If I could give 10 stars, I would. Very hospitable. Very kind. Very well managed.
I was just at Sonic and got lunch for my son and the food was wonderful but the reason why I’m making this review is for the wonderful young lady who brought out our food. I sadly didn’t get her name but she had a pink mask, long eye lashes and was super sweet. I know working the day after Christmas is no joy for anyone but she was still amazing! Give this wonderful girl a raise!
This Sonic was absolutely great, and the food was delicious. Checkers literally refused to sell us 4 meals, and expected us to split 1 meal between 4 people, so we left that part of town entirely and came to this Sonic. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. The family were happy with our orders. Very recommended.
The food was alright for what it is. The staff was excellent! The lady that brought me my food provided great customer service.
Friendly staff with a speaker that actually works. The menu board is a little busy but the staff are friendly and we’re able to help me. We did the slushie drinks and were there for the happy hour drinks. They have the best ice and the drinks were made correctly.
My slushes are never fully mixed. I used to brush it off because it was an hour or so before closing maybe the workers are tired but even during the middle of the day this is what I get.

This Sonic location has an extremely long wait time compared to other locations. When the screen indicates someone is out with your order, be expected to wait another 8-10 minutes before someone actually comes to bring out your food.
Waited in the drive thru for 8 minutes for a soft pretzel which came out way overcooked. Only ate it because i was doordashing and didnt have time to go back and complain. Its supposed to be a soft pretzel not a hard pretzel :( Least it was hot i guess
Normally, this is the better sonic in the area, but the service is super hit or miss. Sat at the window for almost 10min before just giving up when not greeted with no one in the parking lot or line in front of me. It took me stating that I give up and was going to Sheetz before the person working came on and welcomed me. We are all short staffed and I get thay but waiting 10min to be greeted is horrible service.
Purchased two drinks (not the same drink) and they were trash. Tasted like they had no carbonation and were watered down. Ordered on the app and it took 28 minutes to get our two fountain drinks. The staff was super apologetic and very professional however they were not drinkable. Ended up at McDonald’s since they have consistent beverages. …. And this is not the first experience at this sonic or another one in the same town!
Janard (the manager) was extremely rude for no reason. We just ordered our food, and when we politely corrected him on his mistake, he complained about us correcting him and proceeded to say "You didn't ask for that." We just wanted Sonic bro. It wasn't that deep. I understand a bad day, but it's not okay to ruin other people's days because you don't feel good.
This location is horribly slow. 5 minutes to take your order and another 20 minutes in line with only 2 cars in front of you. Your food will be cold.
Ordered an Oreo Cheesecake milkshake and got milk with Oreos at the bottom.
Went thru the drivethru today and was an absolutely disgusting behavior from the cashier today 3-28-2025. Around 815pm. Ordered a chili cheese burger with only chili cheese and ketchup along with fries oniom rings and a kids burger meal add cheese and ketchup. Didn't get the fries made the chili burger with everything under cooked onion rings had horrible attitude from the worker plus missing food and the atmosphe try the re was extremely degrading could clear as day see that.
I don’t even care how the food tasted, waited freaking an hour for my order and after they said they were on the way it still took 30 minutes to get the food out. Absolute dumpster fire of an establishment. Writing this currently they just gave me the wrong order. Please don’t give this place your money and just take your chances and go to the other 2 sonics in town.
Fried food taste like old grease , and the employees taking the orders are Rude! If you don’t want to be at work go home!! I said thank you multiple times after waiting 20 mins for my food and they just gave me my food with an attitude and closed the window! Want be coming back to this location get your workers together!
Staff and management are completely incompetent. Every time I visit my order takes at least an half hour to get to me. The other locations in the city are okay but the Greenville blvd store is horrible. (Just make the drive to Firetower) They somehow manage to lose online orders consistently and make me never want to visit again. Whoever owns this store should fire everyone
Placed an order in the app. Sat in the stall for 15 minutes. Eventually I press the button, and was told by the employee there, that she was the only one there and to go through the drive-thru because they're not bringing orders out. I guess she decided not to inform me knowing fully well that I was sitting out there because I checked in with my stall number in the app. Now I get a cold hot dog after waiting 20 minutes for it. Cool. No apology or anything.
Will never go there again. When I scan my credit card the screen went black. When the car hop brought my food she gave me the price I then paid with cash. The next morning I checked my account and I was charged on my card I called the store and all I got was the run around telling me they would call me back. It has been 3 day and I have heard nothing from them. So I’m pretty much out of $40.00 .
Ordered from uber eats. Both uber and sonic is terrible. I am already having runny stools and throwing up. When I bite into the burger it was undercooked tasted like it's been sitting out of the freezer for a long time and even the buns was stale. I took a picture and the bun had a dark blemish to it almost similar to mold.I will be looking further into this for legal action
Food is always good but the place needs a major update. The roof has holes all in it in the drive thru area and over the drive up spots.
