I'm unemployed right now and spend more time here than I probably should. I buy one coffee and stay for hours. I know it's rude but this is like the office I use for applying for jobs, and I've never even gotten an inkling of annoyance from staff. Everyone has always been so amazingly nice and I've seen them handle some difficult folks with grace. They remember folks' orders and it's right every time. Probably the best neighborhood Starbucks I've ever lived near. The one thing I would suggest is that the employees be given some kind of training on alternatives to calling the police on individuals who are mentally ill and/or experiencing homelessness who come in from time to time. The staff are so, so nice to all of the customers, but as soon as a person who is obviously struggling enters, they get stern and usually call CPD.

Came here for coffee, ending up having an IPA! Starbuck evenings are the best!

This is a great Starbucks! The staff is always kind and service is consistently great. They remember their regulars and truest appreciate us, as we do them! Thank you, Starbucks staff!

I was having a really rough day and decided to stop by and get some tea. The barista's attitude was great. He was amiable and his attitude totally changed my day for the better. I would absolutely recommend this place!

This is your basic Starbucks location. Nothing frilly, but the employees are super nice and there's usually a place to sit and work. Highly recommend.

Kind, friendly, welcoming. Those are the words I would use to describe the staff here. They go out of their way and above and beyond. Out of all the Starbucks I've gone to, this is the only one who consistently gets my drink done the same way(taste) every time. They are almost always friendly and helpful. Easy to chat with. As in, they actually smile, respond, notice the customers. The atmosphere is welcoming. Only 1, ONE vegan option in food.

This is not my usual Starbucks but the few times I do go in, everyone is very friendly and makes me feel welcome. I’m very particular about my shaken espresso and it’s never not been perfect here

This store is mostly good. The staff are what makes or breaks it. I have found that the further the staff strays from the gender and esthetic norms the more polite and better at their job they are. The others tend to be not on top of the quality customer service but we all have our limitations. The store is clean and often crowded.

I get pretty good service here, compared to other locations. It gets busy when it's busy. But there are a couple of times that I can be in and out. Walking is best, even though they have a parking lot. I usually find a seat when I need one. Lately, their coffee hasn't been doing the works, though. Perhaps too watered down.

I like this Starbucks a lot. It is our neighborhood one but the staff is always please the and seems to really care about remembering your name and order. Compared to a lot of other locations, this is a welcome place for coffee in the neighborhood. Additionally, their night time small plates, beer and wine make this a decent bite when in a hurry.

Starbucks is Starbucks...what else can I say! Everyone knows what they stand for. But allow me to be truthful. The coffee and their beverages are good. However, their prices are always high...$5 for a cup of coffee is not worth a daily trip. Instead, I see Starbucks as a place I go to every once in a while to treat myself!

Nice l, quiet study and chill spot. Just wish there were more sitting spots and charging outlets. This place also does get pretty pa led but remains reasonably chill. The music is also chill and mellow, allowing you to concentrate.

nice location to hang out, plenty of seats and tables. One thing I don't like was they often play very loud music. Even I have my headphone on, I still can hear their background music. So if you are someone who like to concentrate and don't like loud music, better find other locations.

Standard Starbucks. The interior is pretty big, larger than some but smaller than others. Staff were friendly and quick. This isn't a knock on this location, but the mobile ordering pickup isn't really monitored. A woman came in and grabbed what she thought was her order without looking at the labels and made off with one of my drinks. Thankfully, the barista remade it without a question.

It was very dirty for 5am. The bathroom was dirty from the floor to the sink. The tables had crumbs on it. The staff barely spoke. My coffee was made just right.

Food and drinks are great but so hard to stay in there any longer. The music is SO loud at every hour of the day - it's impossible to get any work done or have a conversation.

Lousy experience: Cole and the two other baristas on shift unapologetically messed up my order and made a poor tasting venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and made no attempts to rectify.

Not a single employee said hello upon entering nor did the person taking my order. They were blatantly rude. It’s sad that so many groups of people are pushing and promoting agendas of “inclusion” but they seem to still not know how to be genuinely interested in including others as well. They usually only support their own groups lol

I ordered a large coffee but the coffee in the large cup was a size small cup if a customer orders a large coffee, be kind enough to make a large coffee I asked him to pour coffee into a cup but he poured milk to fill the cup

I've lived next to this Starbucks for 2 years and it is the absolute worst. The barristas never even look at you when you approach for a mobile order -- the point of a mobile order is that it is supposed to save time, not guarantee that your order isn't ready/is wrong/or worked on last. I visit a Starbucks every day and I try to avoid this one if I absolutely can. Too bad I can't give a zero.

Please please don't go to this location! It's just horrible. Poor customer service. One of the staff members a young very tall male is extremely rude and just a bad barista. I ordered a tea and it was just awful I could do better. The store needs a cleaning of staff to end the poor customer service and favoritism and judgment. I don't want to come here and hear and receive negativity from any staff member.

Paid 30 dollars for delivery and not only did you not include my coffee in the bag, but also put someone else’s sandwich in the bag instead. Not the first time I’ve gotten the incorrect or missing item from this location. As a former food industry worker myself, stop hiring people who cannot handle the pressure/don’t have the attention to detail that the food industry requires.

This is one of the worst Starbucks in the Albany park area . The service is slow and the employees are super rude. FYI they don’t take cash!!!! I hated coming to this Starbucks .

Literally walked in, dude behind the counter saw me and ran into the back so he didn't have to speak with a customer. The person who stayed behind to take my order was very unfriendly and didn't even ask my name for the order. Won't be coming back, bad vibes here.

I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences .Once in a while I’ll stop in this location for a beverage and I’ll ask for a pup cup for my little one just to be treated horribly!!!!! I get nothing but attitude and just today the employee raised their voice and told me I had to wait for napkins since they hadn’t restocked .It’s a usual for them to discriminate, have them give you attitude and raise their voice at you, have to wait for up to 5 minutes for something so simple as a napkin. You have to be kidding me and I’m paying for this?! No thank you! Also have reached out and complained to the manager but nothing has ever been done . So if you enjoy to be humiliated and love getting horrible treatment,this place is definitely for you!!!! 😤😡🤬
