RELAX! Google fixed the location finally. It was in the wrong spot but thats no reason to give a 1 star review. This is my favorite Starbucks ever. Once my credit card was denied and they let me have my coffee and sandwich for free! The next day I went back to pay for it and they wouldn't take my money. The woman helping me said "well yesterday was a different day so don't worry about it!" They are so super friendly and they never put too much syrup in the flavored drinks. They come out PERFECT everytime. And on top of all that- it even has a drivethru!
I go in usually in the late afternoon ! Big Thanks to BennyZ with fast in and out service , he always has a smile on his face and so positive !!! . one thing parking lot is aids but line does move quick
So I pull into the drive thru, make my order, and as I am pulling around to the window realize I DONT HAVE MY WALLET!! I am panicking now. I roll up to the window and start apologizing as I am beyond embarresed and explain I cant pay for it, how sorry I am and I will need to come back once I locate my wallet. The gentleman in the window said not to worry and gave me my drink! I couldnt have been more grateful as it had just been one of those days. I swore I would come back. The following day (today) I came back and he happened to be the cashier ringing me up. He said not to be silly, no need to pay for that one and proceeded to take my order. I asked if there was anyone I could contact but he said no. So I am at least going to call out Lucas here on my google review for an amazing experience and making my embarrasing moment not nearly as bad. Thank you Lucas!!!
Convientiently located off a major road and near many businesses and plaza, it can get pretty crowded. But the drive thru goes quickly. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and correct!

Oh my goodness don’t go on a Sunday morning bc it’s like an hour wait & the parking is basically non-existent, but the staff is always nice and they have tiny cups for my three year old to get a steamed milk with honey in.
Get the egg bites.....yummmm. my drink of choice ..... Cinnamon Dolce Latte 2 additional shots Espresso 4 splenda, Extra Whip, and top with cold half and half so it doesn't burn your tongue off. Keep the cardboard holder~save the environment. 😎
The Starbucks is always fast and accurate. Very friendly staff. Parking lot is crazy busy sometimes becauseit's drive-through with one entrance in and out.

They were great! My daughter ordered a green tea and didn't like it, they exchanged it for a more expensive drink and didn't charge me, the two people who helped me were very kind and helpful! First time I've come here and I will certainly be back!
I prefer this Starbucks over others simply because of the layout of the store. You walk into a store that is essentially a rectangle rather than many of the odd shaped ones. It allows for a better flow for the line of customers. Also more seating than most in the area. Staff was friendly and efficient.
I loved this branch, coz it’s very quiet and cozy.. But I don’t why air condition there was extremely cold, don’t forget to have a light jacket with you.
Beth’s attitude has me striving to be the same way when I get to work after picking up my coffee 🤣 she really is a breath of fresh air. I hope you guys gave her that raise.
Love Starbucks. The staff at the Smithtown location in particular is incredibly friendly. They know me now from my frequent visits and sometimes remember my usual order. They also make the best double shot on ice, I've tried it from other locations and Smithtown does it best

Every single worker is very cheerful and welcoming, my drinks have always tasted amazing, and the staff always goes out of their way to make customers feel like part of the Starbucks family! I love everything about this location. When they closed down for renovation, I was totally lost. I tried other Starbucks, but this one is hands down the best. The location is great, and the staff is amazing. Zoey and Brandon are always on top of my coffee order and make me feel so comfortable every time I come. They’re so pleasant, professional, and accommodating. I wish they could get a raise! They deserve it. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
I just have to say this Starbucks location is the best!!!!! This store has been closed for renovation and I’ve had to go to other Starbucks in the area. Now that I’ve been to others I’m amazed how different the other locations treat their customers. Not at all friendly, never a smile on their faces and never a drink made correctly!! The workers at the other locations do not even come close to the Amazing workers at the Hauppauge location ….. Always Smiling, even when they are mobbed with customers! They all create such a Welcoming Environment!! They are all amazing !!!..:…. Tony you have the best crew ever 👍….. so happy you are open for the Holiday Season !…. Thank you 👍
Went about 730PM usually do the drive thru but decided to go in since it was pretty empty inside. The baristas there was nice and one of the coffees we got were kinda strong but that wasn't their fault . He wasn't sure what he was getting but we kept asking for more whipped creme to add in and they were really nice about it. I usually always get a pup cup and they do a good size for my girl so i always appreciate that. I only go here or Target and both locations are awesome but if you have a dog and don't need to shop I'd go here just for the pup cups! If your cold sit by the door they have the heater there! They also have recycling and napkins and straw are available without asking. I always forget haha. This location was clean and and I like that theyre open past 8pm. Thanks for being so nice and putting up with us!
