1st time going to this location since they remodeled. Place is clean and nice. The service was better than most. The cashier was nice and friendly with a smile. Food seemed fresh and good quality for fast food. Probably because it's busier than the average location since it's not that far from Disneyland. I would go there again but I try to avoid fast food when I can.

Nothing wrong about this Jack-in-the-Box. Prices are pretty expensive compared to other fast food places but that’s pretty typical of all Jack’s. I like their chicken items more than any of their beef items.

The food was good. It wasn't too pricey. It was the first time I've ever gone to jack in the box. The cashier was very knowledgeable and helpful. I even forgot my phone and made it all the way back to hotel before I realized I had forgotten it. The staff was very kind and had found my phone and kept it safe.

I was having such a hard day, and I came here to get a Munchie Meal at the end of my shift at work. The employees treated me with such care that it truly made my night so much better. I love this location and I'm going to miss it when I move, but I am so grateful for their curly fries and kindness.

Fast and friendly service. I came twice in one week, late night around 11pm and they got both of my huge orders correct each time. Usually at restaurants when you place a larger order at least one thing is forgotten but this Jack N Box did great!

We don't have Jack in the Box in northern Utah, so we wanted to give them a try here in Anaheim (actually, Garden Grove, I think). Food was good and the service was fast and friendly, even at 1am. No complaints!

Super efficient Jack in the Box! I stopped in here coming back from Target to get a few things for my girlfriend and I to eat in our hotel room. The staff were all super friendly and patient with me taking my order, and the food came out quick and hot. Its always a plus to see one of the Coke machines that are customizable too, so that I could enjoy a grape Sprite with my food.

Been wanting to try their new Jack's Fan Favs Box. Great item pic to snack on. Comes with 13 tiny tacos, 6 mozzarella sticks, and curly fries. All in a cute box accompanied with buttermilk, marinara, and a creamy Avocado lime dressing. Also ordered a 7 pc jalapeño poppers. Perfect for snack sharing while enjoying a stay at home movie day..

Since our hotel was near this location, we decided to order here from a long flight to have our disneyland vacation here. It was around 11 at night and surprisingly, I loved how the workers were able to take our orders as the drive-thru was empty so I appreciated that.

My first time coming here was a delight. Ive only heard things about it and decided to give it a try. I got one of the late night munchie boxes. For $6 it's a steal. I got a chicken sandwich one night and a grilled cheese burger the other. Both were great. I also got two tacos along with more than enough fries. I loved all of it. I would definitely come back if there was one were I lived.

The food is fairly acceptable. The service is excellent very kind of respectful but here's the music on their station that they play it's so bubblegum go to musically sounds like Bobby Sherman in Michael Jackson holding hands 4 the number for is because of I keep going back I guess it's a good place to eat

Not gunna lie I am a jack in the box enthusiast! So I am sure this review is biased. The food was hot and fresh and correct. The drive thru was a little long and took a little while.

Tried the Grande Sausage Burrito. A big burrito with a good taste. The sauce was different, but it paired nicely with the rest of the burrito. In the end, it was filling, tasted good, and I was satisfied...something to try for yourself.

Love the BREAKFAST PLATTER WITH BACON ! Good price for a breakfast if you're traveling ! Hash browns, bacon, silver dollar pancakes and scrambled eggs ! Delicious ! Oh man !

Tacos tasted fine but the presentation was not well. Shell was broke, lettuce not evenly distributed or spotty and it seemed a little more fried than normal as it was a darker brown than usual.

Friendly staff, great portions and taste! Concierge service was unexpected but appreciated when dining in the restaurant. Pictures show the meal and size of burger. Service was ok, food was normal jack in the box fare. I had ordered fries and when I got my food they had given me seasoned curly fries. Not an issue for me and I was not charged for them. The staff seemed puzzled that I brought it to their attention.

Sunday night visit, ordered 2 double bonus jack cheese burgers to take out. Pros: Typical acceptable wait for my order to be made. Food tasted good. Drive thru open 24hrs. Location is walking distance from 3 major hotels, Hyatt, Embassy Suites, and Hampton Inn&Suites. Dining room open til midnight Su-Th, 1:00am Fri-Sat. Cons: Common amoung fast food establishments, poor customer service skill set of person taking orders.

Overall, this establishment has great food and employees however they do a lot of the times forget to add items or extra stuff odered. I 100% reccomend this jack in the box, please make sure you double check your order before heading home if not you may be in for a surprise.

