I don't usually stop at Arby's but had to make a special trip with their limited time Wagyu burger. I was sceptical at first because it is a fast food restaurant selling "Wagyu" but I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was perfectly cooked and had a great flavor but it was the brioche bun that really set this burger over the top. Definitely recommend stopping and trying one for yourself before they're no longer offered.
Very pleased with dining experience. Jaylen was polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. Food came quickly and was very tasty. I had the market turkey and swiss. Delicious! The restaurant was clean and stocked. My biggest dining in pleasure was the Christian radio playing my favorite songs! What a bonus!! God be praised. ✝️❤️🙌
Everyone I came into contact with was not only speedy but friendly! I went through the drive thru about 10 mins before closing time. I made a mistake when ordering my food and I didn’t notice until after I paid. I used to work in the food industry and I know how at the end of your shift you just want to go home and people holding you up can get on your nerves. The gentleman that cashed me out told his manager about my mistake and he (the manager) immediately jumped on it and told the person making my food about it. Thank you so much to everyone!! I wish I would’ve gotten their names!
I love Arby's! Only of my favorite places. This was actually my first time going inside to eat instead of using the drive through. Very clean. Great service. They were very patient and nice to my friend, who had never eaten there before, and wasn't too sure what to order. And the prices are hard to beat, especially considering the amount roast beef costs in a store.
Manager waited on me very polite. The dining area was very clean and inviting to stay and eat. Good music playing that help me relax . I am 70 and would recommend this store to everyone of every age
I really enjoy the food here. Everything is made to order. Unlike burger chains, there are lots of options to choose from. The menu changes frequently, so you don't have to eat the same thing unless you choose. I also appreciate the value menu for those on a tight budget. Arby's fan for life.
I really enjoy my neighborhood Arby's. I have always received a fresh sandwich. Every now and then I get something other than the beef and cheddar..I guess I'm just hooked because that what me and my neighbor got tonight. Seasoning on the fries is so good.
I come to this Arby’s all the time. The food is always fresh and my order is always correct. I never have to wait long. Sylvia is always friendly in the drive thru. Kudos to the daytime staff for how smoothly this location runs
I was on lunch break and ordered the New HOT HONEY BONELESS WINGS w/ CRINKLE FRIES.. They were OUT of the crinkle fries for about a week or so. But the HOT HONEY boneless wings/nuggets whatever u want to call them are REALLY GOOD!!! I will be returning b4 the promotion ends, hopefully they'll have the crinkle fries
Place was really busy this particular night and the gentleman at the drive through did a fantastic job getting our order even when we added on at the window. He was very professional and kept smiling even while a very rude woman was at the counter receiving a refund for some of her order. VERY rude woman!
I had a great experience with Karen in the drive thru. Greeted me when I pulled up to order, asked me for my order, confirmed my order, politely asked me to pull around to the window, asked me multiple times if I needed any condiments with my food and then told me to have a great day as I drove off. Refreshing to see someone care about their job and how it reflects on the company versus all these rude young kids that don't care at all. Arby's, you have a good one with Karen Stephens and she deserves a raise.
I went today Wednesday 9/28 at around 5pm. I hadn't been to an Arby's since 2009. Let me just say that the staff was really nice, polite and awesome that I had to give them a shout out. Especially the young man working the cashier. Will definitely be coming back to this location.
Went in for take out and employees are nice and the order was done in 5 minutes and the order was correct and asked me for sauces as well. The restaurant interior was clean and was remodeled very modern nice look to it.
The team working right now absolutely killed it on executing both delicious food and awesome service. I was very impressed and felt it was only right to give them kudos. Food was fresh, condiment request was heard & met, and the customer service was on point. Way to go!!
It has been hard with staffing shortages; however, I was greeted by friendly staff. The store itself is clean, and inviting. I wasn’t expecting much due to the challenges post COVID. No complaints- service, quality, speed and cleanliness on point.
