The last 2 times I’ve come here I’ve been told that they have no chicken it’ll be a 25-30 minute wait. The first time it happened I waited 30 minutes and when I walked to the register to ask about my food, the fryer told the manager sorry I guess I didn’t see the order. So it hadn’t even been dropped, so I got my refund and left. How do you not have chicken ready at peak times.

I asked for the lucky 13 tenders for $19.99 then you can add 4 singles sides for $8.00. I asked and repeated it over the intercom. She charged us for each side. So we asked for a refund for the extra money that was charged and she stated they have to refund the whole thing so we’d have to repay. So we asked can we get something of equal value. Thankfully they did. So over all food was okay but I didn’t like the customer service. I’m big on great customer service. I didn’t give anyone a hard time just don’t like having to go through things like that just to grab a quick a dinner one night.

Be aware of this location not being a good representation of what Golden Chick should be. The employees conduct towards customers is appalling. The food reflects their negative attitude towards working. This is not the first bad experience I've had here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt once more but it only lead to even greater disappointment. I hope the right person sees this review and resolves this long standing issue.

To the owner regarding this review & response_ nothing has been addressed...Staff will continue to be empowered to be incompetent and disrespectful......Golden chicken with a full side of disrespectful attitude. No one goes to this place to be disrespected and robbed by staff. Drive thru handed over an incomplete and incorrect order which was not discovered until it was unwrapped at home. Upon calling the store to inform, the recommendation from staff was to return the order. I was further instructed- due to my overwhelming ignorance- that I should never have tasted it. Not worth the stop, the risk, or the drive folks.

Worst food I've had in weeks, gravy was thick and old, mashed potatoes were thin and watery, okra was stale and cold and the chicken was cold too. The best part of this meal was knowing I will never have to eat it again Edited, just realized I wasn't even given the corn nuggets despite paying for them

Not friendly, one of the girl kept looking at my girlfriend,no body speaks when you come in, one of the woman said damn these people keep coming here, thigh has no meat in it, I paid for a 3-piece with a leg and thigh and wing dirty rice and fries, I received two legs and a fried battered the bone was there . the price was for bad food, picture below, weird vibe on a couple of the employees, the one was starred at my girlfriend past the food out the smile was a half smile like she did something, when I open my foodit made sense, picture below I didn't get what I want watch the film listen to what she was momoland.. dry tender dry fund cake

Food was terrible tenders small and skimpy fries old and skimpy as hell 11 dollars for 5 dollars worth of food basically a kids meal I was so disappointed I have never been disappointed with the food this was a first in 5 years of visiting this location. Called and no answer I'm not wasting my gas. Highly dissatisfied I should be refunded and new meal made I've worked fast food and this was just careless, yall know when the food is not fresh and when the pieces are not up to quality.

Spend 10 minutes waiting on someone to never answer the drive through 630 on friday sept 26.. Don't start going down hill now. Was The only good golden chick in the area. This is a wierd statement, But we drive from another town just to get golden chick sometimes. Stay positive yall we all have bad days!

I have been coming to this Golden Chick location for years and have always had a great experience. Today I went through the drive thru and placed my orders and received the worst customer service ever. I ordered the roasted chicken dinner and asked for two roasted chicken breasts, side salad and a large sweet iced tea. The other order was a family mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side. My receipt even showed that I ordered two breasts. I drove all the way home to find out there was no container of gravy and I received a leg and a thigh, (which weren't even cooked all the way), instead of the chicken breasts that I ordered and a medium tea instead of a large tea. I tried calling them a couple of times and no one was answering the phone. I'm really disappointed with the service and the food! Hopefully the owners will see this review and talk to their employees that were working this evening. I'm pretty sure the girl handing me the bag of food knew the order wasn't right because she gave me a funny look when she was handing me the bag and I wondered why she had that look.

I drove out of my way because this location has never failed me when it comes to the quality of the food. I waited 6 to 8 minutes to put in an order, which is fine. But then I’m given extremely dried out pieces of chicken with gravy the texture of water. I can’t believe I paid for this. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid and it has never been this terrible. Never again will this place have my business.

I went to the drive-through order to 9 piece wings they gave me a 6 piece they didn't give me my cookie they gave me some old wings after waiting in the drive-through for 10 minuthen when I went in there and asked for some new ones that's when I noticed they only gave me 6 instead of 9 Because the cashier said he said he wants 6 more new wings and I said it's supposed to be at 9P she looked at me and said well did you eat 3 I said no I just came through the drive-through and then the manager came up and started to try to charge me saying that I didn't pay for the meal and then didn't apologize and gave me attitude when she realized it was her mistake or should I say team mates mistake. Once I started to eat I noticed that the food tastes funny like it had too much breading, so the meat wasn't able to be cooked all the way. I just threw it all away, if you want bad service and to waste your money and time this is a perfect place to come enjoy. ("P.S. those are 4 completely different wings that you're looking at")
