I just want to shout-out a worker from my visit today, I believe their name is Danny, but I apologize if I'm misremembering, it started with a D. I have autism and enjoy that this location has a tablet to order because it limits social interaction that can sometimes be challenging for me. The tablet was occupied when I walked into the store so the employee offered to help me, but I said I would wait for the tablet, they very politely adjusted their register to the self service so I could order. They were very kind the whole time and treated me the same as their other guests. I greatly appreciated this treatment and service especially after the long work day I had, I often come in for a smoothie as a way to treat myself. Thank you so much for the instant accommodation without question or judgement, it's unfortunately not very common.

I’m new to the area. I’ve been here 3 times. If you are served by Ryan M. You won’t be disappointed. He goes above and beyond. I wanted the Electric Berry Lemonade but it was not on the menu. When I asked him about it he told me it was discontinued. He then proceeded to go into the computer and retrieve the recipe. I was expecting to be forced to order something else. He raised the bar voluntarily and with pleasure. On top of that the smoothie is heaven in a cup.
Every time I have been to this jamba juice I always leave happy. Super friendly staff. The Caribbean Passion is my favorite. Not too thick not too thin. Super tasty & great staff. I wish there was a Jamba Juice in lemoore because I would go every day then!
It's always reliable although you get the occasional smoothie that's not quite all there. But other than those very minimal occasions it's always spectacular, the staff has always been fast and amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I love this place. All the employees remember me and my order. If something doesn't taste right they'll remake it no problem, even if it's just cause you tried something new and didn't like it. Delicious smoothies and awesome customer service.
I love the staff here! I am a regular and I love walking in and having everyone say hello! Even though I almost always get the same thing they offer me the newer flavors and let me try them! Love the environment here.
Very good to see that masks are not required. The drink I got wasn't that good and the apple cinnamon pretzel was awful, but I'll definitely try them again. Just because I made a poor choice doesn't mean that they don't have good ones. Definitely worth another try. As a side note, the employees could use some training in how to treat customers. Why work somewhere when you hate it when there are so many jobs available now?
I go here almost everyday and most employees are very pleasant. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the rude female employee who told my young son "next time don't show up five minutes before your scheduled time" when he went to check if my drink was ready. For most part very pleased with Jamba Juice.
Ordered BP + Banana Protein Smoothie. It was watery and had very little flavor.....
Miss the old cups! The new ones are paper and hold a smoothie for less time. Luckily, I drink them fast and never get a large one. The smoothies themselves have gotten much better. I don’t have to specifically ask for it to be thick anymore. This specific review is for the new breakfast sandwiches. For $5 they are not worth it!! The biscuit itself was half the size of my child’s hand. It was so tiny! Do not buy the new sandwiches at all.
I walked in the store. The girl behind the counter, without saying Hi, asked cash or card. Confused, I answered card. I was then told use the kiosk without further explanation.
The people here hate their jobs. Costumer service is inexistent. If you ask for anything the workers will make it seem like the biggest inconvenience. Sighing and giving attitude. But at least the smoothies are alright.
Place was awesome until about 6 months ago. Quality of service took a dive. The guys making the drinks looked terrible and unwashed and found plastic shavings in one of my drinks. Haven't been back to this location since. If I go back come summer time and see guys making the drinks, I will leave.
I come to Jamba every other week and lately I’ve been having problems with this carrot karma drink I get, last week I believe I came ordered the drink and my mango pieces weren’t at the bottom of the drink they were blended in so I had called to get a remake and the floor lead/manager the white guy with the broken finger said very rudely he was the one that made the drink and he put it at the bottom, the attitude was unnecessary. Today 3/18/2023 around 530ish I got the same drink carrot karma and had asked for the pieces at the bottom of my drink and got charged for it when I didn’t want extra? I just wanted to make sure they were at the bottom like they were supposed to be and the same rude manager/floor manager made the drink and a quarter of the drink is big pieces of mango??? the management is so poor and employees are so rude.
Should be called Jamba Jerks. Terrible service. When I entered, there were 2 people in line and the cashier was on the phone taking an order. Are the 3 other employees not allowed to speak on the phone?? I should've turned around then. After placing my order, I was in the far corner by the bathroom by myself. No one was within 10 feet of me. I pulled my face diaper down so I could scratch my nose and I hear one of the girls barking "Sir you need to put your mask on!!!" Stop it with the covid craziness.. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this dump
All was good until I was waiting for my order and heard Diego say and I quote “a fruit bowl at 8.47?” With a smart attitude! That rlly ruins my night.. next time just keep it to yourself!
Horrible!!!! Placed an online order of $69 worth. Doordash delivered it. I only got 4 out of my 8 items. Jamba juice and doordash driver are playing cat and mouse with me pointing fingers like 5 year old children!!! Jamba nor doordash are willing to refund or redeliver my items. Jamba is claiming they can't see my order. Have to wait for General freaking manager. Please SAVE YOURSELF YOUR HOURS AND MONEY. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Was told to wait outside because I didn't have a mask by an employee that was wearing their mask down by their chin. When I asked them to at least wear their mask if that's the rules they just made a joke about having a big face. Would have just left if my kid didn't want it so bad
