The absolute best service my family and I have ever had! Long story short my family and I were flying home, our connecting flight got cancelled and we had to find a hotel for the night. We got stuck in a 2 hour long customs line then had to find our way to the hotel to then be told there was no food service. We ended up ubering to this Applebees and the staff was very nice. Until our server greeted us, when I say he was the most outstanding, positive, most attentive person I have ever been lucky to be around is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! He not only made us feel at home but went above and beyond. His positive attitude and friendly personality made our terrible day melt away. Thank you Ladarius you are truly a wonderful soul!! (Btw I emailed the regional manager listed on the receipt and told him how amazing you are)

Update: After my review, a manager CaSara promptly reached out to rectify the situation. We came back and had Ladarius as our server. He was amazing! So friendly and kind and the food was amazing. We are glad they were willing to acknowledge and correct what upset us. We will definitely be back. Thank you all again we really appreciate the way this was handled. Walked in (party of 2) when the restaurant was far from packed and was told to wait 15-20 minutes so the kitchen can catch up. We asked if we could sit down at least and he told us to wait in the waiting area then proceeded to allow two groups to sit down. Rude and bad customer service we ended up just leaving.

The place is really nice and clean. The staff is amazing. Really good service (Ladarius H was our waitress and he was awesome) I order the honey chicken and was one of the best I have ever tried and my wife got the bourbon sirloin and that was even more tasteful. The shots are also really good

I went here on March 17, and the door was locked, and other patrons were opening the door for each other. My mom and I got the 2 for $30. We both got the lime chicken dish, and our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke dip. Well, when we placed the order and got our drinks. Which was i had sweet tea, and my mom had regular. My boyfriend and I went here for a quick dinner. We didn't plan on dining in but ended up sitting at the bar and staying. The restaurant was clean and slow for the evening. It was a Thursday night. The only reason I didn't give it full five stars was because of a pungent smell in the restaurant but it eventually went away. Also, the highlight of our evening was the overall atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and personable. The bartender was amazing Joshua K. He was friendly attentive and don't get me started on the delicious drinks that he made us. We only had each and they were made perfectly. We did not have to request an extra shot be added or nothing. The food was delicious as well. I had the bourbon street shrimp and chicken and my boyfriend has the half rack of ribs. My chicken was well cooked not dry and seasoned beautifully. My boyfriend's ribs were practically falling off the bone. I guess it just might depend on what time of day you come to the restaurant but we had a very nice experience. I do plan to come back with my family sometimes during the day.

The food was excellent. I had the grilled chicken breast with garlic mash and broccoli. The chicken was super tender and juicy. The bar is tiny so I’m not sure I’d go to “hang” and the service was slow when I first sat down (about a 10 min wait with no one around). I stopped in after doing some shopping at the mall around lunch time. I did love my holiday drink!

This Applebee's in Grapevine Texas is very close to the Springhill Suites were we stayed. That was our main reason for trying - and the fact that we have not had any bad experiences with any we have visited. The waiter that greeted us was nice- he informed us that it would be a wait if we dined in due to short staff. We opted for the Bar to do take out and have a drink. The Bar waitress was wonderful- she was friendly, fast , and very helpful as she worked the Bar Patrons and helped the other two waiters with the floor Patrons. The signature cocktail- she fixed was good with a nice kick. We ordered the Bone in wings and the Oriental Chicken Salad. While enjoying our cocktail- the bar waitress bought our carry out order. It may have taken all of 40 minutes- which was fine as we enjoyed the spots tv and conversation. One back to our hotel-- the wings was hot and flavorful. The Chicken salad- fresh, crunchy, and good also. The prices were reasonable- Applebee's is a consistent chain throughout. Today we tried another out of town Applebee's. This one is in Yonkers New York. We always do dinner but decided to do lunch at this one. It had the same layout but seemed bigger. The atmosphere was nice with the music and mutiple station tvs all around. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful with our questions. We got the lunch specials- oriental chicken salad, tomato basil soup, and chicken penne pasta.Very tasty and reasonably priced.

Clearly RENOVATIONS are needed ASAP. Stopped anyway the only open operating and near by for us visiting. 1st of all waiting to be seated over 20mins with my kiddos. Near DFW Airport, place NOT busy at 5:30ish pm on a Sunday. Was seated immediately. Waited 10 minutes before someone came to my table asking if I'd been helped yet. Waitstaff seem to have no sense of urgency in ANYTHING going on. Not a horrible experience, but this won't be my first/second choice location to go back to.