I tried the recently returned Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich and the new Orange Cream milk shake. Both were wonderful. The Orange Cream shake tastes like a Dreamcicle. Employees were friendly and courteous. Service was very good.
Who’s keeping Arbys open? Me, and the entire staff. Brian, Kayla, and Dee is a dream team. All smiles and good hot fast meals. I was glad to catch the lobby still open after 9, and it was super clean. I’ll keep coming anyway just becuase of the staff, but it’s free sandwich month and I’m here for it . I work at a restaurant and everybody wants Coke Zero, we don’t have it but Arbys does. They got Mello yellow and Barqs root beer, and diet Dr Pepper. (Iykyk) If you know you know. Skip the drive thru and go inside. Love this place.
Really nice and clean food was great manager really cool
I ordered the King Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich. Was really good. Also, I got 1/2 lb beef and cheddar and a regular roast beef. Always really good 👍
Arby’s need to do better food was cold and thick I went to Arby’s Saturday morning around 11 and I think she said her name as D’asia I don’t know if that’s how u spell it but she was very nice I see her up there every day she make me laugh every time she need a raise the manger was very rude she always have a attitude my roast beef, half pound was very thick. Only reason I still go to that Arby’s is because of the nice lady in the drive-through. Manger was a older white lady
Went for the Stars scored 3......free roast beef sandwich. They were super nice and gave me food...
Fresh and hot food, nice service, the smoke brisket sandwich so juicy and flavorful, curly fries super crispy, very good experience for dine in, we will come back definitely
This review score is a reflection of the food/meal. This location that I visited last night was on Struggle Street, long delays, employees seemed unsure of what to do. But the Free Birthday sandwich, Smokehouse Brisket made for the Win!!! Moist, tasty, succulent brisket paired with cheese and a Hawaiian King roll? Yes, they have done it! Honestly the best sandwich I have had there in a while!
It’s Arby’s. It taste like Arby’s, it looks like Arby’s! They should pay enough so the employees care and fire those who don’t care about the customer.
I like Arby's, but this is the 2nd time in a row my drink order has been messed up, even after multiple corrections made during the order. Somehow a white milk became a diet coke, and a sprite ended up a root beer?! Slow down and make sure the orders are correct. Shouldn't have that much trouble when it's the shift leader at the window. I hope it gets better!
The young shy girl did not speak when I walked in, actually she said nothing until I mentioned what I wanted on the menu, not a great way to greet customers! Hello welcome to Arby's may I take your order please , should be covered in training 101. When I ordered and paid she miscounted telling me I did not give her enough money I informed her that I did. She then recounted and without saying oh I'm sorry or yes you did Sir it was my fault . . . Nothing! After I received my order she did not say thank you or enjoy . . . Again Nothing! I definitely did not feel like a valued customer and at that time of the day I was the only one in there. On the Other hand the burger was excellent , exactly what I came for, very good!
The classic roast beef sandwiches are always on point so far. The biggest miss though is the frys don't seem very fresh but unlike most Arby's I have been to this one ACTUALLY has the crinkle cut frys is that is your thing. The Jalapeno poppers and cheese sticks are always good and not too greasy. The chicken nuggets aren't bad as well but I think they get a bit overcooked due to being so thin so keep that in mind, with that being said I would rather have fully cooked chicken any day of the week. The staff are friendly and inviting, they also don't mind taking a short moment out to have a good joke or 2 with you. The place seems clean enough but I usually just get it to go so I can't fully vouch for the inside dining experience. All in all I don't hesitate to go out of my way to come here for the classic roast beef and jalapeno poppers, all of the other menu items I would say are about your average Arby's.
Arby's has gotten more and more expensive, and when they issue coupons, it doesn't include my favorite sammich anymore, French dip.
I didn't go in. The lady was friendly. I didn't have to repeat my order. The food was nice & hot. And delicious. I ordered the Classic roast beef. They provided me with ample horsey & arby sauce.
