍽️ 😋 at Shiraz! And it was for my co-worker’s retirement party 🥳 🎂 🎈🎊! It was a truly amazing 🤩, heartfelt 🥰 and fantastic event 💫😃! Other than the love ❤️, laughter 😂 and memories 🧠 that my co-workers shared of our beloved co-worker 🥰 who officially retired today, the dinner dishes of fish 🐟, veggies 🥗, rice 🍚, and dessert 🍰 were absolutely delicious 😋! The room was perfectly set up with round tables so we could have lively conversations 💬 with our co-workers and also enjoy the wonderful slideshow 🎞️ in honor 🌟 of our retiring co-worker 🙂! I have to admit that I don’t know what all of these dishes were called since I would have to ask my co-worker who organized this special event 🌟 🙂! But I would definitely ❤️ to come back for a meal 🥘 because the ambience was so nice ✨ and relaxing 😌! The waiters who served us were really courteous and friendly 🙂! And it also really helped that there is a huge parking lot 🚘 🅿️ in the back of the restaurant that is just for Shiraz customers 🙂! The best way to enter the parking lot is from Harvard Street, and it is located at the corner of Harvard Street and Glendale Blvd, right next to Palace Cleaners 👚 👕 👔 👖☺️!

One of the best Persian restaurants around. Great tasty foods, appetizers, salds, n desserts. Great service in a comfortable elegant atmosphere. We had the Soltani which is fillet of beef and loule kabob with rice. Rice with sour cherries and barbecue boneless chicken breast. Barbecue eggplants with carmelized onions n cucumber with tomatoes salad. The mango sorbet and mint chocolate desserts were delicious but not too sweet.

Seriously authentic and good tasting food. Options to sit north inside as well as outside. The servers are well informed and have good knowledge of the food they serve, so if you’re not sure, don’t hesitate to ask. The quantity is generous so order accordingly We loved the samplers .

The best Persian food that I know of. Raffi's is almost as good, but I think the Beef Barg here is slightly better. The service can be iffy sometimes, just don't be in a hurry and you should be fine. The place looks really nice, both the (admittedly ostentatious) inside and the more relaxed patio area. It's not cheap, but no Persian place really is, and the quantity of food is good for what you pay.

It is a classic place, and they remodeled it, and that was nice. The piano player plays these fun classic middle eastern songs, and always draws a crowd. You'll be making a good move if you go in and try some of their yummy food.

We ordered tahdig with for ghorme Danzig and gheime. The stews were good but the tahdig itself was not good. We also ordered Barbary rice ( zereshk polo) which was so sweet and It was more like Shirin polo. But the lamp shank was good but it was not brought with broth which I had to ask them to bring.

A really great Persian/Middle Eastern fusion-style restaurant, in the middle of Glendale. I've attended many family-type events here, and really like it. Several small meeting, and party spaces are available. Prompt service and ample portions via a central-buffet on each table. The lamb dishes and the seasoned and spiced rice followed by delicate pastries and mint tea, are making me hungry writing about them. I can't wait to come back for lunch on the patio, which I understand gets busy, but is really good. BIg FREE parking lot.

T
Tiffany Ascencion

I came for a work event. The restaurant has a parking lot in the back, but when we arrived the gates were locked. We and several people circled the block for 20 mins trying to get in and a couple of people were trying to get out. The place looked like it was trying very hard to be a nice restaurant, but it was slightly run down and there was a bucket in the bathroom for a trashcan. The food was really good, though. I don't often eat Armenian food, but I found it delicious. The staff was as attentive as they could be as we were having a meeting and they could not disturb us much. I have no idea of the pricing, either as I never even saw a menu. Everything had been ordered before hand and was covered by my work.

E

I initially gave 2 stars. Then the restaurant contacted back requesting more details. They did that in a professional way, and I believe they'll fix the problem. So, I changed the review from 2 to 4. And in response to your request, Shiraz Restaurant management, please make sure the meat is well first of all fresh, and well-cooked. I was there for 2 times, and both times it was not so. I hope to get the improvement next time I visit you guys. And if so, I'll change my review from 4 to 5 then. Thank you in either case.

Went here for a birthday party and sampled many many dishes. Kebab koobideh was good, as was the amazing dill/cilantro rice (seriously, get that, it's awesome). They also had an mashed eggplant with dairy that was super flavorful. Top it all with a delicious hot mint tea. Service was pretty decent.