This was the worst Applebee's experience ever. It was less than half full and we still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. It was 59 degrees outside and the A/C was cranking inside. Everyone in there was complaining about how cold it was, but the staff said there's nothing they can do about it. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. The food was okay, but got cold in a few minutes. I wasn't a fan of the white chunk of lettuce core (pictured) on my burger. We definitely won't be back.

Went on Saturday evening about 8 and sat in bar with party of 4, was like 3 other people there and they were at bar. Waitress took drink orders and didn't bring straws and no lemon for water, She said she would bring the straws and the lemon but she didn't bring the straws back until the appetizer came out and no lemons. I had to go up to the bar and ask her for lemons, and then we placed our food order, She brought the food out and then never came back to the table I had to go back to bar and ask for to go boxes and check.

The chicken in the Alfredo pasta was dry and old, and had no flavor. The burger's Temp was almost cold, as it had been sitting on the counter for a while. The strawberries were fresh. Service: the place was almost empty when we arrived. Even though there were more than one server, one was tending to a couple at the bar, another one was stocking to go salsa or dip containers and the rest were in the back or the other side of the place. We had to wait till the one at the bar finished to get a table. The food took a while to arrive (over 20 mins), and we had to wait till them to get a drink refill, since no one came to check on the table. They weren't rude, they just weren't rendering the service expected at a sit down restaurant, especially when there aren't a lot of customers waiting.

PASS IT BY... To say the service was horrible is an understatement. There was no communication for about 45 minutes, and when the server finally came out, she had nothing to say about why our food was not out yet. She only asked if we needed a refill of our water. Once we got the food, some orders were incorrect. Some were cold. Then, to add insult to injury, the bill was wrong, showing a double charge for items. It took an additional 30 minutes for the waitress to get the bills prepared, closed out, and bring our credit card or change back to us. When the manager finally came over (after we requested him), he lied about the dining room being full as an excuse. We could see the main dining room and it was never full while we were there I would NEVER go back to that location.

Hostess was rude, we asked to be seated at a both with a toddler and she said this is the only table available. We passed 3 booths on our way to the table where we were seated, shortly thereafter she filled 2 of the booths we had passed. Right before we left she said the same thing to another family, she sat a couple of tables away from us. The food was cold when it was served. Would not recommend this place

Friday May 17th 12 p.m. lunch with a friend. Before ordering, I told our waitress it would be on separate tickets. I had boneless buffalo wings and a top shelf Long Island. Pleasantly, the chicken wings were good and the Long Island iced tea was fair. The low rating is due to the interactions at the end of the meal. I told our waitress I was ready to pay my bill and gave her my credit card. I noticed when she came back that I was charged for both meals which included my friends too. Another waitress overheard the conversation, apologized, stated our waitress was new, but would get it fixed. I gave the other waitress my card to charge, she came back with a new charge, and I did not question it. It was just the merchants copying to sign and one for the customer. There was not a copy of the breakdown of food that was ordered. I left a five-dollar tip. Shortly after, the bartender or acting manager came to our table and said there was a mistake. She stated that I paid for my friends mountain dew on the new ticket they brought out and I still needed to pay for my Long Island iced tea. Also, she said she would subtract the difference of the mountain dew from the Long Island iced tea. I told her just to void the new ticket and I would pay what was owed. The manager said she could not do that because the system was not set up to do two voided transactions. This didn't make sense to me. Going back and forth I told the manager I was not going to have a third charge pending on my card. This manager became very irritated and rude stating that she would just eat the cost. Before she walked off I told her she should have taken care of it in the first place. I will state the food was decent, but there needs to be more training from the bottom up through management.

Very interesting experience in Texas while waiting for my son to arrive. Sat in the bar area. Server brings my ticket with my food. Couldn't touch the French onion soup. Wasn't asked how my food was or how I was doing. Very uninviting plus terrible food. Reminded me why I don't dine there.