Wish I knew the name of the lady who has helped me the last 2 days,(yes ,i came 2 days in a row) she was/is an amazing employee . She made me smile and laugh even in the heat of your drive thru in the afternoon.
**UPDATE** So last Friday evening. My daughter and I wanted something different to eat. Quick but GOOD. So, we driving around and she says Arby's?? At first I said heck no in my head. Then I said you know what. Let's give them another try. So we went in this time instead of drive thru. I have seen the Arby's commercials countless times and wanted to try the new BEEF 🍔. I asked the young man behind the counter. If he tried it before and if he liked it. Let me tell you! These kids don't bite their tongue these days. The way he described it. My daughter and I looked at each other and said NOPE!! So we stuck with the usual. The manager came to the counter and spoke with us. Wanted to make sure we were alright. His customer service was on POINT! He told the cook to drop us fresh curly 🍟 and mozzarella sticks. I was like WOWWWW. He was very attentive to our needs. I appreciate that! Not sure if he overheard the young man or not, but I sure appreciated the fresh hot food! It was delicious 😋. P.S. When we got in the car my daughter says. Mama he goes to my school I see him in the hallways. He is very vocal!! Lol...lol 😂. Yes I can see! ENJOYED DINNER ARBY'S!!
Food is good, roast beef was cut really thick for some reason and I didn't enjoy it as much as the typical arby's beef and cheddar. Seemed to get only a half order on a large curly fries since they fry cup wasnt full.
The food is good. The menu is varied. You can’t go wrong with the roast beef sandwich. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The service is quick. The manager is especially funny. I like talking to her. All in all, a good place for a meal.
Food is always good, but the service is average. The individuals will do the basics no exceeding expectations.
This location isn’t bad by any means. My experience was getting my order wrong getting the incorrect condiments but being met with a dazzling smile. So, I suppose that was something. The greeter was a charming individual who chatted and made me feel rather welcome. I just wish the order had been correct.
Absolutely awful. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through and the car at the menu never moved, so we went inside, waited another 6 and we're ignored by staff. There were 7 people in the lobby only 1 actually had food and when someone asked if there order would be out soon the worker said she was "going one by one"
Pulled up to the drive thru and waited 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Finally had to go inside. The restaurant was to be opened for another hour, but it seemed the crew had already checked out for the day. Just didn't have the energy for good fast happy service.
The guy in the back didn't change his gloves after he had swept the floor with the broom. The manager informed him to change his gloves. They didn't seem too happy about it.
I like Arby’s from time to time. They are known for thin sliced roast beef but their menu has expanded greatly. I like their Gyro sandwich and it has a good mix if salad, meat and sauce. Wanted to try the Wagyu Beef burger but it was drowned in some burger sauce. I know sauces are popular on burgers these days and perhaps for decades. However Wagyu is supposed to be the star of the show imho. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. I went through the drive through so middle of road rating there
I was in the drive thru on December 23rd around 8pm and order a classic beef & cheddar meal. Got home and there was no cheddar. She also forgot to give me my drink until I reminded her. This is typical in fast food nowadays......when the place is busy. But it was only me and another car in the drive thru. When I pulled up to order, she asked if she could help but didn't respond to any of my questions or orders until I would say, "Hello". It took forever to order although there was no one before me. She took my money then gave me change. She came back to the window three minutes later and said, "Hi, that'll be...Oh" as if "you're still here?". Smh. Also, the sandwich and bread looks, feels, and tastes like it's been sitting forever. Please get it together. Most of these kinds of places are holding on by a thread because no one frequents them anymore. So you would think they'd be on top of things. Three people at the window and two customers and STILL couldn't get my order correct. I'm writing because this is usually my experience when I go and that's why I rarely go.
Food tastes ok. Very over priced for what you actually get. It is obvious the drive through clerk is rated on speed alone. After every item I said, she was giving me the total trying to rush me to the window. I forgot to order a couple of things because she was in such a hurry to move me through.