G

Writing a review almost seems unfair to me, I am just a too big fan of Raffi's and The Lemon Zest, places I have been to a zillion times. Yesterday a friend "dragged" us for lunch - what a pleasant surprise. From the ambiance, it easily presides over Raffi's. I can not wait to see this place in the evenings, so if you are in for a romantic date, this is the place to go. The food was good, the service hard to be found in this otherwise almost empty restaurant (we came in an odd time, I got to add). I would certainly go again - so four stars. For five stars I would have to be ready to make a 30+ min detour, and I am not sure I'd do that. Then, I am not the biggest fan of Mediterranean food, so this is not the restaurant's fault (but I said, it's not going to be 100% fair). All in all, the food is good, and I hope that at usual business times you'll find an attentive service. If I could, I'd give 4,5 stars, so highly recommended.

The beef and chicken kabobs were excellent. The variety appetizers were good but lacked flare in presentation and taste . Neither nor our guest are fans of their sweet rice.qay too sweet.I would get plain rice. I prefer pilaf Lebanese / Armenian style. Armenian coffee good desserts lacking. Very comfortable AC on a hot early evening

Let me honest here. I was visiting and decided to stop at shiraz for the first time since I always tried Raffi and other restaurants. We ordered kashk bademjoon as an appetizer, shish kabob and chicken breast. I wasnt happy with the fact that they added so much tumeric to play the role for zaferan..it was all yellow covered with turmeric instead.. they didn't add pepper in our dish😣apetizer kashk bademjoon was white color and didn't taste as good as i have tried else where it was tasteless. So i ended up throwing it away to be honest. My aunt didn't finish her plate either. Rice was good but that's not the main concern. Customer service was very good, ut the food wasn't that great...i don't know if the stews and other dishes are good..maybe well try 1 more time and maybe I won't. I will have to see😊😉😝

A
Ahmad

The service was good but not the food. Lamb shank was far from authentic persian lamb shank. Kabob was ok not the best not the worst. We ordered 3 different foods and they were OK but none of them was that good. Stew, kabob, and lamb shank, all were mediocre. FYI, Tahdig was rice tahdig not the bread but that is fine but not my preference. All servers were nice and respectful.

J
Joseph Panosi

Have been going here for years but it’s getting worse every time I go. The waiter pulled out his phone in the middle of taking our order, then I wasn’t surprised when my order was wrong, but then he got defensive when mentioned the mistake. The food as always was great but Get it together Shiraz!

S
Synthia J.

Came here for a family event, and we had one of the smaller rooms for dinner. Unfortunately, we had fish that was not fresh and tasted like dirt literally. The chicken kebab was not very good either, was dry, and definitely not fresh. After the food was served, we never saw a waiter or anyone else to check on us. The plates were piling up on our table, and no one came to clear the tables until the very end. Very poor customer service. We love Persian food, but this was definitely disappointing 😞

F
Frank Javadzadeh

You might like the food, but we didn’t. Fish was gamey, and the “koobideh kebob was extremely dry and elastic due to probable use of excess starch. And the salad was chopped too fine that I needed to use a spoon to eat it. But I have definitely seen worse.

Seboo A

For prices food is okay, service is good servers are nice (can’t say that for all the staff) but servers were courteous. Portions are small compared to other Persian restaurants while price is the same. Chicken was burnt and hummus was watery and bad tasting.

A
Anoush Khaze

I have visited Shiraz restaurant on numerous times in the past. I keep coming back hoping they will improve. But it seems that over time their service has gotten worse, their prices have gone up, and their portions have gotten smaller. We have been sitting for 15 minutes and no one approach to our table to even offer us a cup of water. We have to go and ask the front desk twice for a server. They finally sent this young lady over why I believe her name was also Afarin. She hurriedly took our order. It was another 10 minutes before they brought bread butter and our drinks over. We waited another 25 minutes before our food was brought to the table. I had ordered soltani with no saffron yet they brought the food and there was saffron on the rice so I had to send it back. The kabobs were burnt and dry. Our server was gone for the most of the time only stopping by at the end to ask if we wanted boxes to pack the remainder of the food and bring the check. My wife and I shared the soltani and we have two other meals ordered. Our bill came to $109 which I think it's overpriced for the quality of food and service we received. I think from now on we will be going to Raffi's.

