The employees were very friendly and very prompt. My food was delivered quickly. I was unable toPull through the drive-thru due to the height of the vehicle so they met me at the door.

My stupid self ran out of gas in the drive-thru line, a very nice young man who was working came out and pushed my car (with help from a gentleman behind me) into a parking space. Thank goodness I learned to drive with armstrong steering. This young man needs recognition for going above and beyond.

I called to see if a trailer could go through drive and she said no but if you come up here I can come out and take your order, so when we got there I called and she came out took our order and payment and we received our order quickly! Great job would recommend

This was our first time here at this Arby's. We wanted to try the new hush puppie fish. It was great, and so where the fries and drinks. The only thing I could knock them for was a little bit of uncleanliness but overall still a 5!

Went before lunch - clean location, polite and friendly employee running the front. Our fries were a bit dried out like they were left out just a tiny bit too long or were the last of a batch, but they still tasted fine.

Experienced amazing service at this location today. The woman at the front counter complemented our body spray and asked how we were doing. The other employees also greeted us, and were all very kind. After we sat down the same woman at the counter came and asked specifically how I wanted my sandwich, and kindly explained that it would be a 5 minute wait. Which was worth it because the sandwich was nice and fresh! 10/10 great service and food!!

This is my preferred Arbys. The workers are friendly and helpful when dining in. One asked if my second order to go should be kept warm for me on the hot cabinet while I ate my first order. That was very nice. Door dash or delivery people were picking up from here. That is good. The sandwiches are good and staff is attentive to cleaning the lobby.

The staff and service was excellent and friendly even though they were dealing without fries due to no delivery. I love the Reuben sandwich without sour kraut and it was delicious as usual! Husband also enjoyed his roast beef sandwiches! Fries or no fries!! ❤️

After leaving the ER late last night due to a car accident, it was almost 11 PM and my family and I hadn’t eaten all day. We were a little worried about showing up so close to closing time, but we decided to stop at Arby’s and I’m so glad we did. The service was phenomenal! The man working the drive-thru was friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. Our food was fresh, DELICIOUS, piping hot, and made quickly, honestly the best Arby’s we’ve ever had. The restaurant looked spotless, too everything was so clean and well-kept. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to this location, and I can tell there’s been a huge turnaround. The last time I visited years ago, it wasn’t a good experience at all. Whatever changes have been made new staff, new management, or both they’ve completely turned this place around. We weren’t made to feel like a nuisance at all, even that close to closing. It was truly a shining light of positivity in our long, stressful night. Thank you to the team for their kindness, cleanliness, and great service. We’ll definitely be back!

We were served by Charles and Anthony and they were superb! They took less than five minutes to serve us, the meals were extremely delicious, and there was constant check-up to see that we enjoyed the food. They were both very friendly and easy to talk with, I also loved the nostalgic music that was played on the radio! Their bathroom was super clean, and sanitary. Highly recommend this specific Arby’s!

My husband and I came on for an order to go. When we received our order, items were missing but the manager immediately made everything right. He did not want us to leave until all items were accounted for. He was very apologetic which we truly appreciated.

Good chicken sandwich. I only am giving it 4 cause there's almost never a line but they still take a while to take your order. Also the ice cream machine is broke more than McDonald's (which is right next door)

Arby's has sort of become a go-to place for our fast food dinner choice. The food is good and the budget menus 2for choices have been helpful since times have become increasingly budget conscious. Only getting 4 stars because our local Arby's doesn't allow online ordering.

There never seems to be many people, but The food was good, just not as hot as would think fresh made food should be. The staff was polite and very kind. The atmosphere is still very 90's and needs some cosmetic attention, but all in all a good venue selection!

Arby's is not normal fast food some people may not like it and some people love it. Tonight the Beef and Cheddar was spot on as well as the crinkle cut fries. Even the sweet tea hit the spot. They are doing right in Greenville, TX.

