I've always had the chicken sandwich but today I had a hamburger and I was very disappointed in the meat patty it was so thin I nearly drove back but traffic was bad. I will never order that again the price for the Burger was outrageous. You all should be ashamed of yourself.😔

New to this town! My service was super fast and the cashier was super friendly. I got a burger that look like the commercials and tasted even better. Love this place!

Out of so many jack in the box restaurants i have been to I must say this was the best one so far. The food was great! The tacos I ordered were super fresh and very crunchy with fresh lettuce and cheese. The fries and donut holes i ordered tasted great! I must also say the lady in the drive through was very friendly and offered great customer service!

The loaded breakfast sandwich is excellent, the hash browns were perfectly cooked, the coffee was perfect. Truly satisfied!!! I must admit they're has been a time or 2 in the past when the employees forgot to put in the entire order in the bag but the manager Leo corrected that immediately, he apologized for their mistake and replaced the missing items. He mentioned they were new employees and they were just getting used to the hustle and bustle of a new job. Understandable !!! Yet a bit annoying I must admit because your looking forward to your breakfast and then some items are missing. But when you do get it you totally forget about the mishap. Everyone who has not tried jack in the box menu, your missing out on delicious food.

This is my absolute favorite Jack in the box. They treat their customers service goes above and beyond. The shift leaders are amazing, the cashiers, everyone. My son is on the spectrum and loves his Jack in the box for lunch during the school year and I would just like to thank them all for the outstanding service and kindness they show us everyday.

The service was amazing, the manager offered so many diffent choices and was really patient because I wasn't sure on what to get he coved breakfast dinner and a breakfast/lunch combo it helped me out a lot, the food came out fast and fresh and was delicious they weren't greedy with their condiments like most places and the staff & environment was very pleasant, the store was really clean also. If I'm ever in the area again I'm definitely coming back ☺️

We used coupons, and our cashier, Sandra, was the sweetest, most helpful person ever. She answered our questions about the menu and was very attentive asking if we needed anything else when she came to give us our food. Always had a smile and would definitely return for her service. We used points from the app as well, and all the food was piping hot and crispy. The soda machine was updated, completely digital and not as laggy with more options I think. I tried the diet coke with ginger and lime/lemon both good with a fresh taste.

The girl working the drive through at about 10pm was awesome. She was clear speaking answered my questions with out additude. She even packaged my condiments in a separate little bag nice and neatly. My only gripe about the company in general is that they made my favorite Munchie Meal a higher dollar price than the others. I assume they may have noticed it's popularity and decided to be greedy over it...

The food is hot & fresh, never have my order wrong. Building is nice & neat each visit. Staff isn't rude but aren't very polite either.

Service is usually fast and my orders are always right. I've always had good experiences when I go. The burgers are pretty good.

What else can be said about Jack? Breakfast served all day is great when needed. Always consistent for the most part. Sometimes have to check for accuracy of order.

I just been a fan since I was a kid with my aunt . Jack in the box has been a favorite .plus they have a value menu that offers good deals...and lots other good food. Not so expensive definetly worth its price and u can choose wether to up size ur meal.

Got some coupons in the mail. Decided to stop in for some bfast for lunch. Ordered the ultimate sausage sandwich meal times 2. Coupon was two meals for 6 bucks. Not a bad deal. Only hiccup was it came with coffee. So I asked to trade my two cups of coffee for one cup of fountain drink. They upcharge a buck and some change then handed me a small drink cup. Figured oh well. I guess there is a big price difference. Tried to fill my cup and the fountain machine was out of just about everything. I address management and he apologizes then states he will take care of. He loads up my small cup with ice, then pours my drink. I ended up finishing my drink cause I was waiting for my order. I ask for a refill and the young lady came back with upgraded drink at no charge . That's kinda what I was hoping for when I paid extra for the drink....she obviously knows her customers. Wasn't a bad visit, service wasn't bad either just a little weird. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. I would be back.

Usually quick service. FYI: I used to think that the exotic soda flavors were available only for in store service. I was wrong. You can order dozens of flavors using the drive through. I recently got the Vanilla Dr Pepper using the drive through. They do have a nice variety menu.

Food was good, service was great, place looked old. Last JnB I went to was horrible and almost didn't stop here but glad we gave it another try.

It is a really nice jack in the box. The layout of the restaurant is pleasant. I went on a saturday night, maybe around 9pm. Well, must have been homeless hour because there where a lot of homeless that entered as we were wrapping up our outing for dinner. My son and I. Not so bothersome, but, they kept bothering us. We just wanted to eat in peace not make new friends. Other than that, the service was excellent, order was in a timely manner, store was clean and food was good. I would recommend this place to eat, just do not know what hours would be best. This section of town has lots of homeless is what my son informed me.