S
Sarah

We waited for 20 mins before anyone acknowledged us. We were about to walk out when someone finally talked to us. The food was mediocre. I ordered ghormeh sabzi and it was extremely salty I had a hard time eating it and it's one of my favorite dishes. The rice didn't taste fresh and the restaurant looked run down. I'm Persian and have been to many different Persian restaurants and this was my least favorite. If I had another option I would go somewhere else. We saw the food reviews so we gave them a try. Our assumption is things maybe went down hill bc of Covid restrictions & losing money but when they charge what they charge and the salt is the main flavor you can taste & service is lacking it definitely makes you rethink going here again. Maybe we went on a bad night I'm not sure but definitely wontbe back.

P
Pouya Hashemi

Coming as tourists from NY, my wife and I completely got disappointed by the quality of the food, especially in a city well known for its persian cuisine. The rice was tasteless, the yellow part of it taste like it has no saffron!! The Barg was so terrible that my wife stopped eating after a bite. It is just embarrassing to see this quality of food in LA. The only tempting and good part was its outdoor atmosphere. Probably OK for someone whi does not know anything about persian food but not for a pro…

P
Pari Abadi

We went for lunch. It took them 15 minutes to seat us and another 90 minutes to serve us. We order their yogurt drink “Doogh” in a pitcher for sure 75 % was water 25% Doogh the taste sucked. The service is terrible. I ordered Beef koobiadah kabob it was half burned and half dry. The design and decor of the restaurant is super, but I think the quality of food and customer service is more important and they should work on it. They are really good at ignoring the customers. I will never go there again!!!

L
Luiza Chelokyan

I had a party there for 20 people and 4 kids, the kids table was set up separately. First of all we didn’t get all the appetizers that were included in the banquet menu, 2 main salad were missing and I just figured it out when came home and found a copy of the menu. I was very disappointed and it was very embarrassing, because table looked very empty and it was not enough food for 20 people for sure. Second, kids table didn’t have any food at all! Even though they charge for kids same price per person. So if you planning to have a party the make sure you double check everything! Food was good and I like our private room.

Let me be honest with you, unlike other reviews. Portion is good, tomatoes tasty and bread is not bad. That's all there is to this place. Menu was expensive. Kebabs were dry. In the rice there were pieces small tahdeeg(not the tasty ones) server was a bit rude and the food was not fresh. Koobideh and barg was awfully dry. Now if you never had kebabs before this might taste ok with you. But for a kebab fan this was just horrid. We decided to try this place because the prices on their google map looked cheap but to our surprise that was the price from 15 years ago according to the waiter. If you want to pay 30 bucks for a kebab and 9 bucks for a yogurt just go to the raffi place 5 min away. Food is also pricey but absolutely delicious. (They had nice decoration outside)

Poor menu, poor food, to the point that even 5 star service from waiters will never save this facility a good rating. There's literally nothing to order but kebobs and rice o_o

This place is a ripoff we went with a group of 7 the bill was 700$ and we didn't order everything either, each person had a meal and couple of appetizers. As we were leaving the waiter asked us for tip even though the bill was paid and he was allready tipped, and there was noone in there we were the only table and we had to wait about 30 minutes after the food was served to get more water !!!!! Shamshiri in glendale is 100x better then here. Dont waste your money here .

Placed an order for vegetarian Ghormeh Sabzi, but it came with a huge lamb shank! Called the restaurant but the guy didn’t seem to believe me and didn’t take any responsibility and said everybody has left at 6pm and he can’t do anything. Second time they messed up like this. First time, I let it go but ended up giving the food to someone else cuz I couldn’t eat meat. Zero or below zero customer service or care for clients. Calling the manager in the morning but doubt they’ll help.

My husband and I went there around 10 pm last Saturday. The girl at the reception wasn’t polite at all. She said there is a party going on and you have to leave and come back 45 min later. My husband said we can sit outside, but the girl said they will close it shortly. I said it doesn’t make sense since the restaurant will be closed at 11, and the girl rolled her eyes and said you can rush eating your food! We were hungry and we wanted to have Persian food, and all Persian restaurants were already closed, so we decided to wait. After 10 min or so, I noticed some of the guests were leaving. I asked the girl if we can be seated, and she said not until all of the party people leave! There was a family of three who came after us. They talked to one of the associates in private, who was apparently their acquaintance, and were seated before us. When they realized we saw what they did, they found a table for us near the restroom and we finally sat, but there was a nasty smell coming from the restroom. The party was still there, but there were plenty of tables empty. A very loud music was playing and people were dancing. The waitress was a nice girl who was the only person with an appropriate behavior. She took our order and also cleaned another table far from the restroom for us. We weren’t satisfied with our food either. My dinner- shishlik- was partially burnt and my husband’s food -looleh kabab- was way too low quality compared to other restaurants in LA. We also noticed that despite what the receptionist girl said, the outside section wasn’t closed and people were still there!Bottom line, disorganized restaurant, rude staff and favoritism! such a waste of time and money!