A bit disappointed. My meat was luke warm at best. My fries were COLD! The meat wasn't even on the bread, way too much cheese on my beef and cheddar! My drink had almost no ice in it so it wasn't cold. I gave them another try since they remodeled and changed management but they don't seem to get things together at this location. Sad because its 2 blicks from my house 😒
I asked for fresh fries, he said sure and gave me the one's sitting there for awhile. Also the Manager and employee were arguing over who was going to take my order. I've been a Food Manager for years and would not act like they did. Won't be back.😠😠
They should just close their doors! The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I love beef and cheddars! It's too bad that they either have very bad mgmt or they pay real bad. I know you don't make much working at a fast food place but I have been there 4 times in the last couple of weeks and one time I got served. They will turn their light off 20 even 30 min before they're supposed to close or they will do it when you pull up. The last time I went they had a sign saying short of workers. Good luck Arby's but if I were in charge I would let everyone go that works there and start fresh because this has been going on for years at this store.l fire the managers thats we're the blame lies. This has also happened to my wife they have turned the lights out when she has pulled up at night and my wife says they are rude.
I enjoy Arby's and this location is the closet one to me. But it's so slow. You spend more time in the drive thru than you will eating your food. The worst part is they never seem busy, at most I've had maybe one car ahead of me and still sit in line for more than 10minutes waiting for the car in front to get their food.
Mac and cheese was cold, had to ask for it to reheated... the fish sandwich had a drop of tartar sauce, had to ask for extra after we got the sandwiches. Not quite what they show on TV with lots of fixings and lots of tartar sauce. Could have been a whole lot better!!
Ordered a medium with cheese meal, no fries. Asked for 3 pepper sauce, didn't get it. Called to tell them, didn't answer. On top of all that, I was in line, with no body behind me. He asked me to pull forward. I asked why. He said "It's gonna mess up my time" ✌️ I should have just asked for a refund then.
Arby’s earned 2 stars due to their fast pace, but what is common for most fast food restaurants something was forgotten out the order. The price of the food is also a bit steep. We ordered a sandwich, a wrap, a small crinkle fry (not fresh), a slider, and 3 shakes the bill was $33. In my opinion that’s astronomical for that little bit of food.
The food is always amazing however the drive through employees doesn’t have a good communication skills, they always don’t understand the order well, and you have to repeat your order many times till they get u, moreover you will get a wrong order they are not smart at all and this is making us gona stop getting food from them although we love the beaf and cheddar sandwich hope they hire more professional people to take our orders since they have been hiring like these employees for so long
I’ve only left two reviews in my life lol, but this was a bizarrely awful experience that I wanted to mention it. First I tried the drive thru, but despite only three cars in line I waited for over 10 minutes and the line never moved. So I parked and went in, thinking maybe the car at the window was holding the line up. I ordered a single beef and cheddar sandwich, nothing else. It took 16 minutes, at which point I went and politely asked someone if I could get a refund because I really needed to go. The lady who helped was nice and immediately bagged up a cold sandwich that had been waiting in the kitchen. Only two customers in the building, so I know they weren’t that busy. Four people on staff too!! Just wandering around aimlessly. I worked food service for 7 years, I have a lot of empathy and patience to overworked/understaffed days, but this was not one of them. It was just a bad experience all around 🥲
I used to go on a regular basis and I won't be going back!! I asked as I always do for fish to be cooked fresh, as many times in the past, it was an old sandwich heated in the microwave. Most of the other items I ordered were wrong.