I've never specifically tried their food, so I will not give any stars for something I haven't tried. However, the drinks are always really good. Small parking area and usually a line in the drive-through. There are tables inside and also a couple outside. Overall, it was good.
I get my Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso every single day, on this location with my oatmeal as well, no complaints here! Not matter what time I stop by, team is always friendly, is always busy but if you place a mobile order or you order there, they will work on your order quickly. Parking is very small with the drive thru next to it but that has nothing to do with the service, the service is excellent! 🌟
I have been using this Starbucks on my way to work for quite a few months now, and it is ALWAYS the best experience! Mobile order on the app, and your order will be ready before you can even get to the drive-up window! BETH and the rest of the morning crew are some of the most pleasant food-service workers I have ever met. 5 stars to them!!!
I love this location. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Starbucks is a well known franchise, however, not every places are created equal. Starbucks has gift to anyone on birthday with an ID a free beverage. I first went to a location inside Target on Carlton Ave. Since I didn't know I need an app to order the free beverage, it took a while for a staff to help me, however eventually, no one wants to help, so I could not get my birthday gift. This location, however is totally different. They bend over backwards to help me. And introduced to me which one they think is a better choice. So I got a large blonde vanilla latte for FREE! I am very happy, and needless to say this Starbucks in Hauppauge will be my go to place when I crave for a Starbucks coffee! Special thank to Nicky and the friendly guy who made the latte for me!! I have to say, a little bit of patience and kindness goes a long way.

Always great quality drinks and service here but the drive through and parking lot situation is very hard to get in and out of easily, always has been.
We made it just in time for their lunch menu. We both had the veg spring rolls for the appetizer and I ordered a tofu chili basil which comes with white rice.
Quick drive through despite the extremely busy location. Deducted 1 star because the parking lot is somewhat tight and poorly marked.
This Starbucks on Route 111 in Smithtown and my opinion is one of the best Starbucks around, and not because of anything exceptional about their products as opposed to other Starbucks's. It's their employees and how incredibly nice kind and go the extra mile to make sure that you're satisfied with the product you just purchased. Whether it's in person or at the drive-through they are extremely helpful and literally go the extra mile. My hats off to the staff the management and of course the owner. My only knock on the place is when it's busy there is absolutely no parking but logistically there's nothing they can do about that. Please keep up the great work!
This is my fav local starbucks. I've been coming here for a couple years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The only issue is the parking stinks and the drive through line can sometimes wrap outside the lot and down the block.
Seems very busy store. Right next to the highway and plenty of parking but entrance and exit is a bit annoying me.
Drive thru is very tight and positioned dangerously off the main road be careful in an suv or pick up. Other than that the service was great and on par for all Starbucks
The only issue I have is some locations ask if you want the matcha sweetened. This one does not and sinc they changed the matcha ingredients I always forget to ask. Not really their fault but something to be mindful of
All great except for the narrow and windy drive thru lane with high curbs on both sides. The plentiful black scuff marks indicate many tires and rims have been scratched here.
The store is located in a tight parking lot lodged between an office building and a Wendy's, so the parking is limited. The store was very clean and well organized and the staff was attentive and friendly. The drinks were made well and came out in a timely manner. I tried the Spring Sunset drink which was recommended and it was delightful.
Short staff. Long wait for walk ins. Drive through has priority all the green new deal people burn more gas on line waiting.
Too small to handle the traffic flowing through that area. I had trouble getting out of the parking lot because I wasn't on the drive thru line.

Horrible parking. If you’re not going through the drive through, good luck getting out of there when it’s busy. That said, staff is among the best I’ve seen at a Starbucks, definitely the friendliest. Bad location, good store.
Always a long wait, they never announce names when a drink is ready they just hide them by the drive thru - even if it's not a drive thru order. You literally have to watch every drink they make so when they misplace your drink you can tell them.
