One of the best lunches we ever had. The lobster shooters and the signature cod. The Green Shake was amazing. You can’t miss! Marco was unbelievably professional and an amazing person!

I was lucky enough to meet the owners and chef for an incredible lunch. We started with the fan favorite lobster shooters and then had the Vietnamese crepe with shrimp and chicken. It's an entree that beat Bobby Flay on his show. The shooters coconut milk was so delicious I could of drank it by itself. And the Vietnamese crepe was packed with flavor that was all over the map; Sour, sweet, salty. The decor was beautiful and definitely a place for a night out. Check them out, Tell'em Mike Sent You.

We had a very nice dining experience in Orienta with our French friends. The food is exquisite, ambiance is great and the service is excellent and very friendly. For the main course I will highly recommend Steamed Halibut with spinach and Salt &Pepper Cod. The choice of wine us impressive as well. We will definitely come back.

Superbly imagined, beautifully created, delicious food here! We found ourselves nearby and decided to try this "new" restaurant. So it turns out it is only new to Greenwich, after becoming established in NYC, the option of bringing their creations to CT brings delicious meals. Korean Steak Tartare was a tasty treat, as it was very flavorful, but with subtle flavors not overwhelmed by another flavor. We shared one order, but should have ordered more! Sesame Seared Tuna was cooked to perfection (rare) and really tasty. The Pistachio Crusted Salmon was prepared just right, moist, flaky and super tasty! The baby bok choy was a nice contrast and flavor! Antione has a real gem here, we’ll definitely be back, often to explore further!

It's such a vibe to be here! The food was great and the staff was super friendly! Thank you so much for the amazing service! It's def. a "I most be back" type of place! The location is convenient and there's parking!

OMG, how come I just get to knew this cute and amazing restaurant after living in Greenwich for 5 years! The indoor seating is very cute and quiet, and the outdoor tables look amazing as well. Food is exceptional: we ordered hanger steak, caramelized half-chicken, pad thai, steak salad, etc. and all of us were impressed by all of our dishes! The staff were very friendly and we met the manager as well - who was very friendly and elegant. Heard that they also own Le Penguin next door - will definitely check out next time.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes from home. I love everything from the cozy ambiance to the friendly service, amazing drinks, and unique Asian fusion flavors. Orienta brings NYC-quality dining to Greenwich Ave, which is not surprising since Chef Adrien has been trained at some of most renowned restaurants in the U.S. I have to give special mention to the lobster shooters, baby back ribs, Pomsky sour, and Sazerac, but to be honest, everything is fantastic. If you haven't been, I would highly recommend. 10/10

All staff members were professional, courteous and accommodating to our needs. Our host was able to answer our questions relating to dietary restrictions. Food presentation was beautiful and Asian/French fusion flare was evident. Food is on the expensive side but with great flavor and service. The restaurant decor is warm and inviting. I would definitely return and bring friends.

Randomly picked Orienta for lunch because the decor looked fun. Really glad we did. The food was amazing and the service was really nice. The short wine list has some really great choices and not marked up sky high like so many places. They have a nice looking bar area too that I’ll definitely check out the next time I’m in Greenwich.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. We sat at the bar which was perfect, she ordered the pistachio crusted salmon with purple sticky rice and bok choy. I ordered the chicken pad Thai. Her dish was cooked perfectly and the amount of flavor of everything on her dish was amazing. My dish was awesome as well, been to some local places and nobody so far comes close, so much flavor and both meals were just enough to be full. We will definitely return here to try other dishes. Staff was super attentive and friendly and bartender was the same. We sat down had our drinks, meals and gone in under 1hr.

The food is also so good, consistent and well presented. The staff is very attentive and aims to please. I always look forward to seating at the bar and enjoying a truly unique meal- always an enjoyable experience!

Fantastic food, service and the specialty cocktails had a nice kick to them;) We had sumer rolls and salmon tartar for apps. Dinner... the Cod and Tuna both suberb plus the Pad Thai was wonderful . All great and we shared everything and scraped the plates. Ended the meal with a smooth coconut sorbet which was perfect. If you eat fish there are plenty or are vegan you have options. They do offer steak and chicken options as well. Something for everyone. We'll be back for sure.

Hands down the best food in greenwitch. Other resturants are all style and no substance. Here you get a beautiful restaurant with the most elevated food in Greenwich.

Amazing restaurant in Greenwich! The service was on point and the setting was great. We had the Lobster Shooters to start which were incredible, and chose the Pad Thai and Steak Frites as our mains - so delish! Their special Negroni cocktail is delicious as well. Overall this is a really fun atmosphere with amazing food - highly recommend!

