New Coffee place in Harlingen. I got a Wallaby Freeze. It was very good. Great flavor and the coffee flavor wasn't overwhelming like other places. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be making this a regular stop.

First time ever trying dutch bros & it was phenomenal! everyone was so nice and full of energy, asked for a recommendation and got the “eclipse “ so pretty and taste just as amazing! 10/10 recommend 🥰

Moms got a marshmallow foam topped blue cotton candy shake and mine was a recommended strawberry shake with hazelnut and the same topping, I loved it definitely tastes like captian crunch cereal lol. The service was awesome I can tell you all aren't from SB lol thank you all so much if yalls drink sucked I'd still go back with service yall gave but everything is a 10 lol so stafe safe yall♡

I don't like this type of places, but my daughter loves them. The drink she got was SUPER SWEET! I know this is what they like, lol. Diabetes alert, lol. But, the staff was friendly and the girl taking our order just so funny. Employees should be able to free taste all the drinks to give customers reviews and suggestions! A little different place from what she usually drinks. It made her day, so loved it anyways. My husband dgot a strawberry daiquiri kind a thing. That wasn't good.

It makes my day having my drink perfect every single time! They never mess up my order and my drink is never too sweet or too bitter. Everyone always gives amazing customer service with a smile no matter what time of day or the weather outside. If I ever ask for a drink recommendation the employees are always kind and patient to explain their drink recommendations to me. This type of customer service cannot compare to anywhere else!

Drive thru order. The person who took my order was knowledgeable and knew what I was asking for. I love the fact that they have a zero sugar menu that Starbucks lacks. I don't want to have to ask for the customizations, so I like that they already have options you can choose from.

Really enjoyed the new location here in Harlingen today. Great Summer refresher at convenient walkup window. Delicious blended Cocomo drink (like a Frapp) Staff had very chill, friendly, down-to-earth vibe and great service! Will definitely go again!

As a special-needs teacher and someone with a busy, competitive schedule, Dutch Bros has truly become a bright spot in my day. No matter the time whether it’s opening, after the work rush, or even when it’s 102° outside the baristas here always go above and beyond. They take the time to remember my order, greet me with genuine smiles, and share their positive, charming personalities. Max and Abigail especially make every visit feel special. I’ve even come through the drive-thru after receiving hard news, tears in my eyes, and they still took an extra moment (even with a line behind me) to check in and show kindness. That level of care means the world. These two don't just serve coffee they make people’s days better. 💙

Starting with Kass, who was MOD and kept the lines moving with a warm, energetic charge, along with Dante, who was kind enough to hook it up with the specials. Jackie was working alone one evening, keeping most customers happy, and also ensuring that we got the Dutch Bro's app. OKatie is keeping a good attitude. These people really make the experience worthwhile. It's on the good side of town and we're happy to stop in when we have a chance. Super nice people who work there! One day I was having a rough morning (8am) with 5 kids crying I stopped for coffee. Sure I was so exhausted with a new born and the lady who was taking my order was so nice and patient with me reminded me that I was such a good mom. She ended up gifting me the coffee I wasn’t sure if someone paid for it but the point was she wanted me to have a good morning. I can’t say much but this place always makes me smile! My favorite coffee place and I literally go every day!🤓💗 A Golden Eagle is my favorite!

I enjoy their drinks and appreciate the sugar free options. Employees are awesome at each location I have been to. A mobile order lane would be great so we’re not stuck waiting in line with the drive up customers.

I recently visited Dutch Bros coffee shop and enjoyed a tasty lemon poppyseed muffin top paired with their coffee, which was quite good. However, the experience was marred by long lines and slow service. At the window, confusion arose due to a note about keeping window closed because of bees, making it unclear whether to stay, go, or drive up. Despite the pleasant flavors, the service and communication regarding the bee situation need improvement. Download the app! We got 2 dollars off.

