I haven't dined in yet, but the drive-thru is always pretty fast. Food is good. You can order online and there's a rewards program now on their app. I highly recommend trying the Supreme Doritos Locos Tacos. Delicious 👌

I mean really, I'm just waiting for the male employee with all the piercings to fall off on my food, kind gross and unsanitary... Plus it's impossible to go in at my age and just order in person and not a kiosk. Kind not user friendly there....

I was across the street today at an auto parts store during my lunch break. Needed to grab a bite to eat and saw this nice, new looking Taco Bell. After stopping in and placing my order I could believe how nice this place was. In matter of minute or two my meal was ready and I was eating. Thea staff was friendly, masked and doing a great job. I haven’t placed a review in a long while but I felt I had to give this place a 2 thumbs up. Clean, modern, pleasant with a new clean parking lot… I will be coming back. Here are a couple pictures I took while ratting my lunch. Hope you all feel the same as I did today. 👍🏼 Craig

By far THE BEST taco bell I've ever been to. Speedy service while being accurate every time I've ordered (on kiosk usually). The portion size for the burritos are bigger than any other taco bell I've been to. I'm so glad I live so close to this particular location. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

This was my first time visiting this particular location. The food was perfectly fine. The tables in the dining room all needed to be cleaned though. The kiosk screens were in serious need of a good cleaning too. I probably just visited at a bad time.

I've been here 6 times since it's opened. Food quality is good, it's taco bell expectations. Customer service ain't the best. I'm pretty sure it's due too them being flooded by customers. The people complaining below about the wait are the worst. Remember that the next two nearest taco bells are on the 10fwy and 60fwy. So the wait is a no brainer. FYI always check for sauce. I spend almost 30 dollars for four people. They ALWAYS put 3 hot 3 mild while I have 10+ items. When I ask for more sauce. It seems like I'm asking for too much .

However the full kiosk to order and option for text message or email for receipt isn't the best. The kiosk were a bit slow luckily I was only ordering for myself but I can imagine how much of a hassle it would be if your order for 3 or more.

Make sure you know exactly what you want before you start ordering at the drive through because as soon as you do,half the menu disappears. I don’t know who thought this was puke be a good idea. I would have ordered several more items but couldn’t see them on the menu as soon as I ordered first item.

The kiosks suck! Two out of three of them did not work. I had to attempt to make an order four times before it finally went through. The ice machine was also out and the soda was warm. Definitely needs maintenance.

I ask for No onions on all of my items, They put hand fulls of onions just because they were inconvenienced for having to do their job. There was more onions in every item than I've ever seen at any restaurant. It was a to go order and I didn't find out about it until I got to my destination, the order was for 3 men so there was quite a bit of food. We threw every bit of it in the trash. On the positive side, everything looked extremely clean. I definitely will not go back to this particular Taco Bell restaurant. If I don't get a response I'm going to assume the managers and owners of this particular restaurant treat people the same way the employees do

Left my card at drive through and the kids working there charged my card for a completely different transaction and amount. So I was charged twice its all on camera, the cashier was Aaron D. Corporate please see receipt and watch video footage. 1/4/25 at 9:11pm

Don't bother to use this location...Taco Bell is quick to charge you for stuff but not make your food correct. I waited in the drive thru 10 minutes to order my food. Very simple, a bean burrito add tomato. I saw the charge pop up. More than once Taco Bell charges but doesn't add my tomato so I checked before I left the window. There was literally one tomato chunk. I told the dude they didn't add my tomatoes. He looked and saw and offered me a side.. then someone came from the back. I assume it was the girl who messed up my burrito. She asked me to see my burrito and started arguing with me at the window that she put my tomatoes inside and if she provided more she would have to charge me. I was beyond d pissed! Then when I asked her name she said I don't have to give it to you. Oh did i mention she tried to touch my food with her dirty gloves?? I was past furious so I just left the window...but this Taco Bell doesn't have to worry about me returning...and that little smart mouthed employee they have should find someone else to.do

I would never want to bad mouth a business that doesn't deserve it, but this is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPREPARED and UNORGANIZED taco bell this west of the Mississippi. This is my 3rd time here, my average wait time has been about 45 minutes from start to completion with only about 4 or 5 cars in the drive through. Today after waiting 36 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me, I get to the speaker to order, I asked for 3 different items and was told they were out of all of them. They have items still advertised on their menu that according to the workers were a 2 day promotion or limited time and are no longer available. Take them off of the menu if that's the case. I told the worker that I didn't wish to order at that point and had 6 cars behind me and the 3 cars still ahead of me trying to get out took me another 33 minutes. 1 HOUR AND 9 MINUTES for absolutely nothing. This place needs to be shut down until proper training and management can take place. Im a patient person and I'm not at all negative or looking to bad mouth a business but this was probably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. DO NOT SUPPORT A LACKLUSTER BUSINESS LIKE THE GRAND TERRACE TACO BELL.

Wow, almost $8 for a $5 box? First time I was ever charged for subing for the cheese and chips. The guy at window was not friendly. The food was not quality. The tortilla in the beefy 5 layer wasnt even warmed up. You know the store is not doing well if its charging its customers to substitute the cinnamon twists for chips and cheese. Will not be back. Can go anywhere else for that money and get better food. ✌️

Came here today at 4:45 pm on May 3rd. Awful is the only word that comes to mind. Walk in and no one to greet you or at the counter but they have 3 automatic machines. Whatever. I ordered my 4 items for $20 and received zero of them correctly. 1) One sloppy new crunchy cantina chicken taco. 2) My cheesy fiesta potatoes had no cheese or extra sour cream that I paid extra for. They come with cheese and sour cream so how that got screwed up I don’t know. 3) my SUPREME Dorito’s loco taco had no sour cream on it and no cheese. 4) They didn’t even give me my drink cup. I wanted to get a Dr.Pepper but their machine wasn’t serviced properly and tasted awful. Seemed like little CO2 and no syrup added in for the flavor. I paid extra for the new avocado sauce and they didn’t include it. I took the time to select multiple mild sauces on the screen and they didn’t include that. They also didn’t give me a fork to eat my cheesy potatoes. I had to go back to the counter THREE times to get all things I ordered. It was EMPTY inside and only 2 cars in the drive thru. They made me wait a while each time I asked for my things like I was making their lives inconvenient. The girl got off at 5pm and was just stalling and half working until she could walk out. She walked out as we were pulling off. The guy working the food line didn’t seem to even know what my food was supposed to be or where to read the receipt when I said I asked for these sauces where are they ? I didn’t notice they didn’t make my food correctly until I was on the highway. If you’re passing through do not bother stopping here.