Yesterday, I had a very great experience with contactless take out from Orienta! Easy to order and pick up. Each dish has its unique and delicious flavor! Loved Vietnamese pho, pistachio crusted salmon with purple sticky rice. Their mandarin chocolate mousse is delightful and light! The whole meal was delicious and satisfying. Can’t wait for them to open an outdoor patio and, of course, would love to dine in soon!

Orienta is one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Greenwich: the food, the ambiance, the outdoor dining and service are outstanding! Also, I like that they have a kids menu. I’ve been looking for a restaurant that has a customized kids menu in the area. The shrimp dumplings, the crunchy mango salad and the Pad Thai dishes are my favorites. Their menu and overall ambiance remind me a little bit of Indochine from the city.

Fusiony Asian but well made and flavorful. Great atmosphere. A new It place in Greenwich. Nice option on menu.

Wonderful. You walk in the door and immediately feel great the atmosphere is bright & happy. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Then the drinks one is better then the next, must try Pink Cadillac. The best part of course the delicious food. This will be a new favorite for me. Thanks for a great time!

Wonderful lunch experience at Orienta. The food is so fresh - highly recommend the lunch specials! I had a shrimp dish served on a delicious toasted baguette (yum!) with a side salad while my friend had an amazing savory crepe. She had a cafe glace for dessert which was declared delicious and I had a coffee. Service was prompt (great for lunchtime) and very friendly. The manager Susanne was on hand to oversee and chat with everyone. It was not my first visit but certainly not my last. And definitely worth a detour off Greenwich Ave!

I recently dined at the Orienta restaurant in Greenwich and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The flavors were rich and authentic, and each dish was prepared with great care. The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic. The decor was beautiful and created a warm and inviting ambiance. The lighting was just right, and the seating was comfortable. It was the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Orienta in Greenwich. The food, service, and atmosphere all exceeded my expectations. It's a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with excellent service and a wonderful ambiance.

We loved everything about Orienta! The atmosphere is lovely, relaxed and inviting. The food was scrumptious. We had a mix among the four of us - tuna tartar, a spicy chicken dish, the crunchy mango avocado salad, pad thai - 100% yummy! The service was attentive and professional. It was quiet enough to have a conversation. We will be back!

Had a great birthday lunch here. You know the food is amazing when everyone at the table is talking and then goes silent while eating. We met Suzanne and she was amazing to meet and talk about the history with the chef. The desserts are so delicious you’ll be thinking about it days later.

We had an incredible meal with four of us sharing appetizers including Hamatchi, Lobster shooters, veggie rolls and also shared tastings of everyone’s mains including chicken curry, the Vietnamese crepe and grapow chicken, everything so delicious. The staff were incredibly attentive and the host incredibly warm and friendly. Atmosphere also very cool and intimate. Just a great dining experience.

The desserts- the chocolate mousse and pavlova- were scrumptious. I will come back with my family. Can’t wait to share this special find with them! Thanks for an amazing experience!

I’ve dined here a few times… the vibe is pretty awesome, laid back and welcoming. The family owned restaurant offers a great selection from Chef Adrian’s awesome vision of French and south East Asian cuisine ! Pretty cool combo. When you arrive you’re greeted and seated. I recommend reservations as it can fill up quickly. On our first trip there we tried the lobster shooters which are a must try. Basically you get a piece of lobster in a shot glass with a coconut curry concoction.. take the shot and boom 🤯 what a creative amazing app! We also had the salt and pepper cod over garlicky fried rice and their shaken beef dish! Both dishes were prepared with one thought in mind! perfection. They have a pretty neat dessert collection that you won’t find on most menus, you can say it’s unique to this restaurant. The coco panna cotta, key lime pie, passion fruit pavlova and my absolute favorite the coconut tapioca pudding! All prepared in house. Other must try’s are the Rockstar shrimp which is fried popcorn shrimp, iceberg lettuce, sweet chili sauce, lime. Both shrimp and veggie pan fried dumplings, the rooster wings and the late great lemongrass mussels. My hands down favorite dish had to the steak frittes which comes szechuan maitre'd butter, french fries, spicy mayo! Honorable mention on their lunch menu for me is the Bahn Mi sandwich My wife loves the Vietnamese crepe - This is a must try if offered, this was made famous and can be seen featured in one of the episodes of Beat Bobby Flay! Where the chef took down the world renown celebrity chef to beat Bobby Flay! In short a great spot to have a nice date, or even celebrate a birthday! And on nice days you can sit outside in their outdoor patio area.