If you get down(which I did), there's only one window. Cashier with the colored hair was nice, but it just so happened that my drink was ready when a couple was placing an order for their entire family. I don't know how long my drink sat there but when I got it, it was sweating. It took a total of 10 minutes to get my drink after I placed my order(total wait time was about 15-20 mins). I don't think that was too bad, but who knows how much faster it could've been. I don't know if they'd consider closing the tyler entrance and have everyone come in through Harrison just to avoid the pile up on the side of the street blocking Whataburger, but that's just a thought.(the blocking was why I got down) Either way, next time, I'll try drive thru and see if it's faster. *Update* So I tried drive thru, and it was about the same 20-minute wait time. It was moving along. Today, I tried it for a 2nd time right at about 9 am. The line wasn't long at all, BUT the order taker was rather slow compared to last time. She was standing in the same spot waiting for cars to get to her. I don't know if that's what she was instructed or if it was just her not wanting to move. So the total wait time was about 15 minutes. I really do think that had she walked a few more feet to get orders, it would've shaved some time off. Either way, she was nice, and my drink was ready for me when I got to the window.

Let me start off with that I love their coffee. It’s the reason I keep coming back. But, the service at the walk-up window seriously is incredibly slow. This happened once, and I thought it was just an off day. But, we just went and waited 38 minutes for 2 medium coffees. That’s insane. If they can just be quicker with their walk-up window speed, this place would be 5 stars

Stopped in to get a golden eagle freeze for my wife. They seemed a little short-handed but I don't blame them because it was hot out. We get to the pick up area and I had my window down for quite a bit without any acknowledgments or I roll it up. After a bit I get a dirty look from the girl inside trying to give me my drink and hand gestures to roll down my window and get my order. Hey, I was waiting on them not the other way around

Placed a mobile order, should've been ready by 12, got there by 12:05-12:08 order still wasnt ready, waited over 10 minutes, by 12:20 I complained and to cancel my order just to find out my coffee was sitting in their fridge the whole time. Staff needs better communication or something

The workers are not disrespectful and sweet but they seem lost half the time and the lines takes ridiculously long . This place would be much better if they perfected their customer service and order making like the other Dutch Bro locations. I also don’t agree with the line order. It feels wrong to cut people off that are in a longer line because the other one is shorter, and get your order taken first. Or vice versa. It is upsetting to have waited longer and the person on the line next you (that gets there way after you) gets taken next.

I love Dutch Bros! I go almost every single day but today the girls working at night were so rude and didn't pay attention to anything I said. When I tried correcting the girl that handed me the drink she was extremely rude. I'd rather drive to San Benito than deal with rude girls. I don't know why they get a job that has to do with customer service and then can't handle dealing with customers. Oh and I left a really good tip just to be treated bad. I left a tip before the bad customer service because I felt bad that it was 10 at night even though they close at 11.

Lousy service, employees seemed lost. Waited thirty minutes after ordering only to get to the window and they had lost the order and had to wait for them to make it. They need work on having the team being organized and directing customers as they order.

I was waiting and standing 20 minutes just to get my order taken while i was the only one there. the drive through did have some cars but as soon as i got my drinks all the cars were gone even the ones that went after i ordered my drinks. all the waiting just for them to mess up my drink as well.

So you all used to be so much better when you were a new store, now y’all hire hungover people who don’t want to come to work at all. Why hire someone with an attitude super ungrateful for their job? Got here with only three cars in front of me and took 35 minutes just to get my drink. Finally got my drink after a long wait, and it was super watered down, taking my business elsewhere. Don’t recommend just get coffee at Jack in the Box it’s way cheaper and better.

Here for work. Was thrilled to see they have a DB. The first day line moved slow and when I arrived at work realized my order was wrong. I decided to try again today. Pulled into line and waited. 5 cars in line. The line didn’t move and no one was out side taking orders as experienced in other DB. After the vehicle behind me backed out and left I decided to do the same and try the window. At the window there was no greeting and at that point they did send someone out to cars to take orders. Continued to wait The 2 staff in the building continued to make drinks and never acknowledged my presence a few feet away from them. When the employee taking orders came in from out side their disdain for their job appeared clearly on their face as they asked my order.Decided to go to Starbucks . Though just as busy the line moved quickly, I was greeted with a smile, and my order was correct. I understand this location opened within the last year but based on other reviews it doesn’t appear the service is getting any better. Hope you all find your groove soon.