Once in a while I'll buy a vanilla latte. Usually I'm a regular "grande pike' guy. The lattes can get expensive if you drink them regularly, hence a plane old regular coffee is usually what I need. The location is clean and the staff are efficient. They filled my travel mug with no fuss or questions. Good selection of cookies and snacks - although I refrained. Overall, I visit regularly - decent coffee for a decent price..... And friendly staff is always good.
One of the better Starbucks I've been to in terms of friendly service and it's interior. You can choose to sit at a table, soft leather chairs, outside, or at the long table which is meant for people with laptops or those with work to do. The biggest downside to this place is the parking lot. With the drive-thru line being long, there's no way to get in the parking lot at all. If you do manage to park your car, it will take a while for you to leave. Due to the parking lot being so small, the cars on the drive-thru are blocking the only exit so you have to wait until the cars in front of you leave because there's no way to squeeze through. Your best bet is to go to the drive-thru line, if it's crowded. A 5 minute coffee run can turn into 15 to 20 minutes.
Definitely a clutch Starbucks to come across if in a rush, the drive-thru certainly comes in handy especially with how packed the inside can get. Staff is great at their job quick, efficient, and hard working.
Parking lot is tight, drive thru always long, go inside and get better service. Happy baristas.
6:45 am this monday morning I went in proceeded to tell the cashier I got the wrong drink on friday which I tossed out because it was mint and I am allergic to mint that I paid for so I asked for a drink that I usually get chestnut praline latte they did not have topping which makes the drink so I settled for something else I was not really happy with long story short she charged me for the drink today for there mistake they made on friday not to mention I also spend atleast 20 almost everyday I am there and I am at Starbucks atleast 2 times a day...everyday! Ok today is Wednesday dec 12th still no toppings for my drink this time I did not settle I left to another starbucks for my delicious drink.
As far as taste and service goes it's a standard Starbucks and is just fine. Where this Starbucks falls short is on seating. Don't plan on sitting down and relaxing.
Customer service here is excellent. The products are very good as well as you all know but at this particular store the traffic piles into the street creating car accidents and driving through. If it’s busy is a pain I need to redesign it I’m sure they make enough money fix your parking lot.
Staff is quick and friendly. Place is always clean. I give it 3 stars because the location is awful. Don't bother trying to turn left into the parking lot or turning left to leave, 95% of the time it will be impossible. The Starbucks on Main Street has a better location but the staff is ridiculously slow so basically pick which you'd rather deal with. Drive thru is also normally packed.
I use this location to pick up my mobile orders on my way to work. The location and set up of the parking is HORRIBLE. If the drive thru line is reasonable, I use it, other wise, good luck getting in or out of this lot. The service is quick and staff is ok, not too friendly like some other locations are. If the drive thru line is long, do yourself a favor and park in the next lot over. Thank me later...
Slow slow slow, slow! Service. Baristas here finish up part of a order and move onto other orders before coming back around to finish up.

Horrible attitude from all the staff, again asked and paid for extra berries did not get them when asked for them when drink was ready the girl rolled her eyes and said "now YOU have to take the top off" i responded with a no worries just want what i paid for. Also asked for light ice there was so much ice there was hardly any drink in the cup
People that work there do a good job. Here's the problem- if you go in the store, when you leave, you think you can drive around the long drive thru line-because there is a lane to do that, but you cannot. You wind up funneling into the drive through line. Not only are you 3 cars deep, but you have to cut in front of someone. You cannot go out the way you came in because of the drive thru line. How this design exists is beyond me-it creates a ridiculous bottleneck. They need to carve out another lane that can bypass the drive thru window-it can be done, depending on if it's their property. BE WARNED: If there is a long drive thru line, don't think you're going to walk in and get out quick, you will be trapped in that parking lot.
Its overpriced 4 a Mass produced bean Egg wrap was cold And mushy!! Mc Donnels is so mush Better !!!
I was really disappointed to hear the workers talking about a disabled customer who often works throughout the day from one of the local Starbucks locations.
Only Starbucks I know that is making people who preorder wait on a long drive thru line during this COVID19 situation. Horrible customer service and a drive thru line that stretches out to 111. They even have Doordash and Uber drivers waiting on the same line. Why have a pre order app if I am going to wait on the same line with people ordering and paying?