It was subpar at best, had the exact same thing I ordered at a different Starbucks and the quality wasn't as good in comparison. Maybe if you're stoned at 2am you won't notice but during lunchtime it was meh but still good.

Greasy food but good nonetheless. Prices are fair all things considered. Short lines and food is hot and well made. The dining area is clean and the restroom is well kept and clean as well.

Food is well what you pay for. The soda machine is always down for repairs. Service is awesome, they always attempt to get us what we need ASAP.

12•1•24 idk what happened to all Jack in the boxes you have gotten way over priced for a funky tasting meat. It really isn't what it use to be, maybe presintation is fair but the taste is not there. Either to oily, overheated but freshness is a huge Flop NO! Was dissapointed i guess I'll keep out of all Jack in box it dont recomend it at all. Jack in box yall need to get it together. Also your sourdough is definitely not the same taste like a squashed toast bread no flavor and dried just a bad sammich they use to be so good now it's like everything is just slapped in the bun and nit even moist all dried. And your prices are definitely not worth the serving nor the taste. Sheesh!

I ordered two #12s last night with no lettuce and tomato. I got home to two #12s WITH lettuce and tomato and over cooked chicken. Not even mad that my fries were cold. Not the best experience last night.

Served sour rotten sausage patty and everything was thrown together soaking in egg juice tried calling to let them know about the bad patties wouldn't answer

I’ve always liked Jack-in the box’s food. I worked at a Jack restaurant when I was younger. I won’t stop eating Jack’s tacos and burgers. However, this restaurant really needs a detailed cleaning to the lobby or maybe a new chairs and tables. This restaurant doesn’t have enough parking lighting at nights. It feels like a place to attract vandalism. Be careful to visit this place once the sun goes down. This might not be a regular type of criticism, but I don’t want any members of my family there at any hour of the night. DARK AREAS ARE NOT WELCOME.

Fast Food Service, but dirty tables and floors and employees not welcoming. I notified an employee and they quickly started mopping and cleaning. When I notified an employee sitting down near a table, her facial expression looked upset after I told her and told me she wasn't "on the clock". She then yelled, "we have someone complaining about tables!". Mostly every employee stared at me and my family. After that I didn't fell welcomed.

Asked for no lettuce on my loaded mini tacos. Got a lot of lettuce and no taco sauce. They also only put cheese on the first layer of tacos, so most of the tacos had no toppings whatsoever. Attention to details goes a long way.

Jumbo jack need to be re named to tiny jacks what happened why did they shrink? They used to be $1 now $4 and some change for a tiny burger...

I don't know what it is that they put in their sweet tea but this last time it tasted like cough medicine and every single time I go to Jack in the Box anywhere in Harlingen their tea is supposed to be gold peak but it ends up tasting like sewage water. I'm normally not one of those that complains but this has been consistent for the past year at every single Jack in the Box location. So it's obviously not a fault with the employees but rather the formula that is being distributed. Jack in the Box Really needs to look into this because it tastes disgusting and I don't really want to pay for sewage water as my drink.

I only visited this location recently for a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich. Over time, I have visited the store several times. The restrooms are usually dirty and the tables always need to be wiped down with a CLEAN cloth and a sanitizer. Cashier was friendly and service was adequate. I don't frequent this location due to lack of attention to basic cleanliness of store. The kitchen is probably not very good as well.

Terrible service. I asked for a ultimate bacon burger with no bacon. They said they didnt hear me say bacon. And instead of making my burger again they just offer to give me bacon and put it on my now cold hamburger.

Ive had to call and complain multiple times about the service at night at this location honestly the girl that works the register at night is so rude and does not want to work example I came thirsday night asked for a munchie box she gave it to me in a bag and only gave me fries didn't realize till I got home called her and told her that I want my curly fries so I went last night at 1 and she tells me the grill is being cleaned to wait thirty minutes and I did after the thirty minutes I come back and I'm like is the grill ready? And then she says that the computers are down. So I said look lady that's too many excuses you said it would be thirty minutes to clean the grill so I waited your not about to make me wait any more. So I told her your the girl that forgot my curly fries last night and I want new ones she was like it's just supposed to be a pinch of curly fries sir I told her to stop acting stupid and give me my food I've been ordering the same meal for years your not about to lie to me about what it comes with but that's not even the worst part she gives me the curly fries and tells me don't come back lol I said ok bet

Lousy service. At drive thru and the last thing i care to listen to is the service employees gossiping amoung each other in spanish and to top it off cursing. As for my order of course you hope to have everything you paid for in your bag but that did not happen get home and order was wrong. Tried to contact them to complain but phone was off the hook. Not going back for a very long time.

Lady taking our order at 12:10 at night on April 7th was laughing the whole time and we do not know why. We would tell her what we wanted then she would be laughing. My husbands munchie meal had a kid size amount of fries, literally nothing and the curly fries i ordered ended up being mixed with up with regular fries. Hope she wasn't laughing at us but was not so professional.