I visited this restaurant during lunch and I ordered using the Carside to go. One employee made a comment that it would probably not be good to use the Carside to go because it did not work as other restaurants location work. She commented that you should probably call when you're out here so they could bring the food to the car. It kind of defeats the purpose of Carside To Go. The food was good but it is a very slow process and a slow restaurant. Update: we stop by this restaurant on the weekend and found that it was very smokey and smelled like cigarette smoke. Our kids mentioned it immediately and we are a non-smoking family. For us, this was a turn off to this location. My spouse indicated that the bathrooms were also smelly and smelled of cigarettes. The food was good, but it was like everyone is in training. Service is slow... The meals came out good as ordered without issues. I wouldn't move the star rating down or up at this point. They are trying though and I will visit again to see if they have improved.

Visited around 3pm on a Friday afternoon, still able to order off of the lunch menu. Took a while for someone to come ask for our drinks and it wasn't even our server. Beers arrived quickly. Finally our real server arrived to take our order. She seemed impatient and unhappy to be there. We even heard her getting rude with another worker in the back kitchen. This place is seriously lacking on customer service. The food was was decent, I have to give them that. I would not recommend this Applebee's to anyone.

Took our wrestling team here to celebrate a victory. The food was decent, but the service was very poor. Our server was not very attentive, which was disappointing given we had a large group. At checkout, we were also told they do not accept tax-exempt forms, which was not mentioned beforehand. Clear communication and better attentiveness would have made this a much better experience.

I am very understanding when I am seated and do not have a waiter stop by. I finally caught the attention of the hostess and she went and found my waiter. Usually they over compensate for their oversize. This waitress was nice but did not improve her service after being told I was waiting. It was closer to well and lacked any of the Cajun seasoning it was supposed to have. Overall, it has been months since I've eaten at an Applebee's and after this visit I doubt I return anytime soon. We were never seated. We entered the doors to be told for two people there was at least a 15 minute wait or no wait if sat in the bar where families with kids had also being diverted to. This made no sense as there were multiple tables available in general dining. Still my 80 year old mother needed floor seating so we waited and watched 2 separate parties walk away in anger to this option and another family with children be directed to the bar. After 20 minutes the math wasn't mathing here and we directed the host to remove us and left. Sorry, but your weekend 6pm competitors nearby pulled us right in and their servers got tipped nicely.

Have been there before and had no issues. Current staff needs serious training or be replaced. We walked in and was seated however no one came up to our table for good 15-20 minutes. We asked for a waiter/waitress and still got no response. We decided to get up and go to the Lewisville Applebees. I asked for a manager to explain the situation as we were walking out, they said give us a second, walked into kitchen and a few second later said manager will be a few minutes. Obviously the staff has no urgency, even Friday night when staff should be prepared.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this experience was really bad. First thing when we walked in was the bar had several dirty plates along the whole side of it. The hostess took some time to seat us. Then we waited for someone to take our drink order but no one ever came. The whole time, there were servers or other staff passing right by and not saying a word. They were helping other tables at times, but they were also chatting and even dancing right inside the kitchen doors as well. After 15-20 mins, my husband finally asked the hostess if there were any servers. She told him “One moment,” then walked away. I assumed she was going to get someone then looked over my shoulder and she was cleaning the table behind us. Not clearing it, just wiping it with a rag. There was no one waiting for tables, no one had just left and there were plenty of empty tables, so I didn’t understand the urgency of doing the table right then. She was also the same one who seated us, so she knew how long we had been there without being acknowledged. We decided to leave and no one even bothered to stop us or ask why. I’m honestly not sure that wasn’t the intended result. I’m also pretty sure another couple followed us out cause they were complaining as they got in the car next to us. I would give no stars if I could because we were literally never served. Really, really, really bad impression and will absolutely never go to this location again.

Seemed like only 3-4 people were working. Food took a while to come out but was hot. They did not give us any napkins unless being asked. We ordered 2 mix drinks and only got served 1. Even though being told that the bartender was making both. Once I saw the receipt I noticed they charged us for the one that had never been brought out. As I was going to explain this to the waiter she did mentioned how she charged us without knowing the drink was never given to us. And The restrooms were the worst. I’ve loved Applebees for so many years, I just don’t understand where it’s going.

Terrible place for a nice family dinner experience. Slow service and when brought food no silverware. Handed cheap plastic utensils with no urgency to fix the problem. No small appetizer plates to enjoy food on. Ordered stake medium and received it still raw. Server seem to not even care. Took it back to get re-cooked and took so long so I ended up canceling my order. Never did get the alcohol drink order. Lacks management and leadership. Don’t eat here.

