Love their food! Also, we love their A2 milk, the quality is far better and you can get it by the gallon and not have to get half gallons! They also have chocolate milk which is a plus! Their produce that they carry it's fresh and they have a few other frozen items. They also have a great variety of flavors of ice cream, yogurt and sugar free. Hope you get to have a Braum's experience soon!

A location that has been around for quite a while, and with good reason. It's a nice stopping location to grab a bite, some items perhaps from their small grocery section, and head back on the road in perhaps and hour. Been going here with family over the last decade and a half, and it's a very pleasant location.

Live in Austin TX. Unfortunately we don't have a Braum's that far south. So anytime we travel north and there's a Braum's we make it a point to stop by. Excellent everything

Great place to stop for lunch or an ice cream/frozen yogurt treat! The store, dining area and restrooms were clean. The employees were friendly and helpful, the service fast and accurate. Our food, drinks and ice-cream orders were perfect! Would give 10 stars if they had more flavor choices in their frozen yogurt. Hundreds of ice-cream choices and only chocolate, vanilla or twist in yogurt? Only complaint and will visit again. Highly recommend.

I went through the drive thru. I had a very complicated banana split order that they completed perfectly. Brian was so great. He was very nice and double checked to make sure we had our spoons and napkins. We need more customer service like his.

Amazing! I’ve only been to Braum’s a few times, but this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. There was a manager named Ainsley who was there and so was very nice, accommodating, and helpful with any questions I had about the menu. Not only was the food great, but having that experience was the icing on top for me. I highly recommend coming here!

Excellent service Genuine nice people behind the counter (cook's) and at the register (cashier's) I am from out of town. I was there for work and my brother and I stopped by. When we received our food from the nice folks. We couldn't get back to our hotels faster before we demolished the food and ice cream in their parking lot. So good almost made me yell out my car window, " Their food is so good I couldn't leave." But I thought maybe the town knows that already lol.

Great deal on hamburgers in a bag! I thought they would be really small but ended up being a 2 day meal. I ordered mine without a bunch and ate them as I am gluten free. We're amazing and was feeling fine after.

Visiting family in Texas. I haven't been to Braums in a few years. They don't have them in Iowa. The food and shake was as good as I remember but was disappointed they didn't have 1/3 hamburger patties anymore.

So delicious! This is our first time ever visiting a Braum’s and we are so impressed with the value. What would cost $30+ at any other ice cream spot was a mere $12. It was easy to tell my kids to choose whatever they wanted. I got a banana split and it was so good! We’ve tried milkshakes, sundaes, and soft serve. It’s all so good and so cheaply priced. The workers are neutral—not friendly, but not rude. But the service is fast and easy. We love this place!

We got the bag of burgers and some fries. The fries were well done, nice and crispy just the way we like them. The meat in the burgers was also well done. Then we had ice cream before we left. The front was not very clean. They did have a rush of people but that seemed to keep the employees guessing what to do next. One guy was supposed to be off but had to help all the others catch up before he could leave. Seems to me you don't need that many people to run that place unless half of them don't know how to keep up. Yes I worked fast food in my past so I speak from experience.

I normally love this place but they were evidently having a bad day. I don't know if they were training new employees, short staffed or what was going on as I don't normally go through drive-thru but we waited for what seemed like forever and they had to come ask us what our order was because they had everything in they kitchen messed up. The food was fresh, hot and good when we got it. I hope they got everything worked out and are back on track, I'd hate to see a good place go down.

I love the ice cream and shakes. Braum’s in Granbury is one of those places you can count on for a satisfying meal and a sweet treat without breaking the bank. I’ve visited several times, and each experience has been consistently pleasant. The burgers are always freshly made, with soft buns, juicy patties, and crisp toppings. The crinkle-cut fries are a perfect companion—crispy on the outside and soft inside. They come out hot, and the portion size is generous for the price. What really makes Braum’s stand out, though, is the ice cream. Whether you’re grabbing a cone, a sundae, or a shake, the quality is top-notch. The flavors are rich and creamy, and there’s a wide variety to choose from. I’ve tried their peppermint, chocolate almond, and strawberry—each one has been delicious. The inside of the restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the staff is generally friendly, even when the place is busy. Speaking of which, the only downside is that it can get a little crowded, especially in the evenings or on weekends. Parking can be a bit tight too. Overall, Braum’s in Granbury delivers great value, tasty food, and delicious ice cream. It’s not fancy, but it’s a local favorite for a reason. Best milk shakes around!

I tried the frozen yogurt this time in the chocolate and vanilla swirl. It was so good! It tasted and had the consistency of frozen custard. In a waffle cone, it was a nice treat! As always, Braums costs are low.

