En esta sucursal siempre tienen buena atención, esta limpia y pues el sabor de las gorditas es muy bueno

Today I tried Pastor Tatemado's new gorditas and they're delicious... I didn't take a picture because I was starving 😋 They were served very quickly and the sauces were amazing. It's always good to come with Doña Tota to satisfy our cravings 👍

Many people prefer gorditas. The good: Its location, easy parking. The flavor and the specials. The service and attitude of the waiters are excellent. The bad: The establishment is poorly maintained. The waters are not natural and have a very bad taste. I don't recommend them.

Terrible service. They serve you reluctantly, as if they're doing you a favor. At the very least, they should be courteous, but they're not. The wait time is excessive. They prioritize online orders over customers who are actually there. They told me, "We have four orders ahead of you, you'll have to wait." Excuse me, but if the customer is right in front of you, they should give them priority. As for the food, it's Doña Tota's flavor, very good, just as expected.

The manager (morning shift, 8 am, August 29, 2019) is extremely disrespectful to customers. He was very arrogant, not only with me but also with other customers. He seems to have no regard for customer service. They used gorditas from the previous day—reheated, not fresh. Change your manager, and maybe I'll stop disliking him. As long as I see him at this branch, I won't be going in.

There were only two orders ahead and they were small, yet the service was very slow, we waited 20 minutes for them to take our order and another 20 for it to be delivered to us :(

Compre para llevar y la carne de las gorditas de picadillo estaba cruda.

Muy mala ya es la segunda vez que me dan los guisos que quieren y no lo que pido y me faltan siempre una o dos gorditas muy mal servicio en sucursal el sabino.

45 min para 3 gorditas muy muy lento servicio. :(

Terrible service, they take forever and the place is very hot, the air conditioning in the dining room doesn't work and the water cooler doesn't work so the water was warm, and don't even get me started on the staff's attitude.

Terrible service. The ladies don't open at the correct time, and when you finally arrive to buy something, it takes them ages to take your order and deliver it. It took over 28 minutes for them to give me 3 gorditas.