This location is slow with the food for it to not taste as fresh as you would expect (fries). I always have to check my order. About every other time I either get shorted an entree or get handed someone else's order.

Recently remodeled. Food is always good. Gave it three stars because staff was smoking next to the driveway and we were forced to breathe in second hand smoke while waiting for and receiving our order. Not very classy.

Normally a great staff with great food. That is what keeps me returning, but tonight seemed like distracted kids. I was told to keep my drink that was wrong but who wants a cup of clear coke with no coke in it. my french dip was plain with no dip, and my wife's float seemed tasteless and flat. all in all uncharacteristically poor service.

The food was excellent. I had the greek gyro, and it was quite good. The service was subpar, the poor guy up front was clearly a cook, and couldn't figure out how to run the register. He kept struggling to ring me up, I felt a little bad for him. At least he was pretty friendly. Half of the drink fountains were unoperational and didn't work, the tables were uncleaned, and basically everything aside from the food itself was lackluster. My handful of experiences at Greenville Arbys were all closer to closing, maybe save any future visits for during the day when there are better workers. Though I do still give compliments to whoever made my gyro. It was good enough to revisit despite not having a great experience.

They didn't make my order right. I paid for extra meat and didn't get it, my kids ordered the 5 pc chicken tenders and only got 3, and one sandwich was missing completely. They won't give out straws until they give the food and they put it in the bag and say they must do it that according to health standards. No other fast food restaurants do this in Greenville.

I had to take my sandwich back because it was the wrong one. Our group didn't get all our food so one person had to go up and request what we didn't get. Fries were over-cooked and cold. The restaurant itself was clean.

We went through the drive thru. No one said nothing to my husband for 2 minutes. When my Husband said hello, they finally answered I'll be with you in a minute. At least 2 or 3 mins later she finally took his order and It wasn't even busy at the time. One of the items he asked for was a Strawberry n Cream pie, on the menu shows as new to the menu. She said they stop serving them. At the window she took his card didn't say one word and when she returned she was on her cell phone, texting or looking something up, and still said nothing. 👎🏻 The food was good, but not the service.

This place runs out of roast beef regularly. I'm so tired of them not being able to fulfill orders not adjusting there inventory on this party apps. It's such a waste of time. The young employees hate working here and are very loud and rude about it. The older workers aren't bad.

Drive thru speaker didn't work well, we ordered two sandwich meals and they only recognized 1. Only charged us for 1, so we had to reorder the second sandwich. The drink cup had a small cut in the bottom and leaked all over the car. Not the most curteious person working the window.

The staff was out of sorts with the order and mixed it up twice. Nuggets were crispy beyond desirability. Mozzarella sticks weren’t fully cooked. Could use improvement in their processes. Their saving grace was that the Roast beef was good as always at Arby’s!

Today my wife and I ate at Arby’s, we ordered two hamburger meals, then charged us THIRTY DOLLARS!! It was 5:30 in the evening and there were only two customers, now I understand why. Also, most people don’t know the drinks sizes have changed. What used to be small is now medium. The small cups look like something my doctor gives me for lab work. Also, the meals did not look anything like the pictures (about half the size), . . . very disappointing. Arby’s used to be one of our favorite fast-food restaurants, but it will be a cold day in H--- before we go there again. Don’t get me wrong, I have a soft spot in my heart for Arby’s because I used to work for them while attending college. I predict Arby’s will be joining many other companies who are going broke, because of this WOKE movement. I am not blaming the workers they were polite and courteous.

Not real happy. My Philly cheese wasn't even warm enough to melt cheese. Same with bacon chicken that was supposed to have no lettuce or tomato, they put both on it. Drinks were good I guess. Two meals for $30 bucks, should be better.

