Purchased two drinks (not the same drink) and they were trash. Tasted like they had no carbonation and were watered down. Ordered on the app and it took 28 minutes to get our two fountain drinks. The staff was super apologetic and very professional however they were not drinkable. Ended up at McDonald’s since they have consistent beverages. …. And this is not the first experience at this sonic or another one in the same town!

Janard (the manager) was extremely rude for no reason. We just ordered our food, and when we politely corrected him on his mistake, he complained about us correcting him and proceeded to say "You didn't ask for that." We just wanted Sonic bro. It wasn't that deep. I understand a bad day, but it's not okay to ruin other people's days because you don't feel good.

Went thru the drivethru today and was an absolutely disgusting behavior from the cashier today 3-28-2025. Around 815pm. Ordered a chili cheese burger with only chili cheese and ketchup along with fries oniom rings and a kids burger meal add cheese and ketchup. Didn't get the fries made the chili burger with everything under cooked onion rings had horrible attitude from the worker plus missing food and the atmosphe try the re was extremely degrading could clear as day see that.

I don’t even care how the food tasted, waited freaking an hour for my order and after they said they were on the way it still took 30 minutes to get the food out. Absolute dumpster fire of an establishment. Writing this currently they just gave me the wrong order. Fried food taste like old grease , and the employees taking the orders are Rude! If you don’t want to be at work go home!! I said thank you multiple times after waiting 20 mins for my food and they just gave me my food with an attitude and closed the window! Want be coming back to this location get your workers together!

Staff and management are completely incompetent. Every time I visit my order takes at least an half hour to get to me. The other locations in the city are okay but the Greenville blvd store is horrible. (Just make the drive to Firetower) They somehow manage to lose online orders consistently and make me never want to visit again. Whoever owns this store should fire everyone

Placed an order in the app. Sat in the stall for 15 minutes. Eventually I press the button, and was told by the employee there, that she was the only one there and to go through the drive-thru because they're not bringing orders out. I guess she decided not to inform me knowing fully well that I was sitting out there because I checked in with my stall number in the app. Now I get a cold hot dog after waiting 20 minutes for it. Cool. No apology or anything.

Will never go there again. When I scan my credit card the screen went black. When the car hop brought my food she gave me the price I then paid with cash. The next morning I checked my account and I was charged on my card I called the store and all I got was the run around telling me they would call me back. It has been 3 day and I have heard nothing from them. So I’m pretty much out of $40.00 .

Ordered from uber eats. Both uber and sonic is terrible. I am already having runny stools and throwing up. When I bite into the burger it was undercooked tasted like it's been sitting out of the freezer for a long time and even the buns was stale. I took a picture and the bun had a dark blemish to it almost similar to mold.I will be looking further into this for legal action

Food is always good but the place needs a major update. The roof has holes all in it in the drive thru area and over the drive up spots.
