Vaya sorpresa te guarda la colonia el Fresno, este lugar esta escondidito, y aunque por fuera no lo aparenta, el lugar es muy bonito y acogedor. El cafe muy rico, el desayuno ni se diga, las salsas deliciosas y sobre todo... EL PAN!!! Definitivamente volvere, por una rica pieza de pan o por un muy buen desayuno.

Quite an experience! From the start, you don't expect to find a restaurant in this location; it's like a box of pleasant surprises. The service is personalized, and you can visit the factory, as they call it, their bakery, and processing areas where we can see the hygiene and care they take in their work. Bread is present in all their dishes (needless to say, it's freshly made). To start, you can choose from a wide variety of sweet bread with a cup of coffee. Their dishes, although some seem simple, have their level of preparation, and the ones I tried were delicious. The atmosphere is casual and warm, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. The prices are very affordable, so everything is super good. Congratulations, Yapa!! Another thing, you can buy your sweet and savory rolls, small or large, chocolates, etc. to take home and continue enjoying.

A delightful surprise in the Fresno neighborhood! I came on a recommendation... From the outside, just a small door between the curtains of other shops, making me hesitate to look for parking... In the back, a place that looks cozy, with a lighted sign displaying the café's name... A counter and a menu on a chalkboard. Inside, a few tables, display cases with sweet bread and baguettes with various fillings, preserves, cereals, and more. Behind the food area... La Fábrica de Pan, a collective of bakeries from Ecuador and Mexico. The warmth of the ovens and Ecuadorian music create a welcoming atmosphere. The drinks menu is extensive and high-quality, with mimosas, good coffee, French press, craft beers, table wines, and more. The food is primarily bread-based, for obvious reasons, but the menu offers much more than that... Good options, good quality, great flavor, and moderate portions. Excellent service and attention! An unexpected oasis!

Es un lugar diferente. Me parece muy solo, un poco difícil para encontrar estacionamiento, el lugar no lo tiene, pero el rol y la ciabata esta muy bueno.

I found this place very interesting for several reasons: the first is that the facade and the location aren't those of a conventional restaurant; from the outside, it looks like a large warehouse, and you'd never guess what's inside. It's a small restaurant-bakery with a varied menu, especially for breakfast, and although the portions are small, they have great flavor. They also offer virote and sweet bread, as well as chili peppers and other toppings. Another notable feature of the place is that behind the counter is a bakery, and if you're lucky, you'll be able to try some of the freshly prepared cakes. The staff is very attentive, the prices are competitive, and the service is excellent; they're always attentive.
