Extremely old-school place, would've been a nice place to enjoy the atmosphere if it weren't so neglected. They accept only cash. Food is good, if homely, but prices are on the higher-end in reference to the everyday ingredients used to make the dishes, and the coffee isn't the best, but it's also not bad.

The average age of the crowd is 60 or older, making it a boomer establishment. However, it offers a very pleasant atmosphere, where you can chat for hours, study, read a book, read the newspaper, play chess, etc. It feels like a small oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city center, as its atmosphere is extremely peaceful. The staff is very friendly, although few staff members are present. The coffee is excellent, the menu is extensive, and they offer breakfast and simple lunches for those who aren't demanding or who prefer ordinary food without surprises. There is an option to buy combos or packages, and it's extremely cheap. There's no internet connection, and only cash is accepted. The decor is dated and in poor condition, but the place is clean. Street vendors are allowed. Not wheelchair-accessible, and there are no baby changing facilities.

A restaurant in the downtown area, founded in 1993, about 31 years ago, it's a very large place. In my opinion, they lack maintenance, the food is average, and the prices are affordable. Unfortunately, the restrooms are terrible. If I were you, I wouldn't have gone to this place. We arrived because a customer asked to meet us there.

They definetely try to rip tourists off. I first ordered an expresso and then a breakfast combo. The breakfast combo included pancakes, eggs, orange juice, and a coffee. When I paid they charged me 50 pesos for an extra egg that I never asked for.