Terrible service, very bad first impression! Overpriced food! There are many better restaurants in walking distance! One star is even too much! I just relocated to work in Glendale! Went to this restuarant for lunch. They sat me at the outside and forgot about me for 30 minutes. Then one of the servers came to serve the table next to me and I looked at him, he sensed something was wrong! I told him it's 20 minutes and no one has even brought a glass of water! I told the waiter I have limited time and asked if I can put my order. He walked away without a response! What a horrible customer service!!!! What are they thinking! Not worth my business! I walked out

Shiraz restaurant used to be one of my favorite persian restaurant's... Not to mention their food is well made and fresh but if there was an option, I would choose zero star to their customer service.... Unfortunately i ended up with an unprofessional, rude person in customer service desk yesterday..... Just please be aware if you order online from Doordash services, basically for some reasons Shiraz restaurant don't check their online orders and you will end up calling Doordash and ask for a refund..... besides they give you some unpleasant attitude when you ask for your order that you feel guilty by choosing their restaurant overall......

Worst service. Today, we went to order and pick up. The guy who was taking the order, didn't even bother turning around to get our order. We asked several timesbif we could place an order, he kept saying wait, and kept answering phone calls and taking phone orders. We asked him where the washroom is, he said wait! We had to go around and find the washroom ourselves. We came out of the washroom and wanted to ask the guy if he has our order placed and pay for the order, again he said wait. At the end when we complained about his behaviour and his poor customer service, he didn't accept it and didn't even bother to say sorry. He kept saying that he answered our questions. We ended up leaving this place and will never go back. I don't exactly remember the person's name, it was something like Mahan, Maher. He was a tall and slim Persian guy, he was talking Armenian.

Such a rip off. One scewer of boneless chicken for $19.. I could not believe that. The guy said the food price has gone up. This is not up. This is to the sky. How much is the cost of cooking a $2/lb chicken? Which what they sell is not even a lb... If you order to pick up ask for the prices so you don't get surprised or screwed for a scewer .I am in the same business and have a restaurant 4 times bigger than this restaurant and sell the same amount of chicken for 1/4 of the price.... I also ordered cherry rice that has the taste of white rice , you had to dig in to it to find a cherry.. That's whay there was no customer at the time I was there when my restaurant is usually at least half full.. Good luck guys..

This restaurant doesn't care about To-go orders and gives bad food for To-go orders, but it only cares about customers who eat inside the restaurant and gives good food to them. This is not right. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone 😕

we went today to Shiraz’s restaurant on Glendale Avenue. I just wanna say it’s the worst experience ever I had first of all service was zero, we was the first table in the area that we was seething and after that there is two different families on two different tables comes and the server he just come take the other tables orders and we still waiting we asked the server three times if there is anyone can take the order, The other people get there food and we still waiting when we ask for fries he said sorry we don’t have fries today because it’s very busy day, the meat was smell very bad and not cooked the restrooms are not clean and it’s very expensive. It doesn’t worth to pay a penny for that restaurant so my advice for everyone don’t go to this restaurant it’s not worth it.

You have to be Persian to know how bad the food was. Greasy kebobs, uncooked chicken and very average appetizers! Never going back there.

I reserved the place and ordered the lunch ahead of time for 40 people. it cost $50 per person. the chicken kabob was under cooked, on the table of 7, sabzi polo was enough only for two people. I ordered lapeh stew but we’ve got left over and unpleasant ghormeh sabzi which no one touched it. when i complained to the owner he said there is no more lapeh stew left to serve you without apologizing to me. I will not recommend this place for any large gathering. they don’t deliver what they charge you for.

I've gone to Shiraz for decades, held multiple events there, but never again. My cousin rented a PRIVATE room to hold her father's FUNERAL luncheon informing the restaurant the guests would be arriving following services at the CEMETARY. Upon arrival, with a number of elderly guests with physical disabilities, though tables and chairs were ready, the waiters could have easily worked around the elderly sitting to rest after emotional and physically challenging day, the Shiraz employees made no accommodation for physically disabled elderly guests whatsoever. Compassion, consideration, simple human sympathy to help were utterly lacking. Robots could be programmed to mimic more compassion than the vile and despicable conduct displayed by a lead waiter and manager. What a way to make a hard day unnecessarily harder than to kick the new widow out until they set a plate. Yet, during the meal the waiters easily were able to clear dirty plates for clean ones. A business that only cares about money and has no human touch left, is a business that has seen its best days already. Perhaps if the owners hire a manager who understands they are in a service business and waiters who can read the room, they can prevent this downturn, but for now this business lost a loyal customer. Disappointed and disgusted by the staffs' utter lack of compassion.