Sad to see this place go down after the major makeover last year (?) or the year before. I was there this last week twice (!) And experienced unprofessional loud and obnoxious employees while trying to enjoy food. Just Saturday (4 days ago) I went back with my girlfriend and she couldn't eat after seeing food handling person pulling up pant repeatedly with gloves and then taking off gloves to handle food. On top of that the roast beef was hard / burnt (microwaved ????) We left and told the manager about it but no effort to change it from their side. Survey resulted in somebody calling me and asking me to call back but that's not my job I rather drive to the Arlington/stadium location and even Desoto is not that far than going back here
Terrible. I use to eat here a lot when I worked in Grand Prairie. The cashier that was working this day (5/26/18) clearly did not know what she was doing. the man in front of me Had to repeat his order a few times, And she was staring at the screen and you can tell she did not want to be there. And for the idiot working the drive through, just told me “hold on one sec”. Sitting there for almost 10 min before I finally drove off. Didn’t even get to order my food... will never come back here again as long as them employees are here. Damn shame, spent a lot of money here for years.
They never seem to have a problem making sure you are charged correctly for the food you order, however once you get home you will find your order is wrong just about every time. Happened multiple times, make sure to open all items and check before leaving drive thru.
I have beem having the hardest time with this particular place. They take forever to even take your order, your order is always wrong and this place also has an issue with gift cards. The same guy that is at the window can't figure out how to use gift cards. The card has a balance, even called the number on the card and confirmed the balance. I hope they get competent help soon.
I love love love Arby's jalapeno poppers. The Bronco Berry sauce is made them special and outstanding. Alas, no more....they changed the sauce! The horror! I couldn't believe it! The best thing about those poppers and they changed the sauce! It is just cooked corn syrup now! YUCK!
Tried to call store to let them know that they didn't get our order right through the drive-thru of course no answer but, after reviewing the 3.9 on customer service what do you expect. The fish is no where fresh either plus I didn't order the spicy fish. Won't be back
They never are open at 10. They always close before 10. The lobby is always dirty. The employees don’t wear gloves. The crinkle fries are always cold. The teas have old date stickers. The turnovers are always made the night before, never fresh. Just a no go.
the last three times I went to the drive thru I was never acknowledged. tried talking to the speaker and still nothing. first time I drove to the window and nobody seemed to notice i was there or didn't want to notice. nothing more annoying than a drive thru you never get service from. the times i was helped it just seemed like it was a hassle to do their job and serve me. this was after the renovation.
I did not get cheese on my 2 for $6 roast beef sandwiches. The food tasted terrible and I called Arby's restaurant, but the would not answer their phone.
Don't know if their staff doesn't speak English, don't know different condiments, or just don't care. Make sure to describe what marinara is to them if you go through the drive through or order online, they seem to think 3 Marinaras means 2 cups of cheese sauce. Guess it's my bad for expecting them to know the difference though.
I bought 2 #5. With lemonade and the other with the coke.. The fries were freash and hot.. But the chicken sandwhich meat.. It was cold.. I had already left and was about 20 mins drive. When we started to eating them.. Not good for. A cold sandwhich for 2 of the combos$17.49
One of the worst arbys I've been to. The orders were correct but the sandwiches were sloppily made with meat on only half the sandwiches. The lady taking the order was rude as well.. I would recommend driving down the road a few miles to the next location.
The kid at the drive through window seemed annoyed that he had to even speak to someone. The curly fries were burnt and cold. Poor service and food quality
Each time we have tried to eat at Arby's they were out of something . Roast beef, wagu burgers, this last time they were out of diet Coke and Philly cheese steak sand. Plus the server at Great southwest in Grand prairie was incredible rude and was treating me like I was an idiot. We just left. It's too frustrating to try to eat there.
Have to edit this since my last time was a nice positive experience. Yesterday early evening I went to the drive thru the traffic is a concern because it's loud so you have to speak loudly. She proceeded to yell at us telling us don't be yelling and to pull around. I told her that we were sorry she thought we were yelling but we had to speak loudly because of traffic. She proceeded to scold us then said whatever. Not friendly had to ask for sauce had an attitude the whole time. I go to this arbys because the others are nasty I probably won't be back because the service is nasty. What a way to treat a paying customer. Shame on you.
