Have NEVER been disappointed. Food is always delicious hot and ready within 15 mins. The entire family that works there is amazing and really nice people. Nobody's perfect, but, Sing Loong is when it comes to the best Chinese food around. HANDS DOWN.

Your basic Chinese food place, nothing special.

This place used to be the best Chinese food in the county. Since it's been passed down to relatives, it's inconsistent, and I see a lack of effort. My fried rice last time was unrecognizable to my past experiences. They still have the best general tsos and egg rolls around.

Boneless pork ribs are out of this world.

Soup is good.food is decent but they don't give you a lot of food or fill the containers which is major negative for me because it's just not right.fill the thing up! people are hungry and want to eat not order another to satisfy themselves.

I’ve been going her for 30 years. Beef on a stick is my favorite. Never have I seen it like this covered in fat and inedible. I know it’s a small business but when I called to get my money back they said I had to drive the beef on a stick back to them😂 I live 20 mins away so clearly I was not doing that. Taking 40 more minutes out of my night. So I’m throwing them in the garbage and calling it a night because that’s where those fatty beef on a sticks belong.

The kids are the problem and we will never, never ever eat there again. I personally watched one of their kids pick food out of her mouth and then reach right into the soup noodle box and picked up noodles and put them in a bag for orders. All while one of the other kids was rolling a ball on the floor and then rolling that ball on the stainless steel table they use to place the orders on. Their food is great, we love it but just the thought of this will have us NEVER go back there again! If you go there and their kids are there....RUN!

We used to order from here all the time,the past few times the food was disappointing. The quality of the food is not the same. Also they need to get someone who can understand taking orders. I ordered what was supposed to be a quart of chicken and broccoli and got 4 orders instead. Resulting in a 45 dollar increase in my bill. When I called to tell them, I was told to bring the food back and I would get my money back. For principle sake I did. I will NEVER order from here again! Poor food, poor communication, extra trip and against the board of health to take food back. Disgusting thought! Hope nobody got my returned chicken and broccoli! Lost customer!

I have never had a restaurant speak to me like this in my life. I called to place an order and calmly explained my allergies like I always do everywhere I go. Instead of helping, they literally told me I had “too many problems” and to go somewhere else because they “couldn’t deal with it.” They were extremely rude to me over the phone, talked over me, and acted like I was annoying them.They also didn’t even understand what dairy meant which made me even more nervous because that is one of my allergies… it’s not complicated and it’s something every restaurant should know. I wasn’t asking for anything wild.I’ve never once been told to just go somewhere else because of food allergies. Terrible service and terrible attitude.

How is it possible that on a Sunday night I try to order chicken and snow peas and there's no snow peas, then try to order chicken with green beans and there's no green beans and then i try to order steamed vegetables dumplings and there's no vegetable dumplings???? If they are in such demand it's great they're doing well but they need to do better to serve the requests of their customers??? My husband decided not to even order his preference and ordered from one one of the pizza places.

Just nasty!!! We have ordered from here before and was pretty good. Ordered yesterday and chicken was hard. Couldn’t even cut with knife or bite into some pieces. We had the General Tsao and Seseme Chicken with white meat. My Daughter had the combo meal which was chicken broccoli and some pieces were rubbery. We were hungry so she ate it anyway. We called to tell them and they said we had to bring food back for a refund. We couldn’t bring back last night. It was foggy and rainy and have to ride through mountain to get there. We brought it back just now and woman was NASTY!! She said we ate it….which we did eat some of the pieces that were softer. Then she felt a piece and said that’s cause it was in the fridge. NOOOOO…that’s how hard it was when we got it. We were sharing with 5 people. I didn’t expect a full refund, but her attitude was terrible. Other places would have honored a full credit to their place at least. I get it that she should not refund the full amount, but the main reason I am writing this was her horrible manner to me as a customer. I told her I was writing this and she said she didn’t care and as I left I told her it is a terrible way to treat a customer and we will never order from here again. As I walked out door she said I hope you never order from here again. She is not a person who deserves business.