They could not take orders at the drive thru only app and they dont have a sign saying that and they are missing things in the order and food over cooked dry chicken might as well say close or I don't feel like working

Walked in and to be honest it felt cooler outside then inside and in this heat that's saying something. It felt like an oven in there. Food prices have gone up it's not even funny. The service was ok then I saw this. Ants crawling all over the coke machine. Never eating here again. I'll just go to the whataburger next door.

Worst Jack in the Box I have ever visited. The employees are always very rude. They are very unwilling to help and have poor communication skills. Most of them seem very unhappy with their jobs. At my last visit most of the employees were just standing around after several of them made eye contact with me, none of them offered to help. When I finally got assistance, I waited for about 15 mins before another employee asked if I had been helped already to which I let her know I had been assisted. All the while the order I was initially there to pick up had already been ready but no one advised me of this. The entire time that I was waiting for the order, Most of the employees were horseplaying and complaining about how bored they were.

This is my third time coming after 11pm and these guys working are giving out free food to their buddies but can’t have my online ready even though I placed it like an hour ago so how can you say you just got the order in your system? Ughh last time coming here!

Always I go there they charge for everything I order but they always miss one to 3 items but they are quick to charge never answer the phone I called them 12 times no one is answering I have to go and drive 20 minutes just to pick up the Fry's they missed

Food and service is good, appearance of the store itself needs to be cleaned up like pressure washing the drive thru. Also the parking lot concrete slabs are breaking and rebar is sticking out and could damage vehicles that are not careful. Signs are also broken and need fixing. 10/7/24 Went through the drive thru our regular fries & curly fries were cold, my sprite tasted like Bleach my daughters DrPepper is Flat and we are Missing a Jumbo Jack w cheese We have been calling and calling since we got home , mind you they had us park out back and wait like 15 minutes for our order . Noone answers the phone. Why?

I wonder what the demerits for this restaurant is. It's sticky, floor is dirty, and I regret giving this place a chance. My order was incorrect, fyi it wasn't busy, the male cashier was tense, and the drink dispenser.. orange syrup splattered everywhere. I had to get my money back. Plus food was cold. Truly the dirtiest restaurant of Jack in the Box. Personally I'd be embarrassed.

Stated systems were rebooting but clearly seen the POS register on and not rebooting! I haven't been here in Harlingen in over 2 years and it's sad that nothing has changed from the service to poor management and crew for late night.

We tried Jack-in-box for the first time. We spent nearly forty dollars at this place and drove home. Several items were missing from our order. When I called to let them know the manager argued with me and talk down to me. Very rude and unprofessional person. This was not a pleasant experience. We won't return.

Ordered $30 worth of food in the drive-thru. When I got home I noticed one of the burgers was missing the meat. I attempted to call the restaurant MANY times but did not get an answer. I drove back with the ENTIRE order and walked into the lobby. The guy working the register seemed disoriented and confused when I told him the issue. He reaches into the bags to find the messed up burger. I show him the meatless bun and he goes to the side to talk to someone. He comes back and tells me he'll put a patty in the bun for me. I firmly but respectfully tell him that won't make it right. I have to make the drive back.. wasting my time and gas. I shouldn't have to eat cold food due to their mistake. He finally offered to remake the entire order. I then waited approximately half an hour for food that didn't even taste fresh. . While I waited, no manager came to apologize or offer to remedy the situation. I called the restaurant while inside and couldn't hear a phone ring. This place needs proper management and to fix the issue with the phone. I hope the owner sees this.

Worse Jack in the box I've ever been. The lady in the drive thru, never took my order. When I pulled up to the window, she told me she was busy. The food took over 20 minutes, which beats the purpose of fast food. They're attitude was despicable. One of the employees engaged in an argument with another customer, and when the customer requested a refund and to speak to the manager, she refunded the money but told him manager Jesse was too busy. When the customer left, she was heard bad-mouthing the customer using foul language. UNACCEPTABLE Mr. Jesse. It felt like the "prisoners were running the prison". Medicare customer service at best.

Absolutely terrible service!! Placed an online order assuming it would be done quickly and I waited 30 MINUTES! These employees have to learn how to read while giving me my apparent “right order.” They kept calling me “Meredith” when my name was on the literal ticket saying MEYGAN. They put their initials on the ticket cause it was “checked” and the order was completely wrong. Not a single item was correct. Two girls who were at fault of my order being completely wrong left and were all munching out on fries must be nice to mess up all my order and get away with it. One boy with red hair didn’t even have gloves on!! What a shame so many employees and none of them can do their job right. They messed up order not once but twice. This place needs to be investigated by corporate!! If you can’t read a ticket give customers attitude constantly and lack customer service skills all of you should be fired.