We ordered the combo appetizer platter. There were no lids on the marinara and ranch sauces. Of course the containers spilled in the to-go container and my mozzarella sticks were soggy and the ranch was all over the bottom of the container.

I took my family to eat after shopping at the mall. It wasn't as busy, so I expected our food to be done at a good time. Order an appetizer before getting our main meals. We got our food first then the appetizer. On top of it, my son didn't get his burger after the rest of us had finished our meals. So asked for it to be put in a to-go box. I know my family wasn't the only one waiting for the kitchen to get our food on timely matter. We waited more than we should.

This review will start here and end with corporates, and the manager there knows that, and she didn't care one bit. It was the most worst experience we ever had in this kind of restaurant. We came there for lunch after the Ice exhibit in Gaylord hotel, 2 families, 5 kids! It took them a full hour to get our food out! We have prove of time with the app, and the manager argue with us that it was half an hour tops, they were open Christmas eve so many things ran out which is OK and understandable, but made things delay because they didn't organized their kitchen for the next day (not the customer's problem- work it out). The food was fine when came out but some things were super salty. They didn't even thought to make it up to us by taking things off the tab or free desert, nothing. Instead, when we wanted to discuss our bad experience the manager was super mean and obnoxious. The waitress was nice, always apologized, they send her over with the wrong salad from the kitchen and she offered it to was, super weird, but she shared with was later how frustrated she was too.. bad experience! Never again. Will talk to head corporates.

Walked in, nobody hosting to start with should have been the sign to leave but it was only 9pm and the store is open till 1am. Took about 5 minutes after seating to get a waitress although this place was dead, maybe 3 tables had customers and a handful at the bar. The waitress was okay but the food was the worst part. Onion rings burnt and sent back....steak over cooked and sent back, overcooked pasta in another meal. All the adults food took awhile but within 5 minutes our kid received his. Probably because they microwaved his food. Myself and another member both ended up sick the next morning. So many employees just hanging around the bar all evening. People need retraining and proper leadership here. The professionalism and experience....overall bad and you have that ripped off feeling when you get the high bill. We still tipped well even though the experience sucked. If this place doesn't get an overhaul just shut it down and I rarely say that.

5-11-25 @ 5:29 PM. Just left this location after sitting at the bar for 6 minutes hoping for a drink and dinner. The bartender was busy enjoying talking with friends / customers at the bar. Looking at phones (photos I assume). He did cash out a customer and then went back to his friends. I decided they didn't want my business so I am now at Cracker Barrel, about 4 minutes away. Disappointing. I'll look for a way to post this to managment.

I honestly can’t believe the experience I had at the Applebee’s in Grapevine Mills. My friend and I arrived around 11:20 pm for a late dinner, and when we walked in, a lady at the door told us that the dining room was closed but the bar area was still open and serving the full menu. She even let us pick a table, so we chose a half booth, half table in the corner, thinking everything was fine. But then, after waiting for about five minutes, a bald man—who I assume was another bartender—came over to us in the most rude and aggressive way. He immediately started harassing us, telling us it was "against the law" for us to even be there, saying no outside drinks were allowed (even though it was just a tumbler of water), and demanding to see our IDs. We tried to explain that the water was necessary for medication I’m currently taking and that I needed to stay hydrated, but he completely ignored us and kept lecturing us. It felt like we were being treated like criminals for something totally innocent. We weren’t even sitting at the bar—we were at a table, just trying to enjoy a meal like anyone else. His approach was completely unnecessary and uncalled for, especially since we hadn’t even been given menus or silverware yet. I’ve always enjoyed Applebee’s and have had great experiences, but after this, I will NEVER return to this location. I felt humiliated and completely disrespected by the way we were treated. It was honestly such a disappointing experience that we ended up leaving, feeling embarrassed and mistreated. I would’ve gladly ordered a drink or whatever else was needed to make it right, but instead, we were made to feel like we were doing something wrong for simply having a drink of water. Absolutely terrible experience.

Me and my 8 month pregnant wife were told we had to wait in the waiting room because the kitchen was behind, we sat down in yhe waiting room as two other families where allowed to sit and eat, there where tables avaiable and the server was working and eating at the same time, they clearly worry about who can and cant come here ive never been to an apple bees that cant allow anyone in because the kitchen cant handle it. Me and my wife feel discriminated against and seeing her cry while 8 months pregnant is ridiculous

I came with my family today Sunday 1/19/25 at 7:05pm for dinner and the guy just came from the back and literally just said they were not taking tables with no apologies or nothing.

