Great experience. We always go there to get our pastry’s from there. They made my cake as a handyman and it turned out great and taste great. We love everything about teapot

Delicious fresh ponchiks, khachapuris, perashkis. Stopped by for breakfast and they are reasonably priced and you will savor each bite. The spinach khachapuri was really good. The lady was friendly. Though I didn't get any other pastries, they do have quite the variety.

This bakery is amazing! they put other bakery's to shame.. "A+" class in flavor, design, presentation, cleanliness, and reasonable price!! try them once and you will be back..

I am a neighbor of this lovely bakery and it has become my go-to spot for pastries. They are so nice and the quality of their pastries are very good, I hope that doesn't change! Not to mention their prices...can't beat em! Well well worth it. Charming decor, as well.

Went here today to try it out. There was a good selection of pastries, but a lot of shelf space to expand. The ladies behind the counter were extremely sweet and helpful. I took a box of pastries home. We had delicious Napoleons with creme, tiramisu, custard eclairs, and a few other items. The quality level is very high. More so than the other Glenoaks bakeries. The taste was very good. Not too sweet, but extremely delicious. I noticed that they also have a sandwich and coffee selections. If you haven't tried this bakery out give it a try!

Tasty treats. Cappuccino was good not great but the pastries made up for it by far.

It is so nice and chic inside that you walk in you get the impression that you are in an expansive and fancy bakery until you see the prices and realize they are so cheap. I bought a few different pastry from them and when i took them home my husband and i were both blown away by how good they were. I am not living anywhere near burbank, but i am already planning to commute next weekend just to buy more goodies from this place

The pastries are delicious! They use fresh fruits and home made jams! The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Teapot Bakery used to be one of my favorite spots. In the past, they always had fresh items available and the quality was consistently excellent. Everything tasted freshly made, and you could count on a great selection no matter what time you stopped by. Lately, though, it doesn’t feel quite the same. The freshness and variety don’t seem as consistent as they used to be. I really hope they can bring back the same level of quality and freshness they were known for, because when they’re at their best, they’re truly wonderful.

Pretentious and rude. I came in for a pickup and was treated poorly. The store claimed that they had not confirmed the order and I was told that I should not have come in and would not fulfill it because they only had half of what was on the list. I let them know that all I do is accept an order, I cannot know how they are doing on their end, yet again I was told that I should not have come in. I let them know tactfully that it is not up to me when I receive a call for an order. My job is just delivery. Employee said they knew that but still wouldn’t decline the order on her end. I said, you know what? I’ll call HR for you. The employee did not look happy and put her iPad down. I called HR, and the Rep as always said they would call the restaurant to confirm that they could not fulfill the order. I sat on hold for at least 10 minutes as the Rep tried to call the store but guess what? The Rep came back on the line and let me know that the store would not answer. Surprise surprise. The employee wasn’t alone and the store was empty. Obviously trying to run from a problem. On my end calling HR is always a joy and the wonderful Rep on the line was very helpful. Very glad to have the job that I do instead of THAT place.

I just bought eclairs. My husband wanted to to this place. It has the strangest taste to them and after taste is worst. I found a amazing place in Korean town that have the best eclairs.

Never been treated so badly. The manager was disrespectful and rude. Asked a simple question and got lashed out on. Just wanted a simple cake for my birthday and they wanted to cheat me into paying twice the amount for just changing the shape even though it was the same amount of cake. Make sure to check prices and stay away from the owner if u don’t want to be disrespected.

I just bought 10 Eclairs from this bakery and tried one after dinner. I was totally disappointed at how stale and old it tasted. It just looked good but was NOT FRESH !!! I'll never buy from this bakery again...

They used to be amazing but it’s a while it’s not same and while ago when I went I saw all this tiny mosquitoes inside of their fridge they were over 100 I told her she instead of telling sorry she was like oh ITS NORMAL BECAUSE OF HONEY woooowww I am sure she herself wouldn’t never touch it was very disgusting and disappointing

Worst customer service ever. They ruined my daughter’s birthday party, and made her cry on her big day. I ordered a cute cake with some cake pops, and it supposed to be ready at 10:00 am. Once I got there at 10, I have been told the cake is not ready because we have been so busy during the week. Who cares you were busy. I paid for it, and you have to make it ready on time. Very rude people and weak customer service.

So twice in a month I wanted to get food, coffee, sit down, while I waited for my spouse. Maybe even buy something to take home too. BUT both times they say TWO bathrooms are broken. So I'm guessing they don't want customers using them and have to clean. Even though in California they have to supply bathrooms to the public. How about thinking about your customers. I will not shop in places like this. Last time I'm walking through those doors.

The girl who was taking our order was not friendly and I asked if the cakes have soy (due to an allergy) and she shrugged her shoulders. The pastries tasted old (like they were frozen and de thawed multiple times). I would not be back here

Do not try the cheesecake. Worst I've ever had. It tasted inedible. The rest of the pastries tasted ok and low in sugar. I'm Hispanic, and I did not feel welcome here.

My disappointment is the fact that the size of the pastries have shrunk while the prices have gone up. I bought a chocolate rectangle cake and the cake used to fit on the bottom tray but now it’s 1/3 smaller.

I purchased a couple of trays of pastry from here and asked if those can be put in a box for a gift, the employee there asked if that be be done but owner or manager refused even though I offered to pay for the box. I should’ve just left without spending a dime in that place but I needed it. Never ever will I walk into that bakery ever again, my first and last time. Bad experience to say the least. Employees are fine it’s the manager or whoever was there needs to learn about customer service. We have hundreds of bakeries around, give the good service to bring back customers.