This was my first time visiting a Jack in the Box and I thought the food was good but the atmosphere was lacking. The food is on par with your typical fast food location and I felt that the food was prepared to order. Although, the location itself could use a good cleaning. Maybe we hit them after their normal rush, but there was only one other family eating inside at the time. If you're in the mood for a decent burger in the area, I'd give their drive thru a try!

The food is fine. What you expect from Jack in the box. Unfortunately, they are very rushed here. The drive-through attendants seem stressed and annoyed all the time and a bit snappy when on the mic. Aside from that, it's fine.

Food was ok. The Wife I swear had a quarter head of lettuce on her burger. The service was on point. The inside dining area was an absolute mess even though the cashier did say we could eat inside the bathroom was literally blocked off.

The gentleman we got at the drive thru was definitely not having one of his better days. Complete silence after ordering an item, repeatedly told him I was done. Pulled up to pay, took my money and as I was extending my hand out for my change he shoved the money in my hand. As I was putting my money away he stood there sighing because it was not fast enough. Very polite and friendly while the other person was dragging his feet in the back.

It was ok, we I went really late at night and they were very slow which it’s late sure it’s annoying but makes sense But then we got are food ate it then went to bed and I woke up throwing up because of the food!!! Drive thru at like 1am & ordered chicken strips. Payed for chicken strips. When we were handed our chicken strips, we asked for sauces & were informed that they literally had zero sauces of any kind. Like? Zero customer service skills. We would’ve gladly ordered something else/nothing at all if they would’ve been upfront about serving dry chicken strips w no dipping sauces to begin with & even then? I’m no expert, but what fast food restaurant runs out/doesn’t carry sauce ?.. & they let us know afterrr we paid?? We took our dry chicken strips & didn’t even eat them.

Went with my sister and the girl that attended us was very rude no “thank you” she said “ok the window.” Didn’t even tell us,“have A nice day.” she handed the cash to my sister all aggressively and said “HERE.” As the girl was handing us the food. I’m sure this girl was around 16-17 years old. There was no need for her to be rude at all if we did nothing to upset her. Next time hire people who will actually do the job right and not be rude to others for no reason.😒

The signs for dine in says open until 1am but they closed the doors before 12. We got their attention through locked doors but the worker just shook her head. We tried going through the drive through twice but they ignored us. I usually have great experiences in any other Jack in the Box but this one is absolutely horrible. I was sent out by a friend to pick up some food and we were ignored and denied service. I assure you that we did not do anything wrong or indecent. We wasted our time here. Don't go here until they make some improvements.

Horrible food, rude staff

Sat in line to order with no one helping for over 10 minutes. Also had to wait for food and got 2 grilled cheese and both had 2 pieces of cheese that was not melted at all.

If I could give no stars I would. I went to order food last night I told Mary the lady that worked there which I think she was a team leader or supervisor, anyways as she takes my order she repeated everything I had told her I wanted and then I paid and I got the receipt and looked it over and I see she charged me for the wrong chicken sandwich. So I tell her nicely that she got my order wrong, right away she gets angry and starts giving me attitude and rolling her eyes, then she starts talking bad about me in Spanish to her coworkers because she assumed I didn’t know Spanish. She also had all the other employees that were working drive thru come and look at me to see who she was talking about. I’m very outraged by this situation and how the employee handled this small situation that was so easy to fix. I will be contacting corporate about her this is outrageous.

Order my food (drive tru) messed up my order and forgot to give me my drink. Called advise me to come back let them know I was in my lunch and can not go back if I can go back at 5:30 pm advised me that is fine. Go and manager on duty Flor advised she can not help me since she was not there and she did not know what I was talking about. This place has no communication with in each other.