I went through the driver thru and got the beef and cheddar meal w potatoe cakes and orange fanta. The classic. After driving 40 mins home sat down and was looking forward to the roast beef and cheddar since I dont normally get the luxury of eating out and Evan more rare do I get to go to Arby's. We dont have one in our town. So like I was saying I was looking to my sandwich. I was so disappointed to find out it didn't have the cheese. That's what makes Arby's so delicious is the roast beef and cheese. Tried to call store to let mgr know what happen and got no answer twice. I would like to compliment the lady at the windows. She was very friend. She sat and chatted w me while we waited on my incorrect sandwich. She was very likable and friendly. However who made the sandwich was not timely in making they failed to put the cheese on. Then the no answer twice was what topped of my experience. Both issues are easy to fix to prevent it from happening again. Thank you

Sat the drive thru 20 min after I paid! The lady that took my payment didn’t even come back to apologize for the extreme wait. 4 cars behind us drove off. I asked for my money back they said NO! I didn’t even receive the food yet. Never will I come here again! The food was not fresh at all!

Terrible experience , they wouldn’t take our order and when I asked for manger #or corporate #, the manager gave me a fake name as employees laughed , then when I located corporate # on the door another employee told me good luck, laughed and joined in with the other 6 employees standing there. This just might be why there is never any cars at this place. They are all following the managers lead. Sad

Called to find out why app wouldn’t work for Greenville, Texas store! The service person said it should work! I asked her to check the app herself and she said, she was on the clock and could not do it for me! Even for a customer trying to order on the app??

Absolute worst Arbys in Texas. Winners of most grumpy and inhospitable staff who don't care about their customers. Orders are wrong at least half of the time. Don't bother bringing errors to their attention as no one on staff cares to make things right. They will just tell you to have a good night.

Had the brisket sandwich meal. Sandwich was sloppily made, brisket very thin and actually dried up, one tiny onion ring, barbeque sauce on edge and top of bun, fries warmed over and hard as a rock. Horrible meal at 4:40 p.m. at Greenville Tx Arby's. $10 down the drain. Will never eat there again!!! October 23rd Sunday.

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to! First they didn’t have the sandwich I wanted, then the shake machine doesn’t work so I can’t get either of the things that made me want Arby’s in the first place! Ordered anyway and the fries were cold(it’s 100* outside so idk how that happens?), the sandwich was luke warm. Will never be back! I recommend going anywhere else in town

Went through the drive through. Employee was hard to understand. When we finally got our food, we asked for Arby sauce, he shut the window in our face. We pulled into a parking spot and I went inside. Stood there several minutes before someone "saw" me. Food was good, service was terrible!

As we are waiting for food, an employee is talking to the other employees saying how they have been in and out of the bathroom with diarrhea. Now I get that people get sick. That's human. But that is a food safety hazard. Not only that, but discussing it infront of customers. Owners and management need to retrain on food safety.

My fries was cold. I ordered a large beef n cheesy. There was hardly no meat and one dot of cheese in the middle of my bun. My drink tasted like dirt. The guy in the drive thru window was rude and cut me short when trying to ask him to read back my order. I wont be going back.

When I arrived at the Arby's there was no one in line. We ordered 4 of all but one slider and some curly fries. While I know it's a bit of a big order... I also know that everything on the sliders is just thrown on and then nuked. The man in drivethrough wouldn't read back our order even after asking. We watched 3 other orders come and go before receiving ours. Our fries were definitely not fresh. Our chicken was either not fresh or it had been overcooked. It was hard and wasn't even warm. It was just breading that tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer forever. I'm VERY disappointed. Next time I decide to stop for food before going to work I will just go nextdoor to MacDonalds. Not worth my $30.

Employees were rude as hell as they refused to take our order and looked at us like we were stupid. Than one employee walked outside to proceed to tell us "nobody to be mad at besides yourselves". I don't usually like to complain but this was ridiculous. Head down the highway to the subway nearby instead, much better service.