Sandwich and Service was great! But the fries were disappointing taste like they've been sitting out all day all day stale!
The lady was very rude when we ordered our food I put in my order and then the lady asked if it would complete our order and before my wife could talk she immediately said pull forward.
I ordered a french dip sandwich with a medium curly fry and 2 cups of cheddar. The cheese tasted like dish soap and my sandwich they just threw it in the box. It was stuck to the box and I had to pull it off just to be able to eat it. How about next time you take some pride in your sandwiches and don't just throw it in the box all messed up!!!!! Also after I ate it I got sick! I have been sick all night since I ate this food. I do not recommend eating here at all!!!
Been to this location several times and always forget my dipping sauce for the French dip!? Why would I order a French dip with no dip? I always tell them not to forget and it's forgotten anyway. I think this was my last visit. Tired of giving the benefit of the doubt! F THIS PLACE!
Today my elderly father purchased a apple pecan chicken sandwich. When he bit into his sandwich, the bread was stale, and hard. Mistakes happen, and he went back to get the ordered corrected. When he told the assistant manager, she gave him the dirtiest look and didn't want to help him. That's when she called the manager on duty, and he proceeded to tell my father in a condensing way, that the bread was not stale. He took the sandwich to the back, said something to one of the cooks, all the while continuing to give my father dirty looks. This prompted him to ask for his money back instead of getting the sandwich replaced. He grudgingly gave him his money back. Is this how this store treats their elderly customers when they have a problem with their order?
The cashier was friendly but the manager was rude as hell to my husband and I. We asked for more bacon on a sandwich the manager refused even though I would pay she stated that all the company will allow us to give on a sandwich . Our sandwich looked like half the meat was missing there was only three slices of roast beef on my sandwich. The manager refused to give me her name so I asked cashier he gave it to me very dissatisfied and disappointed
Ordered basic meals for 2 people. Didn't get it right, nothing special on either sandwich. We live on the other side of town so my wife called and spoke with management. He said he took down her name and would replace order. She went the next day to get correct order and since he wasnt in the store (even though her name was on some list) the staff refused to replace the meal. Arby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, hardly ever have issues. This place had me drive all the way over two times and still didn't want to make it right. So if you want good honest customer service go across the street. This is the worst customer service I've ever had, and thats saying a lot considering fast food is usually poor service.
Ordered 3 Double beef n cheddars meals, one with bacon and extra cheese, kids meal, and a classic roast beef meal. We’re given 3 Double roast beefs add cheese and bacon. Was very disappointed spent that amount and didn’t even get majority of my order correct. Will not be returning to this location. If you are looking for a location I suggest the location on Collins by the Stadium
The service was good but the food was really, really bad. I had chicken beacon sandwiches 🥪 and fries were bad as well.
Very rude manager. They forgot things in my order. Don't fill up the fries even a large. Wouldn't let us eat in the lobby over an hour before close. Stay away don't waste your money.
Cold fries.. dried beef n cheddar everything was old but yet I paid full price. Too expensive for old food.. when I sent an email to corporate never got a reply.. that was my last visit. The service gets a 1 as well because they knew what they were giving me.
Food was terrible and over cooked. Spent 40$ and left with 4 sandwiches just regular roast beef and some cheese sticks. Waste of money
Took 20 minutes just to get someone to take an order on the drive thru. Lady at the window was nice but had an attitude problem when told we'd been waiting for a while. All in all, just go inside if you really want to eat at this location. Could definitely use some better equipment.
Placed online order today for 2 for 6 special. Chicken sandwich was dry, overcooked, and messy. This was not the usual Chicken patty that you would get on a regular Chicken sandwich. It's the round patty variety you find on the value menu. Curly fries were overcooked and tasted like old grease. Roast beef sandwich was ok at best. Shame on the manager for allowing staff to serve sub-par food. I feel ripped off...lesson learned because I'm never going back to this franchise. Locations is convenient since I live close by but not going to happen.