Dutch Bros, please give us another location in Harlingen out of nowhere. Everyone stopped going to Starbucks and now everyone comes to Dutch Bros making it literally impossible to get a drink. It is packed the moment they open to the moment they close and the fact that we just had another Starbucks open Makes no difference. Please open another location for us.

The coffee is great but they really need to speed up the service. There's no reason it should take 20 minutes to get coffee through a drive through. They're not preparing food. I thought Whataburger lines were bad but these lines are significantly worse. If there's more than 3 vehicles in line don't waste your time waiting. They take too long even if the coffee is good.

The other night, i arrived at Dutch bros at 9:30 with a very big line, maybe 6-7 cars ahead of us but I was sure that it would get moving because it’s a drive thru place. It’s reaching ten and I’m thinking “I’m sure they’re going to treat the rest of the customers that were waiting for a long time.” They didn’t. They told us that they closed at 10 and that there was nothing they could. I understand if it was been 9:59 and I pulled up, but I spent 30 minutes in a very very slow line. Of course, I understand not having enough people and I understand that I was the one to get in a long line, but they could’ve moved a lot faster. Over all, horrible experience.

The worst Dutch bros location in the valley! Usually when I order on mobile pickup other locations have it ready before pick up time. Not here! They do it when you walk up to the window! They take a LONG time.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. After taking an unusually long time to confirm my order, they still managed to mess it up. What made it worse was that I clearly confirmed the strawberry topping several times, yet they still had the audacity to charge extra for it. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re not being listened to, especially when the order was repeated and clarified more than once. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

I always go to this dutch bros and i’ve never had a problem until now. A girl today around 4pm was taking orders and she made my experience extremely difficult when i was telling her my order. I asked for strawberry topping and when she repeated my order she said she included strawberry topping. When I got my drink it didn’t have strawberry topping and what’s disappointing is she told me she included it but i didn’t get any. I got off my car and told them i didnt get my strawberry topping and i had paid for it yet they had the audacity to tell me to pay for it once again. these workers clearly dont know how to do their jobs.

Look, the drinks are great—but the service consistently falls short. Half the time, my orders are incorrect, and because I’m usually pressed for time, I’ve let it slide. But not anymore. I spend an average of $100 a week here, and it’s unacceptable to have to constantly repeat myself or leave with unanswered questions—all because the music inside is blaring so loudly that your staff can’t hear me. That alone speaks volumes about the lack of consideration for your customers. Enough is enough. If things don’t improve, I’ll be taking my business next door to Starbucks.

As someone who has been visiting dutch bros shop from Oregon to South Texas for the past 15 years with no issues, this one falls short with the morning staff. We went there Saturday afternoon and it was perfect! Friendly staff, perfect drink..no problem! Went back Sunday morning, had to tell the gal at the window about 3 times what we wanted. Its a simple drink. She then proceeded to tell me that in the future, I needed to order it in a certain sequence so they dont get confused. When I tried to tell her we have never had an issue, she coped an attitude. Sad.

Leaving this review to bring attention to a serious safety concern: While the coffee and service are great, there’s a recurring issue with the baristas not securing lids properly on hot drinks. This has happened twice now—once to my sister and once to my husband. Both times, the lids weren’t fully attached and the coffee spilled. Thankfully, no one was burned, but it could have been dangerous if the drinks had been hotter or spilled while driving. Many customers trust that their drinks are safe to grab and go. Please ensure all lids are securely fastened to prevent potential accidents or injuries.

SLOWEST Dutch bros in the history of Dutch bros. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they don’t start building it until you have physically checked in?? Broistas at the window take their sweet time doing everything despite being in a rush time of day and a line out of the parking lot and in the street. There aren’t enough parking spots for people doing mobile orders and if you are parked on the side, they withhold drinks until you move your car.

Not the best experience. Been going to Dutch Bros for years in other areas. Stopped to get a drink and walked up to the window. I Placed my order, and over 20 minutes of waiting for a simple coffee is absurd. Employees weren’t bubbly and fun, literally one person making drinks and four others walking in circles so when I asked for my money back because of the wait time, the manager walked over and said you need your money back And that was it. No apology or excuse for what was taking so long. Sounds like they get this quite frequently.
