Dear DoorDashers/Reviewers Only reason why I get this place three out of five stars, is when I order here; My orders are accurate, and that’s not a problem for me, which I’m pretty sure we all are satisfied with our orders. But if you are DoorDashing here, fair warning: when McDonald’s is closed inside and you’re in the drive-through, mind you they are gonna tell you to wait outside and stand at the window no matter what season you’re in (even winter if it’s 0 degrees or worse), and they are more rude to DoorDash workers then to customers. Regardless, this is not the best McDonald’s to come to…

Are you the type that abhors fresh food? How about fries? Do you like stale fries? Well look no further! This McDonalds has you covered! They will serve you have the size of fries ordered and all stale as if they have been reheated a thousand times until your arrival! But all jokes aside, nice people. The chicken was good but those fries tho. Lol. In my opinion, McDonalds is known for its fries. Burgers, chicken, yada yada, all that is good but everyone has that. But no one can replicate McDonalds fries... when they are good. Not a good look here.

The winner for the slowest McDonalds on earth….. this one! Empty parking lot, no customers inside and they still make you wait to the side when ordering via drive thru. Waited 20 minutes on the side and when they finally come to deliver you food they forgot the drinks. Don’t come here.

This McDonald’s in Haverstraw has become a serious problem for Uber drivers, especially at night. Many drivers have had the same experience, and most now refuse to pick up orders from here after dark. When the lobby is closed, drivers are told to park their cars and walk to the drive-thru window, in the middle of winter when it’s cold and windy. This is unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unreasonable. On top of that, we are often ignored at the window, even when the orders are clearly ready. Staff don’t come to the window, don’t respond, and won’t acknowledge drivers—even after knocking and waiting for a long time in the cold wind. When one Uber driver finally spoke up, an employee said they were instructed by the manager to handle drivers this way. If that’s true, it shows extremely poor management and a lack of respect for delivery workers. This location wastes drivers’ time, treats them unfairly, and creates unnecessary frustration. Until management changes how they handle delivery drivers at night, I strongly advise Uber drivers to avoid picking up orders from this McDonald’s.

they wanted us to wait for our order standing outside their window at 4am while its 23° outside 🤨. got mad at my bf cuz we stayed inside the car waiting cuz its cold, weird behavior. then procedded to help the ppl that got here after us, do better.

Called police on a minor for ruining McDonalds in West Haverstraw "Window Times". On Saturday November 15, the manager Rancel called the police on my son because he didn't want to move up to the next window. The manager refunded the order when my son said he didn't want the money, he wanted the order, the manager called the police!!!! More concerned with his "window times" then providing a good service to the customer. This practice of inconvinencing customers has gotten completely out of hand. This McDonalds has manipulated their "window times" by convincing customers to move up to the next window and as a result have created unattainable, unrealistic goals for themselves, then turn around and penalize and abuse customers! On more than one occasion I have pulled up to the drive thru, they ask me to move up, I respectfully decline and as I'm leaving I notice the same vehicles still waiting for their food! This manager and their staff need serious retraining!!

Horrible experience ever I had to wait 42 minutes for my order and when I got it I left with out looking at it he bag and there was a missing item ! So disappointed 👎👎 adding another drive thru makes the thing worse you should hire more employees to handle all of those orders ! Disappointed ☹️ in them