Absolutely trash service trash food. Cafeteria level presentation. Note I’m a bartender and have been in hospitality for 10+ years. We are being completely ignored. I have had empty drink in front of me. Now for 30 minutes. Not even busy, 5 total people at the bar. He’s flirting with the one girl at the bar. I had to order my drink the one time he stopped by at are. He immediately turned around to talk with the girl next to us. For about 5 solid minutes. At this point it was already 15 minutes with out a drink. Your food is disgusting, I got the 4 cheese Mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken tender. Absolutely gross! Taste like Tyson Walmart bought chicken tenders. The pasta was water soup. I got a funky piece of chicken and spit my food out and never touched it again Literally the worst restaurant experience I have ever sat through. I’m at the bar right now as I type this. About to just walk out and not pay. Lucky for you I’m a better person than that. But we will see.

Wow, brownie bites... should be called small brownie bite. Ordered $60 worth of food on door dash, which by the way they were fast and awesome. But $3 for a tiny sample is not adequate dessert for a family of 4. Plus when it says bites, you would assume 3+. Even the manager told me is should have come with 2. This is only the second time I've eaten applebees but it is absolutely the last.

Absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life horrible staff and wait time with almost no people in there as far as customers KiKi was absolutely rude and dramatic about problems that were going on in the establishment. Will never be back!

Gross! Gross! Gross! Our family drove extra long to go to the Applebee’s in Grapevine excited about seeing the city. However, we all knew within 1 minute that it was a dirty place. As you walk to the front doors, you can viably see used cups on the bench and a glass bottle in the landscape. We opens the dirty windows and immediately saw food and trash on the floors. 2 employees walked over it. At this point I didn’t trust the people to cook my food correctly but my elderly mother had to use the bathroom. No one was around to help her find it so after 3 min of waiting to see a person- she found it. She said it was filthy and “we are not eating here!” So sad. We would have spent a lot of money too.

Never got to eat cause they told us it would be a 1 hour wait. They lied saying they called our name when they didnt then the manager sat us and gave us drinks just for no one to show up to take our order for 30 minutes

Saturday night, 11pm (open till 2am), there are ONLY 4 TABLES seated on the ENTIRE dining side,......(more empty tables in an area not shown in pictures because I did not photograph the patrons of the 4 tables). Hostess (and manager confirmed): "minimum AT LEAST 30 minute wait" unless I wanted to go eat my food at the crowded bar "because we only have 1 server for the dining side". Side note, I was not bringing my whole family. It was just me, 1 single person, wanting to eat my food on 1 of the 15-25+(?) empty tables. I would give ZERO STARS if I could since I could not even make it to a table to have ANY positive experience.

If I could give it zero stars I would but i can’t lol. Well first thing when we sit down with a party of 6 they seat us Ofcourse. We wait 15 before we even order drinks. Then when we say something the server got mad and started guilt tripping us saying the cooks walked out. Not my problem why did you seat us then? Then she almost starts crying someone else takes over and brings us our drinks. It’s been an hour we barely got our appetizers as I’m writing this and my sister is still waiting on her alcoholic beverage as we speak 1hr 15 mins wait actually.My mom had to get up and get her own napkins because there is no waitress that cares enough about the customers to check on them. KIKI OR KEKE was my waitress the same one who almost started crying when all we asked for was our drinks. Very over dramatic! This location is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to in my life. Very unprofessional group of staff here.if you’re reading this You’re probably better off going an hr across town to eat at any other apple bees than this one. PS THIS PLACE WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL. Now we’re just leaving because they don’t have sides. WE WAITED 1hr and 30 mins and got no food !

