If I could give this place 100 stars, I absolutely would! Thomas, our waiter, was fantastic and made our experience even better. The food was outstanding, and I can’t wait to return for another visit!

Banchero has the best fugazza ever. They make following the original recipe from La Boca in Buenos Aires. It is loaded with cheese and onions. Their Argentinian empanadas are also extraordinary. The service is friendly and the ambiance is telaxed. As opposed to their Miami Beach location, here in Hallandale there is plenty of parking, free, self parking.

We arrived late on a Sunday and they were very welcoming. No rush and great food! You have to try the Fugazzeta completa.

I've never given 5 stars to ANY facility. But I was blown away by the food. Pizza was absolutely amazing. The interaction with the staff was stellar. Sol was my server and she was completely amazing and engaging. Definitely recommend.

What an amazing find. Argentinian pizza is made with a focaccia-like crust so a little thicker than the standard pizza. Very delicious, wish I'd been hungrier and I would have tried a few other items. I told a few local friends about this restaurant , and even though it's right around the corner from their work, they'd never been...but should visit soon! I'll be back next time I'm in Hollywood.

Their Banchero special pizza is amazing. Really tasty, and with loads of mozzarella. Careful with the size you order though, because it is a thick crust.

You must order Fugazzeta, with cheese if you want some extra cheese, or ham & cheese for the full experience, together with Faina, that's eaten alongside the pizza.

Went there for dinner with friends. The service and atmosphere were great. We were greeted immediately with friendly smiles and service. We ordered sangria which was very tasty and good. For dinner between us all we had, pizza which was delicious, salads large portions that were a meal in itself, or 2 for appetizers, and milanese chicken and steak. OMG one portion would have fed 3 of us easy. Most important the food was fresh tasty and amazing. Highly recommend this location. I know we will be back

Returned with my wife to try the Milanesa. Hers was chicken topped with fried eggs. Mine was beef topped with mozzarella cheese, thin slices of ham and thin slices of ripe tomatoes. Both of our dishes were exceptional! The portions were gigantic, enough for me for two and a half large meals, and I am not a dainty eater. Service was very friendly and attentive, and there is plenty of free parking. We were off hours, so there were only a few others there. You really should give this place a try. I’m pretty sure you will enjoy the experience.

Accidental find becomes new favorite! We are in town for a birthday and staying at a nearby hotel. After an incredibly long travel day- this place was an oasis! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in to the very last bite. We were treated like family with stellar service. The ambiance is calm, elevated and beautiful. The food was over and above our expectations. Being world travelers we have pretty high standards and this place instantly became a favorite. If you’re looking for a quiet, easy, casual place with EXCELLENT food, this is the place. We are already planning our next meal here!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Banchero! The service was good, quick, and servers were friendly. Our server was Tomas and he was fantastic :) Very clean atmosphere as well as clean restrooms. The food can get pretty pricey but you get good quality meals in return. The desserts weren’t our family’s favorite but pretty decent. Overall, we enjoyed our food and hope to return very soon!!

Finally we were able to eat the Argentinian fugazeta, onion pizza with cheese inside the dough.

The place is much better than the Miami Beach location. The food is great, and the service staff is excellent. They personalize the service and recognize returning guests. The quality of the food has remained the same since the opening, which helps maintain the overall experience. Some ingredients are imported, which makes the food noticeably better than at restaurants that use only local products.

Excelente comida y atención, platos enormes para compartir, lo único malo fue la nevera donde guardan los postres, es muy vieja, sucia con moho en las juntas de la puerta y óxido en las parrillas, queda justo cuando sales del baño, lugar inapropiado. Recomendado quitar de esa posición y reemplazar la nevera por otra que este aceptable al menos para guardar la comida, para las bebidas tal vez este bien.

They have several locations around Miami-Dade county. From Argentina to the rest of the world. Service was friendly but it was slow and there was a hiccup with one of our pizza orders. Tasty Argentinian style pizza where pretty much, they all come with olives. But you can request them on the side. The faina was really good. Actually better than the pizza which can be raw in the middle if not cooked properly. We came to the Hallandale location and it has ample parking. Just remember, it's Hallandale so traffic can be heavy. The sound system wasn't working but the place is big and roomy.