Absolutely terrible service through the drive through. We sat there for a good while and TWICE the lady over the com told us "Just a minute" when we tried to order. We sat waiting and eventually gave up. As we went past the drive through window she was chatting up the person in the car ahead of us. Yes my daughter got rude service. My bread was at least a day stale. No moisture left there and my sandwich was so cold I just had to nuke the meat and cheese. I've never had great results with this location but the stale bread was beyond appalling.

Tried them once a year ago. The order was wrong and I got sick from the food. Decided to give them another shot today and the order is wrong again. The sandwich was made wrong and I never got my drink, hopefully it does not make me sick this time. Will not be eating at any Arby's again.

Poor customer service drive thru wouldn't hand me a straw at the drive thru window after a $20 order. Refused, said they'd put it in the bag. I said I'm thirsty you gave me my drinks already. Forced me up. Bad service from Vanessa at drive thru, snarky and rude, claimed health service rules. That wasn't true.. She needs to see this and learn better customer service!

Vanessa in the Drive Thru window was rude again. She has refused to give us straws for our drinks twice now. She insisted she must put them in the food bag even though you are handed your drinks and you are asked to pull up and wait for the food. This is a crazy practice. I am a nurse And very well versed with food service from 20 years of working in Senior Facilities. There is more contamination if straws are put in bag than there would be if the straws were handed to us. Straws are individually wrapped so I am not sure who or why decided this was a good practice but it is not! I reported the first occurence to Arby's HQ but never received any response. Would not go again! Rude employees.

I had to give stars otherwise I wouldn’t have. I waited 15 minutes at minimum to place my order. The only person I could see was an older gentleman who was working but 2 other younger gentlemen went outside as I walked in and didn’t return until the only worker opened the door and called them in. When the younger gentleman came to take my order no apologies or any friendly customer service at all. The dining area was dirty and the trash by the fountain machine smelled horrible. Arbys is one of my families favorites but this location really needs some guidance.

Ordered a crispy chicken club wrap combo in the drive thru. It was huge! But the giant wrap was so stale that it hurt my teeth when I tried to bite into it. I opened the thing up and there were 3 very small chicken tender partial pieces, one wilted lettuce leaf, a mushy tomato slice and one stringy, wilted piece of purple onion. The curly fries were barely warm. And on top of all that, it cost me nearly $14. So sad.

Our drive through experience was awful. We got charged for an extra chicken sandwich (realized later when checking our bank statement). We also got a different order, fortunately we checked and they gave us the right one afterwards. Still we paid for a sandwich we never received.

I got a double beef and cheddar without the red ranch, classic roast, and a French dip on the app because the double beef and cheddar was $4. I got my order and went home. When I got home I noticed that the double beef and cheddar had less meat on it than the classic roast beef. I tried to call the store twice to speak with the manager and got no answer on either call.

Unfortunately, 2 out of three times, I’ve had my au jus leak all over. Not just the bag but my vehicle. Not sure why it’s so difficult for the folks working her to put a lid on correctly. If you don’t want to deal with cleaning your vehicle, don’t bother with this Arby’s.

I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull up. I asked for at least 10-12 Arby sauce to go with my order because I use it on everything. Julian brought out my order, super slow, and there were only 3 sauces. I asked for more and he asked what I was going to use it for - very rudely with an attitude. He continued to be rude, so I told him I was backing back to the window and wanted to speak with his manager. Amazingly he can move faster than turtle speed because he ran back inside and gave me a handful of sauces. I still wanted to speak with a manager, and he refused to get them. The window had been open when I pulled back to it and no employee could be seen. I don't know why you would leave a window open where bugs can fly in (there was not fan at the window). So, I called out for a manager, and no one came. I told him this would be a bad google review and as I drove off, he yelled he didn't care. I would have parked and went inside however I had to get to work. I am still in shock at his horrible behavior and treatment of customers.

