It's a place where they make you feel right at home, and the food is top-notch. The menu is incredibly delicious, with real home cooking, just like your mom used to make. The green beans are so good you can't imagine how delicious they are—pure butter! The gazpacho is wonderful, and the quality of the cured meats and pork on the grill is simply superb. The homemade desserts are very, very good, and I've never had a burnt carajillo (a coffee with brandy) like that anywhere else. The service is fantastic, just as it should be—the kind of place that makes you want to come back, hopefully every day! Or maybe not, or I'll get used to it and roll out of there. If you're in the area, seriously, make a trip to Alcadozo; El Segoviano is well worth a stop.

Enjoy a delicious suckling pig in La Mancha, prepared in the purest Segovian style. For €180 for a whole pig, €90 for a half, and €45 for a quarter, it's much better than the soupy rice dishes that are often overly salty.

After thirty years, our family visited the family to see the generation that, sadly, is no longer with us, but who are an integral part of this unique and beautiful village. We went to inquire about and visit the cemetery, having made a reservation at this spectacular place. We ate there and let ourselves be carried away by the gastronomy of these villages, which we hadn't previously considered important. Sergio and his colleagues served us wonderfully, and we ate until we were stuffed. We couldn't find a single fault with their fresh ingredients, served tableside with impeccable professionalism. We also took a stroll through the village and ran into family and friends. The trip and the experience were a great joy. I highly recommend this place because the food is good, plentiful, and inexpensive. The staff deserve recognition for the establishment and its reputation. Congratulations, and we will return. The visit was very enjoyable. Grateful, congratulations on your work, and I wish you all the best for the future. Long live the hospitality industry and the hard work of the people who earn their living. As I always say, when you're treated well and the food is good and reasonably priced, with fresh, top-quality ingredients, these places are recommended with humility. You don't need to be upper class to visit them.

A real find in the small but beautiful and welcoming village of Alcadozo. The restaurant, so decorated it could pass for an ethnographic museum, the pleasant atmosphere of a village meeting point, the service of professionals delighted with their profession (and their satisfied clientele), the homemade and tasty food, lovingly prepared and served with kindness, and the "fair price," a rare find these days. One of those places that brightens your day and makes you want to return. I'm including photos of the food that, in addition to delighting the palate, delight the eyes. A restaurant to return to the first time. Thank you, well deserved.

A spectacular experience at El Segoviano. The food was delicious from start to finish: authentic flavors, generous portions, and that homemade touch you can tell when things are made with love. The place is cozy and clean, ideal for enjoying with family or friends. Special mention to Juan Francisco, the owner, who served us with a kindness and professionalism that is highly valued these days. His passion for what he does and the care he puts into every detail are evident. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We found this restaurant while driving around. Didn't know what to expect but it was superb. Without speaking any Spanish they helped us as good as possible, always super friendly. The food was very very good, star worthy. The interior is special and worth looking in every corner of the restaurant. We didn't get our order through how we expected so we had too much food , but we could bring it home. It was a great experience with the best food in a while and friendly staff. This is for sure on our list when we are in the neighborhood next time. Must experience this, you don't regret it!

What a find! Here you have classic Spanish BBQ, some of the best meats I've ever had. I wished we got the suckling pig they can cut with just a plate! Swing by if near the area.

He estado varias veces almorzando y para almorzar un 10, buenos bocadillos de carne a la brasa. No suelo poner comentarios negativos, de hecho este tampoco lo va a ser ya que no os puntuo mal. Solo es una critica constructiva. El sabado estuve para comer y con la bebida nos ponen un plato con 4 trozos de jamon y 4 de queso con nueces, (pensé como se lo curran) pero cuando llego la cuenta nos cobran 7 EUROS por el plato con los trozos de jamon y queso que no habiamos pedido y nos ponen pan sin pedir y te lo cobran tambien. La comida estaba buena, la paletilla de cordero muy bien hecha pero estaba algo insipida y el ajo mataero un poco aceitado. Los camareros la verdad es que un 10 en atencion y servicio. Pero me parecio bastante caro. Sobre todo por cobrarte cosas que no pides. Me gusta este sitio mucho mas para almorzar. EDITO DESPUES DE LA RESPUESTA: - Os puntúo con un 4, un 5 y un 4 y aun asi no admiten una critica. - Del plato con 4 trozos de jamón por 7 euros no haces referencia. PD: Creo que hay que ser un poco mas abierto a clientes que quieren ayudar a mejorar. Un saludo

Horrible experience. We were three people, one of them an elderly person. The table next to us ordered suckling pig, and the waiter, in his usual manner, threw the plate on the floor. The little ones started throwing all their plates, which was incredibly annoying. As soon as we sat down, they brought us ham and cheese without us even asking. They didn't even bring us the menu. The rice soup was FLAVORLESS and inedible. The meat came in four strips; there were more vegetables than meat on the plate. To finish, we had three coffees, the total being €132. We left completely deceived.

We had lunch for four people: sliced ​​tomato, a platter with chorizo, blood sausage, two pieces of bacon, a piece of Iberian pork shoulder, and four fried eggs with potatoes. To drink, we had house wine with soda water and a bottle of water, plus coffee. They charged us €80. I asked the manager if there had been a mistake because it seemed excessive, and he told us that today they were charging €20 per person for lunch, implying that they didn't normally charge that much.

A disastrous experience. The rice soup was inedible, tasteless, and filled with pork ribs that weren't even in the dish. To top it all off, the gazpachos from La Mancha also came with ribs; they tasted absolutely nothing... inedible... a true aberration! Furthermore, they served us a plate of blood sausage, bacon, and pork rind, all reheated. The desserts weren't homemade; everything was very industrial. And the famous carajillo, which is supposed to be a house specialty, was another disaster: bad and quite weak. It's a spectacle with four carajillos (which are supposedly the good ones), and the rest are nothing like it. Not recommended at all.
