Came in here on a Friday for lunch and their credit card machines were down so it was cash or online order only. Which was no big deal! But the manager and his team went above and beyond to get our food out quickly, drinks always refilled, and checking in while we sat outside. Thanks for a great experience!

WOW!! Great friendly service!! Great food, fast! SO CLEAN! The manager went above and beyond to correct my daughters food after I ordered the wrong thing. Even though they were super busy, she brought out the correct food right away. I can only guess she went back there and made it herself. I highly recommend this location!! We will be back!

Love this place! The food is always delicious and decided to try the catering for an upcoming party. Carrie the manager was very accommodating and provided great service. Looking forward to celebrating my husband‘s birthday without the hassle of worrying about what to feed everyone. Thank you Carrie!

Is an amazing location, with ample parking, and a full dining room. Plus the bathrooms are huge! Everything is very clean and the staff is incredibly attentive. The food is fresh, although I definitely think it does need hot sauce on it as it is under seasoned for my palette. The decor is vibrant and the '90s music is nostalgic. They always have some special going on every day of the week, and 10% off if you are a teacher anytime.

Nothing FLAT here!!!! What a fun place to eat. Decor is VERY bright and colorful. Staff was absolutely AMAZING. Not only extremely tentative, but kind and happy. Constantly asking guest if they needed anything and making sure the place was spotless. Their takeout is very organized and right up front. Food tasted great and presentation was good. A nice place to enjoy with young ones also without typical restaurant hassles. Also my nieces and I had “who can eat the hottest sauce contest”. We tried their hottest sauce. WOW!

Great food, great atmosphere, and impeccable service. From the moment we walked in the door it was on smiles, and warm greetings. The interior had wonderful graffiti art on its walls painted very well along with art on the ceilings. Which was very different as I found myself staring at the ceiling from time reading the different images.... All in all I had a wonderful time and the great experience.

We were blown away by the freshness and flavors we found in the food here! The atmosphere is casual and fun with decorations on the ceiling tiles and on the walls. The sauce bar is feisty and everywhere you look there is something to inspire a great conversation. Definitely a place we will be coming back to again and again!!!

Good food and great place. They have a hot bar with a lot of hot sauces. If you like spicy food this is the place for you, everything has a little bit of spiciness!

I love Tijuana Flats. We go here around 1-2x a month. This particular location is always busy. I feel like they could use more staff or support as I know they are trying their best but it can be hectic sometimes. Also, bring a little jacket as it gets cold inside.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch since we were in the neighborhood. We had never eaten at a Tijuana Flats before so we were unfamiliar with the menu or the restaurant. We ordered at the counter after studying the menu and having the cashier explain some of the foods on the menu. I ordered a dish with 3 burritos with steak, poblanos and other goodies. My wife ordered grilled shrimp bowl . Both came with tortilla chips and salsa and mine also came with queso and guacamole. Each meal was delicious and there were no leftovers.

Now I ordered a 2 for $20 that is a new Monday Special. It comes with 2 drinks, extra sauce, and entrees. When the order was delivered it didn’t have the sauce or the drinks. I called the restaurant, spoke with the manager and he said I would receive a free entree on my next visit. So I asked if it would come with a drink, since I paid for two with my last order. Surprisingly he said it did not come with a drink. When questioned he said those drinks were free with my last order. Now I don’t want to get picky, but when you order a combo meal, the price of the entire order is discounted as a sum total of the items in the order. He said to just ask for a manager and request the drinks. It’s just doesn’t seem right to request something that was not included in my last order which is the entire reason I made the call. I don’t need to be placated to. A just resolution is all I was asking for. Imagine I get a free entree but I have to beg for the drinks. How ironic.

I had the biggest piece of hair in my food. Though it tasted good that ruined the entire experience!!!!!

We went on a Sunday evening and there was 1 customer in the dining room. Our order took 30 minutes to be filled!! The food had no flavor. We needed to add the hot sauces just to make it palatable.

Food was terrible. Bits of uncooked rice. Chicken was overcooked and chewy. They also need to clean the sauce dispensers. I was trying to get some sauces and I made a mistake of actually looking at it and it was nasty with residue. It’s obvious no one cleaned it in a while.

I like Tijuana Flats but I don't know what is wrong with this location. I have been burnt twice, they have fouled up my order two times in a row and I am done with this location. First time I said no lettuce on my burrito and all I got was lettuce the second time I said no lettuce on my burrito and all I got was chicken rice and beans. Tijuana flats is great but order from somewhere else!

I ordered two steak nachos amongst other meals, and when I got home I couldn't even find a spoon full of steak. More chips then anything else. I always ordered an extra side of beans that wasn’t in the bag, My order totaled $51.00. Very disappointing. I showed up at 8:30pm they close at 9:30 but this, I thought, would been enough time to cook a to go order.

Staff was very, very nice. Near the end of my taco and burrito chicken meal, I had thankfully noticed this piece of beef in my taco. Never eat mammals. Was on a long trip. Tired. Sat outside. Just took off. Please be more mindful.

Brown guac and old stale cheese. I should've checked my bag before leaving. Waste of time , money and I tipped. Threw everything away when I got home.

Order food to go first off they forgot my drink. Secondly the chicken was so dry I almost gagged on it. Normally I order from the Boynton Beach Tijuana Flats but it was not available I will definitely make sure I do not get food from the lantana Tijuana Flats ever again

Welllll... I did not like the overall experience! Maybe it was just me. The burrito was a lot of tortilla and what I hope was rice, not much beef, I ordered it "Wet" but got it damp "not much queso" and it tasted bland, I ordered a side of sour cream "it was gone in two bites of my meal". The chips were good, a little salty, but good. The order taker made Very sure she got our order right, "She repeated it three times"! The lighting made my food look very unappetizing the green and red lights cast a shadow that made my food look yellow-green... The other two people in my party thought it was Great! That's why I said "maybe it was just me"! I wouldn't say don't go, I would say, "Go and tell everyone what you think via a review". I wish them well in the future and hope they actually listen to the reviews!

Cold food. In addition, the last two times I picked up from this location they were either missing my chips or the salsa. Their response when I called: “chips don’t come with the meal. You’re not paying for them.” If chips are advertised as part of the meal (which they are), then I AM INDEED paying for them as part of the menu item. They were not willing to give me any type of refund for the last two times they gave me an incomplete order. They were just willing to give me “something for free.” Yeah, like I would come back again… Advice to management who is dumb enough to tell me chips don’t come with the food: learn a thing or two about common sense and customer service. Will not be a returning costumer.

Looks like we just need to get used to paying more and more money for worsening quality.