Yesterday I went there to pick up an order for door dash and it was horrible. The person who i assume was the manager was hollering and cussing. When she made the drink for the order I was picking up, I had received a message asking for no ice. I told her that and she got loud and hostile with me. Then her and the other worker was mouthing and I'm still in the building. Something really needs to be done with that place. It's disgusting and the lady back there making the food with her bare hands. And scab looking stuff on her arms. I don't want to pick up another order from here for these reasons

This dinning experience was so bad, it was surreal. It began with the the surly, world weary young woman who took our order and was punctuated by the collective smoke break of the entire late shift skeleton crew on the curb outside, next to the drive through lane, leaving nobody inside the restaurant except two bewildered patrons. The dinning room reflected the weird and depressed atmosphere, with trash and food spills littering the floors and windows wiped with the same rag used on the deep fryer.

I never do negative reviews but this was just too much. Just waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru for a fish sandwich. After they came out and asked what I had ordered the food came out in less than five minutes. Sandwich was ICE cold, but at least the potato cakes were good. This place has really gone down recently.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had Arby’s and thought I’d try something new last night, the guy at the window was nice but seemed eager to be rid of us, and after receiving our food the chicken nuggets where so over cooked and hard with black parts on it that I could smack it on the table as if it where a rock. And the curly fries tasted as if they had been re heated and over cooked. I was very upset when I got home, I was absolutely famished and excited eat my food until I was disappointed by what should have been fast food but ended up being rocks and ash. PS: the message they responded to me with gives you a link where they don’t let you give information without you sharing your address, it’s also the same lazy message sent to everyone who has a problem with Arby’s. Please provide a better non intrusive way of helping with your mistakes, all the best businesses that care about their customers make an effort, that’s what makes them successful. Copy and paste can only go so far lol

Don't eat at Arby's 5420 at 5001 hwy 69s I only made it to McDonald's next door and took a bite from what should have been a plain chicken sandwich add cheese. Over a foot long hair in the sandwich so I immediately went back only for the male at the window, became very rude proclaiming it wasn't from there. Refused to replace my order even after I took of my hat shower my hair is under a inch and a different color. The manager came and looked at the hair saying they where hairnets, I didn't see anyone with wearing them. She agreed the hair was reddish blond and over a foot most definitely not mine The manager did replace the sandwich and apologized for the rudeness of the other employee However the damage has already been done and I will never go back to that location again. Ever I don't know whose hair I bit into or what disease they may or may not have so should I be worried.

I normally don't write negative reviews but today I went to get lunch through the drive thru. I was given my order so I opened the bag while still there and notice my order was wrong so I told the young lady I was told to give them the bag she turned around and gave me the correct order so I went to work to eat my food. I got the 2 for $6 and I got the fish sandwich which was good and then I took a bite of the so called classic roast beef sandwich and notice the beef had a different texture and looked nothing like what I had before and i opened it up and noticed they gave me some cold cut type of meat that did not look like roast beef! I was completely disappointed and I'm afraid I will not be back!

Everything we got was burnt black, I called up there to tell them that everything they have is was burnt and nowhere near eat able and the lady told me that “that’s the way they just come out when they cook them & that they was just all like that”. If that’s the case y’all need to change the oil and it very old. On top of that the lady didn’t even ask to remake it or nothing.

I love Arby's but this location during the day has some god awful service and food. Bob's burgers and Archer would be disappointed. First trip- extremely long wait, asked to leave the drive through and sit in a parking spot, very long wait. Second trip- lunch break, 7 minutes from the plant, walked inside, 3 of us only ones in line, time to get ordered and food... Over 20 minutes, unnaceptable and staff was rude. Got order wrong as well. Third and final trip- Only customer in the drive through or inside, messed up my order and served me the grossest "loaded curly fries" I've ever had, they actually tasted wet, however that happens. Unfortunately there's no other close location to go to so I tap out on this establishment, maybe if they can get some new leadership in there I might be back but it's what you would expect from a Greenville dining experience. Imagine picking up the pictured fries and think noodles.