The staff were kind and the restaurant was very clean. My friend loved his burger and fries, I quite enjoyed my fries and meal as well. The gravy that came with my meal was amazing and served hot, it was perfect for dipping my chicken tenders in. Though the only problem I had was that the chicken was very dry. Other than that, great place to eat with prices you can't beat.

Very happy with my food! Got the grilled chicken sandwich and fries, coworker got the bag of burgers. All tasted good, they just forgot his peppers he asked for so we had to get them in a little bowl. Still tastey.

Service today was great, very friendly. I got the biscuits and gravy meal which was great EXCEPT my poor hashbrowns! I don’t know if the oil needs to be changed or if they just need to cook them for less time but when they are so overcooked that the middle is nonexistent, that’s unacceptable. How do people even serve that to customers?

The food was good! Their ketchup pumps weren't working, so we asked for packets. The staff were helpful. There were quite a few tables that needed to be cleaned, but other than that, it was a good establishment. Their holiday ice cream flavors are good, especially the peppermint and pumpkin.

Lack of staff was bad. Customers wandering into back areas trying to find someone to check them out at front. Kitchen staff not able to take care of customers with food or ice cream products. BUT, that large shake I finally got was great.

The food is good for fast food, on that side of the store. Grocery side is usually stocked will with products that we really like. One of my favorite ice cream brands. My wife prefers their buttermilk for cooking. On the down side though, service at this location is often very slow and impersonal. Sometimes unfriendly. Restrooms are seldom clean. The dining area is usually somewhere in the middle of slightly clean and kind of dirty/sticky.

I love coming here to eat. It's always the most relevant place to come to. My only issue is last time I had came, alot of icecream flavors were out and the one I had gotten (chocolate) was insanely sweet and not even eatable at that point. I hope it was just a one time thing, because I really love eating here for all foods, not just icecream.

Went in at almost 9 pm. Wasn't busy I was the only one in the drive thru at the moment. I sat for 5 minutes at the first window watching the cashier outside talking to someone. Waited. Finally came in to take my money, but while she was cashing me out I had to continue to wait because apparently talking about pointless things is more important than tending to the paying customer. Won't be going back after 5 pm ever again.

Super busy, tables weren't clean, but you had to grab one as soon as it emptied. I had strawberry ice cream that didn't sit well but I think it was my headache more than the ice cream.

Here on business and came in to enjoy an ice cream and tasty burger. The food and ice cream were fantastic, however the service was very very dry and uninviting. No one greeted me when I entered or walked up the the counter the cashier seemed to be having a tough night so rather than ask questions about the menu (first timer here) I just ordered the first thing I read. Ended up wanting to try the ice cream and the Hispanic gentleman that helped me provided a much better experience and even offered to give me a taste of some of the ice cream since I couldn’t decide lol. I’d definitely come back since the food was great and the ice cream was better, but hopefully it’ll be a better service experience.

We love the ice cream here - we always love getting the frozen yogourt twists. The problem we have, though, is with the service. When we go in drive thru, it typically runs smoothly, with the occasional unfriendly staff. When we go in the restaurant, it always takes so much time to get the ice cream order. They tend to prioritize drive thru - so when going inside, it can take 10 to 15 minutes for ice cream. And going in for a burger is even worse...it has taken over 40 minutes sometimes. Please, do not only prioritize drive thru. Some procedures might be needed (to at least be revised) to streamline non-ice cream orders as well. I hope this feedback can provide tangible recommendations on how to expedite service.

We decided to give Braun’s another try after previously being very disappointed with the condition of the store. Well, once AGAIN not one table was cleaned and fit to eat at. After telling the manager there were no clean tables, she said “ sorry, I’m short handed and will get to as soon as I can “! In addition to this, one of the employees sat across from us eating and had is phone on speaker talking loudly to his girlfriend during his whole break! Talk about rude and a very unpleasant eating experience. It’ll be a long time if ever we return.🤬

Shaylee is professional and needs promoted. I was in line for ice cream when she had just asked the lady in front of me what she wanted. The manager passed by telling her that she needs to stay in the back. Shaylee was professional enough to tell the lady that she would take care of her 1st. She did, then went to the back. The young man helped me with my order. When he asked my Mom what she wanted, he was rudely reminded that he forgot the man that was with the lady in front of me, by said man. Manager asked if I had been helped while I was waiting at the register for my Mom. When I tried to explain how professional Shaylee was with being told to leave while helping someone, she didn’t care to hear my story.

