They didn't know if they wanted to wait on us. I had to ask if they could take our order twice.

Service was great and enjoyed the coffee. The breakfast wrap wasn’t the best, however. Super clean store and plenty of parking. One of the better Dunkin’s I’ve been to!

I frequent at this dunkin, and usually have a fairly good experience. The last few times i’ve been there, the person over the speaker in the drive through is very blunt and rude. I rarely order donuts, but decided i wanted one this morning and this is what i opened the bag to. Pretty disappointing!

I've been to Dunkin' in Hamburg a few times and I won't be going back. The service is very unfriendly. They don't seem to know words like "hi" or "thank you." I had to wait about 20 minutes for my in store order. Even on-line pre-orders take forever to be fulfilled and you end up waiting in the store or drive-thru to pick them up. Nobody even apologized for the long wait times. I'm very dissatisfied because this didn't just happen once, but several times. I don't recommend this place.

Out of town stop that we've made several times and each time the employees are horrible. Bad attitude, as if we're disrupting their day. We've never been here once when the service was welcoming. Not planning on returning.

I was there today about 3pm. I ordered my coffee on line, went to the drive thru, announced my name and was told to go to the window. I saw 3 or 4 female workers inside, 2 saw me and just looked away. Not one went to the window. After like 5 or more minutes, I waved at one girl and told her if they have my order. Guess what, it was already done but not one of them went to the window and hand it to me A bunch of unprofessional workers!

I’m not the one to give bad reviews but every time I decide to stop it’s always some new young miserable worker with an attitude. I stopped going for a while and had to go today since others wanted drinks and nothing has changed. God forbid you ask for a straw for your drink…. Miserable people there. Idk how it has good reviews.

The most inconsistent dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ll drive the 15 minutes out of my way to go to the Bowers franchises and get nicer service, a drink that was mixed properly, and hash browns that aren’t either cold in the middle or burnt.

Not only were they out of everything, they gave me the wrong drink and when I went back to ask for what I ordered they laughed at me before making what I asked for but leaving out the caramel. They were not busy by any means. It was me and 2 customers including drive through but it took 15 minutes to get my drink, then another 5 for my corrected drink that was still wrong. The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too.

Ordered 2 large coffees , double cream and sugar. When I first took a drink I assumed they forgot to put sugar in it, upon finishing the coffee, I found 1/4 inch of sugar in the bottom of the cup. Please explain to me why when I get a coffee at your drive through you do not stir the coffee? Am I too do it while I'm driving? And if so, why then did I not get a stir stick? I also ordered 2 croissants, egg and cheese, the croissants were hard. This dunkin can take some lessons from the other Dunkins around. I would drive to pottsville to go to Dunkin before I ever give this place a dime of my money. Unbelievable and a complete waste of money. I get better food and service at the wawa up the street.