We went to this Applebees location yesterday on Christmas Day. We fully expected a long wait. However, we did not expect the attitude and horrible service we received from the hostess Mimi. She had an attitude from the very beginning. Then after seating the people that were before us she came over to ask us how many were in our party. I said 5 adults and one child. She said 7. I thought maybe she was confused so I again said 5 adults and one child then clarified it was 6. So she decided to say okay well I asked how many not how many adults and kids. I just ignored it and continued waiting. Then I go up to the front to check bc many of the same size parties were being seated that came after we arrived and checked in. She then said that she called our name and we didn’t come. Meanwhile I was watching them the whole time and heard every name they said. I called her out for lying and the other party that was waiting said she for sure did not say that name. So she said well you will have to wait. I asked to speak to the manager. She finally seated us in 2 booths and got our drink orders but then no waiters came to get our order. They just ignored us. We were there for 2 hours and we got our drinks. That’s it. We finally decided we had had enough and asked to pay for our drinks and leave. They said we didn’t have to pay for them. So as we were leaving the hostess walked by and I snapped a picture. I wanted to make sure that they knew specifically who the issue was with. She said why are you taking my picture then decided to cuss me out. So I gave her the same energy she gave me all night for no reason. I hope this finds its way to the owner. We travel here twice a year and go to the Great Wolf Lodge. We have always had a lot pleasant experience at this location. This hostesses attitude is not acceptable and she really is not cut out for the job. She argued with many people who came in. Absolutely horrible... Me and my dad came to eat for Christmas they weren't busy at all and the staff is rude they all looked miserable... we sat for 15 minutes never was greeted finally asked the host if someone was coming and all she said was "well we're in the middle of shift change". That shouldn't matter you still have someone greet the table.. we got up and left. I don't recommend

We had a horrible experience at Applebee’s. When we got there we gave them our name and number in our party. We were told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait which were fine with. After a the hostess, Mimi, came and asked how many was in our party again. She never said a table was ready or called our name and then marked our name out. She then lied and told her manager that she called our name and we did not come which was not true. Spoke to the manager and we were finally seated. Manager took our drink order and brought us our drinks. No one ever came to take our food order. We got fed up and left. They comped our drinks. Service by the hostess was horrible. I do not recommend the restaurant to anyone. This was the worse experience I have had at any restaurant!!!!

We recently dined at this Applebee's location as a family and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Issues with Food Preparation and Quality: My mother and I shared the Pick 3 appetizer combination (wonton tacos, mozzarella sticks, and quesadillas). We clearly specified "no extra cilantro" for the tacos and "just cheese" for the quesadillas; however, both items were prepared incorrectly with added ingredients (extra cilantro and pico de gallo, respectively). Furthermore, all three shared items arrived cold. Similarly, my father’s chicken sandwich was served with vegetables despite being ordered without them. Service, Wait Time, and Billing The wait time for our main meals was extended, suggesting a systemic delay in the kitchen or service flow. Our server was notably absent for a period, spending time outside smoking (based on the smell of him)and in the dining area on his phone rather than attending to tables or taking our order efficiently. To compound the issues, the final bill included incorrect charges for beverages: we were charged for an adult-sized drink instead of a child's drink, and a soda was listed instead of the water we ordered. This lack of attention to detail was consistent throughout the entire visit. To make matters worse, we encountered serious discrepancies with the beverage policy. We were explicitly told by our server that we had to pay for refills on our drinks, despite the menu clearly advertising 'free refills'. Furthermore, we noted that the cost they attempted to charge for a refill was the full price of a regular drink, which seems highly misleading. price of a regular drink Overall Impression: While we understand staffing challenges may exist—and one particular waitress was visibly working very hard—the repeated errors in our order, the cold food quality, and the overall inattentive service made for an unsatisfactory visit.

Came in last night with my family. The service was terrible, Refill's were non existent we literally sat for an extremely long time with empty glasses and had to flag down other wait staff. My riblets when I got the trio were literally 95% bones just chopped up to appear like meat, the pickle fries had so much seasoning on them that they were extremely salty. A large group of staff were in some side dining room that wasn't being used sitting around and chilling which explains the refill situation its not like yall were busy it was pretty dead In their. I do have to say their was one waitress that was all over the place taking care of her tables and we sat wishing the whole time that we had her instead. Just all around a terrible expierence. Not sure if we will be back to that location.

I've never had a bad time here, the workers (my favorite being the bartender Alex) are always awesome and food is always good. I always come in with my friends and we have great times. Tonight will be the last time I come in because the GM (whom was kissing and flirting with a patron the whole time we were there) told us we smelled too strongly of the legal CBD we smoked which are the same ingredients advertised in the infused cocktails provided in the same establishment. If she had mentioned someone complained it would be no problem but how she said it and "we work in the service industry so we should know better" vibes is what killed ever coming back and spending my money here.