We stood waiting inside to place an ice cream order for about 15 minutes with not so much as a “hi”. The assistant manager looked me straight in the eye while filling a drive through ice cream order and didn’t even smile. I understand fast food places have busy times, but this was uncalled for.

I came here with a friend who has a peanut allergy. We politely asked if the ice cream scoop were cleaned in-between uses. The worker rudely stated that they get put in running water (which doesn’t help get rid of the allergen). Very inconsiderate considering the severity of the allergy.

When I think of Brahms, I think of homemade ice cream and as far as ice cream goes, I would say that as a Fivestar, i’m only going to give the service though one star see every time I’ve gone into this place or even through the drive-through. Their employees seem to be very upset. Seem like they don’t want to at their job and unhappy with their job. The other day while I went through the drive-through and this has happened more than once the same manager is always on duty for some reason I don’t know if that’s the only manager, but it’s the only manager that I’ve ever encountered. She is an older lady she has no service whatsoever and she appears to you as if you are the wrong if there is something incorrect with your order and that it is an inconvenience that she or anyone else is having to fix the mistake that they made. I don’t recall this ladies name I continue to forget to get her name every time because the service is just saddening, and I want to forget it to be quite honest. lady, if your getting to see this you are a manager of a franchise you make more money than most of those employees there you do not have to treat them like they are incompetent I mean for goodness sake you are the one that did train them correct? I believe that may be you might need to go back into training with customer service. It seems as employees don’t want to follow you due to your lack of behavior with them and the customers. I will never say I won’t return here because the ice cream like I said is well so yummy, but but I hope that I don’t never have to end up having a confrontation with this manager because I’m afraid I would have to make her feel like she does her employees.

I am not sure what has happened. The service is fine. The food is good. My biggest problem is the sauce. We were told they only give one sauce per fry. And the Braum’s sauce is maybe 1/5 full. How can some Braum’s have sauce pumps, while this Braum’s restricts and barely fills their containers?

Really bad experience today. I counted 10 people working and a mostly empty store, so it wasn't a staffing issue. When we entered, we were the only people in line for ice cream. It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Yes, I timed it. We were debating leaving, but we decided to stay since we had to kill 20 minutes anyway before our event started. When she finally did acknowledge us, the greeting was more like we were a burden than a customer. That just can't happen in a customer service job. This was a management issue start to finish. Of the 10 employees, one was cooking, one was taking orders for food (she took one order the entire 10 minutes we waited and then never moved from her monitor), and one was working the grocery store (he helped one customer the entire 10 minutes we waited). The other seven employees were all focused on the drive thru. One never moved from the order taking window. One never moved from the window that food goes out. (This one I still don't understand.) There wasn't a lot of food going out the window. He could have easily rotated to help the in store line. He never moved except to take food from one of the other three people and pass it out the window when food did go out. The other four people seemed focused on only making that drive thru order. I'll spot you the order was big based on what I could see on the order monitor they were working. But, when the line in the store starts forming, at least one of those people should have moved off the drive thru and started the store line. Again, the window dude never moved. He could have easily filled the spot the one person who should have taken over the counter vacated. Then both lines would have moved. (And remember that girl working the food order line? She could have moved 10 feet and covered the ice cream order line too.) A good manager would have noticed the lack of teamwork and coached up the situation. You have to be able to see the entire store and what your employees are (and aren't) doing to make it run properly.

It was pretty bad. The floors were so gunked up that my shoes were sticking. We waited for about thirty minutes, AT A BRAUMS!!! The food was overcooked, and the employees seemed far more interested in talking to each other than cooking our food.

Whichever team was working the kitchen and drive thru window on 6/26/25 @ 4:05PM must’ve been having a bad day. I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and have grace. But they soaked the burger in ketchup to the point it was leaking through the paper, the cherry limeade I ordered was straight up soda water with no flavoring (just enough cherry juice to turn the drink pink), and I was mean mugged by the girl at the window and thrust my food without a single word. Thanks so much for the great experience. Two stars because I at least got the right order and didn’t wait long.

We came in tonight and the place was filthy. Trash cans were full and tables were dirty along with the floor under them and being out of straws and lids. It has been dirty before but this is the the worst I have seen it.

I had a terrible experience with Peter. He started ringing me up with someone else’s food, and made me pay for it. He had an extreme attitude with me. Should not be working in customer service because he yelled at me before I was able to order ,saying that I was ordering wrong. I also went to check out more ice cream afterwards, and when he was checking out said Ice cream, he rolled his eyes and sighed and turned away from us. All I wanted was to have a nice evening. I was nice to him but I didn’t appreciate the complete disrespect that I Received. So if you see Peter. GOOD LUCK!