I live a few blocks away from this place and last night on my way home I decided to stop and get a pizza and try out an "Argentinian pizza" like the sign says. It did not go well with my stomach. According to an Argentinian friend that I told him about the incident, that kind of pizza has a lot of oils. Whatever it is, it has been already almost 13 hours and not sure what to take to alleviate the thunder in my guts. Going back to my review, it is a very nice place, I have to check what they have there besides pizza.

Went there looking for Pizzalandfl, but they closed their doors and have been replaced by argentinian pizza place Banchero. We Were skeptical at first since my hubby and I are top fans of @Pizzaland... But we were pleasantly surprised. It was a very busy night so service was a bit slow. My appetizer arrived at the same time as the main course... Our waitress was very nice and quite accommodating with changes to the order and additional items. I believe one of the owners was also there assisting with the flow and making sure all was on point. I was very happy with my deep dish pizza and my hubby had the skirt steak with fries. We will definitely return to try their other dishes.

I came to this new spot with my daughter, we enjoyed the food, pizza was amazing, and service was great. Only little detail I didn’t appreciate was the manager giving me the check, and at the same time telling me that the tip was not included, something we’re not very used to here in the South. I spent $70 for just me and my daughter, not sure what made her think I needed to be told about gratuity. LOL… but I will be back next time we visit Hallandale, we liked the restaurant 😊

The pizza is good, the service quite good, but to be sincere, the Banchero's restaurant in Miami Beach offers a much better pizza. It is more similar to the traditional "Molde Pizza" from Buenos Aires.

It’s an open dining room that needs some layout upgrades. Food is ok, we had churrasco and Milanese, Milanese was bad, really chewy, fries had a bitter finish frying from the overly used oil. Churrasco was a bit chewy but the sauces were great, mash potatoes were also good. We didn’t try the closed pizza which is what this place is famous for.

A little disappointed but still good pizza. I am very picky about eating pizza I don't eat it often because of all the carbs. But when I do I look for the best pizza posible to satisfy my graving. This was inspired by one of the best restaurants in buenos Aires where I was born, yet the pizza was over saturated with to much melted mozzarella and very very salty. I wish it wasn't a disappointment but I think I will come back and try another pizza to make sure I get the full experience. The empanada was also not amazing. I had high expectations but i ended up a little disappointment. Also the prices are very very high for a personal size pizza . Not worth it in my opinion go for the bigger one for $10 more.

This place is ok I had skirts steak it is not great but ok. It is the only meat option there. We also had the fugazza pizza which is all cheese and onion taste if you ok with all cheese and carbs .

Their uber eats ‘buy one get one’ deals sometimes work, and sometimes don’t. They only gave me half of my order because their system didn’t register my order properly even though I showed them proof of my payment and what their uber eats page advertises. Their lack of customer support is what calls for this low rating. At least give me a solution, don’t just tell me to take it up with uber and make a completely new order. I’m ordering take out so people are waiting for this food! I just took what they gave me and bought what I was missing elsewhere. As for the pizzas, they are not your traditional Italian or American style pizzas. This is more of a cheesy thick crust with toppings so it’s not for everybody but I really enjoy it. I recommend their options with marinara sauce. I hope they improve their service. I actually enjoyed this place but after this frustrating experience, I will hesitate to return anytime soon.

I ordered a cheese and onion pizza (fugazza), and the dough was undercooked beneath the cheese. The taste of the raw dough makes it inedible. In terms of price and quality, I don't recommend it.

I don't know if it's in Argentina. This is their pizza. So, all my respect! But if they call it pizza, they're also damaging the Italian image. Raw, it's inedible. Besides, a small thing inside, put in a pan full of oil. For me, it's inedible. Even the price is incredible: $24 for a fake pizza. The place is nice, the girl who served me was very polite. But I'll tell the pizzeria boss or the pizza chef. CHANGE JOB.

If you’re craving real pizza, do yourself a favor—skip Banchero. We made the mistake of ordering some of their pan-cooked pizzas, which sounds cool in theory… until it shows up completely raw in the middle. I’m talking uncooked dough—like, “did they forget to turn the oven on?” raw. We politely asked our server to have it cooked a bit more. It came back… still raw. Tried again. Still not right. After multiple trips back and forth, we finally got something edible—but by that point, the appetite (and patience) was gone. Banchero seems oddly proud of this pan-style pizza gimmick, but it’s clearly not working. It’s not creative—it’s just undercooked. If they’d ditch the pans and just make pizza the traditional way, maybe it would actually taste like pizza and not doughy disappointment.