Average food quality but Very bad service. We had a big party but my 3years old kid was hungry before the dinner was in. I asked for an earlier small dish for my toddler but they refused to give us and had me to put an separate order for the kid. Not giving them any business even if they serve it in golden plates. These are not human beings. Take your business somewhere that have empathy and are humans.

Came here a few days ago for dinner. I’ve been to many restaurants in my day, and may I just say no restaurant has disappointed me to this extent. The customer service was genuinely horrible. Not an ounce of compassion or decent customer service was shown from the owner or the head waiter. Shocked why these people work in the restaurant industry if they hate it so much, because that’s the vibe my group and I received from this place. I think Burger King or McDonald’s has much better customer service than this place, and the employees actually greet you and smile there. A restaurant needs multiple components to be good, yet this restaurant is lacking in both the customer service department and food department. The food is mediocre, flavorless, and was cold when we received it. There are many other Persian restaurants in the area that exceed this place. The portions are also VERY small and I feel completely ripped off. Just from this experience alone I would not recommend coming here for lunch and couldn’t imagine an event here either.

This restaurant provides extremely poor customer service, with some waiters displaying obnoxious and rude behavior. During my father's funeral luncheon, the owner's lack of consideration set the tone for the staff's disrespectful attitude. Our guests, arriving post-Cemetery, discovered unset seats, and the owner falsely claimed they were early. Elderly guests who have visible walking impairments and disabilities were asked to step outside while appetizers were placed on tables, and one employee, i believe named Christian, even asked my distraught elderly mom to leave the table until he placed appetizers down. Iv seen many other venues serve platters while guests are sitting. Was it really necessary to ssk elderly individuals to stand up, go outside? Additionally, the minimal food portions were embarrassing in front of our guests. Zero empathy from the owner. Beyond disrespectful! On top of it all, when I got the final bill, noticed he attempted to overcharge on the total number of guests I had. Nice try!

Called and placed the order today at around seven or so told them we need the food to be ready at 8:30. They called us one set at 8 o’clock saying the food‘s gonna be ready in 10 minutes. We told them that our pick up time is at 8:30. I asked, who cashed me out why it was prepared so early he stated that I placed the order was informed that 830 was not a pick up time but I was never told that information and my food was sitting out not even in a container to keep it warm just out in the open for half an hour . Used to come here often used to run out the banquet hall upstairs, but never again.

My husband and I met with the manager of the restaurant and made a contract to take 77 guests for lunch after my mother in law’s funeral. They asked for $960 deposit and the remainder of it to be paid on the day of service. They promised to keep refilling the empty appetizers and main course buffet dishes as needed but to our surprise they refused to do so. The buffet dishes were not full to begin with and I told the guys that were serving to bring full dishes and they kept saying ok but they never came back with a new full tray of food and instead they brought a couple of small bowls of stew and dumped it in the middle of big empty dish in front of our guests. Many of our guests went without food and it was an embarrassment for our family especially after a funeral. Then they charged for more people than the guests we had. We complained to the manager( Talin) and she said the owner of the restaurant (Mr. Mahmoud) is cheap and that’s what he tells to the server (not to refill) and said she herself has issues with him over this kind of service . We demanded to talk to him and he didn’t want to see us!. At the end she told us we have to pay for 88 guests but we insisted we only had 77 . We argued but had to pay it in order to get out of the place. I tried calling the owner many times but he only talked to me one time and refused to resolve this with us. I would not return to this restaurant ever again and encourage every one to go to another restaurant for your parties because these people are liars and don’t stick to their promises. They over charged us and didn’t provide enough food. We are very disappointed.

99% of the time I never write reviews even if the food is bad. But when our Server Frank asked about our food, we told him the Koobideh Was Dry and it tasted like Kofteh/Cutlet. He then started laughing proceeded to made fun of me. So is my complaint not a complaint? We all had 4 koobidehs and all agreed it was dry. we have been here before and things have totally changed, they have now lost a former customer.