Went this morning for a Venti Flat White, went through the drive thru and gave the guy a ten, told him to keep a buck and he me a quarter back. I said, didn't I give you a ten, his reply, "yeah I must have entered it in wrong", he then shut the window and walked away. Honestly, I know Starbucks is $$ but $8.75 for a coffee?
Hi everyone! Seriously I walki in inside and there is no line, no one waiting , I literal waiting for about 15 minutes No Sturbacuks personal ask me what I needed if I was being taking care off! I was just waiting at the register and not even a word from no one in there. Hey desipointed. Love sturbusk, but never going to that Francais again.
Staff is lovely, coffee however is the worse I’ve ever had. Not sure why they don’t know how to make simple coffee.
Saturday afternoon. There’s 3 Baristas in the store and I’m the only customer with nobody in the drive thru. Order a tall Americano. 21 minutes goes by and I get fed up and ask for my money back, only then they insisted on making it for me. Management clearly needs to do a retraining.
Has for years been really great! I started having trouble getting decaf. Never have it made, usually have to wait for it to be brewed. They used to apologize and give me the drink for free or a coupon for a free drink. Now not so. I have to wait and no apology. Also, going through the drive-thru the other day, there was clearly no decaf made. They never said a word, I sat at the window for more that 10 minutes. I couldn't see to well, but they were brewing it right into the cup with a small drip type brewer. I heard a problem with the grounds leaking and they did it again. Nevertheless, I left there with lukewarm coffee flavored water for my $2.55, a long line of annoyed people behind me and no apology and no coupon!
This Starbucks continuously lets me down. This is the Starbucks location that is on my way to work now so I go there in the morning shortly after they open. What really gets me angry about it is I have to ask for different half-and-half from behind the counter because they're half and half containers are always dirty. It's as if the night staff does not clean them and there is coagulated half and half all over the rim. And then on top of that when I let them know they give me an attitude as if I did something wrong. It's totally disgusting and I go out of my way to go to a different Starbucks.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for years, and I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience as I did on September 7th, 2025, at 2:58 PM. A young Latina woman with a nametag reading “Ditzy” took my order at the drive-thru. From the start, her attitude was unprofessional: she did not greet me, only saying, “What can I get you.” I ordered a venti açaí refresher and a jalapeño pocket. Despite starting my order with “venti,” she asked me again what size I wanted. She did not read back my order, give me a total, or display it on the screen. When I pulled up, she handed me a tall refresher instead of the venti I ordered. I immediately told her it was the wrong size. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, she was silent for several minutes, then finally said, “I’ll remake it.” After waiting five minutes at the window, she brought back the correct size — but then demanded an extra $1.10. She did not explain why I was being charged more for her mistake, only smirked and said, “Yeah. It’s not free.” At the same time, another employee, Brendon, told me multiple times my jalapeño pocket was still cooking. When I finally received it, it was burnt and inedible. To make matters worse, the refresher was made with lemonade instead of water, which was not what I ordered. This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I essentially paid $10 for a meal I couldn’t even enjoy. I am not someone who complains easily, but this was unacceptable. No hospitality, no accountability, and no respect for customers. If you would like to hear how your employee was speaking to me, I have dashcam footage of the entire interaction and am happy to provide it. I hope this feedback helps ensure other loyal customers don’t go through the same experience.
Yesterday I go to the drive thru. The person tells me through the speaker they are closed because of a blackout. But every light in the place was on and the speaker system worked. Uh huh
Every time I go thru the drive through and I use my card for the purchase why is it that the barista always holds out the card reader and looks while u select the tip or no tip option therefore pressuring u to give them a tip . That’s wrong in every way especially that that’s the first option before u pay . If I want to tip someone it wouldn’t be for handing me a drink in a drive through yet every time it’s the same thing . Idc how I look I used to work at a Starbucks and I never did that because it’s rude . The drinks are already high priced what are u getting tipped for making my drink 2 steps away from handing it to me come on u did nothing that warrants a tip . So stop pressuring people to pay more for an already high priced item . Im never going back to that Starbucks and any one I go to that does that is marked off the list and I love Starbucks but no when they do that as a new standard procedure . I hope this matter gets addressed