What a wonderful gem of a restaurant! We stopped in because we wanted something different and boy were we pleased we decided to come here. The service was excellent, quick and efficient. I mentioned to my server that I had a food allergy and she was excellent in ensuring I avoided things I should not be having from the menu. For starters we had the pork spring rolls which were served with a delicious sauce. They suggested we rap them in the lettuce they provided and it was so good! For our entrees I had the Shaking beef plate and my girlfriend had the Spicy Duck Lo mein. Both of our meals were so good. The Shaking Beef was out of this world. The veggies and beef was cooked perfectly and tasted even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed her duck, she opted out of the lo mein and had the Jasmine rice which she preferred. I can definitely see ourselves coming back to try other items. The ambiance at the restaurant was so good. The lighting was perfect and it was nicely decorated. They have a long bar area available for dining as well.

Absolutely stunning meal! From the warm welcome when we arrived and excellent service, to the food that lives up to the hype! We tried the highly recommended “lobster shooters” to start and could have had a dozen of them. The Steamed bass and Saigon chicken were impeccable. The ambiance and decor are comfortable and elegant. It’s a great new addition to town from the Blech Family, also of Le Penguin next door!

The food was very flavorful and the atmosphere was quiet enough to enjoy conversations. This was my third time here and I will definitely be back. To add to our dining experience, my 11 year old granddaughter joined us for dinner and she too, loved the food.

We always love coming to our neighborhood restaurant (when we plan ahead to make a rezzie) and it’s always such a great experience! The manager, Mike, we’ve known and seen for many years and is always so welcoming, greeting guests, working reservations and making us feel valued. The gentleman who is always at the bar (crazy I don’t remember his name!) is terrific—that smile!! So warm, always welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu and obviously a local’s favorite guy. He always remembers us and also makes us feel valued! 5 star team, no doubt!!

Orienta is a high-end, luxury French-Asian fusion restaurant centrally located near Main Street, Greenwich. Ambiance is understated, with low light and tables a bit too close to each other, bordering on cramped. Diners are permitted to eat at the bar, which opens up more cuisine area but eviscerates any casual bar scene. We arrived early and tried to grab a drink at the bar. The proprietor shoed us away as there was no room at the bar for drinks (perhaps something the restaurant should rethink). He was not overtly rude – but he wasn’t particularly pleasant either. Surprised, we left for another bar and returned later for dinner. I’m glad we did. As part of a large group, we ordered a number of dishes and shared collectively. Everything was delicious (perhaps that’s why the proprietor felt comfortable encouraging us to leave for a drink). For appetizers, the baby back ribs were the star – rich pork falling off the bone. For main dishes, the spicy duck lo mein is a must. Although the food is exceptional, prices are sky high. For six people, the cost exceeded $900 with very modest beverage consumption. I’ll be back, but preferably on an expense account.

This place is just really solid, but definitely pricey. The food is very good, the server we had, who had been there since the beginning was knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of his game. We had a nice outdoor meal (I’ve eaten indoor which I didn’t love but it was fine). Unfortunately, the tables outside were on a pretty severe slant but, overall it was really really good.

Very warm and welcoming. The only thing I didn't care for was that there was sugar in their curry sauce. But I dislike sugar, so it may just be me.

I was really excited to find that they have Vietnamese savory crepe (Bánh xèo) because it sounds promising from reviews and reputation. Unfortunately, for anyone who knows the authentic Bánh xèo, this is not it. I understand this place is supposed to be fusion of French and Vietnamese food, so does it tastes good even though it’s not authentic?? - Not really.. the crepe was too greasy and salty, didn’t think turmeric flavor helped the whole dish at all, sauce was too sweet and salad on the side was off in terms of flavor. My husband ordered “duck with soba noodle”, another dish it sounded and looked promising yet very off in terms of flavor. Contrary to underwhelming food, service was nice. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful.

Went here yesterday and had a less than desired experience. Mango salad had maybe 3 or 4 tiny cubes of mango in it. Bao buns were okay, very burned/charred flavor on the steak. Wanted dumplings, but they don't even make them in house. Vietnamese crepe was monotonous, and very hard to eat. Finally the pavlova dessert was literally not even a pavlova, and had literally no meringue. Staff brought out an extra bowl of crushed up meringue, but was absolutely not a pavlova. Mostly just sorbet with toasted coconut. EDIT: bumping up to three stars, as I appreciate the chef actually responding to the email and offering me back as his guest. Have not returned as of yet, but appreciate the good customer service.

What a huge disappointment tonight!!!! Right from the beginning the host wasn’t welcoming, all service wasn’t good at all! I wish I picked a different restaurant for tonight for us!
