What a wonderful experience it always is! From the moment we arrived - every time we have been there - the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and professional—service exactly as it should be. The food is absolutely delicious. Every dish is well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s rare to find a place where both the kitchen and the front-of-house are so consistently excellent, but this restaurant truly delivers. Great staff, great food, and service that meets (if not even exceeds) expectations. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I’ll keep on returning to!
Probably the best place to eat while in Pila ski resort. Convenient location. Thoughtful staff and great food.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the top of the cable car in Pila, with a truly fabulous view over the mountains — the perfect setting for a relaxed afternoon . We had a delicious mortadella-filled pasta, the rabbit and the veal valdaostana. We paired it with a crisp local Pinot Gris, which complemented the dish perfectly. To finish, we shared a superb chocolate cake — decadent and satisfying without being too heavy and an excellent creme caramel. The friendly and welcoming staff made the experience even more enjoyable.

Absolutely excellent. We cale in early July when there were very little people around and this place was everything. Extremely delicious local food; we will definitely come back to try more things, and excellent wine from Aosta valley. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The view from the place is breathtaking. All in all, an incredible restaurant, totally worth it.

Full 5 stars from me, food was excellent, ( would recommend anything with venison, service was fabulous and had a lovely atmosphere.
Really nice local food. Do not miss it if you're in Pila and have time for a gourmet lunch (make sure you book as this is a very popular place). Some of the same food which you can order at the restaurant is also served at the bar to the right side.. It can be rather busy, so go there a bit early (12ish max).

Great on mountain cafe bar. They do vegan croissants which are yummy and soya cappuccinos..... lovely view as well. Good hearty vegan soup.
We have been visiting the Yeti for years during ski seasons and it is the people that bring us back to this part of Italy. The food/wine at the Yeti has just got better and better. Katya is very knowledgable about wine and not too intrusive when we are dining but just knows when to chat and recommend dishes. We love this little piece of heaven in Pila. Today I had a perfectly cut and cooked piece of steak with delicious vegetables. My husband had his favourite of (cheesy) polenta with sausage If you are a crème caramel fan like I am… look no further! The Yeti does the best in the northern hemisphere… (only because my Mum is no longer here to serve it at our family dinners) … just perfect and a nod to my Mum! I never really have a dessert (especially after such an enormous piece of beef!) but can’t not at the Yeti! Thank you Katya and the Yeti staff for being so lovely. We look forward to coming back in March ❤️
Great place for a beer and soup when you're taking a break from skiing.
Really loved this place and went 3 times in 5 days (almost 4 times!). Really kind and attentive wait staff who greeted us each day, nice range of food options available, with some absolutely stunning homemade pasta which will knock you off your skis! We strongly recommend the Taglioni, which combines the best of Aglio Olio and Fettucine into a stunning dish that one of us had twice. Also brilliantly placed to start off or cap a day on the slopes, or to set you up for the (sort of hidden) Chamolé ski lift for those intermediate skiers.

Delicious food, nice wine, very friendly staff, good prices, wonderful view on Mont Blanc, Matterhorn etc. We are looking forward to our next visit!
This is a typical regional restaurant that actually manages to combine tradition with a touristic crowd. When you are here you HAVE TO order the dishes you haven't tried before and allow the staff to guide you. Trust us (my wife is Italian from the North), go here and leave with a smile! P.S. The service is very nice and personalised!

Another superb meal at the Yeti. We only visit once a year on a day trip to ski Pila from Courmayeur . This year in particular our pasta lunch was simply outstanding as was the welcome and service.…

Liked it here and used it lots as a base for the day's skiing. Lots of seating inside, outside and downstairs. Plenty of lovely food and drinks on offer and not too bad for prices. Excellent coffee for only 1 euro. The girl serving was super friendly, smiley and helpful. Toilet is downstairs. Great views.

For the Yeti bar not the restaurant... Only options available for vegans was chips and if they run out that's it! No gluten free options displayed. A bit chaotic at lunchtime as there is no queuing system. Staff were great despite how busy they were.
