I don't have much to say, but this place has excellent and quality smoked meats. The staff was great at welcoming us to dine in and the were extremely friendly. We ordered the smoked & seared ribeye with chimichurri sauce. Which was amazing with the cornbread. Please keep that on the menu. The ribeye served was an awesome cut and cooked wonderful. If your in the area or just passing through. Stop and enjoy some food. A wonderful menu and the daily specials were all priced well. Thank you! We will be back.

First time we have stopped, driven by so many times wondering . It was excellent. The service by the two ladies inside was wonderful.They helped us decide what to try. The pulled pork sandwich was piled high and the BBQ sauce was wonderful. The brisket was perfect. The spicy sauce was a little too spicy but the the regular BBQ sauce was perfect.Got everything to go after a long day at an event in Globe. Will stop again. Thanks for the great meal.

Salinas Smoke Street was the perfect pit stop while riding through Globe on a motorcycle trip. It’s exactly the kind of spot you hope to find on the road—friendly, efficient, and serving food that hits the spot. The brisket was spot on: tender, smoky, and full of flavor. I went with the brisket rice bowl and jokingly told the server it was almost as good as Chipotle. Without missing a beat, she shot back, “I’m telling the chef!”—and honestly, I loved it. That quick, playful banter just added to the charm of the place. Service was fast, prices were fair, and the overall vibe made it clear this is a place that takes pride in what they do. If you’re passing through Globe and need a solid, no-nonsense BBQ fix, Salinas Smoke Street is a must-stop—and bring your sense of humor.

From a friend from New Orleans who knows great food: There is no restaurant of any kind within a hundred miles that offers food on this level. Primarily a BbQ place, the daily specials are outstanding. I had pork belly w guacamole today. The brisket is as good as any on Texas Monthly’s lists. This place is truly a gem. I don’t know the folks who own it nor much else about it having lived here only a few months. But I know there’s no other restaurant is in its class. Malia and Sofia represent the front well. Seriously great food. What a great experience!

We stopped here on the way back from Roosevelt Lake. It was a beautiful day to sit outside with some great food! The ribs were tender, and the brisket stuffed baked potato was fantastic! My absolute favorite was the Texas Twinkies wrapped with bacon and stuffed with cream cheese and brisket! Oh my gosh! We talked with the owner, Erica. She was so friendly, and we had such good service. Globe had been hit by a flood a short time before, and the restaurant was still recovering. I was amazed at how they were already back up and running so well. I wouldn't have even known they had been flooded. We're definitely recommending this place to all our friends!

Hello hello. Well back at it again. So i have been working in globe Az behind Salina's . We'll been out here for 2 weeks so far and everyday gentleman from salinas would come out and tell us the time and ask to clear the parking lot for the customer . So today I finally decided I'm going to try what they have to offer so I got me a Frito pie and a cornbread casserole and I would have to say it was the most amazing delicious piece of Frito pie and casserole I have ever had in my life and if I have to say and recommend to you people if you're ever driving down to 60 in Globe Az I would definitely make a stop at Selena's smoke Street barbecue, and my nephew said the Texas Twinkies are 🔥 anyways all I'm trying to say is it is really good barbecue and anybody that drives into Globe Arizona should make this stop

Absolutely fantastic food. Every dish I’ve had there has been fantastic. If you get a chance to try their ribeye special it’s exceptional. The waitresses are great, very attentive and on the ball. Can’t recommend this place enough

Did a pick up order on our way through to Phoenix so I didn’t get to sit inside but I must say it is really nice inside and the staff is very welcoming! I ordered a half pound of brisket and my girl got the tri tip rice bowl. Both were delicious and everything to expect with good BBQ. Good job yall keep killing it. “Let’s Meat”

I am tired of the food here in Mesa and found this place, I told hubby “take me here”. An hour later….THANK YOU!! You can taste the smoke, the brisket was so good!! The frijoles and queso…YES!! So worth the drive!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Hubby talked with David the owner as we left, super nice guy!! We smoke meats all the time and this is what we know and love! We will be back for sure!!

Stopped here on our way back to Phoenix from Tonto National Monument. It was busy but there was plenty of seating still available and we didn’t have to wait. I had the brisket loaded baked potato and my wife had the Texas Twinkie on mac and cheese. The brisket was really delicious. It was tender Smokey goodness. There’s seating inside and also a patio around back. Restrooms were clean which was a plus. Also, there is plenty of parking but it might be a little cramped if it’s busy. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to stop by.

My husband and I are absolutely obsessed with this place. We originally heard about this restaurant off a video review on social media. We were so impressed that we drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to check it out. Let me tell you..it is worth it. The dinosaur ribs are to die for. They were cooked perfectly, and the bone slid right out. The bread was nice and thick. The mac and cheese was good. I really enjoyed the beans. I thought the venue itself was super cute. I loved the outside and paito seating. I can't say enough nice things. We will be back soon.

We JUST finished eating a family of 4 platter for the low cost of $55!!! It came with two sides, ribs, sausage, pulled pork, and sliced brisket!!! From the smoked meats, the awesome unique BBQ sauce, to its cornbread casserole 🤤 🤤 🤤.... Came out to be around $12-$13 person to get a sampler of 4 different BBQ meats, 2 sides, and Mac and cheese side! Next time we're going to try out the rice bowls and the banana pudding 😋 😋 😋... Globe, AZ is known for Hands Down the BEST Mexican restaurants and now that we have Salinas Smoke Street BBQ... We're complete!!! We HIGHLY recommend trying Salina's BBQ out... We did takeout, but they also have dine in and a HUGE outdoor eating area, outdoors fire pits and all types of games for adults and kids!!! 🤯🥳🥰🤯.... A HUGE THANK YOU to the owner's for choosing our little town to open up!!! Be prepared...This is the new Globe AZ dining HOT SPOT and if you're dining in, This place is non-stop packed, a testament to it's yummyness!

We came up for opening night last night and had a blast. It was cold out but the fires and music were perfect. The kids had a blast running around and playing all the games set up after dinner and the adults got to hang, have a couple drinks, and relax. We all left absolutely stuffed for the drive back to Phoenix. Well worth the drive for the food and family friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

We stopped in when we got into Globe. We were going to turn around and noticed the BBQ. We were hungry after a long drive so we went in on Valentines Day. We were seated immediately and the food came out quick!! Delicious!! Don't miss this stop!!

I had the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and cornbread. The pork was very moist. BBQ sauce was good. Slaw was ho-hum, but was good on the sandwich, along with pickled red onions. I would've preferred the cornbread was made with less sugar and more jalapeños. Service was very nice.

Pulled pork was decent. The brisket was extremely dry, like the most dry lean brisket i’ve had. I did like the mac and cheese. Did not like the potato salad. It had olives in it which is very overpowering. I recommend letting people know about the olives. What you see here with 2, 20 oz fountain drinks came out to $67.05 before tip. I would gladly pay more if the brisket was decent. My wife and I were excited to try this place since the recent reviews looks good but unfortunately we didn’t have the same experience.