Never in 20 years have I ever gotten a more cheap and disgusting market fresh turkey ranch n bac for $12 with cheap shredded lettuce and looked like turkey from the dollar store! NEVER IN 20 YEARS! SO DISAPPOINTED 😞
I got the worst half pound Roast Beef today. It was crumbs and dyed up roast Beef in the Sandwich. I asked the Manager for another one or refund. He said there was nothing he could do about. What you get is what you get. Then he said he can offer a small roast beef to replace I said I paid for a half pound. I asked for Corp number to report this. But he said all he had was his number. It was uneatable.
Received my order at Arby’s drive through, the fries were cold, dry, and extremely over cooked. They must had been placed under an heat lamp to keep warm, which didn’t work. The Beef n cheddar was cold as well. Never again will I visit this location.
The food here is not bad, not great, but not bad. However, when we ate in the dining room recently the beyond obnoxiously loud music prevented us from having a conversation. When I complained to the man at the counter, he said that he could not turn it down. I think that OSHA would consider this place a noise hazardous place for the employees to work. Obviously, we won't be going back.
Service is so slow its ridiculous 🙄 workers are fight over a break its obvious they don't want to be there. There's another Arby's in the next city I will try it. It takes longer but anything has to be better
My granddaughter received a kids free meal from school for student of the week and was looking forward to going here. She was very disappointed that the chicken she received was burnt...... NEEDLESS TO SAY I TOOK HER TO MCDONALDS TO GET THE FOOD COOKED RIGHT... Sad part is they weren't even busy. The chicken was very hard and the fries were cold.
Drive-thru Sunday afternoon. Might have to skip 15 years of loyalty due to a terrible hire in service. Surprised me that she informed me she was the manager. Refuses to give me the customer service number. Shut the window door on me as I politely intended to give my experience. Couldn’t explain to me why I had to pull foward to a curb when I was the only one e in line. Something about messing with her time. Lots of attitude. First time complaining. Ruined my experience. ---- update 1/6 completed form they presented Great conversation with the Area Manager. They were very interested in feedback. They're doing great things. We might schedule a golf tee time together soon. Issue fully resolved. Will return this week.
The owner is awful(unless it has changed in the past 6 yrs), he doesn't care about the establishment or the employees. The only reason this location is still open is because there is no other Arby's close.
I was really excited to hear about the new steak nuggets and even plan on getting the burger, nuggets and bowl but to my disappointment in my 5 count there was one missing nugget and to top it of my burger had only 3 small nuggets. Flavor was not the best but the barbecue saved the nugget And that Mac was really good but again just the nuggets. The staff was really nice but the food was not it
Only cause I have to click on one star I have a friend of mine that's 70 years old that fell on the side of this Arby's coming out of that door to which they don't have no handicap ramp to come out basically you have to go all the way around the building to go out for handicap we contacted the manager end of general manager and there has been no response to this incident that took place in front of their store this gentleman ended up at the hospital with bad chest pain and still has chest pain and they're just avoiding it be careful when you go there!!!! For you handicapped people alarming you to be careful coming out of that side door
Stopped by Arby's in Grand Prairie today on my way to work. The service was fast and the cashier at the window was very nice. I got to work and took a bite of my sandwich. It was awful!!! Most of the meat was very thickly sliced and other parts looked grey and heated in microwave. Do better Arby's!
I typically do not post reviews but this was terrible. Service was good, timing was ok but the food was awful . Let’s start off with the wrapping, the sandwich was not even wrapped completely! Upon opening what was wrapped you could clearly see the chicken was burnt all over the edges. Who ever is preparing the sandwich clearly sees that the chicken was not good! CLEARLY. There was only two vehicles in line one being me. So there is no excuse of “rush hour” unfortunately I could not go back after arriving to work and pull a Karen. $15 to the trash 🚮