I've been in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. That's not an exaggeration. It's been nearly 30 minutes and I can see inside, it's not really that busy. If it's a staffing issue hire more people but having someone in the drive through for 30 minutes is crazy. I'm still here by the way. I may never leave at this rate.

The Service needs to get better. i was in line for forever just to get more to wait…(it was 30+ mins) thennn get told that our order got handed out and they had to remake it, the guy handed us the food told us that his girlfriend handed it to him and didn’t know what was in it like what?! and that we might want to check it🤯🤯 having these lil kids that dont give a shi fr sucks when you just want a burger and a milkshake

I went in to the market site around 1:40 in the afternoon. There were people waiting at the check out before me I waited a few minutes then went to a counter and asked if someone could help us. About another minutes the old gentleman came and checked us out. From there I went to order something to go. My order was medium fries and a junior chocolate frozen yogurt in a cup. After a 15 minute wait,and another woman complain cause her food was cold. I asked manager for my money back. Whatever happened to customer service? Fast food? 15 minute wait for fries? Frozen yogurt that they never made! I am done with Braums will take my money elsewhere

We brought the strawberry banana ice cream YUK YUK artificial banana flavor. We purchased 2 containers of ice cream will NEVER buy that flavor again. Thank goodness we brought another flavor. Young child at the register could not ring up a bag of grapes. He finally realized after the customer showed him the code number to put into the register. Service there has gotten pretty bad.

Sunday June 9 at 9:32 .. waiting on the drive truck for more than half an hour. Just to order. Them waited another. 10 minutes at the window, then they ask me to move to the front because they will give someone an Ice cream I refuse it to move because there was already a car in front of me waiting. So they got mad and I told them well if my food is not ready just give me my money back. All those good comments most be fake!!

The boy that worked the drive thru tonight after 8:30 pm needs to learn what NO ICE means for a drink..it doesn't mean easy ice or extra ice or who cares what the customer wants but tonight was the 2nd time that the employee put Ice in one of my large drinks when I said No Ice and last time he said he put easy ice and I told him that 1 was No ICE like pay attention to your customers. Tonight he put my sundae in a big brown bag and had me pull up to the side door and I waited over 10 minutes for my order and the sundae was nasty and the fries were very cold....the bacon cheeseburgers were nasty too!! Manager needs to train her employees right and as far as the girl that took the order,she repeated the order exactly how I ordered it and I was thankful that she got it right and I hardly ever see the employees smile and they never ask how are you doing or anything. Bad management=Bad service which customers don't deserve!!

Aloha Grilled sandwich was lousy! The cook just did not spread the sauce lightly as requested! Instead, I got an Aloha sandwich sauce soaked sandwich. Which immediately fell apart. Also, the places is a mess. Tables need cleaning.

Terrible Night Crew, Issac or what his name is was disrespectful and was trying be a tough guy towards my friend. No Receipt, and they said they couldn’t print it off, No Braums sauce even tho we ordered several, and no drink carrier for 6 drinks because the chick was to short to grab them so she took the easy way out. Best time to get Braums is when that crew is NOT working. UPDATE: OVERLY SALTED AND COLD FRIES, An absurd amount of bacon on a Bacon Cheeseburger, Missing Straws, no Napkins, this is the worst experience and night crew ever. Your Area Director should be disappointed.

This place is always ridiculously slowly, severely unstaffed (90% kids) extremely dirty. Don’t come here unless you have at least a hour of time to kill. This isn’t a one time thing either this has been consistent over the last 4 years I’ve live here. Management seriously need to go…

This Braums used to be our weekly spot and it has fallen so far down hill I probably won’t return again and just go to weatherford from now on. Went in today and the kid on register would barely speak and they were not communicating with customers so our food sat there for a long time even with my husband standing there no number was called he just asked my husband if he was gonna grab his food. The restaurant was disgusting every single table was dirty including the floor underneath each one. Every window was smudged up. The drink station was covered in soda and black flecks were coming out of the machine. The self serve station was empty and filthy there was no ketchup in either holder and there were spills everywhere. Stood there and watched employees take money, touch fries, scratch their head, make a shake, and then touch their phone no hand washing in sight. Standing around talking when it’s slow and it’s a hot mess everywhere is not the standard I’m used to at braums.

This place has the cheapest ice cream and the worst management. Here’s what I mean. While you wait in line, there are no ice cream options to look at. You have to wait until you’re ready to order, then look at the ice cream freezer and try to read the options through the glare and ice cream stains. While waiting in line you’re either entertained by employees yelling at each other or flirting teenagers (also employees), who couldn't care less about helping you. Once you get your ice cream your way will be obstructed by trash barrels that someone forgot to put away. Oh and if you decide to dine in, good luck finding a clean table, because there are none. This place is a total mess and whoever manages this place should not be in management position. Great concept, poor execution, but the ice cream is delicious and the portions are huge.

