Our little fam loves Peter Piper's! Harlingen's location is clean, service is up to par, customer care is decent. Food was hot and they've not messed up an order once. 🤞games are cool for the kiddos and if your coins get stuck, staff is happy to help you get your tickets. Tables are clean, carpets are clean, they'll put on your football game or whatever channel you request that they have. Great crew. Restrooms were fine. TP stocked, soap and napkins were available - trash can could be left near the door so you dont have to carry around the napkin you used to open the rr door with.

You can never go wrong with their pizza. Tastes best right when you eat it there at the restaurant. Last visit I was greatly disappointed with the wings they were serving but by the looks of it they're back to their original and what can I say they were delish!! Went on a Monday, so not crowded at all and had lots of play time. My only complaint is the prizes given for the amount of tickets you have to get. I think this something that needs to be worked on, other than that my family left there with a small on their face.

Pizza is always fresh and the staff is very friendly even when they are super busy. I like how they show you your order before you leave to make sure it’s right ! I love the pizza from here !

Hit or miss with pizza from here. Some days its lacking the extra pepperoni I paid for so it has to be re made. Other days its over cooked and burnt, some times its super good, cheesy and right amount of sauce

Went during buffet time, not much variety all pizzas were the same. But they tasted good.

Went to order the pizza in the front counter with my kids . I saw two workers hugging and kissing each other where they make the pizzas, seriously keep it professional Or do it on your own time.

😑Pizza was cheesy! 🩷 I love that it is different from other PPP on the games and the coaster is cool. Manager Juan is awesome and I forgot person's name in games is amazing with kids. He goes out of his way!!! This is exactly what a Peter Piper supposed to be. We are from Mcallen and we drive over here because the games are better and almost all working. Update: Pizzas are not the same Long wait time too. I guess manager became to comfortable and people there can be rude prize person did not see there anymore. Now alot of games not working. Bumper cars the guy picks the cars instead of giving them a choice. Wth. I think personally they need to put foam around the metal poles kids are running or even if they bump into it it is dangerous.

It's alright look ill give them props on the food but, the pizza was a bit over saucy under the NY 3cheese like it still needed more cooking or they just over did it. And the taste was super tangy of tomato paste. As far as the wings well 10 wings for abt $15.00 is preposterous I was like what the heck? For 10 wings seriously...😠😠😡😡 I'll tell you this I won't order that again yes they were cooked I told them to leave a but longer but guess they didn't pay much attention and some got burned under. The Cesar salad is NOT WORTH $5.00 that was ridiculous too I think I was paying more for the container than the lettus and the shavings of cheese. And i had to cut the croutons smaller than the 6 cubes they give in the bag. That's another joke. Well the total fie 2 people was $50.00 never have I paid that much for us to have lunch nor dinner Ina good restraunt the most is $35.00 but for this saucy bread, burnt wings and some pieces of salad you got to be joking. But yet I paid so lesson learnt!. Sorry Peter Piper but yeah check yourselves.

I dont like seeing how kids roam the play area by themselves. Had a kid come and try to push my niece of the matching becuase he wants to play. Then he kept telling me to pay for him becuase he wanted to play. Where are the parents of this child that is not my responsibility 😐.

Eating inside is great, orders are fast and the place is clean for the most part. But ordering online sucks. I waited an hour for my order. Just a pizza and wings. The kid at the counter said it was still cooking the first time I went in and again the second time. The pizza they gave me was cold and the wings were dry 😩 I honestly just wanted a pizza for my birthday, please train these kids better or have better managers. Mind you this is a Wednesday not even the weekend.

This is the third time that I try ordering pan pizza during the night time and I'm told they "don't have pan pizza". I called and tried ordering a large pan pizza. Brandon told me that they did not have large pan pizzas available, so I asked if they had extra large pan pizza. He said yes so I ordered it. He called me back and told me that it turns out they did not have extra large pan pizzas, since they "encourage customers to order different pizzas later at night". These workers don't want to work and lie that certain pizzas are not available because they are lazy. Disappointing.

Had the worst experience ever after a hard day at work decided to enjoy a pizza and get there special well when we arrived the cashier up front already looked upset we just asked for the special and a drink and asked politely if within 15 min later the second pizza could be put it since that one we would be taking home .She said NO so we asked if we could speak to the manager just to ask the same since it would be gross by the time it would arrive home in which she made a remark with a shitty attitude ( SHE’S GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME ! Ughh ok can u please call her 😒.. Well we didn’t know the manager had been standing there next to her the whole time so to not make her employee look stupid she told us she couldn’t do that because in the past there was issues where the second pizza wasn’t picked up lol or where the pizza was cold ! 😂 exactly lol that’s why we were asking for a later time 🤦🏻‍♀️ we paid for it and literally were politely asking if the pizza could be put in 15 min later from the time we got there since we were eating 1 pizza there and the other one was to take home same as ordering online .. She was persistent about saying NO blocking anything we had to explain So we ended up canceling the whole order just because they couldn’t do a slight adjustment same as if I would of called it in 15 min later only difference is we paid for it earlier ☠️ the she has the audacity to ask if we want to at least keep the drink 😂 with that crappy attitude we can just take out business to another Peter Piper near us UPDATE: The Manager reached out to me in regards to how the team leader had responded and mistaken my request .. Amanda was very polite and even gave us 2 pizzas for our dilemma the other day .. Because of her and how she approached the situation and handled it I understand how some of these workers are overwhelmed and where some confusion can come to play ..