They did not give us our complete order: the woman insisited it was bagged, came back to the hotel and were missing 2 breakfast platters. Called 7 times with no answer and had to drive down to argue for the missing food. Turns out it was the manager , she refused to speak with my husband and said she “doesnt have time for that”. Dealt with the young lady by the name of Erica Serna she was so rude I literally came back after I had an online order because they forgot something, I was even going to order something in addition cuz I felt bad going through the drive-thru for something that they forgot to put in the bag and this young lady was so rude to me so rude condescending absolutely unprofessional her tone her attitude her body language or all sarcastic I didn't think it's really unfortunate for this establishment to have somebody like her working on a busy Sunday morning completely disappointed in my experience today and I really hope that when I return to this place I don't have to deal with Erica Serna ever again

So I order Two Extreme Sausage sandwiches add onions, two hash browns and a regular Coke. I walk across the street to my hotel and in my bag are two Jumbo Jacks and no hash browns! So I go back and give the lady my receipt and say this isn't my order. She looks at my receipt, throws the burgers in the trash and goes to fix my order. About 3 minutes later, a male worker waves to me that my order is ready. I ask him is it correct? He nods yes and gives me my bag. I ask him for a refill of my soda and he gives me a bigger refill! So all is good right? WRONG! When I get back to my room, I only have one hash brown! Could you really mess it up TWICE! But what bothers me more was during my order, the entire Latino crew was speaking Spanish the whole time! Now when I was in high school I worked at Carl's Jr in the 80's and when a non-english speaking customer didn't speak English, I was able to speak fast-food Spanish to get the order --- papas, cebollas, sin queso con queso! If I can do it, then JIB show make them do it! It is not hard to learn fast-food English! Jeez! I won't be back!

This is the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too! Food was not fresh I had to let them know and they made me fresh stuffed jalapeños because the ones they gave me at 1st we’re reheated and stale! Tacos were flavorless and greasy! Please get it together!

We went through the drive through and ordered food for our family, we asked them politely to make sure that everything was in the bag because there was a lot of us and someone was gonna be very sad if their food was forgotten. The lady at the window assured us that it was all there but when we got home my nephews chicken strips were nowhere to be found, and like we called he was very sad. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY THAT MY ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED OR THAT I WAS AT THE WRONG LOCATION. I ONCE AGAIN SHOWED THEM MY CONFIRMATION AND THATS WHEN THEY REALIZED THAT THEY DID RECEIVE MY ORDER BUT THEY HAD GIVEN IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEY SAID A MAN HAD PICKED IT UP 30 MINUTES BEFORE ME BUT THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE, THEY THOUGHT I WAS UBER OR DOOR DASH AND I TOLD THEM I WAS THE ONE WHO PLACED THE ORDER AND I WASNT EITHER. THE LADY SAID SHE HAD CHECKED CONFIRMATION BUT ITS CLEAR SHE DISNT WHEN SHE HANDED ME A DIFFERENT ORDER WITHOUT CHECKING CONFIRMATORDERMY ORDER WAS ABOUT $60 OF FOOD FOR MY FAMILY. THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO SINCE THE MANAGER WASNT THERE AND I WOULD NEED TO COME BACK OR CALL TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW AND ITS THE SAME THING EVERYDAY ALL DAY. THEIR PHONE IS OFF AND VOICEMAIL IS FULL SO I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. I TOLD THEM I NEEDED MY MONEY OR FOOD BUT THEY SAID NO. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE JOW MAKING $20 AN HOUR AND THEY CANT DO SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS CHECKING CONFIRMATION ON A PHONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. IT IS SAD TO SEE MISMANAGEMT AND THAT THE FRANCHISE OWNER STILL ALLOWS THIS TO HAPPEN, A D BY THE LOOK OF THINGS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE DISSAPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE WITH SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I love the dollar tacos Jack has. This particular location loves being stingy on the beef. I ordered 10 tacos for the family and they mostly consisted of lettuce, a couple didn't have cheese. Do not go to this location if youre up late at night and craving those tacos.

This was the only fast food place open 24 hours, I would come everyday around 3:30am for breakfast before work. Now they don't open until 6:00am. Won't be stopping here anymore. Thanks Jack!

It literally took you guys 20 min to get through the line when all I was buying was 2 coffees. Not only that I get to the window and out all the people standing around even acknowledge I was there and continued preparing drinks and other things until someone 5 min later decides to turn around, grab my coffee cups that were ready in a cup holder, and without any comments hands them to me, not even an apology for waiting so long. Really???? Getting paid more than retail should be an incentive to do a better customer service.

This location is terrible they always have a bad attitude (spirit) the food is cold and they rush you out of the restrooms! I like jack n the box but this specific location needs to get it together or hire a new staff! We work hard for our money too!

We ordered from this location using the app while in the parking lot. We waited till we got a confirmation that order was ready and got into the drive through. We get to the window and we said we've already paid and gave our name. After a few minutes of confusion by the staff they tell us the order was already picked up.