What a deception! Firstly, I'm Argentinean- Porteño, I ate many times in my life pizza from banchero, in Buenos Aires and in Miami, and it was always a great pizza, very tasty and not overpowered with condiments. We live in near by, and when I saw a banchero opening in Hallandale, I shared with my wife the news. Today she decided to order a small fugazzetta and 3 slices of fainá, we were very excited about having this, because we know the quality and taste of banchero, and was always great, but very unfortunately, this time was horrible, the pizza was overpowered by oregano, I mean really overpowered! The dough of the pizza was not cooked well, and cause me bloating, also the fainá was with too much black pepper again, and didn't taste good. Next time I will go to the Miami Beach, which was great and tasty.

We ordered 2 pizzas, one with olives, not only was it not tasty, there was also one olive in each triangle, the second pizza was bland with no flavor. I will not go there again

No one spoke English, neither the server nor the cashier… in the US, really? How do the owners hire people like that? No one understood what my family wanted to order. Very disappointed

The food here is just not good. The sauce was not mixed into the gnocchi and it was very bland. The pizza was ok if you like waiting 30 minutes with ingredients that taste like they came out of a can. The pepperoni tasted like dog food and the mushrooms were clearly canned. Overall, the quality of ingredients was disappointing.

I called to confirm whether they serve crepes since there are pictures of crepes on their Google page. The woman who answered was extremely rude. She didn’t seem to know what crepes were, so I asked if someone else could assist me. Instead of helping, she gave me an attitude before just hanging up on me. Very disappointing customer service. Definitely not taking the chance to go to that restaurant.

The restaurant is beautiful!!! The service was terrible, and the food was not inviting. The server dropped off our food and never came back to ask if we needed anything or how our food was.I had to walk to the bar to get napkins, We ordered 3 empanadas, 1 beef, 1 chicken , and 1 onion and cheese. The onion and cheese was bland and had very little onion. It was basically only cheese and half of tge empanada was hollow. The beef and chicken empanadas really were bland too. The chicken empanada was burnt and cold on the inside.We also ordered a small fugazetta pizza. it had no taste.Would not recommend!!

Big flop! The worse place so far. Baked pizza with can’s toppings. My BF ordered a chicken Milanese. The plate was about 5 pounds a thick layer of cheese ham on it. Even if we were very hungry. We were not able to eat it. No take away obviously. Avoid this place.

I had a take away of the ravioli, it was so bad that I didn’t eat it, it tasted like something they’ll serve you at an international flight with a low cost company. It’s a shame to call this Alfredo sauce, it was more of a chemical plastic glue sauce Also took out the Chocolate torta which was also very low quality not tasty and far from the same dessert that I had in Argentina

Two chances given, and still no luck with Banchero. First visit was a letdown - empanadas frozen in the middle, thick and soggy pizza, and a disappointing flan. Thought I'd give them another shot recently, but the empanadas were frozen again! Took it back, tried another bite, and still frozen. You'd think they'd offer some kind of solution or apology, but nope. The bartender just said she'd let the chef know. Sadly, it looks like I'll be taking my business (and my appetite) elsewhere. What a shame, given how close I live to this spot. Maybe it's time for them to revisit their recipes and service?

I never leave bad reviews, but this experience was super disrespectful and felt very uncomfortable at the end of my stay. First of all the food was not the best I’ve had. My cousin didn’t even eat his sandwich because it was all over the place instead of sandwich form. When we went to pay me and my 7 year old had a bill of our own and I gave the waiter a $100 bill. Another waiter comes back with the bill and tells me it’s fake, I told her that was impossible because I got it directly from my bank before arriving. She kept fighting with me after she said she passed the pen over it and it did not come back fake. She kept telling me the bill was too thin and she didn’t think it was real. Again I tell her bring the pen and try again in front of me, She checked twice and the bill was real. She had no choice to take the bill. I had never in my life felt so embarrassed and disrespected in my entire life. This waiter should get better training, being a waiter that’s something I would never do at a table exotically when I verified it was real. Never coming back.