Literally Ridiculous! We waited almost 30 minutes in the ice cream line to get 2 frozen yogurts …. There was 1 person working while the MANAGER was sitting around doing NOTHING!! Do not recommend this place !!

It’s infested with roaches. I was at the drive through and saw them crawling all over the walls. It’s disgusting and should be investigated immediately!!!

My neice had gotten some ice cream here and while eating it she felt something hard and it turned out to be a coin!! A dime in her ice cream I asked her to show me where she took the scoop from and she showed me. I went back and spoke to the manager and got my money back but this is still nasty and she could have choked on it. This is unacceptable

If you like waiting 30 minutes to get to the box to order and another 20 to get an ice cream… this is your spot… whoever management is at this date and time should be replaced as quickly as possible. It’s ice cream and burgers… Fast food? I could have sat and had a full meal.

Hands down, the 2nd filthiest restaurant I have ever been in (behind the Arby’s in Benbrook on 377 which is the current record holder). Not a single table was clean and the floor had the look and feel of week-old grease and trash. The staff politely wiped a table down for us when asked but failed to pick up the (hoping it was mud) thing on the floor 5 feet away. Gonna skip this place in the future.

I will not return here till someone contacts me and makes it right and I'll let all my customers at my buisness I run in town know my dealings with this establishment. Visited location on 6/28/25 while waiting in the ice cream line the staff were noted to be holding a puppy that was passed through the drive thru window. This took place right near the cooking and preparation area. A few minutes later we noticed a staff member while making a chocolate sundae get chocolate on her fingers and proceed to lick it off and continue to make this dessert without missing a beat for the drive thru.

Went through the drive thru . Second window was having a blast instead of getting us the order .. we received wrong ice cream .. bag of burgers had only mustard instead of adding mustard and pickles … had to wait 15 minutes to receive burgers back and at that to have my pickles all smushed up … the whole time we are waiting for them to stop laughing and goofing off … terrible experience from the night staff ..

If I could give this location no stars I would. The location was dirty, with food on the floor and tables. They were EXTREMELY slow, from taking our order to serving our food. We ordered 2 ea. #5 meals. Nothing special. The burgers were literally wet, cold, and raw in the center. The fries must have been in the bottom of the tub all days as I have never had fries that were so salty they couldn't be eaten. We walked over to the market side to pickup a couple packages of cookies only to find that the peanut butter, snickerdoodles, and the PB chocolate chuck cookie packages were all past their sell by dates. This is by far and away the WORST Braum's I have ever been to. P.S. We are now in the ER. My wife has food poisoning and we are 6 hours from home and our kids....

The workers were polite but the restaurant is nasty! We went for ice cream but couldn’t even get cones because there were flies in the case where they keep them also more flies and stuff spilled all over the toppings station so we just got shakes instead. I was trying to be understanding because they were super busy but there was like 10 employees there some of them could have been cleaning up as others continued to serve customers. Definitely needs to be managed better employees are just spilling milk and ice cream everywhere and not even cleaning up after themselves and giving out dirty sticky cups because literally every part of the counter is covered in sticky messes. I wouldn’t dare get food from this location can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like if the front was that bad.

Walked in and the place was fully staffed. Got a pleasant greeting from a young lady at the grocery section of the store. There were customers waiting at both the food and ice cream counters. The vistors at the ice cream counters were being served. Those of us waiting at the food counter were not being served, nor was anyone attempting to greet us or let us know that there was a reason we were not being served or when we might be served. Several employees walked by behind the counter and not one of them looked up or recognized that we were there. One young lady even walked up to the register we were waiting behind and didn't acknowledge any of us. When the couple in front of us said they had been waiting 20 minutes we left.

Bah humbug.. do not support this scrooge of a business. Besides them having poor customer service and terrible management, they have also taken away their toys for tots donation box. Like gross! Toys for tots help lots of families in OUR community have a Christmas and you wanna take that away. Like for real??? Our community is what helps keep you open and this is how u repay it. Despicable. Will never give you guys another cent.

I entered at 10:30am for lunch. The worker was serving both the window and indoor cash register. She informed me lunch was not till 10:30, to which it was 10:30 and a group 8 people behind me and she decided she wanted to take their order first because they wanted breakfast. I will never step foot in this place again. Why is there not a option for negative stars?
